Abstract A Corrosion Control Plan was developed for a Debutanizer Overhead System, which had suffered from high corrosion rates and multiple leaks resulting in interruption of unit operations. Several efforts by multidisciplinary teams had been undertaken over many years to mitigate the corrosion damage.
