Abstract A 42 year-old man with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) had three episodes of spontaneous Subdural Hematoma (SH) after binge drinking. There is no remote history of abnormal bleeding or easy bruising despite multiple fractures. Medications included Aspirin (ASA).
