Abstract Stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) tests were performed in simulated downhole environments using corrosion-resistant alloy (CRA), double-cantilever beam specimens. Test temperatures were 93°C to 260°C (200-500°F). H2S and CO2 partial pressures of 18 bar (250 psig) and 84 bar (1200 psig) were used.
