  1. How to use the service?
    1. To create a bibliographic reference, choose a type of source from the appropriate menu and fill in the available fields. Otherwise, you can search for your source in our catalogues and add it automatically.
    2. Using the menu, you can switch between citation styles, order your references according to different criteria, export your bibliographies, etc.
    3. The ‘Bibliography’ and ‘Add reference’ tabs in the body of the page allow conveniently managing the process of creation of your bibliographic lists.
  2. What are the advantages of the service?
    1. You do not spend any time on studying the subtleties of referencing according to different citation styles.
    2. You can create lists of references out of the box, from one place, and by means of a handy interface.
    3. Edit, copy, and export your references and bibliographies.
    4. Convert your references from one citation style to another in just 1 click.
  3. Does the service generate all references correctly?
    1. We generate bibliographic references as correctly as possible in line with the requirements of citation styles.
    2. The automation of algorithms does not always allow taking into account the tiny details. For example, you need to check on your own whether you adapt the roles of contributors, if the available ones are not sufficient, and so on.
    3. Should you notice any errors, please contact us, and we will improve our programme.
  4. What features are available to the users? Are registration and subscription obligatory?
    1. Both registered and non-registered users can use the service.
    2. The basic features are available to the users free of charge. Subscribing to the service opens all of the website’s functionalities.
    3. You can learn more about the subscription plans on our Subscribe page.
  5. If I do not sign up, do I risk of losing my data?
    1. Yes, you do. We shall delete unregistered users' data 30 days upon the expiry of their bibliography, provided that they do not perform any operations with the bibliography during this period.
    2. If you do not sign up, your data might also be lost regardless of our effort: for instance, this can happen if you clear your browser’s cache, clear your session data, and so on.
    3. To avoid these situations, we advise you to use our service upon completing the registration procedure.
  6. What is the difference between the ‘Zero Gravity’ and ‘Cosmic Bibliography’ plans?
    1. The ‘Zero Gravity’ subscription plan extends over a particular timespan (1 month, 1 year, etc.). During this time, you can create an unlimited number of bibliographies, with unlimited references inside every bibliography.
    2. The ‘Cosmic Bibliography’ subscription plan assumes that you purchase 1 bibliography for 1 year. This means that during 1 year you will have an access to 1 bibliography for one paper, with an unlimited number of references inside it.
    3. You can choose the plan most advantageous to you depending on your needs (number of papers for which you need bibliographies, time for writing a paper, etc.).
  7. Can I use the 'Cosmic Bibliography' plan to generate references for several papers within the same bibliography?
    1. No, this violates our terms of service. A ‘cosmic bibliography’ is to contain references for one paper only (article, dissertation, thesis, etc.).
    2. To create references for another paper, purchase one more ‘cosmic bibliography’ or subscribe to the ‘Zero Gravity’ plan.
  8. Can I purchase several plans at a time?
    1. Yes, you can purchase any combinations of plans at any time.
    2. If you already have a ‘cosmic bibliography’, you can purchase one or several more. Also, if needed, you can subscribe to the ‘Zero Gravity’ plan.
    3. If you have already purchased the ‘Zero Gravity’ plan for a particular time period, you can pay for the next 1 month, 1 year, etc. The time of unlimited access will be prolonged for the appropriate period.
  9. Can I use my bibliography after my subscription has expired?
    1. Upon the expiry of your subscription, you will no longer be able to access your bibliographies and references. To restore the access to your references, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
    2. If you created your references as a non-registered user or a registered user without a subscription, your access to the bibliography will cease upon the expiry of the use period shown on the counter on the website.
  10. Will you remove my bibliographies when my subscription expires?
    1. If you created your references while having a valid subscription (to any paid plan, with any validity period), we will keep your references intact for 3 years or for the time of our website’s existence. During this period, you can always restore the access to your materials by renewing your subscription.
    2. If you created your references without a paid subscription, we can remove them 1 month after you fail to purchase a subscription.
  11. The website does not have the citation style I need. What should I do?
    1. Today, our service allows creating bibliographies and references according to a number of international and national citations styles. Their full list can be seen in the appropriate menu on the website’s main page.
    2. We are gradually adding new citation styles. If you are interested in a particular new citation style on our site, please contact us.
