An ab-initio implementation of self-interaction corrections (SIC) within local spin density (LSD) electronic structure calculations of solids is presented. Streszczenie:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun administrasi pembelajaran di SD Inpres Bokong 1 melalui penerapan supervisi akademik. Subjek penelitian adalah 11 guru SD Inpres Bokong. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik supervisi pertemuan formal, dimana adanya kesepakatan waktu antara kepala sekolah dan guru untuk dilaksanakan supervisi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan langkah yang sama yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, obesrvasi dan refleksi.
