The aim of the research was to study the mechanism of action of soil rhizobacteria <em>E. nimipressuralis </em>32-3 on the elements of mineral nutrition of soybean (сontent of N and Р<sub>2</sub>О<sub>5 </sub>in shoot, productivity of plants), qualitative and quantitative content of phytohormones in cultural liquid of this strain. Pot experiments were carried out in greenhouse during two seasons (2014 and 2015) to evaluate the influence of the strain <em>Enterobacter nimipressuralis 32-3</em> on the growth, productivity of soybean (cultivar Krepysh) and accumulation Р<sub>2</sub>О<sub>5</sub>,

Qualitative (bioassays) and quantitative (thin-layer chromatography) determination of phytohormones produced by the bacterium Enterobacter nimipressuralis 32-3 were carried out. It was established, that cultural liquid of strаin contains physiologically active substances of three classes of phytohormones: auxin, gibberellin and citokinin.

It was shown that phosphorous mobilizing bacterium E. nimipressuralis 32-3 can take roots in the rhizosphere of grapes due to the artificially acquired resistance to antibiotics. The ability to progress into the root area of plants explains the positive effect of bacteria on the productivity of grapes.

The influence of plant growth regulator Biolan on the ability of bacterium Enterobacter nimipressuralis 32-3 to synthesize phytohormones was investigated. It was revealed, that addition of Biolan in a nutrient medium had increased the quantity of indole-acetic acid (IAA) and citokinins (by 13,6 and 18 % correspondingly), and had reduced on 15 % the content of gibberellin-like substances.

The possibility of development of active phosphorous-mobilizing bacteria Enterobacter nimipressuralis 32-3 in rhizosphere of winter wheat plants (cult. Fantasiya odesskaya) was studied in green house experiments. It was shown that the number of antibiotic-resistant forms of bacteria reaches 106 in 1 g of soil and they can be a significant factor affecting crop productivity.
