The object of the research is the works of publicists of the 19th — 21st centuries about the Decembrists, starting from 1825 and ending today. The satirical magazines of the 1860s had a significant impact on the periodical press system. Given the cultural and economic disparities between Siberia and the center in the 1880s, Siberian publicists found themselves in conditions resembling those of the democratic press. This paper analyzes the use of the preposition in that in Ukrainian and Russian can assume the form v or na. In the 20th century the use of both prepositions has assumed political meanings which has diversified the semantics of the expressions na Ukraine and v Ukraine (in Ukraine) and correlates. We aim to show the evolution of meaning of these prepositions, to explain the use of them in Ukrainian and Russian publicist and diplomatic texts, to demonstrate how scholars and publicists motivate the use of v and na and to highlight correlate problems.

Resumen
The article shows that the specificity of artistic speech in comparison with journalistic speech is due to the structure of speech. The main feature of the structure of artistic speech is the discrepancy between the producer of speech (the author) and its subject. The presence of a narrator is a prerequisite for artistic speech. The article analyzes the nature of the speech representation of the narrator in publicistic and artistic speech.

Resumen
The article deals with the philosophical understanding of the social phenomenon of the origin of the state, presented in the works of the pre-revolutionary Russian thinker and conservative publicist K Leontiev. Arguments both confirming and refuting the truth of the proposed concept are studied. It is proved that the Leontiev paradigm is an original interpretation of the organic theory of the origin of the state, which is supported by examples from the natural world and world history.
