Texto completoResults of Lithuanian deaf basketball players in various competitions indicate that people belonging to this social group can achieve significant victories. Thus, it is essential to investigate and systemize Lithuanian deaf basketball players’ physical development, preparedness, peculiarities of their competitive activity and compare with those of the team with healthy players. It is important for the theory and practice of basketball trainings. The objective of the paper is to identify and compare physical development and preparedness of Lithuanian national deaf basketball team with those who are healthy. It also aims at analyzing competitive activities of these teams. Tasks of analyses are as follows: 1. to identify the development and preparedness of Lithuanian deaf basketball team with the development and preparedness of Lithuanian healthy basketball team. 2. to prepare the analysis of the competitive activity of both teams. 3. to compare the development, preparedness and game indicators of both teams. To explore the presumptions for Lithuanian grassroots sports clubs to ensure sustainable funding. Tasks of this paper: 1. To define theoretical concepts of development of grassroots sports and grassroots sports club; 2. To analyze funding features of grassroots sports clubs; 3. To analyze legal acts and work documents, which regulates grassroots sports in Lithuania; 4. To analyze possibilities and barriers for Lithuanian grassroots sports clubs to ensure sustainable funding by interviewing representatives from national sports federations and sports experts from municipalities. Main results and conclusions: 1. Grassroots sports – amateur sports, organized at the level of national sports federations and which strongly depends on voluntary work. Grassroots sport is usually exercised in amateur sports clubs – associations, which members are individuals and which essential goal is to privide all people with oportunities to practise sports on local level. 2. Under investigation of LEUs sports development, the mass of it, sport achievements we come to a scientific issue – what role does it take in teaching, busyness, self-expression and publicity of educational programs. The goal of research – to reveal the activity of LEU students in universities contests as act of mass busyness, to evaluate their sport achievements comparing to local and international level, to discuss the trend of their victory changes. Research tasks: 1. Describe the mass sport in LEU during year of 2002 – 2013, summing up the changes and variety in choosing the educational subjects. 2. The aim is to describe present situation of the ecetronic sports periodicals and evaluate future prospects concerning economical, technological and social aspects. The problem of the factors enhancing exercising is relevant as more often scientists raise the following questions: what is the structure of sports activity, how to encourage the motivation of children and teenagers, what is their need to exercise. Educational content is also a very important factor, determining the students’ motivation. The relation between the variety of sport educational content and children’s motivation to exercise is often analysed in regard to formal education, and informal education is more often outlined theoretically than based on specific empirical studies. It is also very important for teachers and trainers to assess the teenagers’ demographic actions as they are very important independent of the fact about where the teenager exercises. Not knowing the peculiarities of motivation, it would be difficult to single-mindedly solve the problems of teenagers’ healthy lifestyle and occupation in their free-time, to prepare them for competitions. To analyze efficiency of management in A.Ratkeviciaus sports school. Conclusions: 1. The efficient aspects of the theoretical sports constructions was covered by the work. The analysis of the scientific literature came up with the results of the complexity and difficulties in the management of sports objects.
