Bài viết phân tích năng lực hấp thụ vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài (FDI) tại các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương ở Việt Nam, với phương pháp hồi quy với dữ liệu chéo, dựa trên một bộ dữ liệu về 63 địa phương từ năm 2010 đến 2019. For a long period of time, both law makers and practitioners in Vietnam upheld the traditional theory claiming that legal persons could not be the subject of crimes and hence could not be held criminally liable. That notion started to change with the promulgation of the 2015 Criminal Code by the National Assembly stipulating corporate criminal liability. Mục tiêu: Mô tả một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng ở bệnh nhân nhồi máu cơ tim (NMCT) cấp được can thiệp động mạch vành (ĐMV) trong 48 giờ đầu. Đối tượng và phương pháp: tiến cứu, mô tả cắt ngang. 58 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán NMCT cấp tại Viện tim mạch Việt Nam, được khám lâm sàng và xét nghiệm cận lâm sàng, được can thiệp ĐMV trong vòng 48 giờ. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình của nhóm nghiên cứu là 67,53 ± 11,93 tuổi. Chủ yếu từ 50 tuổi trở lên (96,6%). Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân nam (60,3%) nhiều hơn bệnh nhân nữ (39,7%).
