Abstract (sommario):
With trending competition in decision-making process, linguistic decision-making is gaining attractive attention. Previous studies on linguistic decision-making have neglected the occurring probability (relative importance) of each linguistic term which causes unreasonable ranking of objects. Further, decision-makers’ (DMs) often face difficulties in providing apt preference information for evaluation. Motivated by these challenges, in this paper, we set our proposal on probabilistic linguistic preference relation (PLPR)-based decision framework. The framework consists of two phases viz., (a)

The leader of each group employs a vision-based goal detection algorithm to find and acquire the goal in a cluttered environment. Abstract (sommario):
The m-polar fuzzy sets (mF sets) have a representative and fundamental role in several fields of science and decision-making. The fusion of mF sets with several other theories of mathematics has become a favorable practice for depicting numerous types of uncertainties under multi-polar information. In this article, we introduce an innovative hybrid model, called m-polar hesitant fuzzy sets (mHF-sets), a hybridization of hesitancy and mF sets, which enables us to tackle multi-polar information with hesitancy. Hesitancy incorporates symmetry into the treatment of the data, whereas the m-polar fu

Abstract (sommario):
Increased consumer requirements for quality, safety and traceability of goods in supply chains has accelerated the implementation of blockchain during the COVID-19 pandemic. The right choice of blockchain software is a complicated task and an important prerequisite for successful deployment. In this study, we propose a conceptual framework for group multi-criteria selection of blockchain software in fuzzy environment according to organization needs and experts’ judgements. The applicability of the new framework has been verified through an illustrative example for ranking blockchain systems. T
