Les premiers passages pour le gibier sont construits, en France, dans les années 1960. Dès 1980, les espèces gibiers ne sont plus les seules considérées et les caractéristiques des passages s’améliorent. À partir de 2007, « le Grenelle de l’environnement », une initiative gouvernementale, va placer la conservation de la biodiversité et la lutte contre la fragmentation du territoire au rang de priorité nationale, avec en toile de fond un ambitieux projet de réseaux écologiques. Ce projet porte le nom de Trame Verte et Bleue. Cette situation nouvelle se traduit par des pratiques innovantes en matière de construction des passages à faune et l’émergence d’une politique de requalification des infrastructures existantes. Dans cet article, l’auteur présente un bilan de l’évolution des mesures destinées à éviter ou réduire la fragmentation des milieux ainsi que le concept de Trame Verte et Bleue.

Community gardens have emerged in Paris as a way to create green spacesin the city’s densely populated working-class neighbourhoods. One such garden is the Goutte Verte,a temporary, nomadic community garden that, with the agreement of the city and its developers, occupiesvacant lots awaiting the construction of new-build social housing. The continued existence of the GoutteVerte is placed in opposition to much-needed housing in the city, with poor, unemployed, and middle-classgardeners alike caught between a desire for green space and a demand for comfortable housing. Drawingon participant observation and interviews conducted in 2013–14 and 2019, I demonstrate how communitygardens act as a material alternative to urban planning and governance that often fail to account for a rightto a “place to breathe” in the city – a situation that is increasingly fraught as city planners treat newconstruction as the primary solution for affordable housing in Paris.

Résumé Dans cet article, nous nous intéresserons à la question des régions québécoises périphériques à partir de l’étude du cas de Louis Bertrand, un notable qui a marqué le développement de L’Isle-Verte au XIXe siècle. Dans le cadre de cette recherche, nous nous sommes arrêtés aux différentes dimensions du contexte territorial dans lequel se sont déroulés les événements. Trois questions se sont posées quant à la définition du territoire : la question de la périphérie, la question historiographique de la seigneurie et celle de la région au Bas-Canada. Ce type de recherche soulève les difficultés que représentent l’utilisation de notions contemporaines et leur articulation avec des phénomènes territoriaux appartenant au passé. Cette réflexion offre la possibilité d’enrichir et de repenser les études en histoire régionale. De nouvelles méthodes doivent être proposées et mises à l’essai pour que nous puissions saisir les tensions et la complexité qui participent à la construction historique des territorialités.

Cet article établit un examen de l’état de l’art en assainissement non collectif (ANC) à travers les jurisprudences liées à la responsabilité décennale et à travers les connaissances scientifiques et techniques principalement issues des retours de terrain sur le territoire national. Cet article « décrypte » également, pour les ouvrages, les notions des techniques, qu’elles soient classiques, traditionnelles, innovantes, courantes et non courantes, en différenciant les codifications réglementaires, qui constituent par principe un minimum à respecter, de celles à caractère volontaire, dont l’objectif est de renforcer la pérennité et la robustesse des ouvrages. Il ressort de cette réflexion globale trois enseignements principaux. Primo, la sinistralité reste une question centrale en ANC. De fait, elle est fortement liée à la complexité des dispositifs manufacturés, qui a une incidence sur leur durabilité. Secundo, la mise en oeuvre doit être décrite et ce, de façon explicite, spécifique et adaptée à chaque technique, qu’elle soit traditionnelle ou innovante. Tertio, le recours aux techniques décrites dans la NF DTU 64.1 ou à des techniques agréées inscrites dans la liste verte élaborée par la Commission « prévention-produits » (C2P) de l’Agence qualité construction (AQC) permet d’apporter des garanties sur l’ouvrage en matière de stabilité, de pérennité et des usages. A contrario, les exigences portant uniquement sur les produits ne suffisent pas.

This paper uses the terminology of Construction Grammar (Goldberg 1996; 2006) and a corpus-based method to investigate a pair of semantically similar constructions and the lexemes that occur in both of them. The method, referred to as distinctive-collexeme analysis (Gries and Stefanowitsch 2004a), seeks to identify lexemes that exhibit a strong preference for one construction as opposed to another: in other words, to uncover subtle distributional differences between two semantically or functionally near-equivalent constructions. On the basis of the case study dealing with the on the brink of- noun construction versus the on the verge of- noun construction, the paper shows that there are lexemes that prefer one of the investigated patterns over the other. Moreover, the results of the distinctive-collexeme analysis reveal that the frame-constructional semantics is a relevant factor in the choice between these two patterns.

La question de la transitivité sémantique a surtout été envisagée par les typologues dans le but de dégager des invariants inter-langue. Le « prototype transitif » fédère autour de lui les autres constructions verbales en vertu du continuum de transitivité mais cette notion n’aide pas à comprendre en quoi ces autres constructions sont déviantes. Notre approche vise à prouver qu'il est possible de définir la transitivité sémantique non pas comme une propriété du verbe ou d'une construction mais comme la propriété d'une classe de verbes au sémantisme homogène (ici les verbes de contact issus de LVF) classifiés selon des critères de "ressemblance de famille". Les sous-classes transitives sont le résultat d’une analyse statistique multidimensionnelle sur la base de critères sélectionnés que l’on value pour obtenir un score transitif.

We present cyclic hypercycle systems C(3,5,v) of orders v=25,26,31,35,37,41,46,47,55,56, a highly symmetric construction for v=40, and cyclic 2-split constructions of orders 32,40,50,52. As a consequence, all orders v≤60 permitted by the divisibility conditions admit a C(3,5,v) system. New recursive constructions are also introduced.

RésuméLe présent article porte sur la structure interne des constructions causatives du français. Son argumentation se base sur deux idées essentielles : que l'interprétation de respectivement révélerait l'effet d'intervention dans les constructions bi-propositionnelles, et que la montée du quantifieur serait soumise à la minimalité et à la Condition d'impénétrabilité des phases. J'utiliserai ces deux phénomènes comme tests pour justifier d'une part la relation morpho-syntaxique entre le verbe causatif faire et le verbe causativisé, et d'autre part la dérivation de l'ordre VOS (verbe-objet-sujet) du complément de faire. Je compte démontrer que les constructions causatives du français sont analogues aux constructions ECM (Exceptional Case Marking), qui impliquent un TP défectif enchâssé; et que l'ordre VOS du complément de faire, dans la construction faire-à et dans la construction faire-par, impliquent deux dérivations différentes. Le premier est dérivé par Object Shift, tandis que le deuxième est dérivé par Smuggling.

As an application, we prove that the structure of a strongly regular holomorphic vertex operator algebra of central charge 24 is uniquely determined by its weight one Lie algebra if the Lie algebra has the type A3,43A1,2, A4,52, D4,12A2,6, A6,7, A7,4A1,13, D5,8A1,2 or D6,5A1,12 by using the reverse orbifold construction. Our result also provides alternative constructions of these vertex operator algebras (except for the case A6,7) from the Leech lattice vertex operator algebra.

Wider scientific community now accept that the threat of climate change as real and thus acknowledge the importance of implementing adaptation measures in a global context. In the UK, the physical effects of climate change are likely to be directly felt in the form of extreme weather events, which are predicted to escalate in number and severity in future under the changing climatic conditions. Construction industry; which consists of supply chains running across various other industries, economies and regions, will also be affected due to these events. Thus, it is important that the construction organisations are well prepared to withstand the effects of extreme weather events not only directly affecting their organizations but also affecting their supply chains which in turn might affect the organisation concerned. Given the fact that more than 99% of construction sector businesses are SMEs, the area can benefit significantly from policy making to improve SME resilience and coping capacity. This paper presents the literature review and synthesis of a doctoral research study undertaken to address the issue of extreme weather resilience of construction sector SMEs and their supply chains. The main contribution of the paper to both academia and practitioners is a synthesis model that conceptualises the factors that enhances resilience of SMEs and their supply chains against extreme weather events. This synthesis model forms the basis of a decision making framework that will enable SMEs to both reduce their vulnerability and enhance their coping capacity against extreme weather. The value of this paper is further extended by the overall research design that is set forth as the way forward. Šiame darbe pateikiama literatūros apžvalga ir trumpai pristatomas daktaro disertacijos tyrimas, kuriuo siekta išnagrineti statybu sektoriaus SVV ir ju tiekimo grandiniu atsparuma ekstremaliems meteorologiniams reiškiniams. Pagrindinis darbo indelis, pravartus ir mokslininkams, ir praktikams, tai sintezes modelis, kuriame suformuluojami veiksniai, didinantys SVV ir ju tiekimo grandiniu atsparuma ekstremaliems meteorologiniams reiškiniams. Šis sintezes modelis yra sprendimu priemimo sistemos pagrindas, o sistema SVV leis ne tik mažinti pažeidžiamuma, bet ir didinti gebejima susitvarkyti esant ekstremaliems meteorologiniams reiškiniams. Šio darbo verte dar labiau padidina bendras tyrimo modelis, pateikiamas kaip žingsnis pirmyn.

Résumé Cet article fait état des différences syntaxiques qui distinguent les usages attributif et possessif du verbe avoir, usages illustrés par des phrases du type elle a les yeux verts et elle a des yeux verts, respectivement. Il est proposé que ces différences découlent des propriétés lexicales des deux verbes : avoir attributif est un verbe sémantiquement vide qui régit une proposition prédicative réduite, alors que avoir possessif, sémantiquement plein, sélectionne un argument externe et un argument interne. Ainsi, les différences syntaxiques entre les deux constructions (type de NP postverbal (aliénable ou inaliénable), nature du déterminant (défini, non défini), possibilité de modification par un adjectif qualifiant, type de prédicat secondaire (état passager ou propriété permanente) sont attribuables au rôle que doit jouer dans la structure le NP post-verbal, soit prédicatif avec avoir attributif et argumental avec avoir possessif.

Ce travail porte sur les constructions infinitives du français régies par un verbe de perception et s’inscrit au carrefour des approches sémantico-logique, cognitive et syntaxique. D’un côté, l’analyse syntaxique indique que le sujet interprétatif de l’infinitif fonctionne comme le complément d’objet direct du verbe recteur, l’infinitif occupant ainsi dans la complémentation de ce verbe une position non prévue par son schéma actanciel. D’un autre côté, l’analyse sémantico-logique montre que la construction infinitive forme une proposition constituant l’argument final du prédicat principal. Face à ce décalage dans la correspondance syntaxe-sémantique, nous montrons que la discontinuité de la construction infinitive n’affecte pas sa constituance. Nous considérons en effet qu’un même actant peut être fragmenté formellement sans que cela implique sa (sub)division en deux nouveaux actants et nous proposons donc de considérer en syntaxe la construction infinitive dans son entier comme l’actant complément du verbe de perception.

Le point de départ de ce travail est le constat que le français ancien, qui contient des constructions à verbe en seconde position avec sujet postposé comme c’est par exemple le cas en norvégien, a également des sujets postposés à un verbe précédé d’un coordonnant, structure inexistante en norvégien. La construction à inversion du sujet avec coordonnant initial en français ancien est réévaluée ici. Cette construction a tendance à être analysée par les études existantes comme étant une coordination d’un verbe en position syntaxiquement basse suivie du sujet in situ, et non pas comme une structure à verbe second avec le verbe en position haute. L’analyse est fondée sur l’absence de postposition de sujets clitiques dans les données analysées. Ces données sont cependant essentiellement littéraires, et au regard de l’attestation de sujets clitiques dans d’autres langues romanes comme l’italien, des données alternatives du français sont examinées. Ces données confirment que la construction ne relève pas du verbe en seconde position, parce que le verbe ne figure pas en position syntaxique haute. Elle illustre plutôt une coordination asymétrique, ce qui est courant dans l’ancienne langue, expliquant les divergences d’avec le norvégien et le français actuel.

La présente étude aborde la pragmatique du marqueur déverbal j'imagine en appliquant les concepts de la grammaire de construction diachronique (voir Hilpert 2013 ; Traugott & Trousdale 2013 ; Barðdal & Gildea 2015 ; Lowrey 2018 : 152-154). Plus précisément, elle examine les occurrences à la première personne du singulier du présent de l'indicatif du verbe cognitif français imaginer dans la base Frantext. La question qui se pose est de comprendre comment et quand j'imagine est devenu un marqueur déverbal pendant son évolution à partir du moyen français jusqu'au français moderne. Pour observer l’émergence de la construction de marqueur, premièrement, on établit l'ensemble des constructions dans lesquelles apparaît j'imagine (= son réseau de constructions) et, dans une deuxième phase, on étudie son évolution chronologique.

Due to the improvement of high technology and the excessive congestion of cities, the number of high rise buildings has been increasing gradually. Also the number of studies about this issue has been rising relatively. However the previous research on super high rise buildings focused mostly on the use of public space from building plan perspective, survey ‘of residents’ satisfaction evaluation, construction technology and structural technology. Little research is done on the economic analysis of landmark factors. The purpose of this study is to find landmark factors that can be quantitatively measured, collect data on super high rise residential buildings in Seoul. Find the intrinsic values of the landmarks, and analyze how these values differ in areas with different densities, i.e. in Gangnam‐area and Yeongdeungpo‐gu and in other areas. It is expected that the results of this study can be used to set an appropriate price of super high rise building in consideration of its landmark value in different area. Selon les théories basées sur l’usage, au cours de l’acquisition, de la syntaxe, l’enfant passe par un stade d’îlot verbal (Tomasello (1992, 2000, 2003). A ce stade, les constructions de l’enfant sont produites avec, un verbe précis, et ce verbe n’est pas généralisé à d’autres constructions. Ces études étant basées sur l’acquisition de constructions concernant la, structure argumentale des verbes, nous avons voulu tester cette théorie, avec un autre type de construction acceptant une grande variation de, structures argumentales possibles : la dislocation. Notre étude, longitudinale sur les 300 premi ères dislocations de deux enfants entre 1 et,2 ans met en évidence que, bien que les premières dislocations soient, réalisées majoritairement avec un nombre de verbes restreint, ces verbes ne, sont pas limités aux dislocations. Cette construction ne semble donc pas, passer par un stade d’îlot verbal et semble être le fruit d’un processus, d’étayage de schémas « concrets ». Cette différence de processus peut être, due au fait que les dislocations concernent la périphérie de l’énoncé, alors, que les constructions formant des îlots verbaux semblent concerner la, structure interne de l’énoncé.

Summary The object of this paper is to explore the constructions of the French verb venir with a infinitival complement, through the analysis of a large corpus. We conclude that differences between verbs and auxiliaries are a matter of degree. Contrary to the cases of the movement verb venir (Table 2 in M. Gross, 1975, ex. Pierre est venu voir Marie), the subject, in some constructions of «venir + infinitive» is an inanimate noun. We propose to distinguish, among the constructions mentioned above, the aspectual use of venir (ex. Cet incident est venu compliquer encore la question). This use of venir is to be analyzed as an intermediate state between movement verbs and auxiliaries. In this aspectual construction, whose subject can be caracterized as an abstract noun, the verb venir does not take a locative complement, contrary to any other constructions of «venir + infinitive» (with the exception of the auxiliary use venir de). Such aspectual constructions do not exist with the verb aller, the counterpart deictic verb of venir. If venir in aspectual use is on the way to becoming an auxiliary, aller without this use can be considered as more advanced in the axe of auxiliarity.

This is a sequel to [23]. In this paper, we focus on the construction of quantum vertex algebras over ℂ, whose notion was formulated in [23] with Etingof and Kazhdan's notion of quantum vertex operator algebra (over ℂ[[h]]) as one of the main motivations. As one of the main steps in constructing quantum vertex algebras, we prove that every countable-dimensional nonlocal (namely, noncommutative) vertex algebra over ℂ, which either is irreducible or has a basis of PBW type, is nondegenerate in the sense of Etingof and Kazhdan. Using this result, we establish the nondegeneracy of better known vertex operator algebras and some newly constructed nonlocal vertex algebras. We construct a family of quantum vertex algebras closely related to Zamolodchikov–Faddeev algebras.

In [7] and [9], the author introduced the notion of intertwining operator algebra, a nonmeromorphic generalization of the notion of vertex operator algebra involving monodromies. The problem of constructing intertwining operator algebras from representations of suitable vertex operator algebras was solved implicitly earlier in [5]. In the present paper, we generalize the geometric and operadic formulation of the notion of vertex operator algebra given in [3, 4, 11, 12, 8] to the notion of intertwining operator algebra. We show that the category of intertwining operator algebras of central charge [Formula: see text] is isomorphic to the category of algebras over rational genus-zero modular functors (certain analytic partial operads) of central charge c satisfying a certain generalized meromorphicity property. This result is one main step in the construction of genus-zero conformal field theories from representations of vertex operator algebras announced in [7]. One byproduct of the proof of the present isomorphism theorem is a geometric construction of (framed) braid group representations from intertwining operator algebras and, in particular, from representations of suitable vertex operator algebras.

A notion of vertex bialgebra and a notion of nonlocal vertex module-algebra for a vertex bialgebra are studied and then a smash product construction of nonlocal vertex algebras is presented. For every nonlocal vertex algebra V satisfying a suitable condition, a canonical bialgebra B(V) is constructed such that primitive elements of B(V) are essentially pseudo-derivations and group-like elements are essentially pseudo-endomorphisms. As an application, vertex algebras associated with the Heisenberg Lie algebras as well as those associated with the nondegenerate even lattices are reconstructed through smash products, and furthermore, a different approach to the construction of modules for the lattice vertex algebras is given.

We are interested in the construction of the largest possible vertex symmetric digraphs with the property that between any two vertices there is a walk of length two (that is, they are 2-reachable). Other than a theoretical interest, these digraphs and their generalizations may be used as models of interconnection networks for implementing parallelism. In these systems many nodes are connected with relatively few links and short paths between them and each node may execute, without modifications, the same communication software. On the other hand, a message sent from any vertex reaches all vertices, including the sender, in exactly two steps. In this work we present families of vertex symmetric 2-reachable digraphs with order attaining the upper theoretical bound for any odd degree. Some constructions for even degree are also given.

In this paper, the notions of vertex Lie algebra (conformal algebra) and vertex Poisson algebra are revisited and certain general construction theorems of vertex Poisson algebras are given. A notion of filtered vertex algebra is formulated in terms of a notion of good filtration and it is proved that the associated graded vector space of a filtered vertex algebra is naturally a vertex Poisson algebra. For any vertex algebra V, a general construction and a classification of good filtrations are given. To each ℕ-graded vertex algebra V=∐n∈ℕV(n) with [Formula: see text], a canonical (good) filtration is associated and certain results about generating subspaces of certain types of V are also obtained. Furthermore, a notion of formal deformation of a vertex (Poisson) algebra is formulated and a formal deformation of vertex Poisson algebras associated with vertex Lie algebras is constructed.

Road construction is a complex and multipart work that is decisively depended on the geological investigation of the area of interest. The geological investigation, which ought to be carried out from the early stages of the study and construction, contributes significantly in the cost reduction and corresponding increase of the construction safety. The proposed methodology that should be implemented during the geological investigation for this kind of constructions includes geological mapping and construction of geological and engineering geological maps. These maps display, in each case, the necessary data and are supplemented by geological crosssections as well as stereographic projections (e.g. Schmidt diagrams), which evaluate the tectonic conditions of the area and the stability conditions of artificial road slopes. An example of geological investigation based on the above methodology is presented, regarding the Kastania section of the Veria - Kozani (old) national road.

This article starts from the hypothesis that the French verb raconter (to tell) has but one meaning, i.e. “to narrate”, according to Le Brio. Initially, this apparent monosemy did not seem to be very questionable. However, Dubois and Dubois-Charlier’s 1997 etymology and classification of French verbs partially contests this first intuition. The dictionary of Dubois & Dubois-Charlier (1997), in particular, establishes three subclasses for the verb’s meanings: Tell 01: ‘describe a scene’; Tell 02: ‘tell, tell a story’; Tell 03: ‘tell lies’. To verify these meanings, we thoroughly mined a corpus composed of three contemporary works : two novels and a written testimony. We analyze the noun objects of the verb and specify the nature of what is "narrated". We thus show that three meanings of the word story – i.e. story, scene, and lies – underlie the use of the verb, and bear out the classification chosen in Dubois & Dubois-Charlier’s 1997 Dictionary. Next, we seek to describe what raconter as a speech verb selects as completive content in the verb phrase (VP). More specifically, in indirect speech constructs (say that-VP), does raconter develop predicates corresponding to the indicated nominal subclasses when it governs "reported" speech ? In conclusion, we present the main uses of raconter (to tell) in the form of a diagram that "maps" the constructions and traces the main lines of development and productivity, according to the meaning that Legallois gives these notions. The frame of reference then widens to that of Construction Grammars that are likely to accommodate phraseological phenomena (Legallois, 2014).

The star-triangle relation plays an important role in the realm of exactly solvable models, offering exact results for classical two-dimensional statistical mechanical models. In this article, we construct integrable quantum circuits using the star-triangle relation. Our construction relies on families of mutually commuting two-parameter transfer matrices for statistical mechanical models solved by the star-triangle relation, and differs from previously known constructions based on Yang-Baxter integrable vertex models. At special value of the spectral parameter, the transfer matrices are mapped into integrable quantum circuits, for which infinite families of local conserved charges can be derived. We demonstrate the construction by giving two examples of circuits acting on a chain of Q−state qudits: Q-state Potts circuits, whose integrability has been conjectured recently by Lotkov et al., and ZQ circuits, which are novel to our knowledge. In the first example, we present for Q=3 a connection to the Zamolodchikov-Fateev 19-vertex model.

The article deals with the problem of experimenting by V. V. Nabokov the poet. The novelty and relevance of the study are due to the fact that the poet’s work, taken in the most complete volume to date (578 works, 18470 lines), is not the material of a traditional level-by-level poetic description, but a correlation analysis that takes into account the parameters of the formation of the verse vertical (poetic meter, strophic structure, clause, rhyme). The proposed method made it possible to reconsider the established idea of the conservatism of Nabokov the poet and to identify specific strategies for constructing a poetic vertical. It is proved that Nabokov cannot be called a poet who revived the metrical preferences of Pushkin’s time: the proportions of two-syllables, the variety of non-classical meters testify to his closeness to the authors of the first half of the 20th century. It has been established that the specificity of Nabokov’s experiments is determined by the use of the principles of organization of the verse vertical, which consists in the violation of rhythmic inertia due to various interruptions in rhythm — a change in poetic meter, the order of alternation of clauses, rhymes. The identification of these principles made it possible to formulate a hypothesis about the commonality of the construction of Nabokov’s poetic narrative with the prose narrative, in which the violation of the established convention, according to the general opinion of literary critics, is one of the main features.

Une étude-pilote sur corpus confirme l’existence d’un biais épistémique dans l’interprétation de devoir au passé composé quand il régit une construction en se faire (avoir dû se faire + INF). The concepts of cyclic cutvertex, cyclic bridge and cyclically balanced graphs are discussed in this paper. It is proved that a vertex in a weighted graph is a cyclic cutvertex if it is a common vertex of all strong cycles with maximum strength. Also a cyclic cutvertex cannot be an endvertex in a weighted graph. A characterization of cyclically balanced graphs is obtained. Concepts of cyclic vertex connectivity and cyclic arc connectivity are also introduced.

Annotation:

We study ideals generated by singular vectors in vertex operator algebras associated with representations of affine Lie algebras of typesAandC. We find new explicit formulas for singular vectors in these vertex operator algebras at integer and half-integer levels. These formulas generalize the expressions for singular vectors from Adamović (1994). As a consequence, we obtain a new family of vertex operator algebras for which we identify the associated Zhu's algebras. A connection with the representation theory of Weyl algebras is also discussed.

Annotation:

We give a manifestly unitary construction of large classes of two-dimensional conformal theories, including the minimal series. This construction is based on the inclusion of vertex operators of naive dimension two in the conformal generators. Closure of the conformal algebra imposes restrictions on the corresponding momenta of the vertex operators which in particular are satisfied by the scaled root diagram of simply-laced groups. This provides a new connection between Lie groups and certain conformal theories, in particular the minimal ones.
