AbstractIn response to the spread of Covid-19, which reached the Republic of Indonesia, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) released Fatwa Number 14 of 2020 on the application of Worship in a Covid-19 Outbreak situation. One of the results produced by Ijtima’ Ulama of the Indonesian Fatwa Commission III which was held by the MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) in 2009 in Padang Pajang was a fatwa concerning smoking.
