Resumen
The article aims to provide a semantic explication of the Mexican albur, a fight of words, and the discursive practices that it involves. Albur is described here as a cultural phenomenon, a social practice, a speech act, and a linguistic behaviour. Traditional theories of humour are considered inadequate for its description (they are characterised by a multiplicity of categories, vague criteria, and excessive descriptiveness). The author proposes to use the ethnopragmatic approach, with its cultural scripts, i.e. cultural norms, attitudes and background knowledge, common to a given community and reflected in language.

Resumen
La palabra ‘albur’ deriva del árabe hispánico ‘albúri’, usado para designar al pez mújol. Sin embargo, este significado parece no tener relación con el que actualmente se le da en México. Para identificar la razón de esta aparente disociación, este artículo reconstruye la evolución semántica del término con base en un análisis del Corpus del Español del Siglo XXI, el Corpus del Nuevo Diccionario Histórico del Español y el Mapa de diccionarios académicos de la Real Academia Española. Asimismo, se explican las transformaciones del significado de acuerdo con los postulados de Guiraud y Campbell. El estudio de este fenómeno del lenguaje demuestra que en México, debido a su importancia en la cultura popular, el uso de la palabra ‘albur’ para denominar un juego de palabras con doble sentido va ganando preferencia y ha desplazado a los otros.

Resumen
El presente artículo define la esgrima conversacional como una tradición discursiva que aparece en la copla folklórica, la literatura y el cine mexicano en la primera mitad del siglo XX. Tal tradición discursiva es atravesada por una tradición verbal popular que abreva del refrán, del albur y de otros usos indirectos del lenguaje. Pragmáticamente, la esgrima conversacional es evocada en una situación en la que los hablantes tienen una relación simétrica o de cercanía y están dispuestos a una interacción verbal en la que el tono de afrenta o donaire prevalece. Esta tradición discursiva respondería a la búsqueda de un triunfo simbólico que garantiza la subsistencia social, pero a su vez es parte de un legado histórico e idiomático del español de México.

Es, en rigor, a Cristóbal Colón y a su tripulación de filibusteros, más que al Primer Congreso de la Real Academia de la Lengua y sus correspondientes hispanoamericanas, reunido en México en 1951, a quien debemos responsabilizar, en primer lugar, de que año tras año estemos celebrando el día del idioma. El solemne evento hispánico de aquella fecha, lo único que hizo, a mi manera de ver, fue limitarse a reconocer algo que si bien es trascendental para nosotros, en definitiva, resulta apenas lógico, pues aunque el pobre Cervantes no tuvo responsabilidad alguna en el hecho de morirse un 23 de abril, a él sí que le cabe la gloria de haber escrito en castellano, la lengua que hablamos por curioso albur de nuestro destino, una de las novelas más lúcidas, conmovedoras y hermosas de todos los tiempos.

Resumen
A Gram-positive, non-motile, coccoid-shaped, non-spore-forming halophilic bacterial strain, BY-5T, was isolated from a marine solar saltern in Korea and its taxonomic position was investigated by using a polyphasic approach. The novel strain grew optimally at 37 °C and in the presence of 10 % (w/v) NaCl. Strain BY-5T had meso-diaminopimelic acid as the diagnostic diamino acid in the cell-wall peptidoglycan, MK-7 as the predominant menaquinone and anteiso-C15 : 0, iso-C15 : 0, anteiso-C17 : 0 and iso-C17 : 0 as the major fatty acids. The DNA G+C content was 47.9 mol%. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strain BY-5T formed a coherent cluster with Bacillus halophilus and Marinococcus albus. Strain BY-5T exhibited 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity values of 98.7 and 97.4 % to the type strains of B. halophilus and M. albus, respectively. Strain BY-5T was distinguished from B. halophilus and M. albus by several phenotypic properties and DNA–DNA relatedness data. On the basis of the combined chemotaxonomic and phylogenetic data, it is proposed that M. albus, B. halophilus and strain BY-5T should be placed in a new genus as three separate species. Marinococcus albus and Bacillus halophilus are reclassified in a new genus, Salimicrobium gen. nov., as Salimicrobium album comb. nov. and Salimicrobium halophilum comb. nov., respectively. The type species of the new genus is Salimicrobium album. Strain BY-5T (=KCTC 3989T=CIP 108918T) is placed in the genus Salimicrobium as a novel species Salimicrobium luteum sp. nov.

El presente trabajo tiene dos enfoques como variables relacionadas. Por una parte, está el hecho de resaltar la importancia de la operacionalización de la Matriz de Consistencia del Problema de Investigación (MACPI) de tipo aplicado, expresando en el problema general las variables tanto independiente como dependiente, como en los problemas específicos los indicadores de las mismas variables; ello en razón de que ya en el planteamiento se parte por sistematizar el marco teórico, porque es necesario tener referencias sobre el tema a tratar. Como segundo aspecto está el hecho de relacionar esta variable con una realidad que se prueba, de modo que la investigación-acción como tipo de investigación no tiene aplicabilidad conceptual eficaz en la ciencia jurídica, porque redunda en el sentido de que, teniendo un diseño como los pre-experimentos y sobre la base de un marco teórico conocido, aplica soluciones sistemáticamente establecidas como una hipótesis delineada a fin de validarse. Así, ya no tendría base de sustentación la investigación-acción basada en diagnósticos y que no tiene hipótesis definidas, como tampoco una adecuada organización de bases teóricas, dejando casi al albur la solución a la problemática. Es pertinente recalcar que en el campo de las ciencias jurídicas no es usual, dejando esta incidencia en las ciencias de la educación, pero resaltando que la I-A nace y se sustenta justamente para las ciencias fácticas.Palabras clave: Matriz de Consistencia del Problema de Investigación (MACPI), investigación-acción, pre-experimentos.

Claims of effective therapy against diabetes using plants including Peganum harmala L., Zygophyllum album, Anacyclus valentinus L., Ammodaucus leucotrichus, Lupinus albus, and Marrubium vulgare in Algerian empirical medicine prompted our interest in evaluating their antidiabetic activity by screening their free radical scavenging (DPPH), α-glucosidase, and nitric oxide (NO) inhibitory activities as well as the total phenolic content (TPC). Extracts of the selected plants were prepared using different ratios of ethanol (0, 50, 80, and 100%). In this study, 100%, and 80% ethanol extracts of L. albus were found to be the most potent, in inhibiting α-glucosidase activity with IC50 values of 6.45 and 8.66 μg/mL, respectively. The 100% ethanol extract of A. leucotrichus exhibited the highest free radical scavenging activity with an IC50 value of 26.26 μg/mL. Moreover, the highest TPC of 612.84 μg GAE/mg extract was observed in M. vulgare, extracted with 80% ethanol. Metabolite profiling of the active extract was conducted using 1H-NMR metabolomics. Partial least square analysis (PLS) was used to assess the relationship between the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of L. albus and the metabolites identified in the extract. Based on the PLS model, isoflavonoids (lupinoisoflavone G, lupisoflavone, lupinoisolone C), amino acids (asparagine and thiamine), and several fatty acids (stearic acid and oleic acid) were identified as metabolites that contributed to the inhibition of α-glucosidase activity. The results of this study have clearly strengthened the traditional claim of the antihyperglycemic effects of L. albus.

El albur es un fenómeno lingüístico y duelo verbal de doble sentido sexual altamente asociado con la identidad y el lenguaje mexicano. El objetivo de esta tesina es explorar el albur y su relación con género, desde su concepción prehispánica hasta la actualidad, para averiguar el posible rol que pueda tener en este juego una persona de identidad de género no masculina. Al efecto, se revisa literatura sobre el albur tales como Johansson (2006), Lavertue (1998), Martínez García & Erdösová (2020) y Durán González (2012), además de trabajos sobre la identidad mexicana como (Paz ([1950]1996), Szasz (1998), Lagarde ([1990]2005) y Domínguez Ruvalcaba (2013), entre otros. Se hace un análisis pragmático y sociolingüístico del albur con ayuda de teorías lingüísticas relacionadas con el humor, factores sociolingüísticos y el habla femenina, más notables la Teoría General del Humor Verbal propuesta por Attardo & Raskin (1991), la variedad sociolingüística de Silva-Corvalán & Enrique-Arias (2017), el trabajo de Diaz-Campos (2014) sobre lengua, edad, género y nivel socioeconómico, además de los hallazgos de Alvarado Ortega (2016) con respecto a la descortesía y humor fallido en conversaciones entre hombres y mujeres. Finalmente, se presentan los resultados y el análisis de un estudio cuantitativo nuevo, investigando cómo la juventud mexicana universitaria percibe la relación entre el albur y género al presente. Se encuentra que casi todas/os informantes se consideran capaz de entender el albur y que personas de todos géneros emplean el albur. El grado de entendimiento y empleo se percibe como un poco más bajo en las mujeres/personas de identidad de género no masculino, lo que se puede explicar por una falta de tradición y el valor negativo sociolingüístico del albur. En comparación con el hombre alburero, otra persona alburera se ve como un elemento más extraño; con respecto a las actitudes positivas y negativas, no se puede distinguir una divergencia fuerte. Se concluye que, actualmente, el albur no se debe considerar como un fenómeno necesariamente propio de los hombres, y que la inclusión de personas de otras identidades de género puede desarrollar, enriquecer y añadir valor humorístico a la tradición.
Albur is a linguistic practice largely restricted to Mexican identity and language use, constituting verbal duels of sexual double entendres. The current thesis seeks to explore how albur relates to gender, ranging from its prehispanic conception to the present day, focusing on the nature and possibility of involvement of non-male participants. To that end, literature on albur is revised, such as Johansson (2006), Lavertue (1998), Martínez García & Erdösová (2020) and Durán González (2012), as well as works exploring Mexican identity, including Paz ([1950]1996), Szasz (1998), Lagarde ([1990]2005) and Domínguez Ruvalcaba (2013). A pragmatic and sociolinguistic analysis of the practice is made on the foundations of linguistic theories regarding humor, sociolinguistic factors and feminine language use, including but not limited to; The General Theory of Verbal Humor (GTVH) developed by Attardo & Raskin (1991); sociolinguistic variety by Silva-Corvalán & Enrique-Arias (2017); the work of Diaz-Campos (2014) in regard to language, age, gender and socioeconomic status; and the finds of Alvarado Ortega concerning impoliteness and failed humor in conversations between men and women. Finally, the thesis also presents the results and analysis of a new quantitative study focused on how young Mexican university students view albur and gender relations in the present day. Almost all participants self-report understanding the discourse of albur, and people of all gender identities report practicing it. The degree of understanding and use is slightly lower in women/people of non-male gender identities, which can be explained by a lack of tradition and the negative sociolinguistic value of albur. Compared to male participants, other participants are to a greater extent viewed as a strange element; regarding positive and negative attitudes there is no strong difference towards the two. It is concluded that, today, albur should not be considered a phenomenon restricted to men, and that the inclusion of non-male participants can develop, enrich, and add humoristic value to the tradition.

Comme les poèmes forment des recueils, les chansons se rassemblent en albums, desquels se dégage parfois une unité. Dans les albums conceptuels se tissent des liens thématiques entre les chansons. La première partie de ma thèse en création littéraire, Bagage excédentaire, renferme une vingtaine de textes de chanson qui constituent un album conceptuel narratif qui raconte un deuil et un voyage. La deuxième partie, Album narratif, album conceptuel, met en relief les notions théoriques liées aux aspects narratifs et thématiques de l'album conceptuel. Les temps, les thèmes, les lieux et les personnages du récit sont étudiés, de même que la structure de la diégèse et l'ordre des chansons dans deux albums, Le voyage de Paul Piché et Deflaboxe de Daniel Bélanger. J'y effectue également un retour sur Bagage excédentaire. En somme, ma thèse offre une vue d'ensemble des caractéristiques littéraires des textes qui composent les albums conceptuels.

El presente proyecto consiste en realizar ciertas investigaciones con la finalidad de analizar y brindar soluciones hacia un problema, la cual es la falta de accesibilidad y tiempo de las personas para realizar la impresión de sus fotografías. Hoy en día, se ha perdido la costumbre de tener un álbum de manera física con recuerdos especiales, ya que las personas prefieren subir sus fotografías a las redes sociales. Sin embargo, en las investigaciones y entrevistas realizadas se encuentra que la mayoría de personas no adquieren un álbum, porque no existen muchos lugares donde se imprima fotos a un precio razonable. Por ello, nuestro equipo de trabajo de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas ha determinado que, si hay intención de las personas a adquirir un álbum, pero que sea accesible y original para el cliente, según sus gustos y preferencias, por lo que, para satisfacer a nuestro público objetivo se realizará álbumes personalizados con precios desde los S/50 soles hasta S/80 soles dependiendo de la cantidad de fotos que deseen, el consumidor elegirá la temática para su álbum, las fotografías serán editadas por nosotros y en diferentes tamaños, contaremos con una aplicación móvil donde se contará con una base de datos del usuario, para así escoger y editar las fotos de sus mejores recuerdos, al finalizar el álbum será enviado hasta su hogar. Con este fin, se ha llevado a cabo una serie de investigaciones y experimentos, con la cual se respalda nuestra propuesta con el planteamiento del problema, soluciones y una proyección rentable del negocio.
The present project consists of carrying out certain investigations in order to analyze and provide solutions to a problem, which is the lack of accessibility and time for people to print their photographs. Today, the habit of physically having an album with special memories has been lost, since people prefer to upload their photos to social networks. However, research and interviews found that most people do not buy an album, because there are not many places where photos are printed at a reasonable price. For this reason, our team at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences has determined that, if there is the intention of people to purchase an album, but that it is accessible and original for the client, according to their tastes and preferences, so, for To satisfy our target audience, personalized albums will be made with prices from S / 50 soles to S / 80 soles depending on the number of photos they want, the consumer will choose the theme for their album, the photographs will be edited by us and in different sizes , we will have a mobile application where there will be a user database, in order to choose and edit the photos of your best memories, at the end of the album it will be sent to your home. To this end, a series of investigations and experiments has been carried out, with which our proposal is supported with the problem statement, solutions and a profitable projection of the business.

RésuméINSTRUMENT PEDAGOGIQUE LANGAGIER ET PUBLIC A BESOIN EDUCATIF PARTICULIEREléments pour la formation des enseignants spécialisésCette recherche doctorale vise à questionner la manière dont les enseignants spécialisés option D – chargés de l'enseignement et de l’aide pédagogique aux élèves présentant des troubles importants des fonctions cognitives et/ ou des troubles envahissants du développement– enseignent le langage oral. Certains enseignants sont en effet démunis face au développement des compétences langagières de leurs élèves et regrettent le peu d'outils existants. Pourtant, le langage oral est une priorité pour l'institution scolaire car il est garant d'une bonne intégration scolaire et sociale. Il est donc primordial de réfléchir à une didactique de l'oral. Il s’agit d’un travail collaboratif, inscrit dans le cadre de la didactique professionnelle, supposant la constitution d’un collectif d’enseignants volontaires qui acceptent d’analyser leur travail avec le chercheur. Quatre enseignantes et vingt-six de leurs élèves participent à notre recherche. Des entretiens en autoconfrontation de groupe permettront aux enseignantes une réflexion collective sur leur propre travail et sur le travail de leurs pairs. Cette analyse de l'activité débouchera sur une introspection professionnelle mettant en lumière l'expérience vécue qui n'est pas consciente. Ainsi, chaque enseignante pourra expliquer au collectif le but de l'activité. L'artéfact utilisé par les quatre enseignantes est l'album écho, outil éphémère s'appuyant sur des photographies d'élèves en activité. Ces photographies leur font écho car chaque élève a vécu la situation. Avec l'étayage de l'adulte, l'élève développera le vocabulaire, la syntaxe, la prononciation, mais aussi les aspects discursifs du langage ou bien déclenchera l'envie de parler chez certains élèves ayant des troubles envahissants du développement. Quels processus sont mis en œuvre pour passer de l'artéfact à l'instrument afin de favoriser le développement langagier des élèves à besoins particuliers? SummaryLANGUAGE AND PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL INSTRUMENT A PARTICULAR EDUCATIONAL NEEDElements for the training of specialized teachersThis doctoral research aims to question the way in which Option D specialized teachers - responsible for teaching and for the pedagogical support to students with significant cognitive impairment and / or pervasive developmental disorders - teach oral language. Some teachers do not know how do deal with the language development of their students and regret the lack of existing tools. However, oral language is a priority for the school institution because it guarantees good school and a good social integration. It is, therefore, important to think about an oral didactics. It is a collaborative work, included in the framework of professional didactics, supposing the constitution of a collective of voluntary teachers who agree to analyze their work with the researcher. Four teachers and twenty-six of their students participate in our research. Self-confrontation group interviews will give teachers a collective reflection on their own work and on the work of their peers. This analysis of the activity will lead to a professional introspection highlighting the lived experience that is not conscious. Thus, each teacher will be able to explain to the collective the purpose of the activity. The artifact used by the four teachers is the album Echo, an ephemeral tool based on photographs of the students in activity. These photographs echo them because each student has experienced the situation. With the support of the adult, the student will develop the vocabulary, the syntax, the pronunciation, but also the discursive aspects of language or, for some students with pervasive developmental disorders, will trigger the desire to speak. What processes are being used to move from artifact to instrument to support the language development of students with special needs? Resumen
An investigation of the instability of JONSWAP wave fields is carried out within the framework of the Alber equation [1]. The Alber equation describes the weakly nonlinear evolution of an inhomogeneous wave spectrum, and by linear stability analysis of this equation [1–3] the instability of an arbitrary wave spectrum subject to inhomogeneous perturbation is investigated. We are solving the equations for instability using a numerical method based on the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm for solving systems of nonlinear equations, as implemented in the FORTRAN library MINPACK. Results from previous works addressing related topics [4, 5] are verified and refined, providing new results for the stability of JONSWAP wave spectra. Based on the results of the instability analysis we propose more optimal parameters for parameterizing the effects of modulational instability and probability of rogue waves in JONSWAP sea states. The results from the stability analysis of the Alber equation as well as the proposed parameters for parameterizing the effect of modulational instability are verified and tested by performing phase-resolving numerical simulations with the Higher Order Spectral Method [6, 7].
