Výměnná anizotropie je zajímavý fyzikální jev vznikající na rozhraní antiferomagnetických (AF) a feromagnetických (FM) materiálů, který již je široce používán v elektronickém průmyslu a magnetickém záznamu. Přestože byl tento jev dlouhou dobu intenzivně studován, jeho přesný mechanizmus zatím nebyl uspokojivě vysvětlen. This thesis deals with the liquid aprotic electrolytes with solvent on the basis of sulfolane blends with other solvent, in combination with the sodium and lithium salts. In these electrolytes are evaluated their properties due to their use in lithium - ion batteries in terms of safety and electrical properties. For safety risk is measured flashpoint and for electrical properties is measured electrical conductivity for selected samples are intended capacities of double layers.

Pokrok ve vývoji nanotechnologií nám poskytuje dobrou příležitost k vývoji nových špičkových zařízení. Tato práce si klade za cíl vyrobit, popsat a změřit grafenové pH senzory na dvou různých substrátech - polymeru parylenu C a SiO2. Tento pH senzor je prvním krokem ve vývoji nositelné náplasti monitorující stav kůže a možné infekce. Grafen je 2D materiál na bázi uhlíku se zajímavými vlastnosti a nadějnými aplikacemi. Úspěšně jsme provedli dva různé experimenty sloužící k charakterizaci grafenových senzorů a jejich odezvu na různé hodnoty pH. V prvním experimentu jsme použili horní elektrolyti

The work investigates the reduction of friction between non-conformal macro contacts with partial slip. The measurement of the coefficient of friction, with the magnitude of the superlubricity, is extended by the influence of relative slip, direct observation of the contact area and the measurement of the thickness of the lubricating film. This work deals with the preparation of liquid electrolytes from different types of aprotic solvents with the aim of their application as electrolytes in electrochemical supercapacitors. Different sorts of aprotic solvents have been chosen, in which the following forms of salts were used: LiBF4, LiClO4,LiPF6. In the next part of the work, the properties of these solvents were measured and the best electrolyte, according to the biggest possible capacity of the system, was chosen. This master´s thesis deals different types of the aprotic electrolytes for supercapacitors and investigates by impedance spectroscopy to conductivity and method cyclic voltametry to measure dimension potential windows. Used aprotic solvents: propylencarbonate, dimethylsulfoxide, N, N dimethylformamide, ethylencarbonate, dimethylcarbonate, diethylcarbonate and acetonitrile. In the aprotic solvents were appended salts: LiClO4, NaClO4, KClO4, LiBF4, LiPF6, TEABF4 and TMABF4. From these compounds were prepared solutions with the different molar concentrations.

Bordetella pertussis produces many virulent factors including adenylate cyclase toxin (CyaA) This toxin preferentially invades cells of immune system with integrin receptor CD11b/CD18 and weakens the immune system of the host. CyaA affects invaded cells in two ways. First, CyaA creates a cation-selective pores in the membrane of invaded cell and causes colloidal osmotic lysis. Second, CyaA converts cytosolic ATP into signal molecule cAMP, which causes a loss of physiological function of invaded cell and also leads to cellular death.
