IntroductionWe need to understand the impact of COVID-19 on critical care nurses (CCNs) and redeployed nurses and National Health Service (NHS) organisations.Methods and analysisThis is a mixed-methods study (QUANT-QUAL), underpinned by a theoretical model of occupational stress, the Job Demand-Resources Model (JD-R). Participants are critical care and redeployed nurses from Scottish and three large English units.Phase 1 is a cross-sectional survey in part replicating a pre-COVID-19 study and results will be compared with this data. Linear and logistic regression analysis will examine the relationship between antecedent, demographic and professional variables on health impairment (burnout syndrome, mental health, post-traumatic stress symptoms), motivation (work engagement, commitment) and organisational outcomes (intention to remain in critical care nursing and quality of care). We will also assess the usefulness of a range of resources provided by the NHS and professional organisations.To allow in-depth exploration of individual experiences, phase 2 will be one-to-one semistructured interviews with 25 CCNs and 10 redeployed nurses. The JD-R model will provide the initial coding framework to which the interview data will be mapped. The remaining content will be analysed inductively to identify and chart content that is not captured by the model. In this way, the adequacy of the JD-R model is examined robustly and its expression in this context will be detailed.Ethics and disseminationEthics approval was granted from the University of Aberdeen CERB2020101993. We plan to disseminate findings at stakeholder events, publish in peer-reviewed journals and at present at national and international conferences.

La analítica de datos es una rama de la Informática que apoya a la toma de decisiones en diversas áreas del conocimiento, la educación no es la excepción, año tras año los docentes imparten sus unidades de aprendizaje en donde la aplicación de exámenes arroja un sin fin de información que, en el mejor de los casos queda almacenada en el equipo de cómputo que funja como servidor y ofrezca un Sistema para Gestión de Aprendizaje (Learning Management System – LMS por sus siglas en inglés) como puede ser Moodle, y queda sin utilizarse. El aplicar técnicas de análisis de datos a esta información se puede ponderar el grado de avance en cuanto al dominio de una habilidad en Tecnologías de la Información y la Computación (TIC), como pueden ser las certificaciones que otorga la empresa CISCO®, hoy sabemos que las certificaciones se han vuelto indispensables para lograr una ventaja competitiva entre los profesionistas de las TIC y dar una oportunidad para posicionarse en un buen empleo en un mundo globalizado. El presente trabajo de investigación analiza, mediante un estudio de alcance descriptivo, comparativo y correlacional, la unidad de aprendizaje “Comunicación entre Computadoras” de las generaciones 2016 a la 2020 de los grupos de la Licenciatura en Informática Administrativa LIA D1, LIA D2, LIA D3 y LIA D4 del Centro Universitario UAEM Atlacomulco, a través de una minería de datos al sistema de reactivos de exámenes aplicados por el docente ubicados en una plataforma LMS Moodle, para posteriormente codificarlos y compararlos con las certificaciones CISCO® CCNA 100-101 (ICND1), 200-101 (ICND2) y 200- 120 (CCNA R & S) para determinar si los discentes tienen las habilidades requeridas para presentarlas y aprobarlas. Data analytics is a branch of Computer Science that supports decision-making in various areas of knowledge, education is no exception, year after year teachers teach their learning units where the application of exams yields endless of information that, in the best of cases, is stored in the computer equipment that acts as a server and offers a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Moodle, and remains unused . By applying data analysis techniques to this information, the degree of progress in mastering a skill in Information and Computing Technologies (ICT) can be weighted, such as the certifications granted by the CISCO® company, today we know that certifications have become essential to achieve a competitive advantage among ICT professionals and provide an opportunity to position themselves in a good job in a globalized world. The present research work analyzes, through a descriptive, comparative and correlational study, the learning unit "Communication between Computers" from the generations 2016 to 2020 of the groups of the Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Informatics LIA D1, LIA D2, LIA D3 and LIA D4 of the UAEM Atlacomulco University Center, through data mining to the system of test items applied by the teacher located on an LMS Moodle platform, to later code and compare them with the CISCO® CCNA 100-101 certifications (ICND1 ), 200-101 (ICND2) and 200-120 (CCNA R & S) to determine if learners have the required skills to present and pass them.

Call for Life is a mini-telethon aims to spread awareness and calls for the support and instant donations from the community. Amount raised: The last campaign in 2017 raised: $1,463,018.84 with total expected revenues over the period of 3 years: $2,003,018.84. Background and context: The idea first started in year 2008. Four campaigns were done in the past years (2008, 2012, 2014 and 2017). The campaign has developed through the years in donation means, awareness, funds raised, partners, national engagement and has successfully become more efficient and successful due to the process adopted. The 4th edition was in celebration of the 15th anniversary, hence the slogan “Where We Were and Where We Have Become” and focusing on success stories. A special recognition wall was launched at the 4th edition, the “Guardians' Wall”, fitting 18 guardians' names who pledged to donate 15,000 USD yearly over 3 years period. At the D-day we had a special episode hosted by the famous talk show Kalam El Nas by Marcel Ghanem offered for free to CCCL along with all the air time whether for TVC or interviews and reports and outdoor media. A professional call center was activated during the special TV episode. Donation means: calling to register pledges and partner courier company to collect/money transfer company/online/at the center/banks. Aim: Call for Life is a nationwide campaign aims to spread awareness and calls for the support and instant donations from the community so CCCL continues its mission of saving children's lives. Strategy/Tactics: Reviewing previous campaigns exit reports to benefit from remarks Study the best means/mechanism of donations Free and strong media campaign Positive content of promotional material and reports of the episode Send letters to big donors prior to the launching; trying to ensure big donations prior Facilitating the donation means Full special episode on the D-day broadcasted live at peak hour of viewership. Innovative Guardian´s Wall ensures an appealing recognition which encourages donations. A one week campaign with one main telethon day gives sense of urgency for quick responses. Expenses shall remain minimal.

AbstractChildren with complex care needs (CCNs) are in need of improved access to healthcare services, communication, and support from healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care is delivered to meet their needs. Integrated care is viewed as a key component of care delivery for children with CCNs, as it promotes the integration of healthcare systems to provide family and child-centred care across the entire health spectrum. There are many definitions and frameworks that support integrated care, but there is a lack of conceptual clarity around the term. Furthermore, it is often unclear how integrated care can be delivered to children with CCNs, therefore reinforcing the need for further clarification on how to define integrated care. An evolutionary concept analysis was conducted to clarify how integrated care for children with CCNs is defined within current literature. We found that integrated care for children with CCNs refers to highly specialised individualised care within or across services, that is co-produced by interdisciplinary teams, families, and children, supported by digital health technologies. Conclusion: Given the variation in terms of study design, outcomes, and patient populations this paper highlights the need for further research into methods to measure integrated care. What is Known: • Children with complex care needs require long-term care, and are in need of improved services, communication, and information from healthcare professionals to provide them with the ongoing support they need to manage their condition. • Integrated care is a key component in healthcare delivery for children with complex care needs as it has the potential to improve access to family-centred care across the entire health spectrum. What is New: • Integrated care for children with CCNs refers to highly specialised individualised care within or across services, that is co-produced by interdisciplinary teams, families, and children, supported by digital health technologies. • There is a need for the development of measurement tools to effectively assess integrated care within practice.

The apprenticeship represents an excellent opportunity for young people to develop knowledge and skills of the highest level towards a better match between labour demand and supply; this because apprenticeship represents a strategic tool for competitiveness of enterprises and for a better allocation of human resources in the labor market. However, the problem that has always presented for this issue is the lack of investment that employers, regions and social partners have made during the time. Nevertheless there are good examples of innovative interventions, such as the “Ccnl for the employers of the Studi professionali”, concluded between Confprofessioni, Filcams, Fisascat, Uiltucs, on 29 November 2011. This CCNL contemplates four types of training (apprendistato per la qualifica e il diploma professionale, apprendistato professionalizzante, alto apprendistato, apprendistato per il praticantato). The research, therefore, provides the Italian legal framework for apprenticeship, and it is based on a comparative methodological approach, which analyzes the existing discipline of apprenticeship in the best performing countries, such as Germany, France and England. The target is to point out the strengths and analyze, then, the system of collective regulation of professions present in these countries. The paper, in conclusion, deepens discipline of apprenticeship contract, introduced in the field of professional studies, examines the scope of application to understand the utilization of this tool and the characteristics that it has. The objective is, therefore, to update the knowledge of the institution of apprenticeship in the professional world, even in comparative perspective, and understand the ways in which, in our system, can be exploited its potentiality

Obiettivi: La ricerca intende indagare il fenomeno della rappresentanza e delle sue più recenti evoluzioni a fronte dello strutturale cambiamento in atto nel mercato del lavoro con focus sulla rappresentanza del lavoro autonomo. Si intende indagare quale possa essere il ruolo di una moderna rappresentanza di interessi in uno scenario del mercato del lavoro come quello attuale dove i lavori sembrano essere caratterizzati da maggiore autonomia del soggetto e non più da rigidi schemi verticistici. Metodologia: Per provare a rispondere ai quesiti emersi nella domanda di ricerca si è deciso di focalizzare l’attenzione su un particolare caso di studio: la storia contrattuale, l’evoluzione delle vicende giuridiche e della rappresentanza del settore delle attività professionali. Seguendo un’ottica di relazioni industriali si intende esaminare la contrattazione collettiva nell’ambito degli studi professionali. Essendo molto magre la letteratura e la dottrina in materia di storia contrattuale del CCNL Studi professionali, delle associazioni firmatarie, e degli stessi testi contrattuali si è deciso di condurre la ricerca attraverso la storia documentale e il “diritto vivente” degli statuti delle singole associazioni, degli statuti della confederazione, i testi contrattuali firmati, i protocolli firmati seguendo la prospettiva metodologica del diritto delle relazioni industriali, i documenti ufficiali del Ministero del Lavoro, gli organi di stampa ufficiali di alcune federazioni sindacali della confederazione, i siti delle organizzazioni sindacali, atti e sentenze reperite presso la documentazione presente nella Confederazione. Risultati: La ricerca vuole verificare se nei diversi interventi fin qui realizzati nell’ordinamento, tanto dalle parti sociali che dal legislatore, vi sia una interazione e una convergenza, tesa a costruire un sistema di tutele per il lavoro autonomo indipendentemente dalla fattispecie contrattuale. Limiti e implicazioni: Il limite principale della ricerca è costituito dalla difficoltà di trovare una sistematicità e un collegamento tra diverse forme di tutele presenti nell’ordinamento sia di origine contrattuale che legislativa. Allo stesso tempo sono però presenti diverse implicazioni di carattere pratico teorico poiché le modalità sperimentali con cui la rappresentanza sta agendo possono fungere da importante precedente per replicare queste dinamiche progettuali in altri settori. Originalità: La ricerca, tenuto conto dell’ambiente in cui si lavora e si opera quotidianamente, ha tentato di ricostruire i diversi soggetti rappresentativi delle diverse istanze afferenti all’area del lavoro autonomo focalizzando poi l’attenzione su un particolare sistema di relazioni industriali, quello del CCNL Confprofessioni. Il caso è piuttosto singolare e peculiare, poiché all’interno del sistema contrattuale le rappresentanze del settore stanno cercando di far confluire tutte le figure lavorative indipendentemente dalla qualificazione giuridica di riferimento: dal subordinato, all’autonomo, al collaboratore, al praticante.
