Abstract (sommario):

The modern education system poses a number of challenges to the teacher – documentation, students, parents. Society expects the teacher to be able to teach students to learn, to want to know, to form in them a number of competencies they will need in their future life. In order to meet the new needs, the teacher must use a variety of modern technologies. Through them, he can shape his unique relationship with his students, or be unconventional. What are the incentives that motivate teachers to seek unconventionality? What is the non-standardity of the teacher? What modern educational technologies do teachers use in their practice? These are some of the questions that this paper seeks to answer. A survey was conducted among teachers from different stages of the education system. The results are described. Opinions and recommendations for practice are presented. The teachers’ attitudes towards the use of modern educational technologies and their desire to be non-standard in their pedagogical practice were studied.

Përcaktimi i standardit të një gjuhe, nuk është një akt i menjëhershëm, por është po ashtu një proces, që në kohë e vende të ndryshme, ka patur veçori të ndryshme. Sa i takon gjuhës shqipe, Kongresi i Drejtshkrimit, më 1972, i dha zgjidhje përfundimtare procesit të standardizimit duke realizuar po ashtu dhe produktet apo materialet kodifikuese, përgjatë dhjetëvjeçarit 1970-1980. Në punimin tonë do të përpiqemi të vendosim në dukje pikat e përbashkëta të argumenteve që sjellin autorët J. Byron dhe A. Pipa, në monografitë e tyre, sa i takon debatit të ndikimit politik në përcaktimin e standardit të gjuhës shqipe. Përballë tyre, si kundërargument, vendoset mendimi i gjuhëtarit A. Kostallari. Përzgjedhja e një varieteti, që do të jetë bazë për standardin, nuk përbën ndonjë rast unik për shqipen, pasi kjo ka ndodhur dhe me gjuhët e tjera të botës ku është përzgjedhur një e folme e caktuar. Megjithatë, me të drejtë, sikurse bëjnë dhe këta studiues, mund të lindë debati, pse pikërisht njëri dialekt e jo tjetri edhe pse gjuhëtarët e viteve 70-80 këmbëngulin në idenë se standardi është përftuar nga bashkëveprimi i të dy dialekteve të shqipes.

Abstract (sommario):

This study aims to describe the use of sentences in exposition texts in terms of structural clarity, logical meaning, frugality of words and standardization of words in exposition texts by class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The data to be obtained are words and sentences obtained from research data sources. The source of the data used in this study was exposition texts by class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year with a total of 30 student exposition texts. The data collection technique in this study is the fishing technique. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself and assisted by an inventory table. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that First, in terms of structural clarity consisting of clarity of active and passive structures, 47 non-standard sentences were found, 18 non-standard adverbial subjects were found, five non-standard predicates were found, non-subject adverbs were found. five non-standard sentences, and the subject is not missing found 16 non-standard sentences. Second, in terms of logical meaning, it consists of a logical relationship between the meanings of S and P found in 16 non-standard sentences and a logical relationship of detailed (parallel) meanings found in 13 non-standard sentences. Third, from the point of view of saving words consisting of using one subject from the same subject, three non-standard sentences were found, using one word from several synonymous words, 90 non-standard sentences were found, and using the words needed to express the author's intent, 125 non-standard sentences were found. . Fourth, in terms of word standardity, 32 non-standard words were found. the results obtained prove that the use of sentences in expository texts for class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Regency is still low.

Abstract“How to perform contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS)” provides general advice on the use of ultrasound contrast agents (UCAs) for clinical decision-making and reviews technical parameters for optimal CEUS performance. CEUS techniques vary between centers, therefore, experts from EFSUMB, WFUMB and from the CEUS LI-RADS working group created a discussion forum to standardize the CEUS examination technique according to published evidence and best personal experience. The goal is to standardise the use and administration of UCAs to facilitate correct diagnoses and ultimately to improve the management and outcomes of patients.

Računovodstveno obuhvaćanje lizinga, od vrlo mnogo vrsta lizinga koje postoje u praksi koristi podjelu na financijski i operativni lizing, Njihove karakteristike definirane su prvenstveno nacionalnim zakonima, općim postavkama civilnog i trgovačkog prava, međunarodnim standardima od kojih su u Europskim zemljama prihvaćeni Međunarodni računovodstveni standardi MRS (International Accounting Standards - IAS), a u SAD USGAAP (United States - Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Različita klasifikacija lizinga koja proizlazi iz ovih propisa ima utjecaj na temeljne financijske izvještaje.

Abstract (sommario):

The intricacies of language require all language scientists to be thorough and methodical in doing their analyses. This need is even more critical for the Bidayuh languages when there is a lot of on-going effort to preserve the language by various groups both from 21the people as well those from outside. Standardization and the teaching of the language in schools are among the top suggestions being explored. One of the disadvantages of standardizing a language is the danger of making the many different varieties to die out among the speakers. A closer look at one Jagoi sub-dialect commonly referred to as the Krokong dialect in comparison to other sub-dialects and dialects from other clusters illustrate some of the differences in pronunciation that can be found which highlights the need to help preserve if not all but most of the major varieties.

Ravijëzimi i një varianti të përbashkët gjuhësor që do të shërbejë si standard i një gjuhe të caktuar, për nga vetë funksionet e shumëfishta dhe simbolikës që mbart, rrallëherë ka ndodhur të kalojë pa debate e diskutime. Një ndër mënyrat se si mund të përzgjidhet ky variant është edhe ajo e ngritjes në normë të njërit prej dialekteve të një gjuhe, gjë që ka ndodhur edhe në rastin e shqipes me dialektin tosk. Kuptohet që edhe në rastin e gjuhës sonë, rruga deri në përsosjen strukturore e funksionore të standardit, kushtëzuar edhe nga rrethanat jashtëgjuhësore, nuk ka qenë e lehtë. Ajo është karakterizuar nga debate, diskutime e propozime të ndryshme, ndër të cilat, edhe ajo e vendosjes së elbasanishtes, si e tillë. Një vështrim historik i rrugës nëpër të cilën ka ecur standardi i shqipes deri në finalizimin e tij, na lejon të shohim më specifikisht rolin e elbasanishtes në këtë proces. Qëndrimet, arsyet pse kjo e folme mund të ishte një variant i mundshëm, si dhe mospërzgjedhja e saj, përpos të tjerave, na ofrojnë edhe modelet e orientimet e nevojshme për të shmangur situata të ngjashme të ndodhura më parë, aq më tepër sot, kur debati rreth standardit është rihapur sërish.

Abstract (sommario):

GLOBALGAP HeVi-standardin pilotointi aloitettiin Etelä-Savossa viljelijöiden käytännön tarpeesta. Pilotointi tehtiin kahden erillisen hankkeen avulla, joiden tavoitteena oli GLOBALGAP-standardin mukaisen ulkoisen auditointivalmiuden saavuttaminen. Sertifiointivalmiuksia hankittiin mm. tilan johtamiseen, ammatinhallintaan, työturvallisuuteen, elintarviketurvallisuuteen, jäljitettävyyteen, ympäristön huomioimiseen ja työntekijöiden työoloihin liittyvillä koulutuksilla. Koulutuksessa vertailtiin myös erilaisia tuotannonohjaus- ja tuotannonhallintajärjestelmiä sekä testattiin yritykselle parhaiten soveltuvaa järjestelmää. Pilotoinnin osana kehitettiin myös yritysten tuotantoa tuotteiden tuoteturvallisuuden osoittamisen pohjalta. Hankkeen tuloksena kiteytettiin GLOBALGAP-prosessikaavio, joka kuvaa sitä, miten prosessi kannattaa viedä läpi yrityksessä. Pilotointiin mukaan lähteneistä tiloista kaksi saivat GLOBALGAP-sertifikaatin syksyllä 2010. Toinen tiloista jatkoi uusinta-auditointiin vuonna 2011. Muut valmennuksessa mukana olleet tilat eivät ottaneet ulkoista auditointia vielä tässä vaiheessa auditointikustannusten vuoksi. GLOBALGAP koetaan käyttökelpoisena laatujärjestelmänä vihannesyrityksissä. Uuden laatujärjestelmän vaatimusten sisäistämistä ei pidetä liian hankalana, mutta apu standardin vaatimusten ymmärtämiseen on kuitenkin monelle tarpeen. Myös kustannuskysymykset GLOBALGAPissa arveluttavat viljelijöitä ja sen takia järjestelmä ei ole pienemmille tiloille kannattava ratkaisu. GLOBALGAPin tulevaisuus on Suomessa vielä epävarma ja nähtäväksi jää yleistyykö se.

<p>Visoki standardi etike nude viši kvalitet istraživanja i povećavaju u znatnoj mjeri njegov društveni utjecaj. Oni promoviraju istraživački integritet i bolje usklađivanje istraživanja s društvenim potrebama i očekivanjima.</p><p>Europska komisija je, vođena ovim ciljem, otpočela s projektom „Tehnologije informacionog društva“, sprovedenim od strane Instituta za proučavanje tržište rada, koji predstavlja pokušaj uspostavljanja skupa etičkih i profesionalnih smernica koje bi poslužile kao kodeks za socioekonomska istraživanja širom Europe, poznat pod imenom RESPECT.</p><p>Autorova namjera jeste da odredi trenutno pozicioniranje i primenu kodeksa RESPECT u okvirima razvoja zajedničkog, međunarodnog istraživačkog prostora sa „transparentnim i univerzalno usaglašenim standardima“, tj. da vidi i preispita mogućnost i razloge (ne)primene RESPECT-a na europskom tlu.</p>

Abstract (sommario):

Introduction/purpose: Nowadays, user identification systems play a very important role in modern society. Complex security requirements have led experts to explore ways in which biometric data can be used to identify user identities. This paper presents an overview of biometric standards and methods which can be used to identify users in biometric systems, and therefore to protect information and communication systems. Methods: This paper deals with the problem of standardization in the field of biometrics. The first part of the paper presents concrete examples of the most widely used biometric standards. The second part of the paper gives an overview of the most used biometric methods. Results: The obtained results show that the development of biometric systems and biometric sensors contributes to better protection of identity from misuse, because biometric technologies have great potential for improving the security and accuracy of system operation. Biometric systems improve the security of users and also provide much greater precision in establishing identity. Conclusion: The development of biometric standards should focus on their interconnectivity, as well as on increasing connectivity with other IT standards.

Ulaskom Hrvatske u EU, europski standardi zaštite zdravlja i sigurnosti radnika trebali su se primijeniti i na hrvatske radnike. Hrvatska je uskladila svoje zakonodavstvo prije ulaska, ali se europsko radno pravo nastavilo razvijati posebice u judikaturi Suda EU-a. Pitanja organizacije radnog vremena spadaju u ključna područja zaštite sigurnosti i zdravlja radnika. Sud EU-a razvio je jasne kriterije kojima je moguće na ujednačen način na području EU-a razgraničiti pojmove radnog vremena i vremena odmora. U tekstu se definiraju pojmovi europskoga radnog prava te izvora koji uređuju ovu materiju. Analiziraju se i relevantne presude Suda EU-a kao i njihove implikacije na hrvatsko radno zakonodavstvo, te se daju prijedlozi de lege ferenda o reguliranju radnog vremena i vremena odmora u kontekstu Direktive 2003/88/EZ. Usporedbom zakonodavstva i sudske prakse EU-a s hrvatskim zakonodavstvom i sudskom praksom dolazi se do zaključka da bi se Hrvatska trebala uskladiti s europskim standardima u odnosu na europski koncept radnog vremena i vremena odmora.

Moralnost je obilježje koje se pridjeva čovjekovu djelovanju na temelju njegova slaganja ili neslaganja sa standardima odnosno pravilima kojima se ono regulira. To, naravno, pretpostavlja da su čovjekova djelovanja, s jedne strane, slobodna i odgovorna, a da s druge strane, postoje standardi i pravila prema kojima ljudsko ponašanje treba biti usklađeno. Oko ovoga drugoga, kao što je poznato, postoje neslaganja, o kojima međutim ovdje nije riječ. Naprotiv, ovdje se postavlja pitanje je li moralnost isključivo kvaliteta ljudskoga djelovanja ili je se pak može naći ne samo kod najbližih primata nego i kod nižih vrsta? U tom se okviru neminovno postavlja pitanje o mogućem evolucijskom razvoju čovjekove moralnosti. Ovaj članak iznosi na vidjelo rezultate istraživanja nekih životinjskih ponašanja koja bi se na prvi pogled mogla okarakterizirati kao moralna. Tako se objašnjavaju pojave altruističkog ponašanja, empatije, osjećaja za reciprocitet, pravednost, socijalnu stabilnost. Ovakva istraživanja mogu nesumnjivo pripomoći u razumijevanju posebnosti čovjekove moralnosti, no puno toga ostaje neodgovoreno i otvoreno za daljnja istraživanja.
