Pengunaan teknologi dalam dunia digital yang sudah semakin canggih, mengakibatkan banyaknya software yang semakin mempermudah masyarakat untuk mengembangkan kinerja dan kreativitas. Pada perkembangan era modern ini semakin dibutuhkan keahlian dan keterampilan untuk mengelola suatu software tertentu. Untuk saat ini, profesi desain juga semakin digemari dan dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Sehingga memungkinkan untuk kita menguasai suatu software tertentu dalam mendesain. Untuk mengembangkan kinerja dan kreativitas melalui desain dengan memberikan pelatihan desain kreatif menggunakan Figma dan diaplikasikan dengan pembuatan CV atau bentuk lainnya. Figma adalah salah satu penyedia software desain online yang tersedia di jejaring internet sehingga memudahkan seluruh pengguna untuk mengaplikasikan desain tanpa mengunduh software terlebih dahulu. Pemberian pelatihan ini diharapkan membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan menambah pengetahuan tentang desain melalui figma.

ABSTRAK Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia sebagai institusi yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi terutama yang berkaitan dengan proses belajar dan mengajar. My CIC adalah aplikasi sistem informasi akademik mahasiswa berbasis web dengan tujuan memberikan informasi seputar akademik kepada mahasiswa. My CIC yang beralamat https://my.cic.ac.id/. Jumlah pengunjung website My CIC ini hanya meningkat pada saat-saat tertentu saja, hal ini dikarenakan informasi yang terdapat pada My CIC ini kurang lengkap. Selain itu terdapat beberapa permasalahan antara lain tampilan desain dari My CIC kurang menarik dan ada beberapa halaman & tombol kurang di pahami oleh mahasiswa yang mengakses website My CIC. Dalam perancangan desain UI/UX prototype aplikasi My Cic ini penulis memberi solusi untuk merancang desain sebuah aplikasi my CIC dengan user interface dan user experience yang menarik, minimalis dan modern. Dalam perancangan ini software editing yang digunakan adalah Figma, dan didalam nya berisi terkait informasi akademik mahasiswa seperti profil mahasiswa, data nilai, KRS, jadwal kuliah, ujian online, diskusi kelas, kartu ujian, riwayat mengulang dan transaksi administrasi keuangan mahasiswa. Dengan perancangan ini diharapkan Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia tetap berupaya untuk penerapan teknologi dibidang pendidikan dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja, kualitas pelayanan, daya saing kualitas sumber daya manusia yang pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan lulusan (Output) yang berkualitas dan mampu memenangkan persaingan global. U današnje vreme dešava se ekspan­zija veb i mobilnih aplikacija. Razlog tome jeste njihova praktičnost, jednostavnost korišćenja kao i to što omo­gu­ćavaju rešavanje svakodnevnih problema. Zbog same eks­panzije javila se potreba ubrzavanja procesa izrade apli­kacija i došlo je do pojava platformi koje na osnovu di­zajna generišu kod koji se može ili samostalno upotreb­ljavati ili se koristiti kao početna tačka u programiranju. Rad predstavlja pregled procesa izrade veb i mobilne aplikacije, kroz redizajn i analizu softvera koji ubrzavaju taj proces. Alati koji su korišćeni prilikom izrade su Figma, Anima i Supernova Studio.

Resumen
The article analyses the UI and UX concepts of popular music platforms and streaming services in terms of usability and functionality. Popular analogues of music apps are analysed – Apple music, YouTube music, Yandex music, Boom. The results of a design study devoted to the problem of promoting young performers to the music market are presented. Topicality of the problem is confirmed by the growing popularity of music services and applications among users. The stages of developing a prototype of a music application using the Figma programme are presented. The process of team work on a prototype of a mobile application with planning of project stages and distribution of tasks between team members, using scrum technology is shown.

Keberadaan UserInterface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) Designer semakin dibutuhkan beberapa waktu belakangan. Salah satu alasannya karena banyak perusahaan yang mulai menggunakan platform mobile dan situs untuk perkembangan bisnis. Dalam menjawab tantangan ini maka pengetahuan mengenai UI/ UX diperlukan dalam hal melakukan perancangan program, hal ini pun sejalan dengan salah satu tujuan dari profil Prodi S1 Teknik Informatika STMIK Tasikmalaya yaitu; Menghasilkan tenaga ahli di bidang Teknik Informatika yang unggul, terampil menggunakan TIK serta memiliki pengetahuan pendukung yang relevan dengan jenis pekerjaan yang ditanganinya. Kemampuan penguasaaan teknologi dan informasi khususnya kepada mahasiswa semester 3 dari Program Studi Teknik Informatika dalam penguasaan konsep desain UI/UX sangat diperlukan. Melalui kegiatan PkM yang dilaksanakan secara online melalui zoom meeting dan live www.youtube.com, dan diperoleh hasil melalui kuesioner respon balik dari peserta mengenai tingkat kepuasan sebanyak 50% merasa puas, 38,1% merasa puas sekali, dan 11,9% merasa cukup puas dengan adanya PkM ini. Dengan demikian diharapkan mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan kompetensi untuk dapat bersaing pada masa indutri 4.0 ini. Kata kunci—figma, pengabdian masyarakat, ui/ux, user experience, user interface. The existence of UserInterface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Designer has been increasingly needed in recent times. One of the reasons is because many companies are starting to use mobile platforms and websites for business development. In answering this challenge, knowledge of UI / UX is needed in terms of conducting program design, this is also in line with one of the goals of the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program profile, STMIK Tasikmalaya, namely; Producing experts in the field of Information Technology who are superior, skilled in using ICT and have supporting knowledge that is relevant to the type of work they handle. The ability to control technology and information, especially for 3rd semester students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program, in mastering the UI / UX design concept is needed. Through PkM activities carried out online through zoom meetings and live www.youtube.com, and results were obtained through questionnaire responses from participants regarding the satisfaction level of 50% being satisfied, 38.1% very satisfied, and 11.9% feeling quite satisfied with this PkM. Thus, it is hoped that students can increase their insight and competence to be able to compete in this industrial era 4.0. Keywords— community service, figma, ui/ux, user experience, user interface.

Golden periode merupakan periode keemasan perkembangan otak anak usia dini antara 3-6 tahun dimana pertumbuhan dan perkembangan baik secara fisik ataupun mental yang tercepat. Pemahaman seorang anak di usia itu pada dasarnya terbatas pada pemahaman nama-nama hewan yang tidak tahu dari spesies mana mereka berasal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain aplikasi permaian edukasi jenis hewan dengan nama“Animals Kind” membantu anak usia dini memahami berbagai jenis hewan dengan sistem belajar yang lebih menarik dengan menerapkan konsep Finite State Automata (FSA). Finite State Automata merupakan mesin automata yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan alur sebuah program. Jenis FSA yang digunakan adalah Deterministic Finite Automata. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari Perancangan FSA, Pengujian FSA dan Desain Aplikasi Permainan Edukasi “Animals Kids”. Tahap perancangan dan pengujian FSA dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Jflab, sedangkan untuk tahap desain aplikasi menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan rancangan desain antarmuka yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan di penelitian selanjutnya.

Globalisasi menjadikan sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu kualitas atau keunggulan yang menjadi parameter dalam kebersaingan antar negara di dunia. Untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul diperlukan seorang pembimbing berpengalaman yang dapat berperan sebagai advisor dan role model biasa juga disebut sebagai mentor. Untuk mempertemukan kedua pihak yaitu mentor dan mentee dirancanglah sebuah prototipe bersifat e – learning yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah antar user dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan user. Prototipe ini menggunakan desain prototipe dari Aplikasi desain Figma serta menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk merancang desain kebutuhan fitur user maupun alur proses yang terjadi. Pembuatan prototipe ini menggunakan cara pengumpulan data berdasarkan kajian literatur untuk referensi tahap awal penelitian, kemudian pengambilan sampel dari kuesioner analisa kebutuhan Mentor dan Mentee kepada 113 responden yang terdiri dari kalangan umum masyarakat yang mengenyam pendidikan formal maupun non formal dan didapatkan hasil 85 dari 113 responden menyatakan membutuhkan prototipe tersebut. Penulis juga melakukan evaluasi terhadap prototipe yang sudah dibangun dengan bantuan user Mentor dan Mentee tertarget dan didapatkan hasil rata - rata setuju jika seluruh tampilan prototipe fungsinya bisa dipahami dan alur bisnis di dalamnya dapat diikuti.

This study aims to develop a model of dashboard information system to improve the quality of scientific journal management. The method used to develop the model of the dashboard is prototyping. The dashboard was also developed using the Pivot Table, Histogram/ Column Chart, Line Plot/ Line Chart, and Area Chart approach. For case study, the information displayed in the dashboard which from data recorded in the MAVIB Journal. The information used includes information about the score of articles that have been received, website visitor in the form of a summary report View Page Statcounter. It can be downloaded in Excel form. The Prototype Dashboard Information System and the addition of Additional Menu in OJS were made using figma, so that it becomes an illustration for designing and updating the appearance of OJS website pages. The information displayed in the dashboard is used to make decisions in order to improve the management of scientific journals. The results show that the dashboard model successfully displays strategic information, tactical information and transactional information. This information can be used by journal managers to make decisions in improving the quality of journal management.

At this time, information and communication technology is growing rapidly. One example of technological developments is Augmented Reality (AR). Augmented Reality in theory is to present virtual effects in the real world. This AR technology has been applied in several fields. One of them is in the field of education. In this study, an AR application was made as an educational medium for the history of the heritage buildings of the Ottoman Empire, especially for Madrasah students in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI). This research will discuss the history of heritage buildings of the Ottoman Empire such as; Hagia Sophia Monument, Yeni Valide Mosque, and Blue Mosque. The Ottoman Empire was one of the world's Islamic empires that played a major role in the spread of Islamic teachings. This AR application uses the Marker Based Tracking method and the Fast Corner Detection algorithm. The tools used are Android Studio, Unity 3D, Sketchup, Figma, and Vuforia. The results of this study resulted in the application having succeeded in displaying a 3D Object from the Ottoman Sultanate heritage building, along with a description next to the 3D Object. In addition, this Monument AR application also works well on the Android operating system.Keywords:Augmented Reality, Marker Based Tracking, Fast Corner Detection, 3D Object, Android.

RPTRA is a gathering place for children and other residents to socialize physically. The children can play at RPTRA. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic which causes physical activity restrictions, this is an obstacle for RPTRA. Due too physical distancing and social distancing, no one can visit RPTRA. So, The RPTRA must be transformed if they want to be sustain and growth in the future. In addition, in order for the RPTRA to develop, digital transformation is also needed in the development of the RPTRA. Based on related research, digital transformation is needed for community to growing in the future. Through a research methodology that starts from collecting data through Contextual Inquiry, then it is analyzed and produces a system design using UML and user interface design using Figma. Furthermore, it is developed into a website application. This website application is evaluated through System Usability Scale (SUS) and heuristic evaluation. The evaluation results show that the proposed application has an SUS value above the average. We can conclude through this website application can be used for sharing information inside the community also can engage with the society . In the future, it is hoped that this RPTRA website application apart from being an information suggestion can also be used to market the products of RPTRA itself so that it can add to the economic value of this website.

Об'єктом розробки є дизайн додатку, що допомагає підвищити безпеку авто, у разі відмикання повідомити власника. Метою розробки є одержання дизайну інтерфейсу додатку для безпеки авто. Реалізація дизайну додатку була виконана з використанням методів UX/UI. Для реалізації дизайну використовувались інструментальний засіб Figma. У ході розробки дизайну був отриманий додаток, який встановлює безпечний розклад для використання авто та надсилає повідомлення у разі розблокування дверей в незапланований час. Подальша розробка дизайну додатку можлива в сторону розширення функціоналу. Робота має практичну цінність. Розрахунок економічної цінності не проводився.
The object of development is the design of the application, which helps to increase the safety of the car, in case of unlocking to notify the owner. The purpose of the development is to obtain the interface design of the application for car safety. The implementation of the application design was performed using UX/UI methods. The Figma tool was used to implement the design. During the design development, an application was received that establishes a secure schedule for the use of the car and sends a message in case of unlocking the door at an unscheduled time. Further development of the application design is possible in the direction of expanding the functionality. The work has practical value. The calculation of economic value was not performed.

Об’єктом проектування є клієнт-серверну частина для доступу до бази даних університету та синхронізації даних у вигляді Android та iOS додатку. Результатом роботи є реалізація таких можливостей додатку: − Реєстрація та авторизація клієнтів на сервері; − Перегляд всіх доступних даних на сервері; − Завантаження файлів на сервер; − Синхронізація даних сервера з користувачем і навпаки; − Електронна залікова книжка та поточні оцінки; Для проектування інтерфейсу користувача необхідно встановити на комп’ютер додаток Figma та мати клієнтський пристрій з операційною системою Android версії 7.0.1 та вище або пристрій на операційній системі iOS 14.0 та вище з встановленим додатком Figma mirror. Реалізація додатку була виконана з використанням методологій проектування дизайну User Centered Design & Jobs to Be Done. Для реалізації інтерфейсу користувача використовувались такі дизайн системи як Material Design, React Material, Human Design. Подальше вдосконалення додатку можливе в сторону розширення функціоналу, покращення інтерфейсу користувача та написання коду для безпосередньої роботи додатку на мобільних пристроях користувачів(студентів). Робота має практичну цінність. Розрахунок економічної цінності не проводився.

The result is the implementation of the following features of the application: − Registration and authorization of clients on the server; − view all available data on the server; − upload media files to the server and vice versa; − uploading files to the server; − synchronization of server data with the user and vice versa; − electronic record book and current grades; To design the user interface, you must install the Figma application on your computer and have a client device running Android version 7.0.1 and higher or a device running iOS 14.0 and higher with the Figma mirror application installed. Implementation of the application was done using technologies Java, Android SDK. To implement the system tools used Android Studio 3.1.2. Further development of applications possible extension towards functional and interface improvements. The work has practical value. The calculation of economic value was not performed.

Метою роботи є підвищення якості інтерактивного дистанційного курсу «Веб-технології та веб-дизайн» за допомогою сучасних інформаційних технологій. Основними завданнями є: - аналіз вимог, яким повинен задовольняти інтерактивний дистанційний навчальний курс (ІДНК); - створення методичних матеріалів з дисципліни «Веб-технології та веб-дизайн» для наповнення ІДНК; - проведення порівняльного аналізу веб-технологій та вибір кращої для подальшої реалізації ІДНК; - розробка структури ІДНК; - розробка моделі рівня якості ІДНК на базі стандартів якості; - створення теоретичного, практичного блоків та блоку тестування ІДНК «Веб-технології та веб-дизайн» на базі сучасних інформаційних технологій. Для розгортання інтерактивного курса з навчальної компоненти «Веб-технології та веб-дизайн» необхідним є графічний онлайн-редактор Figma з встановленими плагінами: Figmotion, Iconify, Isometric, Lorem Ipsum, Unsplash, Roto. Також мова розмітки HTML та CSS.
The object of research is the process of creating an interactive distance learning course of the educational component «Web technologies and web design» for the distance learning system Moodle. The subject of research of modern information technologies is the creation of interactive distance learning courses. The aim of the work is to improve the quality of the interactive distance learning course «Web technologies and web design» with the help of modern information technologies. The main tasks are: - to analyze the requirements that must meet the interactive distance learning course (IDLC); - to create methodological materials on the subject "Web technologies and web design" to fill IDLC; - to conduct a comparative analysis of web technology; - to prove and choose the best for further implementation of IDLC; - to develop the structure of IDLC, on the basis of quality standards to develop a model of IDLC quality; - to create a theoretical, practical block and a block of IDLC testing «Web technologies and web design», using modern information technologies. To deploy an interactive course on the training component «Web technologies and web design» you need a graphic online editor Figma with installed plugins: Figmotion, Iconify, Isometric, Lorem Ipsum, Unsplash, Roto. Об'єктом розробки дипломної роботи є система відслідковування надходжень та витрат. Користувацький інтерфейс був розроблений за допомогою програми дизайну і прототипування Figma, а також фреймворку Vue.js. Figma – досить молодий, але потужний інструмент, що набуває популярності навіть серед професіоналів. В свою чергу Vue.js – доволі легка в освоєнні бібліотека функцій, що просто інтегрується у проекти з використанням інших JavaScript бібліотек. Метою даної роботи є:  Ознайомлення з інструментом розробки дизайн-систем та прототипування Figma.  Створення дизайну інтерфейсу користувача мобільного та веб додатків.  Реалізація веб додатку на основі JavaScript фреймворку Vue.js Ми живемо в епоху, коли сервіси з підписками стали буденністю. У великої кількості людей є звичайний масив повторюваних платежів, що складається з оренди, комунальних послуг, тощо, який треба сплатити. Власники бізнесу, підприємці, блогери, далекобійники та інші професіонали своєї справи використовують системи контролю витрат. Тож необхідність у контролі за своїми фінансами завжди буде в попиті. Дизайн та користувацький інтерфейс саме такого додатку було створено в даній кваліфікаційній роботі.
The object of the thesis is a system of tracking income and outgoes. The user interface was developed using the design and prototyping program Figma, as well as the Vue.js framework. Figma is a fairly young but powerful tool that is gaining popularity even among professionals. In turn, Vue.js is an easy-to-learn functional library that simply integrates into projects using other JavaScript libraries. The purpose of this work is:  Introduction to the tool for developing design systems and prototyping naming Figma.  Creating a user interface design for mobile and web applications.  Implementation of a web application based on the JavaScript framework Vue.js. We live in an era when subscription services have become commonplace. A large number of people have the usual array of recurring payments, consisting of rent, utilities, etc., which must be paid. Business owners, entrepreneurs, bloggers, truckers and other professionals use expense trackers. Therefore, the need to control their finances will always be in demand. The design and user interface of such an application was created in this qualification work.

Актуальність роботи. Метою роботи розробити веб ресурс для проведення та відвідування онлайн курсів, який забезпечує повну захищеність даних користувачів. Завдання дослідження: − проаналізувати предметну область та веб-продукти цього цієї доменної області; − розробити та візуально зобразити за допомогою діаграм, структуру створюваної платформи; − зібрати та оформити функціональні та нефункціональні вимоги до розроблюваної платформи; − створити та зобразити архітектуру розроблюваної платформи; − створити мокапи розроблюваної платформи; − розробити програмний продукт, що буде відповідати поставленим вимогам. Об’єктом дослідження є процес розробки веб-платформи, для проведення та вивчення дисциплін онлайн. Предметом дослідження є популярні освітні веб-сервіси. У роботі було використано методи дослідження: порівняльний, науковий та аналітичний. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у створенні цілком захищеної веб-платформи для розміщення, проведення, вивчення дисциплін онлайн. Практичне значення отриманих результатів. Розробка цілком захищеної освітньої веб-платформи, на базі якої можна проводити курси, складати іспити, отримувати сертифікати.
Relevance of work. During the pandemic, more than ever, online educational resources are becoming increasingly relevant, making the study of any subject area more effective for safe for human health. The aim of the work is to develop a web resource for conducting and attending online courses that provides complete protection of user data. Objectives of the study: − analyze the subject area and web products of this domain area; − develop and visually depict with the help of diagrams, the structure of the created platform; − collect and design functional and non-functional requirements for the developed platform; − create and depict the architecture of the developed platform; − to create mockups of the developed platform; − develop a software product that will meet the requirements. The object of research is a process of developing a web platform for conducting and studying disciplines online. The subjects of the study are popular educational web services. The research methods were used in the work: comparative, scientific and analytical. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is to create a fully secure web platform for hosting, conducting, studying disciplines online. The practical significance of the results. Development of a fully secure educational web platform, on the basis of which you can conduct courses, take exams, receive certificates.

Resumen
This work deals with the creation of several interactive web applets for education of vector graphics. Described is the image signal, his discretization, vector and bitmap types of image record. Further they describe selected vector curves, their properties, algorithms for their construction and usage. The principles of rasterization of basic vector objects are explained. Using the Figma tool, graphical user interfaces for each applet are designed. These applets are implemented using HTML and Javascript. The implemented applets are placed on web pages that are used in computer graphics education.

Artist Statement My landscapes depict the converging of sky, water, and land to symbolize transcendence, transformation, and life. I use an impressionistic style and manipulate the effects of light to capture a scene as it appears to me. Other times I re-arrange sky, land, and water into compositions that I visualize in my imagination. The convergence of natural elements can be a wide open gate where the ocean meets the sky, or it can be the narrow meandering path of a long river that meets the sky at a distant horizon. I use the physicality of terra firma, the place I inhabit physically and spiritually, as I use my art to describe the signs of transcendence and transformation.

Resumen
O isolamento social alterou a rotina de muitas instituições de ensino que buscam, nas tecnologias, uma solução para dar continuidade ao processo pedagógico. Todavia, percebe-se escassez desses recursos nos cursos da área da saúde. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a aplicação do Figma durante a criação de um aplicativo educativo para o ensino hematológico no curso de medicina. O estudo segue uma abordagem qualitativa, do tipo pesquisa-ação. Constatou-se que a ferramenta possibilita interação, compartilhamento de informações e um ótimo espaço de colaboração.

Resumen
This paper presents a new method for complex system failure analysis that provides both an overall failure analysis on a system’s functionality as well as a mission-based failure analysis. The Failure Identification for Complex Mission Analysis (FICMA) method presented here uses physics-based governing equations to identify the system’s overall behavior during both nominal and faulty conditions. The FICMA method is unique in that it first identifies a specific failure, or combination of failures, within a system and determines how each failure scenario will affect the system’s overall functional capabilities. Then, FICMA uses this failure information to assess and optimize various mission plans that the system may be asked to perform. The FICMA method is designed to identify all potential functional failures of a given system, and then, depending on the types of failures that have occurred, to identify the optimal functional approach needed to successfully complete its current mission. First, the FICMA method employs MATLAB/Simulink software along with multiple unique metrics to simulate various potential failure scenarios. Then, based on how these failure scenarios affect the functionality of the system components, the mission plans are automatically optimized. This optimization is based on finding the mission plan that experiences the fewest total effects from a given failure scenario, i.e. the most robust mission plans. Also, by using the FICMA method, each component of a system can be simulated anywhere from 0–100% of its original functionality without the specific failure mechanisms being required, which allows for this method to be implemented early in the design process while still providing valuable and unique failure information. To demonstrate this new method, a theoretical case study of a 3-linkage robot arm was chosen. Through simulations of multiple failure scenarios and mission plans, the FICMA method’s unique assessment and optimization techniques will demonstrate how to determine the optimal plan for completing a mission after a failure scenario has occurred.

The irradiation experiment HFR-EU1 in the HFR Petten is currently being conducted by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre – Institute for Energy (JRC-IE). The irradiation targets are 5 spherical High Temperature Reactor (HTR) fuel pebbles, 2 of INET production and 3 of former German production. Both types are made of TRISO coated particles and are tested for their potential for very high temperature performance and high burn-up. The irradiation started on 29 September 2006 and, by 24 February 2008, had accumulated 12 reactor cycles totaling 332.8 efpd and a calculated maximum burn-up of 8.9% FIMA (INET) and 11.2% FIMA (AVR). The objective of the HFR-EU1 test is to irradiate 5 HTR fuel pebbles at conditions beyond the characteristics of current HTR reactor designs with pebble bed cores, e.g. HTR-Modul, HTR-10 and PMBR. This should demonstrate that pebble bed HTRs are capable of enhanced performance in terms of sustainability (further increased power conversion efficiency, improved fuel use) and thus reduced waste production. The surface temperature of all pebbles was held constant during the irradiation, with the exception of HFR downtime and power transients. HFR-EU1 should demonstrate the feasibility of low coated particle failure fractions under normal operating conditions and more specifically: • high fuel surface temperature of 900°C (INET) and 950°C (AVR); • very high burn-up of 17% FIMA (INET) and 20% FIMA (AVR) which is significantly higher than the license limit of the HTR-Modul (approx. 8% FIMA); it will be explained in this paper why this objective had to be somewhat reduced due to excessive irradiation time requirements and technological difficulties. This paper provides the irradiation history of the experiment performed so far including data on fission gas release.

Resumen
Entre 2020 y 2021, el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) trabajó de la mano de la firma consultora Gehl para apoyar al Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano (IDU) y la Secretaría Distrital de Movilidad de Bogotá en la conceptualización del Corredor Verde de la Carrera Séptima en Bogotá. Este producto de conocimiento resume los principales resultados de estos trabajos, a fin de que el público general de Colombia y otras ciudades de América Latina tengan una referencia sobre metodologías y recomendaciones clave para el éxito de los proyectos de transformación urbana.

Resumen
El Caribe y la Unión Europea (UE) mantienen una relación birregional formal desde la firma del Convenio de Lomé en 1975, y son firmes defensores del multilateralismo, de la integración regional, de la democracia y del Estado de derecho, además de reflejar vibrantes políticas multiétnicas y multilingües. La relación birregional ha evolucionado considerablemente en estos 45 años y se refleja en los acuerdos formales entre los Estados de África, el Caribe y el Pacífico (ACP) y la UE, y en el ámbito de la cooperación económica se ha reforzado con la firma del Acuerdo de Asociación Económica Cariforum-UE (CEPA, por sus siglas en inglés) en 2008. La UE también sigue siendo una fuente importante de cooperación al desarrollo para el Caribe, complementada por un régimen sui generis de gestión de proyectos que incluye la programación plurianual. Además, los lazos birregionales se han ampliado a nuevas áreas de esfuerzo multilateral conjunto, como el Acuerdo de Facilitación del Comercio (AFC) de la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC )y el Acuerdo de París sobre el Cambio Climático. A pesar del largo y formal compromiso, la asociación Cariforum-UE no ha producido ni una profunda comprensión ni un apoyo universal en la conducción de las negociaciones multilaterales de cada uno. Por el contrario, la asociación muestra regularmente destellos de malestar y de una posible tensión de bajo nivel. Este documento pretende evaluar la asociación entre el Caribe y la UE en términos de su contribución al comercio birregional y la cooperación económica para el desarrollo del Caribe, y las posibilidades de una asociación renovada teniendo en cuenta los nuevos impulsos que dan forma a la relación entre el Cariforum y la UE, incluyendo el Acuerdo pos-Cotonú, el Brexit, el Diálogo Político UE-ALC y las respuestas a la COVID-19. Se plantea un programa de desarrollo Cariforum-UE para impulsar la recuperación del Caribe tras la pandemia, con el valor adicional de aprovechar la promesa de la asociación revisada.

El liderazgo femenino, entendido como la participación de las mujeres en la toma de decisiones económicas, se ha venido incrementando levemente en los últimos años, tanto a nivel mundial como en la región latinoamericana. No obstante, aún existe una brecha de liderazgo considerable con respecto a los hombres. Por ejemplo, en la región CID, las mujeres apenas ocupan menos de una cuarta parte de los puestos de gerencia principal en las empresas (22.4%) y tan solo en un 35% de las firmas, las mujeres participan en las juntas directivas. Evidencia empírica, usando técnicas econométricas, hallada en la región sugiere que la probabilidad de que las mujeres dirijan empresas se relaciona positivamente con la presencia de mujeres entre los propietarios, y negativamente con las firmas sean grandes o se dediquen a actividades en el subsector de metales, maquinaria y equipos. Utilizando el método de descomposición de Oaxaca-Blinder, se encuentra que para los países CID, existe una brecha total de 30% en la productividad de las firmas dirigidas por las mujeres con relación a las gerenciadas por hombres, lo cual está asociado a una menor participación de capital extranjero, menor gasto en seguridad, menor formalización desde el inicio de las operaciones de la firma, menor inversión en capital humano (capacitación), y menor edad de las empresas.

Resumen
Durante la última década, el ritmo de mejora de la inteligencia artificial (IA) sorprendió incluso a los más expertos, creando nuevos mercados y oportunidades de progreso en numerosas áreas. En el 2020, el BID decidió explorar opciones de política pública para promover la adopción de la IA y para ello, seleccionó el sector de la maquinaria agrícola de Argentina. Con cerca de 1,200 empresas, se trata de una industria intensiva en ciencia, tecnología e innovación, susceptible de introducir mejoras en autonomía y automatización en las máquinas existentes, desarrollar nuevos dispositivos y servicios, y optimizar procesos de negocio. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto, el BID contrató a Element AI, una de las compañías líderes en el desarrollo de IA a nivel mundial, para (1) evaluar la madurez del sector en la adopción de IA, a partir de un modelo de madurez que distingue cinco dimensiones (estrategia, datos, tecnología, recursos humanos y gobernanza), a lo largo de cinco etapas de madurez a través de las que evolucionan las empresas (exploración, experimentación, formalización, optimización y transformación), y (2) proponer recomendaciones para la acción, según tres perfiles de beneficiarios: firma, clúster y sector público. Este informe presenta los resultados de la evaluación de la madurez y una serie de conclusiones y propuestas, que pueden ser útiles para las futuras políticas públicas que estimulen el desarrollo y la adopción de aplicaciones de IA en el sector de la maquinaria agrícola argentina, y también en otros sectores industriales de la región.
