Rezeption und Produktion sind im Medium Buch seit jeher eng miteinander verbunden. Nicht nur die Texte in einem Buch gelten als zitierfähig, sondern jedes seiner Elemente, wie die Abbildungen, die Typografie, sogar das Material eines Buches. Um selbst auch „zu produzieren“, sind dafür natürlich Orte wichtig, an denen man auf das bereits Produzierte Zugriff hat: zum Beispiel Bibliotheken.

Resumen
Exlibris sind in Bücher eingeklebte Zettel, die seit dem Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts zur Nennung des Eigentümers dienen. Ihre Motive, Sinnsprüche und Epigramme machen sie für eine Vielzahl von wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen interessant. Mit der Wiederbelebung der Exlibris-Kunst seit den 1880er-Jahren, stark beeinflusst von dem aus Leipzig stammenden Begründer der neuen Radierkunst Max Klinger (1857–1920), und dann vor allem durch den Jugendstil, wurden Exlibris eigenständige Kunstobjekte. Eine gleichsam unbegrenzte Motivvielfalt, künstlerisch oftmals an - spruchsvolle Gestaltung und eine aktive Sammler - szene seit Gründung 1891 des „Deutschen Exlibris-Verein“ trugen zum Aufschwung des Exlibris-ammelns bei.

Nulla dies sine linea – kein Tag ohne eine Zeile, mit diesem Motto überschrieb der Dresdner Kanzleiregistrator Heinrich Vogler sein in Dresden 1667 gedrucktes Lehrbuch über die TexturSchrifften, ein Schreibmeisterbuch zum Erlernen und Üben von Handschriften für Urkunden und Korrespondenzen. Wie häufig bei alltäglicher Gebrauchsliteratur hat auch von diesem Druckerzeugnis kaum ein Exemplar die Zeiten überdauert. So ist es ein glücklicher Umstand, dass vor einigen Jahren auf einer deutschen Auktion Voglers Schriftenbuch durch die Herzog August Bibliothek Wolfenbüttel erworben werden konnte. Nur jeweils ein weiteres Exemplar in französischem Bibliotheksbesitz und in den Berliner Kunstsammlungen sind bislang bekannt.

Eines Tages im September kommt eine Mutter mit ihrem Sohn in die Kinderbibliothek. „Wir müssen ein Buch vorstellen. Was nimmt man denn da?“ „Was liest Du denn gerne?“, fragt die Bibliothekarin den Drittklässler. „Mein Sohn liest überhaupt nicht gerne!“, antwortet die Mutter. Die Bibliothekarin bringt die Mutter zu einem Stuhl, versorgt sie mit Zeitschriften und bestimmt freundlich: „Es ist besser, wenn ich mit ihrem Sohn allein weitersuche.“ Kurze Zeit später zeigt der Junge seiner Mutter stolz die drei Bücher seiner Wahl. „Um Gottes willen, das schaffst Du nie! Ein Buch reicht völlig aus“, stoppt sie seine Begeisterung. Die Bibliothekarin erklärt ihr, dass es nicht darauf ankommt, alle Bücher bis zum Ende zu lesen, sondern die passende Geschichte zu finden. Außerdem müssen Kinder erst lernen, sich in der Angebotsfülle zu entscheiden. Eine Woche später bringt der Junge, diesmal in Begleitung seines Vaters, ein Exemplar zurück. „Na, das Buch war wohl nicht so toll?“, fragt die Bibliothekarin. „Doch, ich habe es sogar bis zum Ende gelesen. Aber die Piratengeschichte, die ich jetzt lese, ist viel spannender.“

Resumen
El texto analiza los componentes paisajísticos de la ciudad-racimo, una tipología de ciudad fragmentada con características morfológicas propias, que se ha desarrollado en España desde la aprobación de la ley del suelo de 1976 y que continúa en la actualidad. El crecimiento residencial se organiza a partir del desarrollo de sectores independientes, delimitados entre sí por la infraestructura viaria principal de la ciudad. Como consecuencia surgen zonas de borde entre unos barrios y otros; además, aparecen dos nuevos tipos de calle, que denominaremos "calle-plaza" y "avenida de frontera"; por último, se comprueba cómo la ciudad-racimo se muestra incapaz de generar nuevas grandes calles, en el sentido histórico y paisajístico del término. Para describir estos elementos se realiza un análisis visual de distintos ejemplos existentes en Cáceres, ciudad española de tipo medio. El texto concluye con una discusión donde se reflexiona sobre la idoneidad o no del modelo de crecimiento en racimo. The text analyses the visual elements of the city-bunch, a kind of fragmented city with own morphological characteristics whose origin can be find in the sucessive land legislation adopted since 1976. Residential developments are planned into independent sectors and around the main urban road network. It thus produce defined edges between neighbourhoods; moreover two new kinds of street are appeared, called "street-place" and "boundary avenue"; finally it confirms that the city-bunch is unable to create new great streets, in the historical and landscaping sense of the word. A visual analyse of existing examples in Cáceres, a mediumsize Spanish city, is made to describe these elements. The text concludes with a discussion on the city-buch model of development.

Resumen
Астильбы – многолетние полурозеточные травянистые растения от 15 до 200 см. высотой, с вертикальным или горизонтальным корневищем. Листья простые, раздельные или двояко-, троякоперистосложные. Соцветие – сложная метелка, цветки мелкие. Разнообразие окраски цветков у сортов переходит от чисто-белой, к светло-розовой, темно-розовой, розово-фиолетовой и до темно-красной. В коллекции Ботанического сада-института с 1960 г успешно прошли интродукционные испытания 3 вида (A. davidii (Franch.) Henry, А. chinensis (Maxim.) Franch. et Sav., A. thunbergii (Siebold & Zucc.) Miq.) и 130 сортов из рода Astilbe. В БСИ ДВО РАН присутствуют как старые испытанные сорта с давно завоеванной популярностью, например, ‘Dusseldorf’, ‘Frieda Klapp’, ‘Fanal’, ‘Diamant’, так и новинки селекции – представители сортосерий Day, Younique. Наиболее перспективной для озеленения отмечена сортосерия Vision: ‘Vision in Red’, ‘Vision’, ‘Vision in Pink’. Сорта высокодекоративные, по высоте относятся к средне-низким, обладают плотным соцветием на жестком цветоносе, листья жесткие. Эти сорта более засухоустойчивы по сравнению с другими сортами астильбы. Не все испытываемые сорта устойчивы в условиях юга Приморского края. После зимнего периода отмечено выпадение A. japonica и сортов: ‘Betsy Cuperus’, ‘America’, ‘Scarlet’, ‘Lachskönigin’, ‘Emdem’, ‘Gladston’, ‘Floribunda’, ‘Elisabeth Shäth’, ‘Ceres’, ‘Elegans Cornea’ и некоторых других. Сорта ‘America’, ‘Elegans Cornea’ и ‘Gladston’ успешно прошли повторное введение в коллекцию спустя 15 лет. Таким образом, в коллекции Ботанического сада-института прошли интродукционные испытания 133 культивара рода Astilbe. Наблюдения показали, что почти все испытанные сорта, за некоторым исключением, хорошо развиваются и могут быть использованы для пополнения и обновления ассортимента декоративных травянистых растений в садово-парковом строительстве в условиях муссонного климата юга Приморского края.

Resumen
The aims of study to describe the resistance of water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica (L.) Buch) for remediation of lead polluted water, based on rate growth rate (RGR), lead content in plant, and percentage of free amino acids. Plants of equal size was grown hydroponically and exposed to 0, 1, 5, 10 mgL-1 of lead concentration for 10 days, 20 days, and 30 days. Design of experiment used a completely randomized design with 3 replications. Content of lead in each plant tissues was analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) and free amino acids was analyzed by HPLC (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography). Data of lead content in plant were analyzed by Anova, while free amino acids was analyzed by descriptive statistic. The results show that water spinach could grow well in lead polluted water. The bioaccumulation factor of plant were >1 with the translocation factor <1 indicated that plant are resistant to lead. This resistance is proved by the increasing of the total protein 0.60; 0.76; 0.79; and 0.94. These three free amino acids indicate the phytochelatin which is detected glutamic acid, cystine and glycine.

La prevalencia de hepatitis C es claramente superior en pacientes con adicciones y se ha demostrado la relevancia de la presencia de patología dual en unidades de subagudos de Psiquiatría. Existen pocos datos de su prevalencia y relevancia en Unidades de Hospitalización Breve. Se estudia una muestra de 1841 ingresos realizados entre el enero del 2017 y octubre del 2021. Un 40% eran reingresos de pacientes por lo que se incluyen 1096 pacientes distintos (52,1% eran mujeres), edad media de edad 49,62 (DT=16,27). 340 sujetos (31,3%) padecían Trastornos psicóticos, 180 depresivos (17%), 105 Trastornos de Ansiedad (10,1%), 46 Trastornos de la conducta alimentaria (4,4%), 72 T. Personalidad (6,9%), 34 tenían CI bajo (3,3%). Hasta 112 pacientes tenían diagnóstico principal de T. por consumo de sustancias (10.2%). 15 pacientes fueron positivos en el análisis de Sífilis (1,5%), 47 sujetos para Hepatitis B (4,7%), 28 pacientes para Hepatitis C (2,8%) y 15 fueron positivos para VIH (1,5%). Los pacientes con T. por consumo de sustancias se asociaron a la presencia de hepatitis C p-valor=0,054 y VIH p-valor=0,044. La presencia de pacientes con serología positiva para la hepatitis C en Unidades de Hospitalización Breve Psiquiátrica es muy superior a la esperable para población general y parece estar vinculada a pacientes duales. Resumen
Способность зеленых насаждений сохранять характер функционирования в условиях воздействия антропогенных факторов, решать разнообразные архитектурные задачи и выполнять экологические функции в первую очередь определяется правильностью подбора видового состава. Ассортимент древесно-кустарниковых растений формируется из аборигенных видов имеющих экологическую приуроченность и интродуцентов, играющих важную роль в увеличении биологического разнообразия и способствующих преданию устойчивости фитоценозам в городских ландшафтах. Интродукция, это длительный, многоступенчатый процесс и может носить как целенаправленный характер, так и случайный. К последнему можно отнести желание горожан украсить свои территории экзотами. Инвентаризация интродуцентов в городских насаждениях и выявление устойчивых в местных условиях растений, обладающих комплексом полезных свойств, позволяет специалистам-интродукторам сократить время на интродукционном поиске и мобилизации исходного материала и как следствие, скорейшему включению перспективных видов в систему зеленых насаждений. В результате проведения мониторинга арборифлоры г. Благовещенска методом пробных площадей (600) и маршрутно-глазомерных наблюдений на объектах различного назначения было установлено, что она представлена 127 видами. Интродуценты и культивары составляют соответственно 54 и 13 видов, из них 44 таксона относятся к категории единично встречающиеся, 13 – редко, 6 – умеренно, 2 широко и 2 – массово распространенных. Последние (Populus balsamifera L., Ulmus pumila L.) являются доминирующими в зеленых насаждениях города. Все интродуценты относятся в 18 семействам, самое крупное – Rosaceae включает 28 видов. Преобладающей жизненной формой являются кустарники (67%), на долю деревьев и лиан соответственно приходиться 28 и 4 %. При оценке количественного участия интродуцентов в различных типах насаждений было выявлено, что на территориях ограниченного пользования встречалось 62, общего – 38 и специального назначения – 16 видов. В последние 15 лет расширился ассортимент видов, сортов и форм Rosa, Spiraea, Dasifora fruticosa (L.) Rydb. Встречаются витаминные сорта шиповника, выведенные на основе Rosa rugosa Thunb., а также махровые формы, парковые и плетистые розы. У Physocarpus opulifolius (L.) Maxim. отмечены формы с пурпурной и желтой листвой. Возрастает популярность Hydrangea paniculata Siebold. Этот вид представлен в посадках преимущественно сортами с преобладанием стерильных цветов. Новыми экзотами в озеленении являются 3 вида рода Juniperus: horizontalis Moench, chinensis L. и squamata Buch.-Ham. ex D.Don. Из многочисленных вариегатных форм Cornus alba L., отмечены лишь белоокаймленные: var. sibirica variegata и f. aigentea-marginata. Большинство интродуцентов в условиях города хорошо зимуют, имеют высокую эстетическую оценку и могут быть рекомендованы к широкому применению в озеленении.

Resumen
One of the promising varieties for the production of high-quality sparkling, dessert and liquor wines is the technical variety of pink muscat grapes. The aim of this work is to study the agrobiological and technological features of promising clones of the Pink Muscat variety. The object of study was two clones of the Pink Muscat variety - № 21-2-3 and № 53-10-2, growing on the clone test site (№ 509), the Gurzuf branch of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan PJSC Massandra on an area of 0.5 hectares. The article provides a statistical analysis of the quantitative characteristics of clones of the Muscat pink variety for 2018-2019, as well as the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics of grapes and wine materials from clones of this variety of the 2019 crop. It was established that the fruiting coefficients (0.6- 0.65) in the studied clones are at the control level and are characterized as average. The mass of a bunch of clones exceeds the control by 1.4-2.15 times, reaching 322-494 g. The actual yield from the bush is 4.9-6.8 kg, exceeding the control by 2.13-2.96 times. According to the indicator, the shoot productivity in the wet mass of a bunch of 209.3-296.4 g /clone shoot is 1.68-2.38 times higher than the control. Wine materials made from clones of the Muscat pink grape varieties possess the amount of phenolic substances (within 506 mg /dm3 ) and the concentration of the reduced extract (23-25 g/dm3 ) at the control level, which gives grounds for further study of the selected clones in the technology of various types of wines . Tasting evaluation of wine materials also showed their high quality, not inferior to the wine material of the control sample.

Die Masterarbeit von Svenja Blumenrath mit dem Titel "Das Buch im Buch als Archiv" ist eine interdisziplinäre Zusammenführung von Literaturwissenschaft und Archivstudien. Anhand von sieben ausgewählten kinder- und jugendliterarischen Werken analysiert die Autorin die Funktion des Buches im Buch als Archiv für die erzählte Welt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass das Buch im Buch nicht nur als narrative Struktur dient, sondern auch als Archiv fungiert, das Erinnerungen und Wissen bewahren, aber auch verwehren kann. Diese Erkenntnisse bieten neue Einblicke in die Verbindung von Literatur und Archivwesen.

In partnership with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Oregon State University, the National Park Service has been collecting continuous acoustic recordings at a stationary autonomous recorder in Buck Island Reef National Monument since 2016. The audio data were previously analyzed to establish baseline soundscape conditions as well as monitor the acoustic presence of vessels and humpback whales. This report specifically investigates potential changes to the soundscape environment during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent “anthro-pause” when human activities such as tourism and commercial shipping were interrupted by public health guidance. Although major declines of anthropogenic activities were observed in other regions of the world, soundscape conditions in Buck Island Reef National Monument were only minimally impacted during early 2020. Furthermore, in latter months of 2020 and into 2021, vessel movement and related noise levels slightly increased from historic levels. Humpback whale vocalizations were also analyzed for seasonal presence in Buck Island Reef National Monument, revealing a consistent pattern with previously analyzed seasons. Ongoing passive acoustic soundscape monitoring will provide data that can be used to evaluate continued impacts of anthropogenic activity in and near Buck Island Reef National Monument.
