Purpose The purposes of this exploratory study were to examine the variability among prerequisite courses required by speech-language pathology graduate programs and to explore how faculty in leadership positions within graduate programs approach decision making about these courses. Method This research involved gathering data about the number and type of prerequisite course requirements from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association–accredited speech-language pathology master's degree programs ( n = 272) and conducting interviews with a small sample of speech-language pathology department faculty ( n = 12). Results The large majority of speech-language pathology graduate programs required the same four general education prerequisite courses. The number of prerequisite courses specific to communication sciences and disorders ranged from three to 17. The rationale for which and how many courses to include as prerequisites varied across programs. Issues related to student preparation and foundation for graduate coursework, the composition of the student body, administrative and logistical factors, and traditions and history of each program influenced how faculty made decisions regarding prerequisites. Conclusion While there is not a clear consensus across programs about the number and type of prerequisites necessary to start graduate school in speech-language pathology, most programs feel their ongoing decision making in this area has set up students within their own programs for successful outcomes.

Aim. Based on an analysis of current trends in the development of the marketing communications mix, the presented study aims to determine the prerequisites for its efficient use by organizations for maximum impact on the consumer.Tasks. The authors identify trends in the development of the marketing communications mix; consider an algorithm for the formation of the marketing communications mix in an organization; substantiate the prerequisites for its efficient implementation in an organization.Methods. This study uses general scientific methods of cognition to investigate trends in the development of the marketing communications mix at the present stage, as well as the algorithm and prerequisites for the formation and implementation of the marketing communications mix.Results. According to the results of the study, the following trends in the development of the marketing communications mix can be identified: promotion of Internet communications following the growth of online commerce and mobile commerce, strengthening of customer centricity and development of interactive communication tools, expansion of direct producer consumer communications due to some manufacturers departing from resellers when selling goods, development of omnichannel sales, synchronization of different marketing promotion channels, etc.Conclusion. The study reveals that the prerequisites for an efficient marketing communications mix include a systemic communicative impact on the consumer, formation of a marketing communications mix based on consumer knowledge and continuous testing of the communication campaign, further development and application of modern tools for interaction with the consumer, creation of personalized, relevant, and interactive content based on a marketing strategy and a competent content plan.

Departing from a systemic perspective, the paper aims to contribute to a better understanding of ordinary citizens’ everyday political talk from a deliberative democratic point of view. Drawing on unique survey data collected in Germany it examines three prerequisites of deliberative democracy as a model of democracy that is rooted in political discussions among the citizenry at large: (1) The prerequisite of inclusivity expects citizens’ engagement in everyday conversations to be widespread and egalitarian. (2) The prerequisite of publicity demands citizens to be mutually aware of each other’s political perspectives. (3) The prerequisite of heterogeneity necessitates that the standpoints to which citizens are exposed when communicating about politics reflect society’s political pluralism. Analyses of citizens’ communicative engagement in their overall and core networks suggest basically positive diagnoses for all three prerequisites, but with severe limitations on closer inspection. The paper furthermore shows that with regard to everyday political talk social inequality gives rise to political inequality, and demonstrates how these effects are mediated by variations in citizens’ endowment with cultural and social capital.

Standards and Good Practice guidelines provide explicit criteria for maintaining quality and integrity in science. But research practices are now openly questioned. I defend the idea that the tension between norms and practices in scientific writing must be addressed primarily by the scientific community if quality of the sources in the process of science communication is to be guaranteed. This paper provides evidence that scientific writing and researchers’writing practices do not reflect expected quality criteria. Evidence is based on four complementary analyses of: (i) communication manuals, journals’ recommendations to authors and the norms they convey (ii) feedback given by reviewers (ii) interviews and questionnaires (iv) researchers’ written productions and writing practices. I show that researchers’ writing and communication practices are very often in total contradiction with the norms and standards the scientific community has established. Unless researchers can improve and guarantee quality and integrity of the sources, the whole system of science communication will be threatened.

A basic dilemma faces the student of intercultural communication: Should communicative norms that protect substantial differences guide intercultural encounters? Or should formal rules of communication be promoted regardless of the interlocutors' cultural backgrounds and group affiliations? In this article arguments for and against these two positions are presented through a review of the discussion between Charles Taylor and Jürgen Habermas. It is argued that the theoretically irreconcilable positions may in practice be less than contradictory: in actual communicative encounters interlocutors with different cultural backgrounds do reach agreement on specific issues while preserving their cultural differences. On the basis of this insight, a communicative model that both protects differences and promotes commonality is proposed.

The paper presents the current transformations of Russian public relations during the SaRS-COVID-19 pandemic and remote working in 2020. In response to the crisis and uncertainty, companies have adapted and restructured corporate strategies and communications. The increasing demand for communication support of strategies and daily support of corporate activities indicates the growing significance of PR and the implementation of organizational strategies, as well as the demand for the optimization of corporate communication in society. The PR industry in general and professional communication are becoming more and more integrated due to the attraction of knowledge, competencies, specialists from a wide range of related industries: marketing, sociology, management. The current communication situation caused changes in the characteristics of Russian PR in the segment of communication agencies. Despite the traditionally high volume of the agencies marketing services, the growth of crisis and digital communications has turned to be stable, which indicates the demand for more flexible PR formats. Based on an analysis of public relations of the leading local communication agencies in 2020, the authors put forward a hypothesis on the formation of the prerequisites for the transition of Russian public relations to the format of strategic communications.

For exploiting the inherent parallelism enclosed in System-on-Chip designs, special architectural prerequisites have to be met. These prerequisites mainly affect the communication infrastructure, as parallel processing of all hardware modules accounts for a continuous and sufficient provision of data. While traditional communication architectures may fulfill these requirements for a fixed System-on-Chip design, changing composition, number and locations of processing modules in runtime reconfigurable System-on-Chips require new communication paradigms. Special communication architectures especially for use in runtime reconfigurable System-on-Chip designs are presented in this article. Their analysis provides a basis for the design of CoNoChi, a runtime reconfigurable Network-on-Chip dedicated for the usage in FPGA-based designs. CoNoChi supports the adaptation of the network topology during runtime by providing mechanisms to add or remove switches from the network during runtime without stopping or stalling the network. The applicability of CoNoChi is shown on the basis of a complex runtime reconfigurable System-on-Chip for networking applications. Prototyping results demonstrate that CoNoChi is a promising alternative to existing communication architectures supporting both a high degree of adaptability during runtime and a high concurrency of data transfers.

I provide a philosophical analysis of the claim that ICTs are necessary preconditions for the eradication of poverty. What are the links between information and communication technologies (ICTs) and poverty? I first define technology and then give a brief depiction of ICTs. Thereafter I define poverty and give a brief expla-nation of its context and causes. Next I discuss the relationship between poverty and ICTs in three paradigm cases: [i] the role of ICTs in poor societies, [ii] the effect of poor ICT knowledge and skill of individuals in highly developed technological societies, and [iii] the impact of impoverished ICT knowledge and skills on the rich, powerful, and intelligent ones in society. I propose a procedure for decision making about the appropria-tion of ICTs by individuals and societies. I assess the claim that both access to ICTs and effective use of them are preconditions for the eradication of poverty.

The relevance of the article is determined by the global direction towards the greening of the environment which finds its manifestations both in scientific research in various fields of knowledge and in the general policy of developed countries. Nowadays, the problems of climate, environmental friendliness and biodiversity are of vital importance. The current approach to land use leads to fragmentation of natural environment, stagnation of natural habitat, degradation of ecological systems, which affects nature-related anthropogenic culture.
The article considers political measures that are the basis for the methodology of environmental regulation at global level. This research shows how they are reflected in the Ukrainian legal framework and provides specific results.
The analysis of legislative and literary sources allowed finding out that the creation of the ecological network of Ukraine has a deep level of integration into the European ecological programs and is a part of the ecological network of a higher order. The study found that the organization of the ecological network of Ukraine takes place immediately at the national, regional and local levels. The national level ensures the establishment of state strategies and directions of the ecological network, the establishment of interstate communications on the organization of transboundary ecological objects as well as the positioning of the state ecological network as a part of the "Green Infrastructure" (GI). At this level there is communication with world environmental organizations, setting goals, directives and compliance with environmental programs.
The regional and local levels determine the activities of regional and district councils in relation to specific environmental measures aimed at the protection and reproduction of natural biological and landscape diversity, its protection, regulation of land use in protected areas. The article highlights the hierarchical model of ecological networks organization (Regional Ecological Network Scheme - Consolidated Scheme of Ecological Network of Ukraine - European Ecological Network Scheme "Green Infrastructure"), which reveals the relationship between the initial global environmental initiative and the scheme of ecological network formation in Ukraine.

The article defines the essence of the concepts of language and culture, which are important for the process of intercultural communication of combat and operational support specialists, as well as for the process of forming their intercultural competence. Language performs an expressive function and is a universal means for expressing the inner world of a person. Culture preserves certain values and depends on the interpretation of the environment by the participants of communication. Based on the studies of prominent scientists an analysis of theories of language communication, speech acts (the operations that provide them and their main classes) and speech genres (in particular, its linguistic essence and nature). The theory of linguistic personality (its main varieties) and the theory of dialogue of cultures are reflected. The totality of these theories forms the basis for the process of forming intercultural competence in the mentioned specialists. Intercultural competence of future combat and operational support specialists is defined as a set of knowledge abilities and skills that help future military specialists to effectively conduct their professional activities and freely communicate with partners of other cultures under conditions of international integration and mutual understanding and respect. The components of intercultural competence of future specialists of combat operational support appropriate knowledge, abilities, skills, namely: language knowledge: a)lexical, grammar, spelling; multicultural knowledge; knowledge of verbal and nonverbal, communicative rules of behavior; cognitive knowledge and skills; ability to dialogue with representatives of other cultures; ability to control their actions in communication, in particular, the ability to overcome fear; the ability to observe the rules of etiquette.

The method of nodal points is based on the ecological, economic, transport and communication significance on different territories affecting adjacent vast territories.Research findings: Geological landscape conditions, which determine the structure of natural and urban planning system of territories are significant for territories of Southern Siberia. Urban transformation in one of these nodes affects the development of the entire vast territory. The settlement potential in South of Siberia is determined and the urban planning algorithm is proposed for these territories.

The article highlights the theoretical issues of the categories of ethnic identity, interethnic communication. The authors consider the issues of theoretical prerequisites for the study of the students’ ethnic identity in domestic and foreign science. The indicators and properties of ethnic identity are considered in detail. Particular attention is paid to the issues of mutual influence and interdependence of a student's positive ethnic identity and the culture of his interethnic communication. The authors substantiate the thesis about the role of the discipline «Foreign language» in the development of students’ ethnic identity and in improving the culture of interethnic communication. The article proposes various methods, forms and techniques of work on the development of students' ethnic identity. This research widely presents the methodological tools of teachers - foreign language teachers: problem-based learning methods, students’ research activities, work with audio, video, etc. An important role in the development of ethnic identity and interethnic communication belongs to work with small genres of oral folk art, and with translations of famous works into English. The results of the study of students’ ethnic self-identification, the change in the students’ attitude towards representatives of other ethnic groups are presented as a result of purposeful activity in this aspect. Positive self-identification of students is considered as a prerequisite and guarantee of positive interethnic communication.

A study was conducted to assess the prerequisite skills for learning Cued Speech in Tamil language among 45 individuals with hearing impairment in the Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu, India. Purposive sampling method was followed to select the participants. A questionnaire was developed by the authors which included three domains: a) Awareness on Tamil speech sounds, b) Skill to identify the mouth shape for Tamil speech sounds, and c) Skill to form compound letters. Data was gathered and collected through administering the questionnaire and analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. The findings of the study suggested that the individuals were poor achievers in identifying the speech sounds vital for linguistic performance and effective communication. The study recommends exposure to Tamil speech sounds, their formations, and following Mouth shape, which will help to learn the cued speech effectively to enhance the verbal communication skills of individuals with hearing impairment.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the prerequisites of value co-production by a communication consultant and workshop participants during a communication improvement programme carried out in a medium-sized family firm. Design/methodology/approach The paper draws from a socio-constructivist view of learning that emphasises participatory processes. It utilises the value co-production concept, referring to collaborative, dialogic activities between the consultant and the client. The theoretical framework includes the transcoder, re-interpreter, and free creator roles of a consultant as realised in a consultancy process characterised by dialogic interaction and equity. The approach is qualitative, and the data come from the expectations of the management team, a video recording of a communication improvement workshop, insights produced in the workshop, and a research journal. Findings The roles of a consultant were found to be those of organiser, transcoder, re-interpreter, and co-creator. Additionally, a dialogue facilitator role was highlighted as a central prerequisite of value co-production. The importance of a positive spirit in consultancy sessions was questioned because problems can thereby be hidden behind positivity. The value of confusing or even destructive episodes was emphasised as a source of new perspectives. Research limitations/implications There are limitations related to the quality of the video recordings, and that the company employees did not yet evaluate the value gained in the long run. Practical implications This paper shows that a communication consultant gains insights from company representatives’ insider views in conflict-management situations, and that these conflicts can be useful for organisational learning. Originality/value This study contributes to research into strategic communication because it provides new knowledge about the consultant-client interface, particularly in value co-production, in the few studies conducted in the context of SMEs. The study utilises the novel research methodology of video analysis.

People are always important only to people. Such practices as “communication”, “cooperation” have developed since mankind created society and are not new. The concept of “cultural diplomacy,” aimed at creating and maintaining peace and stability throughout the world through intercultural relations, forms the basis of a new science. While the new science considers new research, mechanisms and new ways, the proposed article examines a number of fundamental ways linking philosophy and cultural diplomacy. Such a step may be necessary for interdisciplinary reflection, research and practice. This is justified by the fact that philosophy is necessary to provide a theoretical vision of each science, while rational thinking seeks to clarify and determine the origin, causes, goals, characteristics, methods, scientific vocabulary, various areas of its specific part. Since philosophy is a worldwide science, the study of international exchange of experience can create an effective field of research.Cultural diplomacy is common to a number of fields of philosophy, such as “philosophy of culture”, “political philosophy” and “philosophical anthropology,” therefore, the field of research is open for development in terms of new philosophical considerations and many valuable ideas. The authors of the article believe that intercultural and internal relations can be strengthened and maintained through constant and continuous dialogue and exchange, which, in turn, helps to strengthen understanding and trust between peoples and communities, prevent misunderstandings, improve relations and cooperation, and reduce the likelihood of socio-cultural conflicts and disputes.

the article defines the prerequisites for professional deformities of students: reduced depersonalization processes and distance in personal terms; average exhaustion of a psychoemotional and emotional nature; moderate general professional deformities; slightly below average reduction changes in the field of personal achievements and professional motivation. The features of ethnic tolerance of students with the prerequisites of professional deformities are revealed: low use of others as an example for imitation of forms of behavior and worldview positions; reduced tolerance to mental and physical discomfort caused by others; inability to control their unpleasant feelings caused by the low sociability of the interlocutors; moderate tolerance, in particular ethnic; reduced tolerance in interpersonal communication; below average degree of tolerance as a personal feature, as a component of effective communication; practical lack of desire to re-educate, remake others for themselves; reduced consideration of individual psychological characteristics of the interlocutors; low psychological flexibility in the process of evaluating others; reduced ability to adapt and forgive others. There is a noticeable relationship between: the average degree of severity of exhaustion of a psychoemotional nature and a reduced tolerance to mental and physical discomfort caused by others; the average level of general professional deformities and a low degree of severity of the use of others as an example for imitation of behaviors and worldview positions; average emotional exhaustion and a low level of ability to adapt and forgive others.

Nowadays autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are on the list of most frequent childish disorders. It is characterized by communicational, behavioural, and emotional difficulties, unique manifestations of cognitive processes, lack of communicational initiative. ASD is a developmental disorder that occurs in early childhood, persists into adulthood, and affects three areas of development: communication, social partnership, and behavior.
So, when the means of communication are incomplete or absent, the normal course of the child's development is being disrupted, social adaptation becomes impossible. For the effective organization of speech therapy intervention of children, it is necessary to start child`s rehabilitation work as possible of the child's development:
The author's long time professional experience (15 years) in working with these children indicates that one of the keys to the best effectiveness of communication and speech development is early intervention, which can be organized only after the early detection and diagnosis of children with ASD.
One of the prerequisites for early diagnosis is to ensure the continuity of the awareness process among parents, which is the main goal of our article.

Particular scrutiny was given to criteria addressing certain cognitive acquisitions and the identification of a significant communication deficit(s) as prerequisites to system implementation. A case is presented to support the use of an augmentative communication system as a preventive treatment and a potential facilitator of language comprehension skills. An alternative approach to traditional decision rules that involves the implementation of procedures that allow the simultaneous scrutiny of graphic (communication board), gestural (sign), and vocal communicative modes is proposed.

The article deals with the problems of analyzing political communications in social media carried out in conditions of global instability and a sharp increase in international and interregional confrontation caused, in addition to political reasons, by competition for dwindling resources. In such conditions, manipulative technologies are spreading extremely dynamically and the value foundations of politics are being lost. The key characteristics of network communication are: anonymity, non-normativity and non-linearity, which greatly complicates the conduct of such an analysis. An even more difficult research task is to evaluate the effectiveness of this kind of communication. Analyzing the complexity of conceptualization and operationalization of the effectiveness of political communication, the author suggests using the term «communicative effectiveness», the methodological prerequisites of which are the theory of agreements presented in the works of modern French neo-institutionalists: L. Boltyansky, L. Theveno, O. Favoro, etc. Having illustrated his analysis with several cases of network political communication in recent years, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to assign the category of «trust» to the central criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of political communication.

This paper presents arguments for considering the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) as a critical structure in intentional communication. Different facets of intentionality are discussed in relationship to this neural structure. The macrostructural and microstructural characteristics of ACC are proposed to sustain the uniqueness of its architecture, as an overlap region of cognitive, affective and motor components. At the functional level, roles played by this region in communication include social bonding in mammals, control of vocalization in humans, semantic and syntactic processing, and initiation of speech. The involvement of the anterior cingulate cortex in social cognition is suggested where, for infants, joint attention skills are considered both prerequisites of social cognition and prelinguistic communication acts. Since the intentional dimension of gestural communication seems to be connected to a region previously equipped for vocalization, ACC might well be a starting point for linguistic communication.

The article highlights the methodological connection between philology and mission hermeneutics in communicative and ontological aspects.
Goal. Disclosure of the ontological foundations of communication carried out through sacred and artistic texts in a historical, cultural, aesthetic and theological context.
Methodology, methods and techniques. In the course of the research, general scientific and specific scientific methods are used, a system-overview, contextual-hermeneutic, spiritual-existential and polyparadimal approach are applied.
Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the research consists in substantiating the synthesis and fundamental interdependence of the communicative ("technical") and ontological (substantive) aspects, "interpretation" and "understanding", "method" and "truth" based on the "good news", personal assimilation of the meaning of the text as a Word addressed to the reader.
Practical significance. The research creates prerequisites for improving the methodology and technology of philological, rhetorical, linguo-stylistic and functional-communicative analysis of the text.

Abstract The article tells the story of the evolution of communication for development within the United Nation’s (UN) Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), describing the good times in the past as well as the difficult times in the last decade as an example of how the discipline continues to be marginalised in development institutions. The author argues that new challenges and trends demand new thinking on the part of institutions and governments, as well as new practices and skills by communication practitioners, and stresses the need to avoid re-inventing the wheel. New approaches should be married up with the participatory principles and methodologies applied in the past that are still valid for meeting the new challenges. The article concludes with a discussion of the prerequisites for an enabling environment for mainstreaming communication for development.

This paper investigates philosophical, cultural and didactic potential of silence in education. The author substantiates that in the world of ever-augmenting speaking, the student’s silence is manifested as a stage, when there is nothing to say for oneself. This is attributable to the monologue nature of education, the main meanings, goals and the content of which is to convey the multicultural experience of mankind to a “monocultural” student. At the same time, there is a huge potential for silence as competence whereby a student generates his new meanings, knowledge, questions. The paper presents a comparative analysis of the didactics of Eastern and Western cultures core parameters as creativity, dialogism, interactivity. The author concludes that despite the sufficiently large number of the silence phenomenon studies in pedagogy, they mainly affect the methodical le[1]vel. In reliance on philosophical, linguistic, psychosocial research, the article originally examines the methodological foundations of the design and implementation of the didactics of silence. Particular attention is paid to the links between silence, “questioning” and heuristics. It is indicated that silence in teaching factors into exponential development and the formation of such future competencies as creativity, communication, and the affective sphere.

Aim: To identify the leading factors of mental health problems by establishing interconnections them with other challenges of full-scale war. Materials and Methods: Sociological and statistical methods of descriptive statistics, the method of pairwise correlation of psychological problems with other challenges with disaggregation by gender, the logistic regression analysis for factors that were statistically significantly related to mental health problems (95% CI, p<0.05) were used. Results: Since the beginning of the war respondents identified medical problems as the most important challenge (83.6%), which were combined with forced change of residence and restrictions on movement and communication (20.7%), financial problems (8.0%) and restrictions on non-medical services (1.1%). Statistical analysis revealed a weak direct correlation between male’ mental health problems with age (20 and older) (r=0.225), restrictions on travelling abroad (r=0.221) and restrictions on habitual communication (r=0.215). Financial (r=0.190) and psychological (r=0.252) problems in relatives were the leading factors in the development of psychological disorders. In case of female, the most important factors in the occurrence of psychological problems were restrictions on usual communications (r=0.138), financial problems (r=0.104), illness (r=0.121), volunteering before the fullscale invasion (r=0.105), hearing about deaths (r=0.143) and mental health of loved ones (r=0.435). Conclusions: Psychological problems among students had great significance (77.4%). The psychological state is most affected by the problems of loved ones, and this was a two-way connection. As part of rehabilitation measures, we anticipate an increasing role for primary health care and mental health promotion.

Grounded prerequisites for the development and creation of a physical model of protection of cable lines and radio electronic means of state and industrial objects from external electromagnetic influence in the conditions of emergency prevention.It is determined that the theoretical prerequisites for modeling include the condition of protection, which is the need to ensure complete neutralization of the electromagnetic impact energy, as the main factor in maintaining the proper technical condition of cable lines and radio electronic means. The second prerequisite for the creation of the model is the functional analogy between electricity and pneumatic (hydraulic), which is the basis for the development of protection of cable lines and RES in the direction of replacement of the most vulnerable electrical devices to pneumatic devices (hydraulic), which electrical and jet pneumatic (hydraulic) devices. They will also be linked through energy conversion.The basic scheme of physical model of protection of cable lines and radio electronic means in the conditions of emergency prevention at state and industrial objects connected with external electromagnetic influence, which unlike the existing ones, is created by replacement of separate electronic measuring systems by digital and analog streaming computations Pneumatic devices (hydro-automatic) devices and fiber-optic materials are used to create protection of communication channels.
The proposed physical model will allow us to investigate changes in the technical condition of cable lines and electronic equipment in the event of emergency situations at state and industrial sites related to external electromagnetic effects.

Intensive use of marketing communications by banking institutions, the main functions of which are informing consumers about the features and benefits of banking products and services, stimulating demand, maintaining customer loyalty, creating a positive image of banks is one of the important prerequisites for banking institutions. Instead, obstacles to the development of marketing communications of most Ukrainian banks are the imperfection of communication policy, the lack of a clear definition of the functions of marketing services, the lack of banking information provided to customers; lack of unified information databases and non-systemic nature of marketing research. The solutions to these problems determine the relevance of this study. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to describe leaders’ views on how Communicative Leadership influences co-worker health by comparing their opinions with the health-related values within Quality Management. Design/methodology/approach A multinational manufacturing organization that has been working with Communicative Leadership for several years was investigated. Twenty-one managers trained in Communicative Leadership were interviewed and asked about their views on how their communication influences both the well-being of their co-workers and the working environment. Various communication behaviors and communication methodologies emerged from the interviews and were then analyzed versus the health-related Quality Management dimensions. Findings The result shows concrete communication behavior and methodologies that influence co-worker well-being and the working environment positively and negatively. Another result is a description of the prerequisites for managers to be able to communicate in a way that influences co-worker well-being and the working environment. The analysis of the communication behaviors and communication methodologies versus the health-related Quality Management values shows that several of the health-related Quality Management dimensions were present. Research limitations/implications A limitation of this research is that it is just managers’ view that has been investigated and analyzed. Practical implications Managers acting and behaving in accordance with the communicative behaviors and methodologies described in the results can influence co-worker health and the working environment in a positive way. The level of awareness of the prerequisites could help managers to influence co-worker well-being and create a good working environment. Originality/value The connection between Communicative Leadership and health-related Quality Management values is rarely made. This research can contribute to greater understanding in both areas.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to generalize the ontological prerequisites and peculiarities of institutional support for modernization of the economy. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to identifying ontological features and elements of institutional support for modernization transformations. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is a systematic approach to identifying the ontological features of the modernization of the economy, an institutional-evolutionary approach to the study of the elements of institutional support of modernization transformations, a graphic analysis – to reflect the dynamics of the parameters of the innovation index. Findings. It is emphasized that the specific realities of the transitional state of the social and economic system became the ontological foundation of the modernization changes of the national economy. It was established that at this evolutionary stage, effective institutions and innovations, which in their totality form the basis for the modernization of the social and economic system, are of key importance for the national economy. It is argued that modernization ensures economic and social changes and realizes the progressive transition of the social and economic model to a new stage of development. At the current stage of development, such a vector is the post-industrial model, which is based on a more advanced technological method of social production, expansion of the sphere of services, information and knowledge. Implementation of the modernization process requires optimization of regulatory influences and interaction of driving forces of transformational transformations (state, society, market). Originality. It is substantiated that regulatory institutional influences on modernization dynamics in the national economy should take into account global transformational factors: the growing role of information and communication technologies; spread of economic integration, expansion of transnational corporations, liberalization of trade relations; orientation of national economies to foreign relations, interpenetration and mutual influence of macroeconomic policies, internationalization of education and culture. In view of the task of modernization transformations, the adoption of measures to activate innovative activity through the substantiation and implementation of state support tools, the material and technical support of scientific structures with modern tools and equipment for scientific research, the formation of financial motivation for the productive work of researchers and the implementation of European norms and standards are argued organization and funding of fundamental research. Practical value. The theoretical and methodological provisions of this study deepen the practical toolkit of institutional regulation of the modernization of the national economy. A modern publisher, in order to be successful, needs proper positioning, which would distinguish it among others, make it noticeable and necessary for the reader, and therefore — in demand in the market. The purpose of the study is to identify the literature that is important and contributes to the formation of personality, which will promoted to create a competitive publishing programs, as components and prerequisites for a successful marketing strategy for Ukrainian publishing houses of intellectual orientation. The theoretical understanding of this problem was based on empirical rapid research with the participation of 223 doctors of science, PhD and other scientists. The materials of the analysis are presented in comparison with the results of others conducted by the authors earlier, in particular among the audience of readers under 25, who confirmed the obvious difference in book interests of different social, professional, age and other groups.
The results of the research will contribute to the creation of specific marketing programs by the subjects of publishing in the context of offering the reader sound intellectually important books.

The need for approval of the communicative model of personality as a multicultural entity creates prerequisites for radical changes in life strategy, the key points that make up the skills to be included in the growing complexity of communication networks, including the ability to create a new system of relationships
(self-organization). All this does not only make the differences in culture explicit, but also stimulates the next stage of the socio-cultural development. It is concluded that the position of the subject, which has new communicative consciousness, may be changed. The basis for the mechanism of personal comprehension of the world is an innovative activity of the multicultural subject.

A first attempt was made to introduce picture-based communication at a Swedish neonatal ward to facilitate communication with immigrant patients having fled their country of origin. Six members of staff were interviewed about their experiences using semi-structured dyadic interviews. Their answers were analysed using inductive content analysis, and the results were related to a theoretical framework called Promoting Action on Research Implementation in Health Services. The staff found the pictures to be helpful in communication with refugees. They were motivated to use the pictorial support and experienced a great need for it. Two key prerequisites for successful implementation were identified: receiving training and having a person formally in charge of the implementation process.

The article describes prerequisites implementing LCMS MOODLE at the Technical lyceum. For schools need urgent problem is the creation of information and communication environment, which should meet the needs of the information society and enhance the level of information and communication training pupil. MOODLE will allow all the participants of the educational process to get necessary data and any device. Pupils will have the ability to get homework, look through educational materials and do the homework. Parents will be aware of their child's marks, they will be able to go through the school's timetable. Teachers will manage educational content.
