<strong>Introduction</strong> The term attrition derives from the Latin Verb named Atrium, which explains the action of rubbing against something. Dental attrition is the act of wearing or grinding down by friction or the mechanical wear resulting from mastication or parafunction, limited to contacting surfaces of the teeth.[1] The factors contributing to attrition are bruxism, deep bite, clenching and night grinding. A Full Mouth Rehabilitation(FMR) restores the oral function, comfort and appearance. Bruxism causes tooth wear resulting in sensitivity, pulpalnecrosis, and pain due t

CAD/CAM technology can enhance the dentistry application of ceramic materials that meet the more relevant biocompatibility and aesthetics demands. In implant-borne prosthesis rehabilitation, yttria-stabilized zirconia appeared to be a valid alternative to metal-alloys and titanium, with comparable mechanical properties and even better interaction with bone and soft tissues. The improvement of monolithic CAD/CAM manufacturing allows for a reliable, predictable, and rapid workflow that can correspond to a holistic treatment philosophy associated with zirconia fixtures. Different indirect restorations to replace a single missing tooth in the posterior region are available in dentistry: traditional full-coverage fixed dental prostheses (FDPs), implant-supported crowns (ISC), and inlay-retained FDPs (IRFDP). Resin bonded FDPs represent a minimally invasive procedure; preexisting fillings can minimize tooth structure removal and give retention to the IRFDP, transforming it into an ultraconservative option. New high strength zirconia ceramics, with their stiffness and high mechanical properties, could be considered a right choice for an IRFDP rehabilitation. The

This study aimed to investigate the effect of different conditions on the implant stability test (IST) value of three-unit implant bridges. Fifteen pairs of specimens were prepared. Two internal conical-type implants were placed in artificial bone using a torque of 35 to 45 Ncm. Three-unit monolithic zirconia bridges (Perfit ZR) were fabricated using CAD-CAM. Im-plant Stability Quotient (ISQ) values were measured for each implant. IST value was measured under different conditions: healing abutment, without cementation, with cementation, one prosthesis unscrewed, and two prostheses unscrewed. T
