Resumen
This research presents an improved and more effective approach for data acquisition of recirculation aquaculture system (RAS). The previous research, the system uses manual methods to take the important data from RAS and it wastes the time and also gets late response from the fish farmer if the data is not in the good condition. As a result, fog computing technology is applied to overcome all these problems and acts as advance data acquisition system to keep data safely by sharing the processed data in fog computing for every tanks and analyze the data to make an accurate control/decision in the real time. Besides, open source technology plus embedded system based will be integrated for this research because its benefits such as small size, low cost, light weight, portable, high efficiency and low power consumption. This research has achieved the objectives which are design a data collecting system for RAS, design a data processing system using fog computing and integrate, test and validate automatic data collection and processing strategy for recirculation aquaculture system (RAS). The data collecting system for RAS, RaspDAQ is developed by connecting Raspberry Pi 3 to temperature sensor (LM35DT) using analogue digital converter (ADC) MCP3002, water level sensor (HC-SR04), Rpi camera module, LEDs and buzzer. Software and program are built using Python and Apache server to run every functions of RaspDAQ. While third Raspberry Pi 3 is setup as data processing system, RaspFog using PHP, Apache and MySQL server. Both RaspDAQ and RaspFog are based on Raspbian operating system. After that, RaspDAQ1 and RaspDAQ2 are connected to RaspFog using WiFi technology to send sensors data in real time. The received data are stored and plotted using Highcharts.com graph. The data collecting system, RaspDAQ and data server and processor, RaspFog has been tested and validated. At the same time, users can see the graph output in the real time for temperature, water level sensor and real condition using Rpi camera module of RaspDAQ1 and RaspDAQ2 by browsing RaspFog website. From the observation, data has been transferred from RaspDAQ to RaspFog in a short duration which is less than 15 seconds. Consequently, the efficiency of data acquisition process has been improved from manual system to fog computing technology successfully.

AbstrakRaspberry merupakan sebuah komputer mini yang memiliki kinerja serupa dengan komputer kebanyakan tetapi mengkonsumsi daya yang relatif kecil yaitu dengan tegangan 5v dan arus minimal 1A dan arus ideal sebesar 2A sehingga daya yang di butuhkan untuk mengoperasikan komputer ini hanya sebesar 5 watt untuk daya minimal dan untuk kinerja yang ideal hanya membutuhkan daya sebesar 10 watt. Raspbian merupakan sebuah sistem operasi yang di khususkan bekerja pada perangkat komputer yang menggunakan prosessor berarsitektur arm sehingga dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan menggunakan raspberry yang di kombinasikan dengan raspbian untuk mendapatkan sebuah sistem komputer yang membutuhkan daya listrik minimal untuk kinerja yang maksimal. Pada kampus STMIK Musi Rawas Lubuklinggau masih menggunakan komputer desktop yang membutuhkan daya listrik yang besar untuk menjalankan sistem sehingga membuat penggunaan energi listrik menjadi besar. Kata Kunci : Raspberry Pi, Raspbian, Komputer AbstractRaspberry is a mini computer that has similar performance to most computers but consumes relatively small power with a voltage of 5v and a minimum current of 1A and ideal current of 2A so that the power required to operate this computer is only 5 watts for minimal power and for performance the ideal requires only 10 watts of power. Raspbian is an operating system that specializes in working on computer devices that use processor arm architecture so that in this study researchers will use raspberries in combination with raspbian to get a computer system that requires minimal electrical power for maximum performance. On the campus STMIK Musi Rawas Lubuklinggau still use desktop computers that require large electrical power to run the system so as to make the use of electrical energy becomes great. Limited knowledge of how routine dental treatment (rasping) alters the mastication cycle exists. To our knowledge, Masseter and Temporalis muscle activity after rasping has not been previously evaluated. A descriptive, experimental study compared muscle activity pre- and post-routine dental treatment using surface electromyography (sEMG) to investigate the hypothesis that Masseter activity would increase and Temporalis activity decrease, over a 6 week time period after routine dentistry. Motor unit action potential amplitude (MUAP) and peak amplitude contraction (PAC), for 5 chewing cycles, were measured using sEMG in the right and left Masseter and Temporalis muscles of 10 horses, selected opportunistically due to their dental pathology that required routine rasping (week 0). Routine dental treatment was undertaken and sEMG measurements repeated at 1, 3 and 6 weeks post treatment. Mean MUAP and PAC were calculated for each week and compared both across the cohort and for each horse. For the cohort: Temporalis MUAP fluctuated after rasping, but was only significant in the left muscle between weeks 0 and 6, and weeks 1 and 6 (P<0.02). PAC did not differ significantly, with the exception of a decrease occurring on the left from week 0 to 1 (P<0.01). Masseter activity varied throughout the investigation, but few significant differences were found. A non-significant but consistent reduction in magnitude of PAC was found. For the individuals: MUAP and PAC in the Masseter and Temporalis muscles varied (increased / decreased) on an individual basis throughout the six weeks post rasping, although only MUAP fluctuations between weeks were significant (P<0.01). Adaptation occurs in the Masseter and Temporalis of individual horses after routine rasping; this appears to be associated with kinematic changes within the chewing cycle and is still occurring 6 weeks post-treatment.

Pada penelitian sebelumnya telah dihasilkan sistem pengontrol lampu menggunakan SMS gateway dengan bantuan perangkat mikrokontroler. Hal tersebut memberikan kemudahan manusia terhadap pengontrolan on/off lampu rumah, sehingga tidak perlu lagi repot untuk menekan saklar lampu yang berada di dinding rumah. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, telah berkembang juga perangkat pengontrol, yaitu Raspberry Pi 3 yang juga sering disebut sebagai mini Personal Computer (PC). Pada penelitian ini digunakan perangkat Raspberry Pi 3 untuk menerapkan Sistem Operasi Raspbian Jessie pada sistem pengontrol lampu serta menggunakan metode action research dalam memperoleh hasil penelitian sesuai dengan tujuan. Selain itu, dibutuhkan juga bahasa pemrograman phyton untuk dapat menjalankan user interface sistem pengontrol lampu berbasis Raspberry Pi 3. Pada pengujian sistem pengontrol lampu, digunakan lampu pijar senter dengan model fitting E10 dan lampu pijar rumah dengan model fitting E27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Raspberry Pi 3 dengan Raspbian Jessie dibantu dengan perangkat modul relay dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol on/off lampu pijar rumah (model fitting E27) dengan mudah dan baik menggunakan user interface berbasis web.

Driver drowsiness is a primary cause of several highway calamities leads to severe physical injuries, loss of money, and loss of human life. The implementation of driver drowsiness detection in real-time will aid in avoiding major accidents. The system is designed for four-wheelers wherein the driver’s fatigue or drowsiness is detected and alerts the person. The proposed method will use 5-megapixel Raspbian camera that captures driver’s face and eyes and processes the images to detect driver’s fatigue. On the detection of drowsiness, the programmed system cautions the driver through an alarm to ensure vigilance. The proposed method constitutes of various stages to determine wakefulness of the driver. According to this output, the warning message is generated. Haar Cascade Classifiers is used to detect the blink duration of the driver and Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) is calculated. Finally, the alert message along with car plate number is sent to the concerned person mobile with help of Ubidots cloud service and Twilio API. For this Raspberry Pi 3 with Raspbian (Linux Based) Operating System is used.

Papua and West Papua Province have the large potential of sago palm (Metroxylon sagu), however, until now the production and utilization is very low compared with its potential. This is because of most farmers in this area still use traditional method in processing sago. The traditional method is labour intensive and time consuming process. Sago farmers in this area still apply traditional ways to process sago starch due to the lack of processing machines. The objective of this research was to conduct field testing of sago processing machine produced by Agroindustry Machinery Workshop of Papua University. The machines that have been tested consist of cylinder type sago rasping machine and stirrer rotary blade sago starch extraction machine. The machine’s performance under field condition was evaluated by measuring parameters (a) rasping capacity, (b) extraction capacity, (c) starch percentage, (d) starch yield and (e) starch loss in waste. Results showed that all parts of the machine are functioning properly and farmers can easily operate the machine. The performances of the machines under field condition were (a) rasping capacity 1,159. 8 kg/hour, (b) extraction capacity 243.8 kg/hour, (c) starch percentage 38.26 %, (d) starch yield 93 kg/hour and (e) starch loss in waste 1.03 %. François-Vincent Raspail (1794–1878) and Theodor Schwann (1810–1882) postulated—in 1827 and 1838, respectively—that plants and animals consist of, and originate from, cells. Whereas Raspail is mainly remembered for his involvement in the revolutions of 1830 and 1848, little is known about his scientific work. Schwann, by contrast, is regarded as one of the founders of cell theory, but historians of biology have hardly taken his philosophical, religious, and political ideas into account. Paying particular attention to Schwann’s unpublished writings, this paper reconstructs the research agendas of Raspail and Schwann, and contrasts the philosophical and political beliefs and incentives behind them. Whereas Raspail was a proponent of republicanism and materialism, Schwann opposed the modernist agenda of explaining nature and humankind without God, as well a democratic reshaping of society. Contrary to the prevailing historical narrative, this paper argues that cell theory did not emerge exclusively in conjunction with the rise of liberalism and materialism. Rather, the idea of a unifying principle of organic development encompassed different and even antagonistic visions of nature, humankind, society, and the role of religion in science. This project investigated the current market regarding wireless net and the communication between the tools used for diagnostics/maintenance and an embedded system. Based on documentation obtained through interviews a demo system was created based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication between an embedded system and an Android device. This report intends to describe the tools and methods used in the design of the demo system and the result of an analysis of the BLE communication. Bluetooth Low Energy is an exciting protocol with wide applicability within the industrial field. This project investigated the communicational possibilities between a Smartphone and a Raspberry Pi and based on the results that emerged the conclusion can be drawn that BLE is a protocol with many beneficial applications within industrial IT.
Projektet undersökte dagens marknad gällande trådlösa nät samt kommunikation mellan verktyg som används för diagnostik/underhåll och ett inbyggt system. Utifrån underlaget som erhölls genom intervjuer har ett demosystem skapats som bygger på Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) kommunikation mellan ett inbyggt system och en Android-enhet. Denna rapport avser redogöra för de verktyg och metoder som använts för att konstruera ett demosystem samt resultatet av en analys av BLE-kommunikationen. Bluetooth Low Energy är ett spännande protokoll med stora tillämpningsmöjligheter inom industrin. I denna studie skall Java och C# ställas mot varandra och köras på en Raspberry Pi för att se vilken av dem som kan sortera heltalsvektorer snabbast. Som Java-motor kommer Hot-Spot att användas och Mono för C# och de ska sortera vektorer med sorteringsalgoritmer från språkens stödbibliotek och en implementerad algoritm baserad på urvalssortering. Detta arbete är till för att dem som vill arbeta med ett objektorienterat språk på Raspberry Pi, men inte har bestämt sig än för vilket som skall användas. Resultatet visar att Java presterar bättre än C# i de flesta fall och att det finns undantag då C# presterar bättre.
In this study, Java and C# is set against each other and running on a Raspberry Pi to see if they have similar processing times, or if there is a clear difference between the two languages. As Java-engine HotSpot will be used and Mono for C# and they will sort vectors with sorting algorithms from the language's support library and one implemented algorithm based on selection sort. This work is for those who want to work with an object-oriented language on Raspberry Pi, but has not decided yet on which one to choose. The result shows that Java performs better than C# in most cases, but in some cases C# is performing better.

This dissertation examines funerals and trials as sites of structured and systematic left-wing political opposition. Both funerals and trials offered radical republicans an important opportunity to bypass the restrictions that censorship and anti-association laws put on publicising their agenda: large crowds were amassed, lengthy speeches were made (often viciously critical of the government), and these events received wide-spread press coverage. The theme which runs through these sites of political activity is the interplay between the accusation of violence and claims of political legitimacy. The scope of this project is contained by following the lives (and deaths) of two prominent radicals from the generation that came into public politics with the Revolution of 1830: François-Vincent Raspail (1794-1878) and Louis-Auguste Blanqui (1805-1881). Both from Southern France, they came to Paris as students, struggled to make ends meet, and became involved with the Charbonnerie in the 1820s. They emerged as political leaders in the aftermath of the Revolution of 1830, and both went on to be involved with the opposition press and political clubs. Although Blanqui spent nearly 40 years in prison to Raspail’s seven and some, they were arrested and stood trial with comparable regularity. The opportunity for political organisation and expression created by the death of notable figures reached well beyond their funerals, and statue campaigns and anniversary celebrations proved particularly important. The significance of this final chapter does not just rest on the strategic expansion of the political space created by these deaths, but on the extent to which the use of the mythology around Raspail and Blanqui went on to be used to serve different agendas after their deaths.

The purpose of the present study was to test the theory that human hair could represent a barrier to solar radiation, allowing minor physiological indices of heat stress during exercise in a hot environment under the sun. Participated in this study 10 male volunteers, inhabitants of tropical region, healthy and fit for the practice of physical exercises (25,1 ± 2,5 years old; 176,2 ± 4,0 cm of height; 73,7 ± 6,7 kg of weight; VO2max 56,2 ± 5,3 mL×kg-1×min-1). They had wavy or spiraled hair with a layer of at least three centimeters in thickness in the central head region. The volunteers participated in three experimental sessions. On the first day, after anthropometric characterization, a test to measure the aerobic capacity was done. After two days of the first meeting, individuals started the protocol which had two more experimental situations, compost continuous exercise in a treadmill with one hour of duration and intensity to 50% of VO2max. The inclination of treadmill was maintained at 1% during the entire protocol. First continuous exercise: in the external environment under the Sun, with the natural hair within the specified dimensions. Second continuous exercise: the volunteers had their hair totally scraped and repeated the exercise under the Sun. The protocols were separated by at least two days and at most a week. The environmental heat stress was measured by the Index of Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) in º C and used as a co-variable if necessary. A physiological strain index (PSI), rectal temperature, heart rate (HR) and total rate of sweating was measured. The results showed greater PSI (ANCOVA, F = 5222, p = 0,035), greater delta of HR (ANCOVA, F = 29009, p = 0,0001) and greater total sweating rate (7,08 ± 0,25 vs. 7,67 ± 0,26, p = 0,30) in the situation with scraped hair. In conclusion, scratch the head increases the physiological stress index, variation in heart rate and total sweat hate.
O objetivo do presente estudo consistiu em testar a hipótese de que o cabelo humano poderia representar uma barreira à radiação solar, permitindo menores índices fisiológicos de estresse térmico durante o exercício num ambiente quente sob o sol. Participaram deste estudo 10 voluntários do sexo masculino, habitantes de região tropical, sadios e aptos para a prática de exercícios físicos (25,1 ± 2,5 anos de idade; 176,2 ± 4,0 cm de estatura; 73,7 ± 6,7 kg de massa corporal; VO2max de 56,2 ± 5,3 mL×kg-1×min-1). Foram incluídos na amostra indivíduos possuidores de cabelos crespos ou encaracolados que iniciaram a pesquisa com uma camada de cabelo de no mínimo três centímetros de espessura, medido na região central. Os voluntários participaram de três sessões experimentais. No primeiro dia, após a caracterização antropométrica, realizaram o teste para medida da capacidade aeróbica. Após um intervalo de dois dias do primeiro comparecimento os indivíduos iniciaram o protocolo que contou com mais duas situações experimentais, compostas por exercício contínuo em esteira rolante com uma hora de duração e intensidade a 50% do VO2max. A inclinação da esteira foi mantida em 1% durante todo o protocolo. Primeiro exercício: em ambiente externo sob o Sol, com o cabelo natural dentro das dimensões especificadas. Segundo exercício: voluntários tiveram o cabelo totalmente raspado e repetiram o exercício sob o sol. Os protocolos foram separados por no mínimo dois dias e no máximo uma semana. O estresse térmico ambiental foi medido através do Índice de Bulbo Úmido e Temperatura de Globo (IBUTG) em o C. e usado como co-variável sempre que necessário. Foi medido o Índice de Estresse Fisiológico (IEF), temperatura retal, freqüência cardíaca (FC) e taxa de sudorese total. Os resultados demonstraram maior IEF (ANCOVA, F = 5,222, p = 0,035), maior delta da FC (ANCOVA, F = 29,009, p = 0,0001) e maior taxa de sudorese total (7,08 ± 0,25 vs. 7,67 ± 0,26, p = 0,03) na situação com cabelos raspados. Portanto, raspar cabeça aumentou o índice de estresse fisiológico, a variação da freqüência cardíaca e a taxa de sudorese total.

The study aimed to show the characteristics of ecological concrete without structural responsibility , from the addition of zest from the tire retreading process and marble dust and refuse of extraction quarries . Were molded and tested according to the ABNT norms specified in the body of work, samples of concrete, with the addition of waste from tire retreading and quarrying . The addition of the objective rubber decrease the density of the concrete and to improve its ability to absorb impacts and mechanical strength, since addition of the powdermarble improve particle packing , cement consumption and density , decreasing voids which are accumulated due to the heterogeneity of rubber shavings . The results show that these wastes can be inserted into the concrete together and since in this case the ratio was better with 10 % of each residue according to the added weight of cement concrete trace. We see this work an improvement of the results of tensile strength compared to conventional concrete ( Pilot ) and loss of compressive strength of concrete with added enhanced with the addition of marble powder- rubber . The concrete also showed that after their break there is no breakdown of parts , which can be well utilized in tall buildings to avoid accidents with zest rubber .
O trabalho teve como objetivo mostrar as características do concreto ecológico, sem responsabilidade estrutural, a partir da adição de raspas de pneus provenientes do processo de recauchutagem e do pó de mármore como refugo da extração de pedreiras. Foram moldados e ensaiados, de acordo com as normas da ABNT especificadas no corpo de trabalho, corpos de prova de concreto, com a adição de resíduos provenientes da recauchutagem de pneus e da extração de mármore. A adição da borracha objetiva diminuir a densidade do concreto e melhorar a sua capacidade de absorção de impactos e tração mecânica, já a adição do pó-de-mármore, melhorar o empacotamento de partículas, consumo de cimento e adensamento, diminuindo espaços vazios que são acumulados devido à heterogeneidade das raspas de borracha. Os resultados mostram que estes rejeitos podem ser inseridos no concreto, desde que juntos e, neste caso a melhor relação ficou com 10% de cada resíduo adicionado de acordo com o peso de cimento do traço do concreto. Vemos neste trabalho uma melhoria dos resultados de resistência à tração comparado ao concreto convencional (Piloto) e a perda de resistência à compressão axial do concreto adicionado com borracha melhorada com a adição de pó-de-mármore. O concreto também mostrou que com as raspas de borracha, após sua ruptura não há a desagregação das partes, o que pode ser bem aproveitado em construções de altura para evitar acidentes.

Resumen
In a previous study conducted in our laboratory, we observed a physiological strain index (PSI), higher on individuals with scraped hair than individuals with hair, when they exercised in a treadmill with fixed workload under the sun. Therefore the purpose of the present study was to test if the human hair could be a natural protection against the sun radiation, allowing higher velocity during running under the sun. Participated in this study 12 healthy male volunteers capable of practicing exercise (29.5 ± 3.7 years old; height, 174.9 ± 4.3 cm; weight, 72.7 ± 3.2 kg and VO2max, 44.6 ± 3.4 ml.kg-1.min-1). They should have a have a hair al least 6 cm long. They came to the laboratory for 4 moments. On the first day anthropometric measurements and aerobic capacity test were accomplished. Two days later, they participed of the other three conditions: familiarization and 2 experimental conditions, intact hair and scraped hair, in this order. The volunteers had to run 10km in 2 different days with at least one week apart. Every situation was done in a 200m planned grassy circuit. The environmental heat stress was measured by the Index of Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) in oC. There was no diference between the conditions (24.0 ± 1.4 e 23.2 ± 1.5, for human hair and scraped hair respectively). The running velocity, heart rate, rectal temperature, physiological index stress and rate of heat storage were measured. The result showed that the running velocity (10,9 ± 1 e 10,9 ± 1,1 km.h-1), heart rate (183 ± 10 e 180 ± 12 bpm), rectal temperature (38,82 ± 0,29 e 38,81 ± 0,49 oC), physiological index stress (9 ± 1 e 9 ± 1) and rate of heat storage (71,9 ± 64,1 e 80,7 ± 56,7 W.m-1), were not different in both situations. In conclusion, scraped hair does not change the velocity in a 10km running under the sun.
Em estudo pioneiro, realizado em nosso laboratório, observou um índice de estresse fisiológico (IEF) maior nos indivíduos com cabeça raspada quando comparados com indivíduos com cabelo, quando estes se exercitavam em esteira rolante com potência fixa sob o sol. Então o objetivo do presente estudo constituiu em testar a hipótese de que o cabelo humano poderia funcionar como uma espécie de proteção natural contra a radiação solar, permitindo maior velocidade durante uma corrida realizada sob o sol. Participaram deste estudo 12 voluntários do sexo masculino, sadios e aptos para a prática de atividade física (29.5 ± 3.7 anos de idade; 174.9 ± 4.3 cm de estatura; 72.7 ± 3.2 kg de massa corporal e 44.6 ± 3.4 ml.kg-1.min-1 de VO2max). Para participar deste estudo o comprimento do cabelo no topo da cabeça deveria ter um comprimento mínimo de 6 cm. Os voluntários compareceram ao laboratório em 4 momentos. No primeiro dia foi feita a caracterização antropométrica, além de um teste de campo para a avaliação da capacidade aeróbia. No mínimo dois dias depois, deu-se início às outras situações: uma familiarização e duas situações experimentais, com o cabelo intacto e com o cabelo raspado, nas quais o voluntário deveria correr 10 km, sob o sol com um intervalo entre cada situação de no mínimo uma semana. Todas as situações foram realizadas em uma pista de 200m em terreno plano e gramado. O estresse ambiental foi medido através do Índice de Bulbo Úmido e Temperatura de Globo (IBUTG) em OC e não houve diferença entre as situações (24.0 ± 1.4 e 23.2 ± 1.5, para cabelo intacto e raspado respectivamente). Foi medida a velocidade da corrida, freqüência cardíaca, temperatura retal, índice de estresse fisiológico e taxa de acúmulo de calor. Os resultados demonstram que a velocidade de corrida (10,9 ± 1 e 10,9 ± 1,1 km.h-1), freqüência cardíaca (183 ± 10 e 180 ± 12 bpm), temperatura retal (38,82 ± 0,29 e 38,81 ± 0,49 oC), índice de estresse fisiológico (9 ± 1 e 9 ± 1) e taxa de acúmulo de calor (71,9 ± 64,1 e 80,7 ± 56,7 W.m-1), foram iguais entre as situações, cabelo e raspado, respectivamente. Resumen
A utilização de fatores de crescimento no tratamento periodontal tem sido amplamente estudada. No entanto, sua aplicabilidade no tratamento de seres humanos ainda não foi estabelecida. Os objetivos deste trabalho foram determinar os efeitos da aplicação de PDGF-BB, IGF-1, TGF-ß1 e sua combinação na proliferação de células cultivadas originadas do ligamento periodontal de humano (células FL2). Além disso, analisou-se a adesão dessas células a fragmentos radiculares periodontalmente comprometidos tratados previamente ou não por associação de ácido cítrico e tetraciclina após a raspagem. Para tanto, foi estabelecida cultura primária de fibroblastos obtidos de 3º molares retidos e/ou impactados extraídos de pacientes saudáveis. Para analisar a taxa de proliferação celular, foram plaqueadas 72 placas de Petri contendo inicialmente 103 células aleatoriamente divididas em 4 grupos que receberam a adição de PDGF-BB (grupo 1), TGF-ß1 (grupo 2), IGF-1 (grupo 3) ou de sua combinação (grupo 4) ao meio de cultura e 2 grupos controle (sem adição de fatores de crescimento) e contadas em triplicatas após 1, 3, 5 e 7 dias. Paralelamente, foram obtidos 30 fragmentos de dentes extraídos de 14 pacientes com perda de inserção à sondagem > 6 mm aleatoriamente distribuídos em 10 grupos de acordo com o tratamento: raspagem (grupo 1), raspagem e aplicação dos fatores de crescimento isolados ou em combinação (grupos 2-5), raspagem e condicionamento ácido (grupo 6) ou raspagem, condicionamento ácido e aplicação dos fatores de crescimento isolados ou em combinação (grupos 7-10). Os resultados obtidos foram estatisticamente avaliados pelo teste ANOVA e por métodos descritivos. Os resultados demonstraram que o TGF-ß1 apresentou os melhores efeitos na proliferação de células do ligamento periodontal em cultura, enquanto que na adesão das células aos fragmentos a combinação dos três fatores apresentou resultados mais favoráveis, com diferenças estatisticamente significantes (p<0,05) em relação aos grupos tratados sem o condicionamento ácido radicular, com exceção do grupo tratado através da combinação. Esses dados sugerem que a aplicação de fatores de crescimento, especialmente do TGF-ß1 associado ou não ao PDGF-BB e IGF-1, poderia ser favorável à regeneração dos tecidos periodontais perdidos com o processo de doença periodontal.
The use of growth factors in regenerative periodontal treatment has been largely reviewed in the past years. However, its applicability in humans is not established yet. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the application of PDGF-BB, IGF-1, TGFß1 alone or in combination over the proliferation of cultured human periodontal ligament fibroblasts (FL2 cells). Besides, the adhesion of FL2 cells to periodontally compromised root fragments previously treated or not with citric acid and tetracycline was evaluated. Periodontal ligament fibroblasts were obtained from third molars extracted from healthy patients and treated as explants in order to develop a primary cell line culture. To analyze the growth factor effects on periodontal ligament cells, 72 Petri dishes were cultured with 103 cells each randomly distributed among 4 experimental and 2 control groups. The experimental groups received PDGF-BB (group 1), TGF-ß1 (group 2), IGF-1 (group 3) or its combination (group 4) added to the culture medium while the controls received the supplemented culture medium only. The Petri dishes were counted in triplicates 1, 3, 5 and 7 days after the culture allowing the establishment of a growth curve for each treatment group. In a parallel experiment, 30 teeth fragments were obtained from 14 patients presenting probing attachment level > 6 mm and were randomly distributed among 10 treatment groups: scaling (group 1), scaling and growth factor application (groups 2-5), scaling and acid treatment (group 6) and scaling and acid treatment followed by growth factor application (groups 7-10). The data were statistically evaluated by ANOVA and descriptive methods. The results obtained have demonstrated that TGF-ß1 provided the more pronounced effects over cultured periodontal ligament fibroblasts proliferation while the combination of growth factors presented the most significant results over the its adhesion to periodontally compromised tooth fragments previously treated by scaling and citric acid associated to tetracycline conditioning for 3 minutes. These results were statistically different from the non-conditioned treatment groups (p<0,05), except for the group treated with the combination of growth factors. These findings suggest that these substances, especially TGF-ß1 combined or not with PDGF-BB and IGF-1, could enhance regeneration of periodontal tissues lost with the disease.

Resumen
Most university students are using the bus provided by the university's management to move from one place to another place. The analysis are required to improvise the quality of the of bus services such as the amount of passenger that using the bus and information of passengers such as gender. The objectives of this project are to develop face recognition system based on gender using Raspberry Pi 4 and Intel Neural Compute Stick 2 and to test and validate the performance of the developed system for face classification and passenger counting system. Also this system is able to store passenger information into Google Firebase Cloud with Internet of Things. This system is used Raspbian in Raspberry Pi 4 with the libraries that used for face classification and recognition such as OpenCV and OpenVINO. This project able to detect faces of the passengers soon as they ride the bus and determine gender of the passengers and count passengers according gender and the information of the passengers will stored in Google Firebase. There are some recommendation that need to be added in this project to improve efficiency of the system.

Vrijeme dubokih političkih i socijalnih potresa uvijek donosi preispitivanje i preuređenje predstava o prošlosti, preoblikovanje različitih slojeva svijesti. Nestanak ideološke paradigme, prestanak “partijnosti”, promjena globalne politike i epohalne svjesnosti, umnogome su uticali na povratak “predsocijalističke prošlosti”, njenu romantizaciju i idealizaciju, kao i revizionističku izmjenu društvenih determinanti historijskih interpretacija i sudova u postsocijalističkim zemljama, uz intezivno međudjelovanje politike, nacionalizma i historije u njihovim historiografijama. Ni velike historiografije, poput ruske, nisu imune na zaokrete, pritiske političkih matrica i izmijenjene stvarnosti u odnosu prema vlastitoj, kao i historiji drugih zemalja i naroda i njenom interpretiranju. Znatne su razlike između prethodne sovjetske i savremene ruske historiografije, kao i njihovih obrazaca. U borbi za ovladavanjem historijom klasni i internacionalni princip ustupio je mjesto naglašenom nacionalnom, uz obnovu nacionalnog identiteta “očišćenog od komunizma”. Interesi i politike velesila ostavljaju dubok pečat na historiju i fatum balkanskih naroda. Politički sporovi i pozicioniranja djeluju na historiografije, utiču na izbor i obradu istraživačkih tema. Nestanak jugoslavenske državne zajednice i pojava postjugoslavenskih država na političkoj mapi Evrope usložnili su višeznačne napore niza ruskih historičara za tumačenje njihove prošlosti, ali i savremenosti. Rast ruskog interesa za izučavanje historije Bosne i Hercegovine usko je vezan za političke krize i sukobe na tom prostoru i širi balkanski kontekst. Naučna pozornost posebno je usmjerena na Istočnu (1875–1878) i aneksionu krizu (1908–1909), raspad Jugoslavije i “postjugoslavenske ratove” i zbivanja tokom posljednje decenije prošlog i početkom ovog stoljeća. Među ruskim historičarima izraženo je više pristupa historiji Bosne i Hercegovine, od onog koji je tretira kao historiju države u njenoj složenosti, do onog reduciranog i selektivnog, kroz historiju pojedinih etničkih zajednica na tom prostoru. Svaka historiografija je produkt vlastitog vremena čiji interesi često određuju pitanja koja brojni naučnici postavljaju višeslojnoj prošlosti, ali i odgovore, odupirući se njenim drugačijim percepcijama. Uravnoteženo gledanje na prošlost Bosne i Hercegovine, kao i Balkana u cjelini, veliki je naučni izazov. Istina kojoj se teži je “cjelina”, nije na jednom mjestu i u historiografiji jednog naroda, iziskuje multiperspektivni narativ.
