Resumen
This study evaluated the effects of cooking for different hydrothermal-treatment durations (10, 20, 30 and 40 min) on the proximate composition, amino acid profile, fatty acid composition and organoleptic parameters of filets of African catfish Clarias gariepinus (Burchell, 1822). Filets of the fish were prepared from market size African catfish with similar breeding history. Parameters of the processed filet under the different hydrothermal durations were also compared against a raw–unprocessed control group except during organoleptic analysis. The results obtained revealed a significant increase in protein, fat and ash content until the 30th minute of hydrothermal processing (p ≤ 0.05). Beyond this processing time, protein and fat significantly reduced while ash remains unaffected. The same trend was observed for most essential/non-essential amino acids isolated as well as the prominent saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. In all, the raw control group consistently recorded the least values of nutritional components. The perception of assessors was, however, found to be similar (p ≥ 0.05) in terms of organoleptic parameters regardless of the duration of the processing time of the filets. It was concluded that cooking the African catfish filet using the hydrothermal method should not be extended beyond 30 min.

Resumen
The aimed of the study was to evaluate the caloric value as a function of the proximal composition and correlate the selling price with the nutritional values of commercial cuts of tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum) and pirarucu (Arapaima gigas) in different weight classes. The sample collections were performed in two processing units located in the state of Rondônia, Brazil. Were 200 tambaquis in five weight classes were studied. And, were 77 pirarucus were studied in seven weight classes. The design was completely randomized, with processing carried out in triplicate. The Kruskal-Wallis test (α=0.05) was used to compare the averages and the Spearman correlation (ρ) between price and nutrients. The commercial cuts with the highest caloric value were the tambaqui filet (145.70 kcal/100g) and the pirarucu filet mignon (119.11 kcal/100g) (p<0.05). And the less caloric commercial cuts were steak of tambaqui (100.47 kcal/100g) and pirarucu loin 102.01 kcal/100g) (p<0.05). It was also observed that the variables caloric value and protein content did not correlate with the price of the kilo of fish for the different commercial cuts, which leads to infer that, possibly, the sensorial, market and cultural factors were responsible for the price variations. Regarding the caloric value according to the composition of the tambaqui, the Class 4 was the most efficient category for production and commercialization. And in the composition of the pirarucu, the Class 4 presented satisfactory values of proteins and lipids and a good percentage of mineral matter.

It is important to know the nutritional composition of the fish, especially the nutritional value of the commercial cuts most consumed by the population. The aimed of this study was to evaluate the chemical composition of commercial tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum) cuts in different classes of body weight. The sample collections were carried out in processing units in two municipalities in the state of Rondônia, Brazil. The Data on 200 fish were recorded, with weight ranging from 1000 to 4700 g. Five classes of body weight were established, class 1 - below 1.2 kg; class 2 - from 1.21 to 1.8 kg; class 3 - from 1.81 to 2.4 kg; class 4 - from 2.41 to 3.5 kg; class 5 - over 3.5kg. The commercial cuts were lyophilized and intended for chemical analysis. The Kruskal-Wallis test (α=0.05) was used to compare the averages. The composition of commercial cuts was different in weight classes (p<0.05). The filet presented more representative values in mineral matter, crude protein and total lipids and lower humidity for class 4 (from 2.41 to 3.5 kg). The classes 1 and 5 (below 1.2 and over 3.5 kg) were different (p<0.05) in relation to the lipid and moisture content in the commercial filet and rib cuts. The tambaqui steak in class 4 have a higher lipid content compared to the average of the lightest body weight classes, 9.99 vs 4.50%, in addition to having a lower moisture content (p<0.05). The tambaqui band was different (p<0.05) in relation to nutritional components between body weight classes, with class 4 being richer in minerals, crude protein and lipids in dry matter. Therefore, the class 4 was the most efficient (p<0.05) for production and commercialization. Because the tambaquis with body weight between 2.4 to 3.5 kg stood out in relation to the nutritional components in the different commercial cuts.

English Title: Socio-economic study of fisheries in the southwest part of Lake Albert (Ituri, DR Congo)A socio-economic study was conducted on 602 fishermen in 16 fishing camps in the southwestern part of Lake Albert in order to assess the activities of the fisheries. In each camp, the fishing gear was identified, characterized and counted; and the composition of fish catches assessed by gear type. 8 fishing gear have been identified, including gear prohibited under the 2016 regulations, notably the monofilament net and the nets. The length (1343.64 ± 832.5 m), the bottom fixed net (1053.05 ± 520 m) and the surface fixed net (766.26 ± 536 m) were the most used. The purse seine was identified as the most productive gear, with 183.18 ± 49.02 kg / day during the good period and 20.89 ± 12.94 kg / day during the bad period), but it was also the least selective of all the gear identified. The dormant net fishery gave an average daily production of around 62.7 kg during the good period and 10 kg during the bad period. The occupation of the spawning grounds, the increase in fishing effort, and the use of prohibited gear were considered as major causes of the decline in productivity of Lake Albert. There remains an urgent need to enforce regulations to protect the lake's fish fauna. Keywords: Organization, fisheries, Southwest, Lake Albert.

Abstract African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is new species for the Bulgarian market. It is a valuable source of biologically active components that play an important role in human diet, but there is lack of information for the quality of its dietary lipids. This study focuses on the assessment of skin and edible tissue lipid quality of farmed African catfish based on lipid content and detailed fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins, cholesterol and carotenoids composition. Fatty acid composition was determined by gas chromatography with mass spectrometer (GC/MS) after lipid extraction. Vitamins A, D3 and E, beta-carotene, astaxanthin and cholesterol were analyzed simultaneously using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet and fluorescence detectors. Lipids, cholesterol, astaxanthin and monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) were significantly higher in skin, whereas vitamin A and E, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) were higher in muscle tissue. Vitamin D3 showed comparable amounts in both tissues. Eicosapentaenoic acid (C20:5n3) and docosahexaenoic acid (C22:6n3) which are important indicators for fish lipids quality presented significantly high amounts. A portion of 100 g filet without skin contains approximately 600 mg. Results confirmed that African catfish meat - with or without the skin, can be valuable and preferable source of biologically active lipids.

This work had for objectives to evaluate the influence of vegetable oils in the corporal development of jundiá (Rhamdia quelen, Heptapteridae) and its relationship with the quality of the fish. Six diets were tested with 32% of crude protein and rice, canola or soy oil at 5 or 10% inclusion, for 90 days. Fish (180, initial weigh=71±0,8g) were distributed at random in 18 tanks of 280L (2,5g.L-1) in a water closed system, with controlled temperature. The biometric measurements and data collections were done every 30 days with the purpose of the growth evaluation. For evaluation of fish performance, parameters considered were weight, total length, pattern and length flow, earnings in daily weight, survival, specific growth rate, condition factor, daily consumption, apparent alimentary conversion, yield of edible parts. Rate of protein and fat deposition in the filets were calculated from proximate composition values. Also the color of the filets was verified. There were no differences for the productive parameters among the treatments tested at the end of the experiment. Jundiás fed with larger oil levels in the diets deposited larger fat percentage in the filet. It is concluded that canola, rice and soy oils used as alternatives in diets in recreates of jundiá (Rhamdia quelen) provide good growth and yield of eatable parts. And, the rations containing 5% canola oil lead to a small fat deposition in the filet jundiá juvenile, as well as, it presents an appearance of lean meat in relation to color aspects.

The objective of this paper was to evaluate the corporal revenues, determine the chemical composition of the filet and evaluate the physical-mechanic resistance of the Nile tilapia leather (Oreochromis niloticus) produced in dug fishponds and cages. The results obtained of the corporal characteristics , the revenues results, the morphometric relations, the chemical composition of the filets and the physical-mechanic tests of the tilapia leather from both raising systems have undergone variance analysis (ANOVA). When statistic differences were observed (p<0,05), the Tukey test was applied in 5% of significance, using the software Statistica7.1. Significant differences were observed (p<0,05) for the average values of corporal characteristics between both raising systems for the total and standard length, total weight, pectoral fin and filet weight. As for the morphometric relations, chemical composition of the filets and the resistance of the leather significant differences were not observed (p>0,05). Therefore it is concluded that the systems did not influence on the corporal revenue, morphometric relations, quality of the meat and in the physical-mechanic tests of the leather.

AbstractModularity - the partitioning of software into units of functionality that interact with each other via interfaces - has been the mainstay of software development for half a century. In case of the C language, the main mechanism for modularity is the compilation unit / header file abstraction. This paper complements programmatic modularity for C with modularity idioms for specification and verification in the context of Verifiable C, an expressive separation logic for CompCert . Technical innovations include (i) abstract predicate declarations – existential packages that combine Parkinson & Bierman’s abstract predicates with their client-visible reasoning principles; (ii) residual predicates, which help enforcing data abstraction in callback-rich code; and (iii) an application to pure (Smalltalk-style) objects that connects code verification to model-level reasoning about features such as subtyping, self, inheritance, and late binding. We introduce our techniques using concrete example modules that have all been verified using the Coq proof assistant and combine to fully linked verified programs using a novel, abstraction-respecting component composition rule for Verifiable C.

Resumen
In this chapter, we will examine some ways to interact with audio processing objects in formal compositions. Examples of traditional instrumentalists interacting with Max patches in concert performances are common. In the interest of copyright availability, we will examine a composition of mine for E♭clarinet and computer (a Max patch). The remaining example patches in this chapter will deal with audio processing as it relates to hearing and some aspects of perception. In this composition, discourse, the clarinetist plays from a score while the Max patch “listens” to the performer (using a microphone) and processes the clarinet sound in predetermined ways. The Max patch follows a time-based “score” of its own for performing the effects on the clarinet sound and, thus, processes the audio signal the same way each time the piece is performed. Our purpose in exploring this patch has less to do with the effects that are used or any aesthetic you get from the piece than with the implementation of a usable timeline that both the clarinetist and the computer can perform to. 1. Open the file discourse.maxpat from within the folder discourse located in the Chapter 20 Examples folder When the space bar is pressed, a clocker within the patch will begin triggering the events in the Max patch; this is like the score for the computer. These events assume that since the user has pressed the space bar, the patch can expect to hear the notes of the score played back at tempo to coincide with the different audio processing taking place within the patch. Unless you happen to have your E♭clarinet handy (a PDF of the score is also available in the discourse folder), we will use a demo sound file of a synthesized clarinet playing this piece in lieu of actually performing it. This will give us a sense of what the piece would sound like if we were to perform the clarinet part live.

Resumen
During the last years, there was a growing interest in peer-to-peer (P2P) systems, mainly because they fit a wide number of real-life ICT applications. Digital libraries are only a significant instance of P2P systems, but it is very easy to foresee how large the impact of P2P systems on innovative and emerging ICT scenarios, such as e-government and e-procurement, will be during the next years. P2P networks are natively built on top of a very large repository of data objects (e.g., files) that is intrinsically distributed, fragmented, and partitioned among participant peers. P2P users are usually interested in (a) retrieving data objects containing information of interest, like video and audio files, and (b) sharing information with other (participant) users or peers. From the information retrieval (IR) perspective, P2P users (a) typically submit short, loose queries by means of keywords derived from natural-language-style questions (e.g., “find all the music files containing Mozart’s compositions” is posed through the keywords compositions and Mozart), and (b), due to resource-sharing purposes, are usually interested in retrieving as a result a set of data objects rather than only one. Based on such set of items, well-founded IR methodologies like ranking can be successfully applied to improve system query capabilities, thus achieving performance better than that of more traditional database-like query schemes. Furthermore, the above-described P2P IR mechanism is self-alimenting as intermediate results can be then reused to share new information, or to set and specialize new search and query activities. In other words, from the database perspective, P2P users typically adopt a semistructured (data) model for querying data objects rather than a structured (data) model. On the other hand, efficiently accessing data in P2P systems, which is an aspect directly related to the above issues, is a relevant and still incompletely solved open research challenge.

This chapter provides an overview of the Steve Reich Collection kept at the Paul Sacher Stiftung (PSS) in Basel, Switzerland. This important collection, which was acquired by PSS in 2008, consists of a wide range of primary and secondary materials—from sketchbooks, handwritten scores, tape recordings, computer files, and source materials collected for speech and sampled compositions to diaries, letters, interviews, photographs, program leaflets, working correspondence, and critics’ reviews. In addition to the manuscript holdings, the chapter focuses on two historical layers of media-based material, summarized under the catchwords “hybrid-analog” (connecting written documents to audio tapes) and “hybrid-digital” (combining paper, analog audio, and digital files from the working process). These two generic crossovers lend the collection its specific character in terms of archival practice and media analysis, placing special demands both on the archive itself and on scholars studying the sources.

Resumen
With the rapid advancement of Web-based technologies, healthcare information systems are becoming increasingly heterogeneous in terms of their architecture, composition, and runtime characteristics. A healthcare system can be composed of several stand-alone service components, such as Web services available from various distributed sources for runtime execution. We use the terms Web services and service interchangeably in this chapter to refer to the same concept. A healthcare application system can be composed of multiple autonomous geographically dispersed software services. A healthcare software service is autonomous as it has its own executable code and uses its own data or files. The composition of a healthcare system can be dynamic or static, depending on how services are connected to each other to provide the services. Some of the services are downloaded directly from the Internet and executed dynamically with the application system. The use of independent services in the healthcare information system is appealing because it supports reusability of code and far efficient utilization of network resources, and it might be cost efficient.

Resumen
Service-Oriented Architectures (SOAs), and traditional enterprise systems in general, record a variety of events (e.g., messages being sent and received between service components) to proper log files, i.e., event logs. These files constitute a huge and valuable source of knowledge that may be extracted through data mining techniques. To this end, process mining is increasingly gaining interest across the SOA community. The goal of process mining is to build models without a priori knowledge, i.e., to discover structured process models derived from specific patterns that are present in actual traces of service executions recorded in event logs. However, in this work, the authors focus on detecting frequent sequential patterns, thus considering process mining as a specific instance of the more general sequential pattern mining problem. Furthermore, they apply two sequential pattern mining algorithms to a real event log provided by the Vienna Runtime Environment for Service-oriented Computing, i.e., VRESCo. The obtained results show that the authors are able to find services that are frequently invoked together within the same sequence. Such knowledge could be useful at design-time, when service-based application developers could be provided with service recommendation tools that are able to predict and thus to suggest next services that should be included in the current service composition.

Resumen
At every moment, innumerable emotions can indicate and provide questions about daily attitudes. These emotions can interfere or stimulate different goals. Whether in school, home or social life, the environment increases the itinerant part of the process of attitudes. The musician is also passive of these emotions and incorporates them into his compositions for various reasons. Thus, the musical composition has innumerable sources, for example, academic formation, experiences, influences and perceptions of the musical scene. In this way, this work develops the mAchine learning Algorithm Applied to emotions in melodies (3A). The 3A recognizes the musician’s melodies in real time to generate accompaniment melody. As input, The 3A used MIDI data from a synthesizer to generate accompanying MIDI output or sound file by the programming language Chuck. Initially in this work, it is using the Gregorian modes for each intention of composition. In case, the musician changes the mode or tone, the 3A has an adaptation to continuing the musical sequence. Currently, The 3A uses artificial neural networks to predict and adapt melodies. It started from mathematical series for the formation of melodies that present interesting results for both mathematicians and musicians.

Resumen
Saving costs is a major attraction of wet welding application in structural repairs of offshore installations. Nevertheless, improve the quality of wet welding to get it as close as possible to plain structural steel quality and also qualify welding procedures in AWS D3.6 class ‘A’ have been challenges not consistently overcome. This paper describes wet welding trials in shallow waters (5m and 10m) with a rutile and an oxy-rutile type, both commercial electrodes. Two different base metal compositions were employed in the preparation of butt and fillet joints. The main objective is to amend new results of wet weds properties to those already published aiming the application of this welding technique under more reliable conditions and the qualification of welding procedures. The weldments were tested by Vickers hardness, Charpy V notch, tensile, shear strength, bending and fillet weld break tests, chemical and macrographic analysis. Some of these properties and diffusible hydrogen, obtained in laboratory with a mechanized gravity system, will also be presented in order to complement or explain the field testes results obtained. Both electrodes produced class AWS E 70XX weld metals and overall results according class “B” requirements of the AWS D3.6M:2010 code. Some good elongation results obtained encourage future trials to achieve class “A”. Barriers to the class “A” qualification of welding procedures in shallow waters are also discussed.

Resumen
When analyzing HCCI combustion engine behavior, the integration of experimental tests and numerical simulations is crucial. Investigations of possible engine control strategies as a function of the different operating conditions have to take the behavior of the whole HCCI engine into account, including the effects both of the combustion process and of complex devices. Therefore the numerical simulation code must be able both to model accurately the gas-dynamic of the system and to evaluate the combustion chemical kinetics. This paper focuses on the coupling between the commercial one-dimensional fluid-dynamic GT-Power Code and our in-house detailed chemical kinetic Ignition Code. An interface has been developed in order to exchange information between the two codes: the Ignition Code considers as boundary conditions the GT-Power Code values provided for the gas composition at IVC and the pressure and temperature at every time step and passes back to GT-Power the burnt fuel fraction and stores in an external file the in cylinder gas composition. Thus the whole engine cycle can be accurately simulated, estimating the interactions between the gas-dynamics phenomena along the intake and exhaust pipes and through the valves, and the chemical processes occurring during the closed valves period. This tool makes it possible to analyze the engine behavior under duty cycle operating conditions, and therefore it represents a useful support to the experimental measurements, reducing the number of tests required to assess the proper engine control strategies.

Resumen
Electronic products are subjected to high G-levels during mechanical shock and vibration. Failure-modes include solder-joint failures, pad cratering, chip-cracking, copper trace fracture, and underfill fillet failures. The second-level interconnects may be experience high-strain rates and accrue damage during repetitive exposure to mechanical shock. Industry migration to leadfree solders has resulted in proliferation of a wide variety of solder alloy compositions. Few of the popular tin-silver-copper alloys include Sn1Ag0.5Cu and Sn3Ag0.5Cu. The high strain rate properties of leadfree solder alloys are scarce. Typical material tests systems are not well suited for measurement of high strain rates typical of mechanical shock. Previously, high strain rates techniques such as the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) can be used for strain rates of 1000 per sec. However, measurement of materials at strain rates of 1–100 per sec which are typical of mechanical shock is difficult to address. In this paper, a new test-technique developed by the authors has been presented for measurement of material constitutive behavior. The instrument enables attaining strain rates in the neighborhood of 1 to 100 per sec. High speed cameras operating at 300,000 fps have been used in conjunction with digital image correlation for the measurement of full-field strain during the test. Constancy of cross-head velocity has been demonstrated during the test from the unloaded state to the specimen failure. Solder alloy constitutive behavior has been measured for SAC105, and SAC305 solders. Constitutive model has been fit to the material data. Samples have been tested at various time under thermal aging at 25°C and 125°C. The constitutive model has been embedded into an explicit finite element framework for the purpose of life-prediction of leadfree interconnects. Test assemblies has been fabricated and tested under JEDEC JESD22-B111 specified condition for mechanical shock. Model predictions have been correlated with experimental data.

Resumen
Even if the urban experience of the British New Towns, created after the New Towns Act of 1945 as a solution to the problems derived from the superpopulation of great cities such as London, is already far in time it can still offer us some lessons. Lessons which could help us when intervening in current process of development and transformation of the urban form. This article analyses these experiences from its morphology, studying their formal characteristics and the organization of the several uses of the city, as well as the diachronic evolution of their criteria of spatial composition. The First New Towns mainly followed the characteristics stated in the Reith Report [HMSO, 1946 a] and the consequent New Towns Act [HMSO, 1946 b], which defined the scale of the new cities, their uses and zoning, location, areas, distances, social structure or landscape among other. Their urban forms evolved with time and were the result of many strategic and design decisions taken which determined and transformed their spatial and physical profiles. According to the Town and Country Planning Association [TCPA, 2014] New Towns can be classified in three Marks as for their chronology and the laws that helped to create them. But if we focus in their urban form, we can find another classification by Ali Madani-Pour, [1993] who divides them into four design phases, which give answer to different social needs and mobility. The analysis of the essential characteristics and strategies of each of the phases of the New Towns, applied to the configuration of the urban form of some of the New Towns, the ones which gather better the approach in each of the phases, will allow us to make a propositional diagnose of their different forms of development, the advances and setbacks; a comparative analysis of different aspects such as mobility and zoning, local and territorial relations, structure or composition. The conclusions of the article pretend to recognize the contributions, which come from their urban form and have them as a reference for new urban interventions in the current context, with new challenges to be faced from the integral definition of the city. Resumen
In the last two decades the reactor dynamics code DYN3D was coupled to thermal hydraulics system codes, a sub-channel thermal hydraulics code and CFD codes. These earlier developed code systems allow modeling of the thermal hydraulics phenomena occurring during reactor transients and accidents in greater detail. Still these code systems lack a sufficiently sophisticated fuel behavior model, which is able i.e. to take into account the fission gas behavior during normal operation, off-normal conditions and transients. To our knowledge a two-way coupling to a fuel performance code hasn’t so far been reported in the open literature for calculating a full core with detailed and well validated fuel behavior models. A new two-way coupling approach between DYN3D and the fuel performance code TRANSURANUS is presented. In the coupling, DYN3D provides the time-dependent rod power and thermal hydraulics conditions to TRANSURANUS, which in turn transfers parameters like fuel temperature and cladding temperature back to DYN3D. The main part of the development is a general TRANSURANUS coupling interface that is applicable for linking of any other reactor dynamics codes, thermal hydraulics system codes and sub-channel codes to TRANSURANUS. Beside its generality, other features of this interface are the application at either fuel assembly or fuel rod level, one-way or two-way coupling, automatic switching from steady to transient conditions in TRANSURANUS (including update of the material properties etc.), writing of all TRANSURANUS output files and the possibility of manual pre- and post-calculations with TRANSURANUS in standalone mode. The TRANSURANUS code can be used in combination with this coupling interface in various scenarios: different fuel compositions in the reactor types BWR, PWR, VVER, HWR and FBR, considering time scales from milliseconds (i.e. RIA) over seconds/ minutes (i.e. LOCA) to years (i.e. normal operation) and thence different reactor states. Results of DYN3D-TRANSURANUS are shown for a control rod ejection transient in a German PWR. In particular, it appears that for all burn-up levels the two-way coupling approach systematically calculates higher maximum values for the node fuel enthalpy (max. difference of 46 J/g) and node centerline fuel temperature (max. difference of 181 K), compared to DYN3D standalone in best estimate calculations. These differences can be completely explained by the more detailed TRANSURANUS modeling of fuel thermal conductivity, radial power density profile and heat transfer in the gap. As known from fuel performance codes, the modeling of the heat transfer in the gap is sensitive and causes also larger differences in case of low burn-up. The numerical convergence for DYN3D-TRANSURANUS is quick and stable. The coupled code system can improve the assessment of safety criteria, at a reasonable computational cost with a CPU time of less than seven hours without parallelization.

Resumen
Abstract Labyrinth seals are used in the clearance between rotor and stator such as steam turbines and centrifugal compressors in order to suppress loss of leakage. The leakage flow is induced in labyrinth seal by pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the seal. This leakage flow produces destabilization fluid force on the rotor in association with the swirl flow. Destabilization fluid force can lead the rotor system unstable by its phase delay from subsynchronous whirling vibration of the rotor. Recently, this kind of problems have been reported sometimes with increasing power output and improving performance by decreasing leakage flow. In order to understand detailed characteristics of this destabilization fluid force, so many CFD calculations have been performed and unsteady pressure measurements have been conducted using rotational test rig. However, CFD calculation results often do not agree with test result especially for complex seal configurations. Although unsteady pressure was also measured by pressure sensors, measurement results were not enough for validation of CFD results and detailed understand of the fluid force mechanisms because of insufficient spatial resolution. In this study, unsteady pressure filed in labyrinth seal cavity of rotational test rig was visualized using fast-responding polymer-ceramic pressure sensitive paint (PC-PSP). The unsteady pressure distribution on the surface of seal cavity was measured by high-speed camera. For the experiment, a 500mm diameter rotor was used so that size of the labyrinth seal and flow pattern in the cavity can be close to the large-scale steam turbine. And the rotor was excited in a circular whirl orbit by an electromagnetic actuator. The stator side cavity wall was made by transparent material in order to obtain optical access. In the case of existing PSP measurements, only rotor side pressure distribution could be measured in this set up. However, measuring rotor side surface by PSP is extremely challenging because of its high peripheral speed. The back side illumination measurement technique has been developed and applied in this study. PSP is coated on the inner surface of transparent stator wall. Excitation light sources were delivered from outside of the transparent wall and highspeed camera was also installed outside. This procedure allows PSP measurement only by processing motionless image of the stator wall. Furthermore, composition of the PC-PSP has been optimized for this measurement because back illumination procedure decreases response speed of the PSP. As a result, high-accuracy, high-definition pressure distribution data was obtained. Pressure data measured by PSP were compared with pressure sensor data and CFD calculation results. Unsteady pressure levels measured by PSP agreed well with pressure data measured by pressure sensors. Unsteady pressure distributions measured by PSP agreed well with pressure distribution calculated by CFD. From these results, detailed characteristics of destabilization fluid force were understood. And these data can be used for brush-up of CFD calculation model and procedure.
