The aims of the study were to develop an Eating Behaviour Rating Scale (EBRS) for anorexia nervosa patients, to quantify their eating behaviour and to determine any change in eating behaviour as a result of inpatient treatment. Fifteen inpatients and ten university students participated in the study.
