A new bookkeeping system called Jiskefet is being developed for A Large Ion Collider Experiment (ALICE) during Long Shutdown 2, to be in production until the end of LHC Run 4 (2029). Jiskefet unifies two functionalities: a) gathering, storing and presenting metadata associated with the operations of the ALICE experiment and b) tracking the asynchronous processing of the physics data. It will replace the existing ALICE Electronic Logbook and AliMonitor, allowing for a technology refresh and the inclusion of new features based on the experience collected during Run 1 and Run 2. The front end leverages web technologies much in use nowadays such as TypeScript and NodeJS and is adaptive to various clients such as tablets, mobile devices and other screens. The back end includes an OpenAPI specification based REST API and a relational database. This paper will describe the organization of the work done by various student teams who work on Jiskefet in sequential and parallel semesters and how continuity is guaranteed by using guidelines on coding, documentation and development. It will also describe the current status of the development, the initial experience in detector stand-alone commissioning setups and the future plans.

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus disease known as the corona virus disease which came out at the end of 2019 (COVID-19), so that the whole world took many policies with online system, including lectures and notary activities. The purpose of this paper is to explain controversy over the principle of lex specialis derogate legi generalis in the capital market notary and legality of making the deed of the minutes of the GMS online by a capital market notary can provide justice for notaries. This research used a normative juridical research with the specification of the research was carried out descriptively and analytically. Normative research uses secondary data types. The data collection method used by conducting Library Research and the techniques used in describing and processing the collected data are qualitative descriptions. This writing can be concluded that the deed of the minutes of the GMS of capital market companies in accordance with Article 5 paragraph (1) of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law includes the so-called electronic documents which are valid evidence, while in Article 16 letter m of the Law on Notary Position, it is stated in the explanation of this Article. "That the notary must be physically present and sign the deed before the audience and witnesses". The author's suggestion is to revise the Law on the Position of Notary Public, legalize the formation of GMS minutes online both during the corona virus pandemic and after the end of the virus, so that these rules can adapt to the needs of today's life which are completely electronic, internet, digitization, and computerized.

<p>Microcomputer software users require varying degrees of instructional assistance to effectively operate the software they purchase. Chapter I recognizes that this demand for quality documentation places a burden upon software suppliers to expend additional time, energy, and money to satisfy users. This research recommends a set of procedural guidelines for microcomputer software suppliers to follow as a means of supplementing basic documentation techniques.</p> <p>Literature regarding microcomputer software documentation is an item of increasing demand in today's technical marketplace. The literature review, Chapter II, reveals that the most significant improvement in the documentation process has been the development of two specific reference standards, physical layout and instructional components.</p> <p>Chapter III describes the research experiment used in obtaining information regarding the documentation associated with two current microcomputer word processing programs. Four university students provided background information regarding the personal characteristics, attributes, associated with a given user population.</p> <p>The research experiment evolved from a comprehensive documentation review to a structured data collection process. Chapter IV indicates that the discrepancy between actual and expected research gains justifies improving data collection techniques and recommending specific procedural guidelines for future documentation reviews.</p> <p>The final chapter provides a detailed analysis of the research experiment and conclusions related to the documentation's effectiveness. Additionally, it proposes procedural guidelines designed to improve the experiment's data collection techniques. These guidelines can help future documentation writers more accurately gauge user capabilities and limitations. </p><br>Master of Science
