Resumen

Mixtures of forage grasses and legumes were established on 9.7 ha, using the following treatments: Brachiaria hybrida cv. Cayman,Brachiaria hybrida cv. Toledo, Panicum maximum cv. Mombaza, Brachiaria hybrida cv. Cayman + C. brasiliensis, Brachiaria hybridacv. Toledo + C. brasiliensis, Panicum maximum cv. Mombaza + C. brasiliensis. The following variables were evaluated: vigor, height ofthe plant, coverage, incidence of pests and diseases at the four-week mark and production of forage and dry matter were recorded at the six-week mark. Statistical differences were found for plant height, which evidenced which of the treatments behaved best in terms of growth. Non-combined treatments were found to perform best for the production of dry matter variable. C. brasiliensis contributes to the growth of the combined grasses during the first four weeks of establishment, but after this time the legume begins to compete for space and light, affecting the development of the other forage species.

Resumen

Six parents ofJatropha curcaswere crossed in half diallel fashion, and theF1s were evaluated to determine the combining ability for nine germination parameters. The ratio between general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) variances indicated preponderance of additive gene action for all the characters except germination percentage, time of 50% germination, seedling length, and seedling vigor index. The parentsP1andP2were the best general combiner for most of the characters studied. The crossP1×P5was the best specific combiner for speed of emergence, germination percentage, germination energy, germination index, and seedling vigor index, the crossP2×P5for mean germination time, time of 50% germination, and seedling length, and the crossP4×P5for number of days to first germination. The germination percentage varied from 58.06 to 92.76% among the parents and 53.43 to 98.96% among the hybrids. The highest germination (98.96%) was observed in hybridP2×P4, and none of the hybrids or parents showed 100% germination. The highest germination index (GI) and seedling vigor index (SVI) were found in hybridP1×P5andP2×P5, respectively. The results of this study provide clue for the improvement ofJatrophavariety through breeding program.

Resumen

The Linnaean name Arenaria tenuifolia (Caryophyllaceae) is lectotypified on a specimen preserved at LINN (no. 585.36). To verify its identity, the names A. dichotoma (nom. illeg.), A. hybrida (currently Sabulina tenuifolia), A. tenuifolia var. vaillantiana (currently S. tenuifolia subsp. vaillantiana), Minuartia hybrida var. palaestina, M. hybrida var. parviflora, and M. hybrida subsp. turcica (currently S. tenuifolia subsp. turcica) were investigated. Two iconography, one by Villars and a second by Vaillant are designated as lectotypes of A. hybrida, and A. tenuifolia var. vaillantiana respectively. In addition, the holotypes of M. hybrida var. palaestina, M. hybrida var. parviflora, and M. hybrida subsp. turcica (basyonim of S. tenuifolia subsp. turcica) were examined at WU (var. parviflora) and E (var. palaestina, and subsp. turcica). The results show that Linnaeus’s 1753 A. tenuifolia, has priority over Villars’ 1779 A. hybrida. Therefore we here confirm the treatment of these two names by M. Dillenberger and J. Kadereit although neither name was typified by them. All of the above names are included in Sabulina. Since var. palaestina and var. parviflora have not yet transferred to Sabulina two new combinations are proposed herein, namely S. tenuifolia var. palaestina, and S. tenuifolia var. parviflora.

Dans Tous les hommes désirent Naturellement savoir (2018) de Nina Bouraoui mène la recherche de son identité. Une identité hybride qui naît d’une nature lesbienne et qui se construit avec les expériences de l’enfance, en Algérie, et de l’adolescence, en France. Utilisant la mémoire, la narratrice effectue une recherche personnelle pour répondre à la question philosophique : « Qui suis-je ? ». Pour trouver la réponse, Bouraoui commence son écriture en présent, ce qui nous place dans le contexte de sa recherche et qui permet de comprendre l’argumentaire et la connexion thématique du livre. La division s’établit entre « Se souvenir », « Devenir », « Être » et « Connaître ». Le roman se termine en annonçant un avenir incertain et reflète un passé dont nous sommes tous héritiers. L’objectif de cet article, L’identité hybride dans 'Tous les hommes désirent naturellement savoir' (2018) de Nina Bouraoui, c’est de découvrir de quoi se compose l’identité de la narratrice.

Resumen

L’article reflet une longue recherche sur la représentation sociale des gitanas (o romi espagnoles). L’un de nos outils d’analyse est la photographie dans le cadre de ses relations avec le régime de la politique visuelle préétablie. Dans ce cas, nous enquêtons sur la manière de construire l’image de l’Altérité faite par des artistes français qui ont visité l’Espagne plus ou moins impliqués dans le paradigme exotique. Plus tard, quelques tendances plastiques plus expérimentales ont essayé d’autres types de regard, non sans des difficultés. Le deuxième paramètre que nous avons utilisé était la réponse auto-représentative des femmes gitanes contemporaines. Nous avons développé et mené une série d’entretiens avec des représentantes de diverses organisations romani en Espagne (Valence). Il s’agit de femmes engagées dans la revisón critique de nombreux déterminants de leur vie. Leur réponses au sujet des deux fondements de la représentation, le langage et l’image, nous ont apportées une aide inestimable et de nombreuses surprises.

Resumen

Cet article se concentre sur la notion de « féminitude », développée par l’écrivaine franco-camerounaise Calixthe Beyala dans Lettre d’une Africaine à ses sœurs occidentales, en associant les notions de « négritude » et de « féminisme ». On montrera que Beyala promeut un féminisme qui essentialise à la fois les femmes et les Subsahariens, ces deux groupes qui auraient, d’après l’autrice, un rapport sensible et intuitif au monde, par opposition avec le féminisme occidental que Beyala juge trop intellectualisant. Ensuite, nous analyserons deux romans, Le Petit Prince de Belleville et Maman a un amant pour comprendre les spécificités des problématiques féministes qui se posent aux personnages d’immigrées subsahariennes en France : Maryam doit accepter une organisation misogyne de la famille pour avoir le droit symbolique d’appartenir à la communauté immigrée. Si elle refuse cette organisation, elle court le risque d’être exclue et de perdre ses enfants. Enfin, nous étudierons les lacunes du dialogue avec le féminisme occidental incarné par Mme Saddock.

Resumen

Cet article vise à démontrer, en évaluant l’enjeu de la métamorphose et la question identitaire du sujet romanesque, l’importance de la notion de dualité pour les études sur l’écriture de Ying Chen. Mettant en dialogue Espèces (Ying, 2013), avec les théories sur la construction du sujet dans le contexte de la diaspora avec la conception de soi dans le discours philosophique et féministe, l’auteure tente de montrer l’articulation du récit de soi dans la traversée du corps, du langage, et de l’espace temporel dans le monde de fiction. La construction d’identité implique aussi bien la distanciation du réel, et tente d’accéder à l’hybridation de l’identité du sujet au sein du monde de la fiction.

Dans ses romans, il décrit l’organisation sociale de la communauté humaine, comme un lieu de tension où se fondent les structures sociales de la société de consommation contemporaine. Il peint le paysage de l’imaginaire social de la sexualité et du genre qui est à l’origine de pratiques, mentalités, tendances, fantaisies et imagination, lesquelles nous invitent à déchiffrer un positionnement idéologique qui d’abord, présente en termes d’intempérance, la vie sexuelle dans la société, et ensuite, installe des aspects variés de la discrimination : occidental/ non-occidental, male / femelle.

Att göra webbsidor tillgängliga för olika sorters enheter är ett område som har uppstått i och med smartphonens utveckling. Mängden enheter har under de senaste åren ökat stort och det är inte längre endast laptops och datorer som används. Då enheternas skärmupplösning skiljer sig krävs en anpassning beroende på enhet för att ge en bra användarupplevelse. För att identifiera tillgängliga tekniker har en kvalitativ undersökning genomförts. Undersökningen består av en genomgång av utvald litteratur samt intervjuer med utvecklare på företagen Nethouse och Laget.se utförts. Detta för att inhämta information om användandet av tekniker, undersöka om det finns något framträdande tankesätt samt undersöka för- och nackdelar med teknikerna. Slutsatsen är att alla tekniker har sina användningsområden eftersom de har olika styrkor och svagheter. Resultatet från denna studie presenteras som en genomgång av de befintliga teknikerna och deras potentiella användningsområden för att vägleda valet av teknik.
Making web pages available for different types of devices is an area that has arisen with the development of smartphones. In recent years it has become a major increase in units and there are no longer only laptops and computers that are being used. Since there is a size difference between the different devices there is need for adjustment depending on the device to provide a good user experience. The study was carried out as a qualitative study to identify available technologies. A review of available literature and interviews with developers at the companies Nethouse and Laget.se was conducted to obtain information on the performance of the techniques, if there is any way of thinking and if there is advantages and disadvantages of the techniques. The conclusion is that all technologies have their uses as they have different strengths and weaknesses. The results from this study are presented as a review of the existing technologies and their potential uses to guide the choice of technology.

Resumen

Wood anisotropic- and orthotropic properties and structure, entails a certain limitation regarding its final use. Its properties have there an important role, depending on what it will be used. In order to not decompose the material for the full quality determination, necessary alternative methods that can do the job without decomposition. One such method is the acoustic investigation by ultrasonic techniques. The method has been used in a variety of areas, the last few decades, so even in the wood industry. One question asked was whether the method can be used to examine the slope of grain angle under bark of the hybrid aspen. A comparison of an acoustic ultrasonic measurements and a manual measurement with a fiber angle measuring device with respect to the fiber angle, were made. The result was that some connection existed between fiber angle and the ultrasonic velocity.

Hybrid aspen is a crossbreed between European and North American aspen. It is a fast growing tree species that has shown strong growth in the South of Sweden. The follow-ups that have been made on hybrid aspen stands, have mainly been done on plant material in the South of Sweden. In the North of Sweden, only occasional studies have been made, and the knowledge of Northern hybrid aspen stands is, thus, unsatisfactory. In the South of Norrland, land owners have planted hybrid aspen, but what kind of plants it is, and how well these stands have established, is not ascertained, since data has not been compiled on the subject. The objective of this study is to evaluate practical plantations of hybrid aspen in the South of Norrland regarding height growth, survival and damages. The ambition is to increase the knowledge about practical plantations regarding height growth, survival and damages, and from the conclusions thereof, give recommendations for future establishments of hybrid aspen in the area. For the study, eight hybrid aspen stands in the South of Norrland were localised. Inventories were made of the stands, the land owners were interviewed and the material was compiled and analysed. Annual height growth varied amongst the stands between 0,4 and 1 meter and was in average 0,6 meter. Survival varied between 41 and 100 percent, with a mean value of 70 percent. The proportion of damaged stems varied between 0 and 85 percent, with a mean value of the stands of 27 percent. Plant mortality was explained by the land owners to be a result of field-mouse damages, which is confirmed by earlier research. The examined hybrid aspen stands in the South of Norrland demonstrate varying results in terms of height growth, survival and damages, but mainly a result that makes the tree species interesting as an alternative to traditional tree species.
Hybridasp är en korsning mellan europeisk och nordamerikansk asp. Det är ett snabbväxande trädslag som har påvisat god tillväxt i södra Sverige. De uppföljningar som har gjorts på hybridaspbestånd har främst varit på plantmaterial i södra Sverige. I norra Sverige har det endast gjorts enstaka undersökningar och kunskapen om de nordliga hybridaspbestånden är därför bristfällig. I södra Norrland har markägare planterat hybridasp, men vilket plantmaterial det är och hur dessa bestånd har etablerat sig, är i dagsläget osäkert då det inte finns någon sammanställd data över detta Undersökningens syfte är att utvärdera praktiska planteringar av hybridasp i södra Norrland avseende höjdtillväxt, överlevnad och skador. Målet är att öka kunskapen om praktiska planteringar avseende höjdtillväxt, överlevnad och skador och utifrån slutsatser av detta ge rekommendationer för framtida etableringar av hybridasp i området. För studien lokaliserades åtta hybridaspbestånd i södra Norrland. Bestånden inventerades, markägarna intervjuades och materialet sammanställdes och analyserades. Höjdtillväxten per år varierade i bestånden mellan 0,4 och 1,1 meter och var i medeltal 0,6 meter. Överlevnaden varierade mellan 41 och 100 procent med ett medelvärde på 70. Andel skadade stammar varierade mellan 0 och 85 procent med ett medelvärde för bestånden på 27 procent. Avgångarna förklaras av markägarna till största del beror på sorkskador, vilket tidigare forskning styrker. Undersökta hybridaspbestånd i södra Norrland påvisar varierande resultat vad gäller höjdtillväxt, överlevnad och skador men överlag ett resultat som gör trädslaget intressant som alternativ till de traditionella trädslagen.

Lately, as the market for mobile applications are growing there has appeared new innovative strategies that facilitates development of mobile applications for smartphones. One of those methods is hybrid development, the method has a tradeoff with performance, especially for older devices. Effects on performance is crucial when choosing development strategy. This study evaluates performance in terms of application launch time, and how it can be optimized. Performance is evaluated by performing real device test with a cloud service that provides a distribution of physical smartphone devices.
I takt med att mobilapplikationsmarknaden ökar har det på senare tid uppkommit nya innovativa metoder som underlättar utvecklingen av applikationer till smarttelefoner. En av dessa metoder är hybrid utvecklingsmetod. Metoden medför dock stora förluster i prestanda, särskilt för äldre enheter, vilket ofta ses som en avgörande egenskap vid val av utvecklingsmetod. Det här arbetet undersöker vad som påverkar prestanda hos hybridapplikationer med fokus på starttid samt hur det kan optimeras. Prestandan testas med hjälp av en molntjänst som tillhandahåller en distribution av fysiska smarttelefoner.

A incidência de doença alérgica respiratória e a gravidade dos sintomas são superiores em zonas poluídas. Neste trabalho pretendeu-se comparar a produção e alergenicidade do pólen de Platanus hybrida entre um ambiente urbano (Évora) e um rural (Herdade da Mitra). O pólen foi colhido em árvores P. hybrida nas duas localidades. Foi avaliada a produção polínica, quantificado o alergénio major Pla a 1 (por ELISA específico), e analisados os perfis em alergénios (bandas IgE-reativas) por Western-blot, usando soros de indivíduos alérgicos a pólen de plátano. A produção polínica média foi semelhante nos locais estudados, apresentado, porém, maior dispersão em Évora. O conteúdo polínico de Pla a 1 foi superior em Évora. A intensidade de seis bandas IgE-reativas (incluindo o Pla a 1), foi superior em pólen de Évora. Os resultados sugerem que fatores característicos do ambiente urbano afetam a produção polínica e outras características do pólen, aumentando a sua alergen; Effects of atmospheric pollutants on Platanus hybrida pollen allergenicity Abstract: In polluted areas, the incidence of allergic respiratory disease is elevated and allergic symptoms aggravated. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of urban (Évora) over rural (Herdade da Mitra) environment on the pollen production and allergenicity of Platanus hybrida. Pollen was harvested from P. hybrida trees in both locations. Pollen production was evaluated, major Pla a 1 allergen quantified (by specific ELISA), and Western blot was used to analyze the allergen (IgE reactive proteins) profiles, using sera from allergic individuals. The average pollen production was similar between locations, but greater dispersion was found in Évora. Pollen Pla a 1 content was higher in Évora. The intensity of six IgE-reactive bands (including Pla a 1) was higher in pollen from Évora. The results suggest that the characteristic of an urban environment affects pollen production and favours an increased pollen allergenicity.

Nya säkerhetshot, s.k. hybridhot har vuxit fram som en hotbild mot demokratiska stater med öppna samhällen. Dessa hot kan realiseras i det strategiskt otydliga läge som uppstår i gråzonen mellan fred och krig. Stormakter, bl.a. Ryssland, utnyttjar gråzonen och opererar med hybrida medel och kombinerade metoder för att nå sina strategiska målsättningar. Ukraina och Sverige har drabbats med olika intensitet och omfattning av dessa nya säkerhetshot och de båda staternas strategier ligger till grund för analysen i denna studie. För de stater som upplever hybridhot uppstår svårigheter att agera strategiskt avskräckande. Detta beror på att majoriteten av all forskning om avskräckning har bortsett från gråzonen och skapat teorier om avskräckning som utgår från ett rationellt synsätt på krig och fred där gråskalan saknas. Detta innebär att avskräckningsstrategier kan vara felaktigt utformade för att möta hybridhot och gråzonsproblem. Denna studie fokuserar på gråzonsavskräckning ur ett teoretiskt perspektiv och studerar, genom en tematisk analys av strategiska styrdokument hur Ukrainas och Sveriges strategier omhändertar nya säkerhetshot. Resultatet visar att olika strategier verkar på olika sätt i gråzonen och denna kvalitativa studie bidrar till att öka den teoretiska kunskapen om gråzonsavskräckning och bidrar till utvecklingen av strategiska koncept för att verka avskräckande även mot hybridhot i gråzonen, s.k. gråzonsavskräckning.

Resumen

Continuous integration, continuous delivery och continuous deployment har blivit väldigt viktiga inom systemutveckling eftersom de hjälper att säkerställa att en programvara håller sig till en viss kvalité samt att den snabbt kan levereras till slutanvändarna. Organisationer som tidigare använde continuous practices i samband med mer traditionella programvaror som till exempel webb-, server- och skrivbordsapplikationer försöker idag även implementera continuous practices i samband med mobila applikationer som till exempel hybrida appar. Bygg- och leveransprocessen för hybrida mobila applikationer består av många steg som ska göras i rätt ordning. När den processen utförs manuellt ökar det risken för att en app inte kommer att hålla en genomgående hög kvalité samt att det kan bli svårt att säkerställa att appen kan levereras vid behov till slutanvändarna. Det kan bero på flera faktorer. En av dessa faktorer är att människor inte är bra på att utföra långa och upprepbara processer och begår därför ofta fel och misstag. Tidigare studier som gjordes inom continuous integration, -delivery och -deployment saknar hur continuous practices kan appliceras till bygg- och leveransprocessen för hybrida mobila applikationer samt hur det kan göras i en organisation där det finns en existerande bygg- och leveransplattform. På grund av det utfördes den här studien med syftet att skapa en IT-artefakt i form av en pipeline som kan minska eller utesluta mänsklig påverkan på bygg- och leveransprocessen för hybrida mobila applikationer. Studien genomfördes med Action Design Research som bestod av tre iterationer och resulterade i en IT-artefakt i form av en pipeline som kunde utföra automatisk bygg och leverans av hybrida mobila applikationer. Förutom IT-artefakten kunde även ett antal designprinciper identifieras som var lämpliga när en pipeline för hybrida appar formades. Studiens resultat visade att med hjälp av continuous practices är det möjligt att automatisera bygg och leverans av hybrida appar samt att det går att implementera en pipeline för hybrida appar i en bygg- och leveransplattform som används för andra typer av programvaror.
