Abstract (sommario):
This Diploma thesis focuses on a set of commodities dealt on world-wide trades. It mainly discuss the business environment of commodities with physical delivery, not so much the speculative deals. The goal of the Diploma thesis is to select a set of appropriate commodities for Internet (web-based) business. The first part contains the overview of the actual level of knowledge in the area of Internet-based business with commodities. The second one focuses on the analysis of the commodity exchange and non-commodity exchange environment in Czech Republic and the world. Result of each analysis is a list of commodities dealt on the specific market. It also contains the comparison the commodity exchange and non-commodity exchange environment. The goal of before mentioned steps was to define the set of commodities for trading on an Internet portal -- opentrade.cz. Third part describes the functionality of the opentrade.cz and its' specifics -- barter trades. It also contains the list of commodities.

This diploma thesis deals about plan of the building Social and shopping center in the city Třebíč and about processing of documentation for this buliding as well. The building is situated in the city area called Borovina. In the building is located multifunction cinema, café and four shops, including their rear. Part of the building containing shops has two floors. Part of the building including café and multifunction cinema is designed as a single-storey. The supporting system of the building consists of monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Infill walls of the building is made by structural system Heluz. The building is covered with flat roofs. The building is designed from traditional building materials.

The thesis is focused on problems of illegal trades and practices in financial markets. First chapter focuses on the role of financial markets in developed economies, regulation and supervision of these markets and international cooperation in this area. Second chapter is devoted to money laundering, especially to its characteristics and phases of the laundering process and relevant regulations in the Czech Republic. Special attention is devoted to the activities of the Czech Financial Analysis Department and banking institutions in the fight against money laundering. The last part of the thesis is focused on insider trading and market manipulation.

This thesis presents market stock trading focused on analysis of financial crisis which falls on world's biggest exchange stocks and strategy of trading for a small investor. In the first part of this thesis will be explained priciples of trading on stock markets with modern trading business platformes. I explain economic conections and economy cycles which influence development of financial markets. In second part of thesis I analyse financial crisis fall on stock markets, indexis, commodities (gold, silver, brend crude oil) and currency markets (forex). I appreciate situation in Czech republik and course of czech index PX. Important role has a fundamental and technical analysis. I will analyse and descript modern trends of this business.

This thesis analyses impacts, which brought recent recodification of private law, on issues of bank transactions through comparison current effective legislative of banking transactions, which is contained in a new Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll., with previous treatment when most of banking transactions were part of Commercial Code no. 513/1991 Coll. The work describes individual kinds of banking transactions, but it also includes topics as a consumer protection or regulation of business conditions. The goal of this work is try to valorize benefit of these changes and analyze their impacts on banks activity and on their clients.

The aim of diploma thesis is to suggest a mobile application for clothing stores. At the same time it takes into account how consumers and businesses are influenced by digital technologies. The app´s name is Digital Closet and its purpose is to organize your closet. Thesis includes a description of a mobile application in general and the well-known operation systems. Then one of the operation systems was set as a basic requirement for suggested application. This thesis also in part analyzes mobile applications at fashion industry. In conclusion, two surveys were conducted. First survey aimed at consumer market and the second one at clothing stores.

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of chain transactions. The main aim of the thesis is to suggest the companies participating in the model chain transactions in the case study the appropriate measures leading to the optimization of tax obligations related to VAT. The measures are divided according to three criteria: tax period harmonization, tax savings in cash flow and elimination of administrative burden. The key provisions in the recast of the Sixth Directive, the VAT Act and the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union are analyzed. Based on the comparison of various solutions, the most optimal procedures are assessed and the appropriate measures are recommended.

The thesis deals with the increasing of business efficiency of the online store 4RIDERS. The aim of the thesis is the complex analysis, evaluation and recommendation of specific steps to modernize the online store 4RIDERS in terms of online marketing activities, strategies and technical solutions. The theoretical part describes the legislative and technical requirements necessary for the operation of the e-commerce and defines the basic concepts of online marketing and its tools, including online marketing strategy See-Think-Do-Care. In the practical part is processed by the situational analysis, analysis and evaluation of the current online marketing strategy according to the tools display ads, SEO, PPC, social networking, email marketing and shopping comparison sites. The main part of the thesis consists of the proposal of a new online marketing strategy based on the model See-Think-Do-Care. The thesis also deals with the analysis and evaluation of the current e-commerce solutions and recommendations for the new e-commerce platform with regard to the implementation of the suggested online marketing strategy.

This thesis deals with the problems of the world arms trade. In the theoretical part are defined through literature and Internet sources basic definitions of weapons and military materials and explains the meaning of the foreign trade as a whole. It is also described in detail commodity and regional structure of world trade and the main indicators in the global arms trade. It also mentioned the most important exporters and importers on the international market and take into account the most important indicator of how military spending. The work also bars the legislative and the first trade arrangements with military equipment and technology. Another point of work is determined by the trend in the arms industry and its influencing factors. The practical part is described by means of the most famous institutes characterization of the main parties and their position on the arms market as the US, Russia, China, Germany, France. There are mentioned the most important trade partners and strongest companies in the armaments industry. The practical part also includes a small history of the arms industry of the Czech Republic in the global arms market, and said the most important products of the last century

This diploma thesis focuses on trade environment in Mexico with special focus on practical example of a particular trade operation. The aim is to analyze trade environment in Mexico on an example of particular trade operation. The first part focuses on main attributes, characteristics and structural problems of the Mexican economy. The second part describes more in detail the country's business environment and customs procedures. The last chapter analyzes the selected trade operation of export of goods to Kuwait performed by small Mexican trade company. Based on the analysis of the operation are identified several recommendations for potential improvement of the exporter's activities. Methods of interview, description, analysis and comparison are used. The bibliography cites printed resources, books and articles, as well as electronic resources, statistical databases and legal rules. The practical part was elaborated with support of the exporter's and freight forwarder's experts, who provided access to information and documentation needed.

Abstract (sommario):
The goal of this thesis is to describe the most important trade policy instruments that have been used in international trade in textiles since the second half of the 20th century, and to deduce the implications of the instruments on the textile sector, mainly the European one. The thesis introduces the classification of instruments in the trade policy used in the international trade in textiles and economic consequences of chosen instruments; brief characteristics of evolution of international trade in textiles since the second half of the 20th century, change in localization and sector structure of the textiles and clothing industry and main trends in its evolution. There are described most important multilateral agreements concerning the trade in textiles: Short-Term Arrangement regarding International Trade in Cotton Textiles, Long-Term Arrangement regarding International Trade in Cotton Textiles, Multifibre Arrangement, Agreement on Textiles and Clothing and current trends in contractual instruments followed by autonomous instruments such as anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures and particular cases. The thesis includes consequences of the instruments mentioned above. In the last chapter, the trends in the evolution of instruments are summarized and the reflection on possible solutions for the European, and thus also Czech textile and clothing industry, is mentioned.

Diploma thesis deals with didactic logistics in international trade, which is taught in the business academies focusing on business in foreign trade. Individual themes of logistics subject matter contained in the subject "Economics of Foreign Trade." The thesis is divided into several parts, when the introduction is devoted to general educational programs and school curricula. After the scheme of education system in the Czech Republic follows the theoretical treatment of individual content parts logistics, which should serve as a basis for teachers in the classroom. The final part focuses on practical examples and questions on logistics help to verify the students' knowledge.

The main aim of the thesis is to determine factors that influence USA trade policy. Secondary objectives are to specify the influence of USA trade policy on their economy and also to determine the trends of major trade policy measures of USA from 1990 until now. This Master thesis deals with the comparison of trade relationships of obligation in Germany and the Czech Republic. In order to introduce and analyse the topic thoroughly at first the main legal acts connected with relationships of obligation and trade relationships of obligations in both compared countries are being introduced. The main stress is put on the content of these legal acts, on their historical development, their application methods as well as on their mutual relationship. The next part of this Master thesis then explains the term trade relationship of obligation with respect to the definitions obtained in both compared legal systems. After the theoretical introduction the general legal regulation of the trade relationships of obligation is being characterised. Since the general legal regulation of the trade relationships of obligation is based on the general legal regulation of the relationships of obligation at first the differences between these two legal regulations in Germany are explained. After that the German general legal regulation of trade relationships of obligation is being compared with the Czech general legal regulation of this area. After the characterisation of the general legal regulation of the trade relationships of obligation the individual types of German trade relationships of obligation are being compared with their equivalents in the Czech legal system. The specific trade relationships of obligation that are being analysed and compared in both legal systems are namely contract with a commission agent, contract of consignment, forwarding contract and storage contract.

Brazílie je regionální velmocí Jižní Ameriky a brazilské společnosti začínají být úspěšnými i vně federální hranice. Smlouvy z Tordesillas (1492) a z Madridu (1750) oddělily toto území od zbytku kontinentu a položily tak základy k jeho diferenciaci, a to ve všech ohledech: v jazyce, kultuře, historii, současné pozici ve světové ekonomice i v předpovědích o budoucím vývoji. Spolu s Indií, Čínou a Ruskem je zařazena do skupiny nejrychleji rostoucích ekonomik světa (BRIC´s). Faktem ovšem také je, že Brazílie není poprvé označena za perspektivní ekonomiku s růžovou budoucností.

Abstract (sommario):
The subject of the diploma thesis is the architectural study of the reconstruction and extension of the department store “Centrum“ by an architect Vladimír Karfík, which is situated between the Jánská and Kobližná streets in Brno. This object should have been the highest building in the whole of Europe at its time, but due to the problems, which occurred during the construction, finally only eight storeys out of the original twenty eight were realized. The new object will be a fifteen storey building. Original eight ground floors, from which the last two were subsided, is aligned to a seven storey whole in a new design, and on this unit there is the extension of eight shorter floors, which are on the south side retreating and which are converging to one point like an unfolding fan in the direction to a new extension block with communication and installation cores in the western part. This creates the southern facade of small terraces, and an architectural expression from the perspective of pedestrians acts dynamically and less mighty. The functional utilization is combined, there is a passage with shops, two cafés, services, administration, and on the last floors there is housing. From an architectural point of view the building fits into the structure of urban conservation and the height does not exceed the spires of the church.

Praktická část se zabývá obchodní výměnou ČR s unijními státy a vybranými prioritními zeměmi mimo EU. Abstract (sommario):
This thesis deals with methodics of credit process of a particular credit union present on the Czech market. Because of confidentiality, the name of the credit union is not mentioned. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with characteristics of credit unions, their specifications and differences from banks. You can find in this part comparison of development of particular values of the analyzed credit union with the whole sector of Czech credit unions and bank sector as well. The second part is focused on importance of credit process, specifics of the balance of credit institutions, description of risks connected to credit process and principle of state regulation of this process. The third part describes in more details credit process of the analyzed credit union with further focus on acquisition period, credit analysis and decision making process. The last part explains questions of guarantee with all the types of guarantee of the analyzed credit union mentioned. Hence in the whole thesis the theory and practice is mixed together. In the concluding part I evaluate quality of credit process of the analyzed credit union, including the differences from credit process of bank institutions.

My diploma thesis discusses the power and importance of money management when trading foreign exchange market. With the help of real examples it aims to demonstrate the difficulty of the future foreign exchange rate estimation and the ambiguousness of the market analyses results. Comparing the results of real trading in the spirit of diversification to the actual results of Vince's model, the thesis points out whether the application of diversification is a real necessity or not. The thesis also highlights the impact of diversification on the trading system performance compared to Vince's model. The final part proposes a possible practical accounting solution to the foreign exchange speculative trades.

Thesis The beer trade trends identifies variables which have an impact on the consumption of beer and predicts the trend of trade in beer in the Czech Republic in the globalization context. To achieve the results was used linear econometric model. Using the Method of least squares determined the size and direction of individual variables for beer consumption. Based on the verified model is a model applicated and based on software Gretl is predicted the beer consumption for a period of 3 years. The biggest influence on beer consumption has production, nominal wages (adjusted for inflation), and the impact of the economic crisis. The prediction is dependent on the lingering economic crisis, beceause the predicted values for 2015 are higher than beer consumption in the same year by 3 litres. The lingering economic crisis has an impact in 2015 on the consumption of beer and during 2016 this dependence should disappear. Trend beer consumption is rising to the level of 146 l per person per year.

This master's thesis deals with the proposal of e-commerce BezPopelniku.cz which sells electronic cigarettes and accessories. The theoretical part explains the concepts and methods that are used in other parts of the thesis. The second part is devoted to analyzing the market of electronic cigarettes in the Czech Republic, SWOT analysis, requirements for the technical features of e-commerce platform, analysis of external and internal environment of the company and ultimately a risk analysis of the project.
