Resumen
The Fucose-Mannose Ligand (FML) of Leishmania donovani is a complex glycoproteic fraction. Its potential use as a tool for diagnosis of human visceral leishmaniasis was tested with human sera from Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The FML-ELISA test, showed 100% sensitivity and 96% specificity, identifying patients with overt kala-azar (p < 0.001, when compared to normal sera), and subjects with subclinical infection. More than 20% apparently healthy subjects with positive reaction to FML developed overt kala-azar during the following 10 months. In the screening of human blood donnors, a prevalence of 5% of sororeactive subjects was detected, attaining 17% in a single day. The GP36 glycoprotein of FHL is specifically reconized by human kala-azar sera. The immunoprotective effect of FML on experimental L. donovanii infection was tested in swiss albino mice. The protection scheemes included three weekly doses of FML, supplemented or not with saponin by the subcutaneous or intraperitoneal routes and challenge with 2x 10(7) amastigotes of Leishmania donovani. An enhancement of 80.0 % in antibody response (p<0.001) and reduction of 85.5 % parasite liver burden (p<0.001) was detected in animals immunized with FML saponin, unrespectivety of the immunization route.

Leg movement during cycling is constrained to the pedal/crank path and predominantly occurs in a sagittal plane. Medial-lateral force (FML) applied to the pedals is considered as a waste and does not contribute to the pedaling. The aim of this study was to examine the changes in FML across different cadences and workloads, and to examine the correlation with lateral knee movement (Q-angle). Twenty-two cyclists completed six trials at three workloads (2, 2.5 and 3 W/kg) and three cadences (75, 85, 95 rpm). Forces were recorded from the force pedal mounted to the left side. Absolute and normalized (to the peak total force) FML were compared across conditions and cross-correlation with Q-angle was calculated. Absolute FML was significantly different across cadences and workloads (p < 0.05) with higher absolute FML at higher cadence. There was no significant difference in normalized FML across the three cadences. There was a significant decrease in normalized FML (~10 N) at higher workloads. Statistically significant correlations were found between the FML and Q-angle (R = 0.70–0.77). The results demonstrate the link between the FML and Q-angle in healthy pain-free cyclists during stationary cycling. It has also been observed that smaller normalized magnitude of the FML is present when the force effectiveness is increased.

Abstract OBJECTIVES Our goal was to assess the aortic leaflet free margin length (FML) and geometric height (gH) in a normal aortic valve (AV), aorta dilatation and aortic leaflet prolapse. METHODS We measured the FML and gH intraoperatively in 132 patients operated on for aortic insufficiency, aortic dilatation, endocarditis or fibroelastoma. Patients were divided into 3 groups: normal tricuspid AV (group 1, n = 12), aortic dilatation (group 2, tricuspid = 43, bicuspid = 18) and leaflet prolapse (group 3, tricuspid = 32, bicuspid = 27). The FML and gH were compared between the groups and between the leaflets within each group. RESULTS In a normal tricuspid AV, the mean FML and gH were 34.7 ± 3.1 mm and 18.8 ± 1.7 mm, respectively. In group 2 tricuspid, the FML and gH were greater than those in group 1 (FML 43.7 ± 4.4, P &lt; 0.001; gH 21.2 ± 1.8, P = 0.003). In group 3, tricuspid, the FML of the prolapsing leaflet was greater than the FML of the non-prolapsing leaflet (48.3 ± 5.4 vs 42.2 ± 3.6; P &lt; 0.001). In group 2, bicuspid, FML of both leaflets were similar in group 2, but augmented on the fused leaflet compared to the non-fused leaflet in group 3 (fused 55.4 ± 6.3; non-fused 46.2 ± 6.2; P &lt; 0.001). In groups 2 and 3 bicuspid, the gH of the non-fused leaflet was systematically greater than the fused leaflet (group 2 non-fused 24.6 ± 2.5 vs fused 20.4 ± 2.1; P &lt; 0.001) CONCLUSIONS In aortic dilatation and leaflet prolapse, FML and, to a lesser extent, gH increased significantly compared to those of normal AV function. FML and gH dimensions also depended on the valve configuration (tricuspid/bicuspid). These data provide new insight into the pathomorphology of AV disease and will serve to further develop new methods of AV repair based on intraoperative measurements of the FML.

The Fiber Metal Laminate (FML) discussed here was made from Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite, laminated by aluminum alloy sheet. The FRP composite panel was made from abaca fiber and polyester resin matrix. The objective was to study the bending strength of the FML with different fiber content. Five panels of abaca FRP were prepared using hand-lay-up methods. The weight content of the fiber in the panels were 0%, 3.56%, 5.18%, 8.94% and 12.22% respectively. The aluminum alloy sheet was laminated to the composite panel using epoxy super glue. The density of the FMLs were measured to confirm the fiber content in the panels. The bending specimen were prepared based on ASTM D-7264. The bending strength that represented by flexural stress of the FML panels were 53.15, 56.44, 46.80, 63.53 61.48 and 49.57 MPa, respectively. The result of the experiment showed that the content of abaca fiber significantly affects the bending strength of the FML. The highest bending strength (63.53 MPa) was produced by the FML with 5.18% fiber content. The result of the study showed that the bending strength of abaca FML was 19.5% higher than commercial FML (53.15 MPa). It was an indication that abaca fiber could be used to substitute the glass fiber in commercial FML.

Background: Making silage added with additives can improve the quality of silage nutrition and speed up the fermentation process. Molasses are widely used by farmers as additives for making silage. The use of molasses can be replaced with Fermented Mother Liquor (FML) in making silage. Purpose: to determine the effect of molasses addition on physical and chemical quality of corn plant silage given Fermented Mother Liquor (FML). Method: Observative data collection by making direct observations on making silage with two treatments consist of P0 (Corn Plant + 2% Fermented Mother Liquor (FML)) and P1 (Corn Plant + 2% Fermented Mother Liquor (FML) + 2% Molasses). The silage storage time was one week and on the seventh day observations were made on the physical and chemical quality of silage in each treatment. Result: The corn plant silage given fermented mother liquor (FML) without the addition of molasses produced better physical and chemical quality compared to corn plant silage given Fermented Mother Liquor (FML) with the addition of molasses. Conclusion: the corn plant silage given Fermented Mother Liquor (FML) only had better physical and chemical quality

Purpose The purpose of the study was to develop the forming methodology for FML laminates with complex shapes, based on aluminium and epoxy-glass composite. Design/methodology/approach The subject of research encompassed Al/GFRP fibre metal laminates. Autoclave process has been selected for FML profiles production. The manufacturing process was followed by quality analysis for laminates produced. Findings The achievement of high stability and dimensional tolerance of thin-walled FML laminates is ensured by developed technology. The values of selected sections angles are significantly limited as a result of forming of FML laminates through the components performing. Failure to adhere to technological recommendations and to high regime of developer technology may lead to the occurrence of defects in FML. Practical implications Thin-walled composite structures could be applied in light-weight constructions, such as aircraft structures, which must meet rigorous requirements with regard to operation under complex load. The development of this type of technology may contribute to increased importance of FML sections in research area and finally to increased scope of their applications. Originality/value The production of thin-walled FML profiles with complex geometry, which would be characterized by dimensional stability and repeatable structural quality free of defects, is associated with many problems. No studies have been published so far on an effective forming process for FML laminates with complex shapes. Developed methodology has been verified through quality evaluation of produced profiles by means of non-destructive and destructive methods. The development of this type of technology may contribute to increased importance of FML, e.g. in aerospace technology.

Low aqueous solubility of drug causes difficulties in preparation and inconvenience of administration. Polymeric micelles of fluorometholone (FML) using solid dispersion technique were prepared to develop an eye drop formulation with enhanced water solubility. Solid dispersions of FML were prepared at various FML:Soluplus® w/w ratios using solvent evaporation method. A physical mixture was also prepared. Physicochemical characterization was performed with various methods. Ex vivo porcine corneal permeation of polymeric micelle, physical mixture, and commercial product were compared. FML solid dispersion (1:15) showed the highest solubility, which was c.a. 169.6- and 15.3-fold higher than that of pure FML and physical mixture. Characterization showed that the crystalline form of FML changed to amorphous state and polymeric micelles were formed in round micelle. Flucon®, a commercial product of FML, showed significantly large particle size and high poly dispersity index. In contrast, FML polymeric micelle showed submicron size with uniform size distribution. Ex vivo porcine corneal permeation study showed that permeation by polymeric micelles was significantly higher than that by the commercial product and physical mixture. In addition, confocal laser scanning microscopic analysis supported the enhanced porcine corneal tissue permeation property of polymeric micelle. In conclusion, polymeric micelle prepared with solid dispersion using Soluplus® can be a potential nanomedicine for ocular delivery of poorly water-soluble FML.

En bostadsrätt omfattar ett medlemskap i en ekonomisk förening och ger nyttjanderätt till en lägenhet. Detta innebär att bostadsrätten inte är något materiellt utan just en andel i föreningen, vilken bland annat innefattar upplåtelse av en lägenhet att nyttja mot ersättning, i det hus som ägs av föreningen, men också del i föreningens tillgångar och skulder. I Sverige förmedlas årligen över hundra tusen bostadsrätter via fastighetsmäklare. Olikt en fastighetsöverlåtelse finns vid överlåtelse av bostadsrätt tre intressenter, i form av köpare, säljare och bostadsrättsförening. Fastighetsmäklaren är ytterligare en part som ska fungera som en oberoende mellanman i relationen mellan säljaren och köparen. Fastighets- mäklarens roll i överlåtelseprocessen är central och dennes arbete regleras genom fastighetsmäklarlagen, där regler om bland annat god fastighetsmäklarsed, omsorgsplikt, samt rådgivnings- och upplysningsskyldighet återfinns. Denna uppsats syftar till att ur ett fastighetsmäklarperspektiv utreda och tydliggöra gällande rätt inom området för mäklarens rådgivnings- och upplysningsskyldighet vid överlåtelse av bostadsrätt. I min studie av förmedlingsprocessen för bostadsrätter har jag kunnat identifiera ett antal områden där kraven på fastighetsmäklarens agerande behöver tydliggöras. Uppsatsen har koncentrerats till det ansvar som vilar på fastighetsmäklaren gällande råd och upplysningar om föreningens ekonomi och stadgar, skyldigheten att upplysa köparen om ansvaret att undersöka bostadsrätten, samt vad en sådan undersökning omfattar. Mäklarnas tillämpning av reglerna i fastighetsmäklarlagen är, vid förmedling av bostadsrätt, i stor utsträckning förenklad och anpassad efter hur förmedlingsprocessen vid fastighetsöverlåtelser går till. Det finns i och med detta ett behov av att fastighetsmäklarna anpassar sina råd, upplysningar och sin information efter de särskilda regler och förhållanden som råder för bostadsrätter. Detta gäller inte minst mäklarens upplysning om köparens ansvar att undersöka bostadsrätten.

Uppsatsen handlar om hur mäklaren påverkar på ansvarsfördelningen för faktiska fel i fastighet mellan en köpare och säljare. Vilka fel som köparen kommer att ansvara för enligt 4:19 JB utgår från vad denne hade kunnat finna vid en normal undersökningsplikt. Undersökningsplikten kan även utökas om köparen får varnande besked att ett fel kan föreligga. Undersökningsplikten kan även reduceras ifall köparen får lugnande besked eller det bagatelliseras om den specifika egenskapen samt om utfästelser görs. Motsattvis reduceras eller utökas säljarens felansvar. Säljaren står även ansvarig för fel denne svikligt undanhåller för att utnyttja köparens okunskap. Mäklaren har en upplysningsplikt enligt 16 § FML och ska upplysa om fel denne känner till eller misstänker. Det är oberoende om informationen framkommit till mäklaren från annan part eller om mäklaren själv har vetskap om det genom exempelvis tidigare erfarenheter. Mäklaren ska även verka för att säljaren lämnar upplysningar som kan vara av betydelse för köparen. Det kan ske genom en s.k. frågelista. Utifrån sammanställning av författningar, praxis och doktrin har det framkommit att mäklaren genom sina skyldigheter kan påverka ansvarsfördelningen. Mäklaren kan påverka ansvarsfördelningen i bägge riktningar för en köpare och säljare, dvs. att det leder till en förskjutning av ansvaret för faktiska fel i fastigheten. Mäklaren påverkar ansvaret genom sin upplysningsplikt. Köparen kan få en utökad undersökningsplikt genom att mäklaren lämnar varnande besked till köparen om fel denne misstänker. Köparen kan också få reducerad undersökningsplikt genom att mäklaren lämnar lugnande besked. Motsatsvis innebär det ett reducerat eller utökat ansvar för säljaren. Det innebär att mäklarens uttalande till en köpare har samma innebörd som säljarens uttalande i fråga om ansvarsfördelningen mellan köparen och säljaren.
The essay is about how the broker affects the distribution of responsibilities for factual faults in properties between a buyer and a seller. Which faults the buyer will be responsible for according to 4:19 JB is based on what the buyer could have discovered in a normal investigation duty. This duty of inquiry may also be extended if the buyer receives a warning message pointing to that a fault may exist. The extension of what the buyer is responsible of may also be reduced if the buyer receives a calming message or the specific attribute is being trivialized or if a specific attribute is being pledged. By contrast, the seller’s liability of faults is reduced or increased. The seller is liable for faults, which he fraudulently refuses to exploit due to the byer’s lack of knowledge. The broker has a duty to provide information according to 16 § FML and shall disclose any faults he is aware of or suspects. It is independent whether the information has been disclosed to the broker from another person or if the broker himself knows about it through previous experiences. The broker must also act in order for the seller to provide information that may be of importance to the buyer. This can be done through a list of questions. Based on the compilation of constitutions, practices and doctrine, it has been found that the broker can, through his obligations, affect the distribution of responsibilities. The broker can affect the distribution of responsibilities in both directions for a buyer and a seller, i.e. that it leads to a shift of responsibilities for actual faults in the property. The broker affects the responsibility through his duty of disclosure. The buyer can also get a reduced duty to investigate due to a calming message from the broker. By contrast, it implies reduced or increased liability for the seller. This means that the broker’s statement to a buyer has the same meaning as the seller’s statement regarding the division of responsibility between the buyer and seller.

Resumo: A Leishmaniose Visceral Canina, doença grave e fatal, tem o cão como o principal reservatório do seu agente etiológico no meio urbano. Devido ao alto parasitismo cutâneo nestes animais, da quantidade de cães infectados, e do próximo convívio com o homem, as ações desenvolvidas pelo Programa Brasileiro de Controle da Leishmaniose Visceral são centradas no reservatório canino, através da identificação e eutanásia dos animais soropositivos. Sendo assim, a adoção de ações profiláticas, com a utilização de vacinas nos cães, constituiria uma importante ferramenta para a diminuição da doença nestes animais, e consequentemente, da infecção do vetor e da transmissão do agente. Além disso, a adoção de medidas profiláticas, como o uso de coleiras impregnadas com deltametrina, repelentes de uso tópico e vacinas, são as únicas alternativas disponíveis atualmente para os cães, pois no Brasil, o tratamento de cães está proibido desde a publicação da Portaria Interministerial nº 1.426, de 11 de julho de 2008. Apesar de disponível desde 2004, a vacina Leishmune® ainda não é amplamente utilizada no Brasil, principalmente devido à possibilidade dos cães vacinados apresentarem sorologia positiva em inquéritos epidemiológicos, não sendo possível diferenciá-los dos infectados. Este trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de avaliar o perfil sorológico de cães vacinados e saudáveis que residem em áreas endêmicas, e de cães naturalmente infectados por Leishmania infantum/ chagasi, e avaliar a possibilidade de diferenciação sorológica a partir dos métodos utilizados atualmente nos inquéritos epidemiológicos oficiais e nos laboratórios de diagnóstico particulares: ELISA e RIFI com antígenos L. major-like, produzidos pelo Laboratório Bio-Manguinhos e ELISA S7, produzido pelo Laboratório Biogene. Todos os soros de cães foram testados nos três métodos, e os resultados demonstraram que nenhum cão vacinado apresentou resultado positivo em mais de um teste. Apenas um cão vacinado (1/39) apresentou resultado de 1:40 na RIFI, e quatro cães (4/39) apresentaram resultado positivo no ELISA L. major-like. Nenhum soro de cão vacinado apresentou resultado positivo no ELISA S7. O único resultado positivo na RIFI foi negativo nos outros dois métodos, e os quatro soros positivos no ELISA L. major-like foram negativos tanto na RIFI quanto no ELISA S7. Estes resultados sugerem reações falso-positivas, e demonstram que, de acordo com o Manual de Vigilância Epidemiológica, se os soros de cães vacinados forem testados em dois métodos (ELISA e RIFI), a possibilidade de um cão vacinado apresentar resultado positivo será remota. Desta maneira, a vacinação da população canina não dificultaria as ações atualmente empregadas para o controle da Leishmaniose Visceral, mas poderia, no futuro, ser somada as medidas já adotadas, evitando assim a eutanásia de cães
Abstract: Canine Visceral Leishmaniasis, serious and fatal disease, has the dog as main reservoir of the agent Leishmania infantum in urban environment. The control actions developed by the Brazilian Program of Visceral Leishmaniasis Control are focused on the canine reservoir through identification and euthanasia of seropositive animals, due to high cutaneous parasitism in these animals, the amount of infected dogs and the closeness to the human being. Therefore, the adoption of prophylactic measures like dog vaccination would be an important tool to reduce the number of infected dogs and consequently the vector infection and the disease transmission. Besides that, the adoption of prophylactic measures in these animals, like the usage of deltametrin embedded collars, topic usage repellent and vaccines are the only available alternatives for these animals, since dogs treatment has been forbidden by law in Brazil since 2008. Although it has been available since 2004, the Leishmune® vaccine is not widely used in Brazil yet, especially due to the possibility of vaccinated dogs showing positive serology, being impossible to differentiate them from infected dogs. The objective of this work was to evaluate the serologic profile of healthy and vaccinated dogs who live in endemic areas and of naturally infected dogs with Leishmania Infantum/ chagasi, and also evaluate the possibility of serologic differentiation using the same methods nowadays adopted by official epidemiological surveys and in private diagnosis laboratories: ELISA and IFA with L. major-like antigens, produced by Bio-Manguinhos Laboratory and ELISA S7, produced by Biogene Laboratory. All the dogs sera were tested in the three methods, and the results showed that no vaccinated dog presented a positive result in more than one test. Only a vaccinated dog (1/39), presented 1:40 in IFA, and 4 dogs (4/39) presented a ELISA L. major-like positive result. No vaccinated dog sera presented positive result in ELISA S7. The only IFA positive result was negative in the other two methods and the four positive sera in ELISA L. major-like were negative either in IFA, as in ELISA S7. These results suggest false positive reactions and demonstrate that according to the Epidemiological Surveillance Manual, if the vaccinated dogs sera are tested in two methods (ELISA and IFA), the possibility of a vaccinated dog to present a positive result is remote. Thus, the vaccination of a big quantity of dogs would not disturb the presently adopted actions for Visceral Leishmaniasis control, but could in the future be added to the already adopted measures, therefore avoiding the dog's euthanasia

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the new real estate brokerage Act and to see whether the main intent, to strengthen the consumer protection, has been fulfilled through the implementation of the 2011 Act. The real estate agent legislation is made to protect both the buyer and seller throughout the property transaction. Although the intent is to protect the consumer, it is not unusual that disputes arises. To avoid disputes concerning the property transaction, the 2011 legislation opens up for greater transparency in the mediation process. The protection for the consumer has been considerably stronger since the 2011 legislation was implemented. The author is of the opinion that some minor modifications would further enhance consumer protection
Uppsatsen ämnar utreda om huvudsyftet med nya fastighetsmäklarlagen, att stärka konsumentskyddet, har uppnåtts i och med införlivandet av 2011 års lag. Fastighetsmäklarlagstiftningen är till för att köpare såväl som säljare ska få ett tillfredställande skydd och vara trygga när mäklaren förmedlar fastigheten. Trots lagstiftningen känner en del konsumenter att det finns anledning att tvivla på mäklaren. Regeringen har därför i och med införlivandet av 2011 års lagstiftning valt att öppna upp för en större insyn i förmedlingsprocessen. Ett exempel på detta är att mäklaren är skyldig att dokumentera de viktigaste händelserna under förmedlingen och vid avslutad affär lämnas dokumentet till både köpare och säljare. Reglerna skärptes för att minska risken för intressekonflikter. Trots att konsumentskyddet har förstärkts betydligt sedan 2011 års lagstiftning trädde I kraft, finns det fortfarande en del mindre ändringar som skulle förstärka konsumenternas skydd ytterligare.

Resumen
Neste trabalho estuda-se o comportamento de laminados fibra-metal em regime de impacto, a partir de uma abordagem teórica, numérica e experimental. Os materiais estudados consistem em camadas finas intercaladas de alumínio 2024-T4 e de um novo material termoplástico de polipropileno (PP) de alta resistência mecânica. Eventos de impacto de baixa e alta velocidade contra placas destes laminados foram realizados a partir de um martelo de impacto e de um canhão pneumático, respectivamente. Nestes experimentos buscou-se identificar as condições limite de ruptura e perfuração das amostras, assim como parâmetros de comportamento do material. O laminado fibra metal de PP (ou TFML) e seus constituintes foram caracterizados a taxas de deformação entre 10-4 / s e 102 / s, utilizando-se máquinas de ensaio universal comerciais e um dispositivo desenvolvido especificamente para este estudo, capaz de caracterizar materiais em taxas intermediárias de deformação. Os modelos teóricos de Jones e Reid-Wen foram adaptados para utilização com TFMLs, sendo capazes de identificar o comportamento do material em regime de baixa e alta velocidade de impacto, respectivamente. Um modelo numérico do TFML em regime de impacto foi desenvolvido utilizando o programa comercial LSDyna. Resultados experimentais e teóricos foram confrontados com esse, apresentado boa correlação na predição do limiar de falha e limite balístico do material. Uma vez que o comportamento do TFML ao impacto foi modelado, buscou-se identificar o efeito da distribuição de camadas e composição de constituintes no comportamento do material ao impacto. Estudos também foram conduzidos com o intuito de identificar a influência da taxa de deformação, geometria do indentador e localização do impacto no comportamento dos laminados. Por fim, uma configuração de TFML foi proposta visando melhoria de seu desempenho ao impacto.
In this work, the behaviour of fibre-metal laminates under impact loading is studied by using theoretical, numerical and experimental approaches. The material is a combination of thin aluminium 2024-T3 layers and an innovative high strength thermoplastic polypropylene material. Low and high velocity impact events were performed using a falling weight machine and a gas-gun projectile launcher, respectively. The thermoplastic fibre-metal laminates (or TFML) and its constituents were mechanically characterized in the range of strain rates between 10-4 / s and 102 / s , using commercial universal testing machines and a specifically designed rig for tensile tests at intermediate strain rates. The Jones and Reid-Wen theoretical models were adapted to be used with TFML plates. A finite element model of the TFML under impact events was developed using LS-Dyna software. The numerical model revalled results that were compared with the theoretical models and the experimental data, providing reasonably similar results. Once the TFML impact behaviour was identified and modelled, the effect of the layers distribution and constituent composition on the TFML impact response was studied. Studies of the strain rate effect, identor geometry and the impact location were also performed. Finally, a TFML configuration was suggested in order to improve the TFML impact performance.

Resumen
Nell’elaborato di tesi magistrale, dal titolo “Sviluppo e caratterizzazione elettromeccanica di un sensore piezoelettrico nanofibroso per applicazioni in laminati compositi”, si è studiata la possibilità di produrre un laminato composito sensorizzato con finalità di Structural Health Monitoring (SHM). Lo studio si è concentrato sui materiali piezoelettrici che risultano particolarmente adatti per finalità di sensing in quanto rispondono ad uno stimolo meccanico con una variazione nel livello di polarizzazione elettrica. Nel lavoro di tesi è descritto il processo produttivo in tutte le sue fasi per la realizzazione di un sensore piezoelettrico che ricalchi la struttura del GLARE (Glass Reinforced Aluminium Laminate). Si tratta di un laminato avanzato per applicazioni aerospaziali strutturali costituito da fogli di alluminio intervallati da strati di pre-preg in fibra di vetro (GFRP-Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymers). La sensorizzazione è stata ottenuta attraverso l’utilizzo di nanofibre piezoelettriche di P(VDF-TrFE), realizzate tramite la tecnica dell’elettrofilatura, e integrate nel laminato, permettendo un monitoraggio costante di tutta la struttura. Obiettivo principale della tesi è stato quello di realizzare un modello matematico-circuitale equivalente del sensore, in grado di prevedere la risposta del sensore per qualsiasi tipologia di forza in ingresso. In particolare, si è sviluppato uno studio sull’effetto della variazione dei parametri circuitali del sistema di acquisizione, che in alcune condizioni permette di rilevare carichi quasi-statici, nonostante il sensore piezoelettrico sia adatto principalmente alla rilevazione di carichi dinamici

Vid en fastighetsöverlåtelse är det mycket information som ska utbytas på kort tid, mellan köpare, säljare och mäklare vad beträffar fastighetens fysiska skick och standard. I egenskap av en lojal, opartisk och sakkunnig person avseende fastighetsförsäljningar, har mäklaren ålagts en upplysningsplikt avseende sådant kring fastighetens skick som denne iakttagit, känner till eller annars har anledning att misstänka, som kan antas ha betydelse för köparen. Räckvidden av mäklarens upplysningsplikt gentemot köparen, avseende fysiska missförhållanden enligt FML 16§ 3st. kommer att utgöra uppsatsens brännpunkt. I detta inryms att söka klar-göra vilka typer av fysiska missförhållanden som en mäklare förväntas informera en köpare om, för att inte riskera att drabbas av någon typ av påföljd. Därutöver utreds förutsägbarheten och ändamålsenligheten kring FML 16§ 3st. Bedömningen av mäklarens upplysningsplikt ska även ses utifrån köparens och säljarens inbördes ansvarsområden för faktiska fel i fastigheten, samt i vilken omfattning det anses motiverat att mäklaren ikläder sig parternas ansvarsroller. Hänsyn i bedömningen får även tas till det faktum att mäklaren åläggs en grundläggande lojalitetsplikt som denne uppbär gentemot såväl köparen som säljaren. Problematiken kan i första hand härledas till tvetydiga och tämligen oklara förarbetsuttalanden, samt frånvaron av prejudicerade rättspraxis på området. Rättsreglerna kring bestämmelsen synes därav även vara svåra att tillämpa i de lägre domstolsinstanserna och hos tillsynsmyndigheten, FMN. Därav kvarstår osäkerhet kring rättsläget avseende omfattningen av mäklarens upplysningsplikt vad beträffar fysiska missförhållanden härlett till fastigheten.
When selling a property there is much information, in regards to the property’s physical standard, which should be discussed between the parties; the realtor, the buyer and the property owner. In relation to the buyer and the property owner, the realtor will be known as a loyal, independent person that carries expert know-ledge in regards to selling property. Therefore the realtor should carry the liability to inform the buyer about physical errors according to the property, that has been found, or for some other reason will be known, or if there is a reason to suspect an error, that can be of  importance to the buyer. The focus point of this thesis is the magnitude of the realtor’s liability to inform the buyer on physical errors, according to FML 16§ 3st., and to examine what kind of physical errors that the buyer have the right to be informed of. Because if the realtor do not respect the obligations according to FML 16§ 3st., legal sanctions will be given. The author will also examine if the legal rule, FML 16§ 3st., is predictable and appropriate. To examine the magnitude of the realtor’s liability to inform the buyer on physical errors, the legal relation between the buyer and the property owner has to be taken into account according to JB 4:19§. The fact that the realtor also carries a responsibility to submit to good faith and fair dealing will also be interesting. The principal legal issue will be based on the unclear preparatory work, regarding to FML (2011:666) 16§ 3st., and the magnitude of realtor’s liability to inform the buyer on physical errors. Furthermore, there is no case law given by the Swedish Supreme Courts, and that is one more reason why the area is so hard to apply. The legal position will therefore stay unclear, according the realtor’s liability to inform the buyer about physical errors of the property.

Resumo: A utilização de materiais compósitos em componentes do setor aeronáutico vem crescendo muito nos últimos anos. Isso se deve ao fato destes materiais apresentarem boas propriedades mecânicas, aliadas a sua baixa massa específica. Dentre estes, os laminados metal fibra, são uma classe de materiais que vem ganhando destaque. Contudo seu emprego na maioria dos casos, requer a confecção de furos, algo que é muito complexo e pode causar danos ao material. Portanto, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi estudar o processo de furação em cheio de um laminado de metal fibra de alumínio 2024-T3/epóxi/fibra de vidro apoiado no alumínio 7075, aplicando diferentes parâmetros de usinagem para avaliar a influência na qualidade dos furos e o desgaste das ferramentas, correlacionando com a potência consumida, vibração, força de avanço, variações dimensionais nos furos e alteração das propriedades mecânicas do material. Para tal, o material foi processado via moldagem por compressão a quente e caracterizado por meio dos ensaios de cisalhamento interlaminar (ILSS), cisalhamento por compressão (CST) e Lap shear. Posteriormente, foram realizados processos de furação utilizando 4000, 6000 e 8000 rpm, bem como avanços de 0,05; 0,1 e 0,2 mm/rot. Após a análise dos resultados, pode-se concluir que os parâmetros influenciaram nos dados de potência, vibração e força de avanço, bem como houve variação significativa nos diâmetros obtidos, sendo que o melhor resultado ocorreu para combinação de 6000 rpm com 0,05mm... Abstract: The use of composite materials in aeronautical components has been increased in the last years. This is due to these material presente good mechanical properties, allied with low specific mass. Among them, the fiber metal laminated (FML) are a class of materials that has been gaining prominence. However, its use in most cases requires the drilling of holes, which is very complex and can cause damage to the material. Therefore, the objective of this research was to study the conventional drilling process in aeronautical aluminum structures reinforced with fiber metal laminates. Applying different machining parameters, to evaluate the delamination and the wear tools, correlating with the power consumed, vibration, advance force, dimensional variations in the holes and variation of the mechanical properties on material. For this, the material was processed by hot compression molding and characterized by interlaminar shear stress (ILSS), compression shear test (CST) and Lap-shear. Afterwards, drilling processes were carried out using 4000, 6000 and 8000 rpm, as well as an advance of 0.05; 0.1 and 0.2 mm / rot. After the analysis of the results, it was possible to conclude that the parameters influenced the data of power, vibration and force of advance, as well as there was significant variation in the diameters obtained, being the best result occurred for a combination of 6000 rpm with 0,05mm / rot. Resumen
In these last years, systems engineering has became one of the major research domains. The complexity of systems has increased constantly and nowadays Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) are a category of particular interest: these, are systems composed by a cyber part (computer-based algorithms) that monitor and control some physical processes. Their development and simulation are both complex due to the importance of the interaction between the cyber and the physical entities: there are a lot of models written in different languages that need to exchange information among each other. Normally people use an orchestrator that takes care of the simulation of the models and the exchange of informations. This orchestrator is developed manually and this is a tedious and long work. Our proposition is to achieve to generate the orchestrator automatically through the use of Co-Modeling, i.e. by modeling the coordination. Before achieving this ultimate goal, it is important to understand the mechanisms and de facto standards that could be used in a co-modeling framework. So, I studied the use of a technology employed for co-simulation in the industry: FMI. In order to better understand the FMI standard, I realized an automatic export, in the FMI format, of the models realized in an existing software for discrete modeling: TimeSquare. I also developed a simple physical model in the existing open source openmodelica tool. Later, I started to understand how works an orchestrator, developing a simple one: this will be useful in future to generate an orchestrator automatically.

Resumen
Symmetric encryption algorithms have been successfully used to protect information during transmission on an open channel. The classical approach to the synthesis of modern cryptographic algorithms and cryptographic primitives on which they are based, is the use of mathematical apparatus of Boolean functions. The authors demonstrate that the use to solve this problem of functions of multivalued logic (FML) allows to largely improve the durability of the cryptographic algorithms and to extend the used algebraic structures. On the other hand, the study of functions of multivalued logic in cryptography leads to a better understanding of the principles of cryptographic primitives and the emergence of new methods of describing cryptographic constructions. In the monograph the results of theoretical and experimental studies of the properties of the FML, the presented algorithms for generating high-quality S-blocks for the symmetric encryption algorithms, as well as full-working samples of the cryptographic algorithms ready for practical implementation. For students and teachers and all those interested in issues of information security.

Resumen
The objective of this study is to develop three dimensional (3D) impact self-sensing composites capable of localizing impact damage in through-the-thickness direction. The 3D impact self-sensing composites (3D-ISSC) are designed by embedding fracto-mechanoluminescent (FML) crystals in cells of honeycomb-cored fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) structural composites. FML crystals were shown to emit light resulting from cleavage of crystalline structures due to external mechanical stimuli. Unlike other conventional sensor networks, without supplying external electrical source, the 3D-ISSC is envisioned to monitor impact occurrences and detect damage. Instead, the emitted light will be utilized for informing severity of impact occurrences and 3D locations of the impact damage. First, FML europium-doped dibenzoylmethide triethylammonium (EuD4TEA) crystals are synthesized. Second, the synthesized EuD4TEA crystals are embedded in the honey-cored FRP structural composites to fabricate 3D-ISSC. Third, to validate its 3D self-sensing capability, Kolsky bar is employed to apply high strain-rate compressive loading to simulate impact occurrences while taking high-speed video footage for quantifying intensity of FML light emission through image processing technique.

Resumen
Fibre Metal Laminates (FML) are a member of the hybrid materials family, consisting of alternating metal layers and layers of fibres embedded in a resin. Improved damage resistance and tolerance result in a significant weight and maintenance cost reduction compared to aluminium. FML also give the aircraft engineer additional design freedom, such as local tailoring of laminate properties. However, experience has shown that FML’s provide the aircraft manufacturer with many challenges as well. With increasing complexity of the structure, requirements from different disciplines within the engineering process will start to interfere, resulting in conflicts. This article discusses the current engineering process of FML fuselage panels as applied at Stork/Fokker Aerospace (FAESP). A case study is presented, clarifying the current design process and the way requirements start to interfere during the engineering process. A new approach based on Knowledge Engineering is discussed, implementing knowledge from engineers from all disciplines in an early stage of the design process. An automated design approach for FML fuselage panels is presented, using the same design parameters as the current approach. Because of the high complexity of the design, requirements start to conflict. Fulfilling all requirements with a traditional engineering approach results in an iterative and time consuming process. Automation of the design process, integrating knowledge and requirements from all disciplines, results in a fast and transparent design approach.

Resumen
Full information maximum likelihood (FIML) is an important approach to compensating for nonresponse in data analysis. Unfortunately, only a few software packages implement FIML and even fewer have the capability to compensate for missing not at random (MNAR) nonresponse. One of these packages is Statistical Innovations’ Latent GOLD; however, the user documentation for Latent GOLD provides no mention of this capability. The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance for fitting MNAR FIML models for categorical data items using the Latent GOLD 5.0 software. By way of comparison, we also provide guidance on fitting FIML models for nonresponse missing at random (MAR) using the methods of Fuchs (1982) and Fay (1986), who incorporated item nonresponse indicators within a structural modeling framework. We compare both FIML for MAR and FIML for MNAR nonresponse models for independent and dependent variables. Also, we provide recommendations for future applications of FIML using Latent GOLD.
