The paper analyzes the enzymatic activity of actinomycetes. Testing of the culture fluids of the studied strains made it possible to make a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the activity of individual strains of microorganisms. It has been established that actinomycetes actively exhibit specific enzymatic activity by secreting cellulase enzymes. It was noted that the strain Streptomyces sp. QM B814 (AC-1324) showed better results. This makes it possible to search for new biotechnological applications of microorganisms in the biotransformation of organic substances.
