In dieser Arbeit wurden Methoden entwickelt und verglichen, um aus Corneoskleralringen langzeitorgankonservierter Hornhäute und intakten, kryokonservierten Amnionmembranen Limbusepithel-Amnion-Transplantate herzustellen.
