One of the two notable elements of modernist politics that emerged in the West was fundamentalism, and the other was identity politics. Postmodern politics encompasses the inadequacies of modernist politics and alternative political ideas. The three elements of unleashing politics, the politics of remnants, and the politics of difference give rise to a fundamental understanding of postmodern politics. It is also necessary to divide it according to the Tamil context into differential feminist politics, Dalit feminist politics, Dalit politics, rainbow coalition or fusion politics, marginal politics, and Periyarist politics. Based on this, the postmodern politics found in the poems of modern Tamil poets such as Salma, Sukirtharani, Sivakami, Thirumagan, M.T. Muthukumarasamy, and T. Kaverinadan have been explained through this article.

This research discusses the patriotism found in Mahmoud Darwish's poetry, entitled "To My Mother", by studying semiotics at Roland Barthes. This is done to find out the declarative and suggestive significance related to the sense of patriotism in Mahmoud Darwish's poetry to my mother and the effect of poetry on the reader. The researcher used the qualitative descriptive approach with the theory of analysis to study the semiotics of Roland Barthes, which explains the meaning of patriotism through declarative significance, suggestive significance, and superstitious significance. It clarifies the linguistic declarative signification according to the actual meaning, while the suggestive gives the meaning of the poetry in depth. The metaphorical signification is an ideological process of suggestive that serves to provide justification and disclosure of the dominant values ??that apply during a certain time period. The primary data in this scientific research is Poetry To My Mother by Mahmoud Darwish and the secondary sources support books related to scientific research. From the analysis, it is known that the declarative significance is that this poetry indicates the poet's longing for his mother, and the suggestive significance of this poem is the poet's longing for his homeland. Likewise, the influence of Mahmoud Darwish's poetry on the readers made them feel nostalgic in the words about longing for the motherland far from their lives.

This paper presents the use of found poetry as a means for exploring teacher identity and argues for its broader use in educational research for studying and representing teachers’ identities and values. This project is grounded in narrative inquiry and feminist standpoint theories and presents three identity poems created with teachers working in Canadian secondary schools. The author suggests that by gaining a better understanding of how teachers understand themselves and their multiple identities in the classroom, scholars, teacher educators, and school leaders can better formulate curricular interventions, staff development programs, and policy initiatives that will work more effectively with classroom teachers to improve students’ experiences in school.

Romanticism is an important branch of the literary genre, and imagination is an important feature of it. From different historical backgrounds, Both British poets and Chinese have each profound insight into the imagination in their romantic poetry creations. Samuel Taylor Coleridge, as a pioneer of English Romantic poetry, his dream fragment Kublai Khan established an unshakable position in the poet's literary circle, while Li Bai was a well-known romantic poet in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. His representative work, Mount Skyland ascended in a Dream-A Song of Farewell, shocked the entire Chinese poetry circle as soon as it came out. This essay analyzes the poets' poetic thoughts on imagination by studying the different backgrounds of the two poets, the cultural traditions they contacted, and the philosophical thoughts they infected and meanwhile compares and analyzes the image characteristics of the two poets' representative works to explore the concrete expression of the poet's imagination in the poems. It is found that there are similarities and differences spatially and emotionally in terms of imagery. Moreover, the imagination in romantic poetry not only creates a series of illusory images and casts a phantom veil on the whole poem but also insinuates the poet's poetic thought and inner emotional appeal.

Each poet has his own language that distinguishes him from other poets, and they are multi-cultural and literary. They take care of it, as it represents the basic element of building poetry. The headmaster of the poetic dictionary of the Andalusian poet finds that the word varies with the contrast of the subject that you are dealing with. For example, spinning requires words characterized by tenderness and sweetness, while rough preaching requires a luxurious sentence and the situation with praise, and if we find that the Andalusian poet has participated in most poetry arts and recorded thin poems in Most of its doors were used to flirt with a man just as it does in a man, and they were praised, spoiled and inherited in a manner similar to that of the man (5). In researching the tutors working in alternative education centers in New Zealand, I sought ways to bring voice to their lived experiences through, initially, creating found poetry from interview transcripts. The poems helped bring their vital voices to the page. Even so, I found the emotion of tutors’ lived experiences buckled under the pressure of their compression into lines of poetry. Thus, I set the found words free to form nonlinear configurations in two and three dimensions. In the tradition of concrete poetry noted by Khlebnikov, I “loosed the shackles of syntax . . . to attach meaning to words according to their graphic and phonic characteristics.” In this article, I present concrete poetry deriving from my poetic inquiry and reflect on the value concrete poetry provides arts-based researchers.

This study aims to uncover the deepest meaning of language signs in Mahmoud Darwish's Hiya Fil Masāi Waḥīdatin poetry using Micheal Riffaterre's semiotic theory. This research uses a descriptive method with qualitative analysis. The source of this research data is the poerty Hiya Fil Masāi Waḥīdatin which consists of 34 lines. In interpreting signs in poetry, Riffaterre offers two concepts of reading. The first stage is through heuristic reading, then hermeneutic reading, followed by models, variants, matrices, as well as hypograms. The results of this study were found in heuristic readings of the meanings that are still ambiguous and heterogeneous. On the other hand, in hermeneutic reading, the model that is in the form of "sadness" is found in stanzas 1 and 2. These two stanzas represent the entire content of the poem, for the whole stanza reflects a man's sorrow for him (his country). Then the model was developed into variants namely sympathy and struggle. The matrix in this poem describes "the meaning of a homeland". The hypogram of Hiya Fil Masāi Waḥīdatin poetry is backed by two poetries, namely Yaumiyātu Jurḥ Filasṭīnī and Al-Waṭan ‘an Syain which have the meaning of suffering from alienation and longing so that a sense of struggle arises.

Poetry is a literal work representing action and thought of the poet after interacting with both inner worlds, his/her thought, and outer worlds, phenomena. This research attempted to deliver an idea about a model of multicultural study by utilising the poetry texts as the data source. The research scope was limited to religious multicultural values; (1) personal freedom, (2) sacrifice, and (3) uncontrolled sexual desire (adultery). Multicultural is one way to understand the diversity. There is a connection between the religiosity and divinity. Being religious is also about how human communicates with their creator, God. This research was a qualitative where the data were words, lines, and paragraphs in the chosen poetries. The data were subjected to analysis of Ricoeur hermeneutic approach. Husni Djamaluddin asserted that that freedom is always bonded with obligation. Sacrifice refers to the essence of kindness and greatness of all creatures. The awareness of each individual as the organic part of the society that must obey the customary law, religion law, and national law is the main key to prevent the uncontrolled lust release in the community.

The rhetorical and social paradoxes are the most current paradoxes in Kipling's poem, according to the research on paradox in the poem. The notion of each phrase to which they belong, as well as the meaning of the paradox, are used to define the interpretations of paradox. In Kipling's poem, paradox was exploited to make lines more colourful, inventive, and meaningful. These are there to bring clarity, colour, and persuasion to the novel.
