Résumé :
Abstract This paper presents the data on the moss species diversity in wetlands of the Bolonsky State Nature Reserve. The spectrum includes 45 species from 18 genera, 15 families and 5 orders belonging to Polytrichopsida, Bryopsida and Sphagnopsida classes. The Polytrichopsida class includes 3 species, Bryopsida - 19 species and Sphagnopsida - 23 species. The most numerous in species composition was the Sphagnaceae family.

PCR-based approach was used as a phylogenetic profiling tool to probe genomic DNA samples from representatives of evolutionary distant moss taxa, namely, classes Bryopsida, Tetraphidopsida, Polytrichopsida, Andreaeopsida, and Sphagnopsida. We found relatives of allPhyscomitrella patensmiR390 and TAS3-like loci in these plant taxa excluding Sphagnopsida. Importantly, cloning and sequencing ofMarchantia polymorphagenomic DNA showed miR390 and TAS3-like sequences which were also found among genomic reads ofM. polymorphaat NCBI database. Our data suggest that the ancient plant miR390-dependent TAS

Transacting siRNA loci (TAS3-like) of a particular plant species are usually represented by several gene families. PCR-based approach was used as a phylogenetic profiling tool to probe genomic DNA samples from representatives of evolutionary distant Bryophyta taxa, namely, class Bryopsida (subclasses Bryidae and Dicranidae) and class Sphagnopsida. We found relatives of all four Physcomitrella patens (subclass Funariidae) TAS3-like loci in subclasses Bryidae and Dicranidae. Only representatives of subclass Bryidae encoded TAS3-like genes belonging to P. patens TAS3a and TAS3d families. On the o

Résumé :
Abstract Since Belarus is rich in sphagnum bogs it is extremely important to develop ways to use the resources of sphagnum mosses with a number of useful properties. Sphagnum is the only genus in the class Sphagnopsida and includes 36 Bryophyta species in Belarus. Sphagnum mosses, which are widespread in Belarus, have great potential for possible use in contaminated water purification from various hydrophilic and hydrophobic solvents and salt solutions, in light industry and agriculture (considering the need of their renewal).

Résumé :
During the revision of moss collection of the University of Belgrade Herbarium from the Ostrozub Mountain which was collected in period from 1950. to 1953. it has been found that numerous specimens had not been determined. In total, 132 species were recorded: 23 liverwort, 109 moss species were found on the Mt. Ostrozub. Out of those, 38 taxa (6, 25 and 7 species belonging to Jungermanniopsida, Bryopsida and Sphagnopsida, respectively) represent new record for the Mt. Ostrozub. Nineteen species belong to the endangered species, of different endangerment degree, on the red lists of European and
