Streszczenie:
Sodium selenate is an important inorganic compound, but lacks reliable and accurate physico-chemical and spectral characterization information. This article described the in-depth physicochemical, thermal, and spectroscopic characterization of sodium selenate using various analytical techniques. The powder X-ray diffractogram showed well-defined, narrow and sharp peaks indicating that sodium selenate is crystalline in nature. The crystallite size was found to be in the range of 28.75 to 49.97 nm. The average particle size was found to be of 3.93 (d10), 14.44 (d50), and 40.65 (d90) µm wit

Streszczenie:
Statistical design of experiments was employed to assess the effect of mechanical alloying variables and the chemical binder (sodium silicate) percentage on the crystallite size of mechanical alloyed titanium silicide powder and the microhardness of samples consolidated by chemical bonding. The results indicate that mechanical alloying the powder with higher milling time, higher milling speed and lower ball-to-powder ratio and consolidating with 20% sodium silicate gives a combination of fine crystallite size and good microhardness in the compact.

Streszczenie:
The unique characteristic of iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) such as low toxicity, high coercivity, superparamagnetic, high magnetic susceptibility and high surface-to-volume ratio have created much attention in various field especially in the oil and gas sector. However, bare IONPs are easily to oxidize in air and tends to agglomerate due to the high surface energies between the nanoparticles. Therefore, surface coating is an essential step to maintain the stability of IONPs. In this research, IONPs were synthesized using facile co-precipitation method and surface coated with Sodium Dodecyl
