Gustav Holst was a contributor to the genre of English opera throughout his career. His name is not usually associated with opera, and yet he composed thirteen in all; five were published, three are lost, and the remaining five exist solely in manuscript. The dissertation begins with Holst's background and influences, the most important of which were the music of Sullivan and Wagner, and the ways in which Holst's music of his early period imitated those styles. Other aspects with which Holst came into contact are discussed here; namely Sanskrit literature, the English folksong movement, and the re-discovery of the English madrigal. Each is examined separately in order to clarify how each influenced his music during the early years of the twentieth century. The earliest operas are presented in chronological order and discussed in terms of their subjects, harmonic and thematic approaches, style and form, as well as a comparison in style between the operas that were composed concurrently. The core of the work consists of the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters wherein Holst's final attempt at Wagnerian chromaticism (and his only attempt at large-scale three act opera) and its lack of success is presented. It is linked to a masterpiece of chamber opera of three years later by way of a song cycle for solo voice and piano which clearly demonstrates his new approach to the setting of text, his use of modality and the paring down of accompaniment to give emphasis to the voice. The final chapter deals with the late period of Holst's operatic writing and discusses the three comic operas. Holst's humour and its effect on choice of subject, setting of text and orchestral effects is put into the context of the post-war era.

Gustav Holst (21-9-1874 Cheltenham 25-5-1934 Londres) est anglais de naissance et de culture, bien que sa famille soit d'origine germanique et scandinave. Compositeur, chef de chœur et d'orchestre, professeur, organiste, tromboniste de band et d'orchestre, Holst domine son art. Surdoué à l'instar de Mozart, il est mal compris. Les difficultés rencontrées l'incitent à rechercher un langage musical accessible à tous. Il n'a rien négligé pour atteindre son objectif et fit même un détour par la culture sanscrite. Dans la Bhagavad-gita, il découvre la sagesse de la vie et réalise que la nouveauté est autour de lui. Les hasards de l'existence le conduiront à la Dulwich Picture Gallery où il a la révélation du message de Poussin (l'expression des passions au moyen des modes musicaux grecs). This thesis concerns itself with seven of the major Pribehy (narrative poems) written by the Czech poet Vladimir Holan between 1939 and 1955. It does not attempt a full analysis of all of the pribehy, nor does it rely on any preformed critical or theoretical apparatus. Various influences on Holan's poetry, including the importance of Russian poetry for Holan's wartime narratives, are initially investigated.The first narrative, Prvni testament, introduces the broader thematic and lexical perspectives. The analysis of Cesta mraku brings a further examination of influences and intertextuality, e.g. exploring the centrality of Milton in Holan's poetics. Suggestions for an approach to the prosody of the wartime narratives concludes this part of the thesis. An analysis of the post-war poem Navrat emphasises how Holan's mature presentation of themes such as Fate, suffering, innocence, spirituality versus corporeality, and the role of the poet begin to come into focus in the late 1940s. The account of Zuzana v lazni offers the most comprehensive exegesis in the thesis, showing how Holan combines historical sources, biblical and poetic resonances to shape Zuzana v lazni into one of the key poems in the cycle. The role of poet as prophet and outcast is further explored in analyses of three short narratives from the early 1950s. A discussion of the post-war free-verse prosody follows. The thesis concludes by showing how the poet figure metamorphoses into the poet-prophet, viewed as pari of the onward continuum of visionary poets. Holan's Pribehy are seen as meditations on poetry, the poet, and the act of engaged reading. Poetry, in Holan's view, is a unique medium through which to contemplate and grapple, through difficulty, with the enigmatic in human existence, exploiting complex potentials of imagery, myth and language.

El presente trabajo se realizó con el fin de presentar una campaña de lanzamiento para el
nuevo producto digital de BanBif, Hola Bank. El objetivo principal de esta campaña fue
posicionar a Hola Bank como el primer banco 100% digital del Perú con una personalidad
moderna, tecnológica y humana, y llegar a 50 mil usuarios activos en el primer mes de
lanzamiento. A partir del brief recibido se realizó una investigación a profundidad abarcando
la coyuntura y competencia nacional e internacional para obtener referencias. En este proceso
se usó las herramientas Social Listening, Coolhunting y encuestas. En los resultados se ve
que, debido a la cuarentena, se han masificado propuestas tecnológicas digitales en los bancos
tradicionales y nuevas plataformas fintech; lo que podría generar que la aparición de un banco
“100% digital” pase desapercibido. Sin embargo, se identificó un insight principal, el cual
consiste en que los clientes sienten que la relación con su banco es unidireccional y vertical,
a partir de cual se decidió trabajar con un apalancamiento de atributos, donde el atributo
paraguas o central es la atención 24 horas. Se propuso el recurso creativo, prosopopeya, para
presentar el rol de Hola Bank con sus consumidores de una manera más cercana, entendible
y humana.<br>This investigation is carried out in order to present a launch campaign for BanBif's new
digital product, Hola Bank. The main aim of this campaign was to position Hola Bank as the
first 100% digital bank in Peru with a modern, technological and human personality, and to
reach 50 thousand active users in the first month of launch. From the received brief, the indepth
investigation began, covering the conjuncture and national and international
competence to obtain references. Social Listening, Coolhunting and surveys tools were used
in this process. The results shows that due to quarantine, digital technological proposals have
been massified in traditional banks and new fintech platforms; what could generate the
appearance of a "100% digital" bank go unnoticed. However, was identified a main insight,
which is that the clients feel that the relationship with their bank is one-way and vertical.
From which it was decided to work with a leverage of attributes, where the central attribute
is 24-hour attention and the creative resource, prosopopeia, was proposed to present the role
of Hola Bank with its users in a closer, understandable and human way.

Busca-se hoje novas fontes, entre as quais a energia eólica, uma alternativa nova e promissora. A energia eólica está aumentando no mundo todo e o Brasil tem um enorme potencial devido a sua localização geográfica e o governo tem investido neste tipo de energia. O principal objetivo desta dissertação é estudar e desenvolver modelos de previsão de velocidade de vento, de curto prazo da velocidade do vento. Os métodos de amortecimento exponencial, em particular o método de Holt-Winters e suas variações, são apropriados para este contexto devido à sua alta adaptabilidade e robustez. Para aplicação da metodologia considerou-se o município de São João do Cariri (Estado de Paraíba), onde está localizada uma das estações de referência do projeto SONDA (Sistema Nacional de Dados Ambientais para o setor de energia). Será utilizado o método de Holt-Winters, que será comparado com os modelos: de persistência, neuro-fuzzy (ANFIS) e estatísticos.<br>After the shock of electricity rationing, due to the imbalance between supply and demand, the various sectors of the Brazilian society found a real and imminent need to diversify sources of electricity generation and its rational use. New sources are searched today, including wind power, a promising new alternative. Wind energy has been increasing worldwide and Brazil has huge potential due to its geographical location and the government has invested in this type of energy. The main objective of this thesis is to study and develop forecasting models, of short-term wind speed. The methods of exponential smoothing, in particular the method Holt-Winters and its variations, are suitable in this context because of its high adaptability and robustness. The city of São João do Cariri (State of Paraíba), where it is located one of the reference stations of project SONDA (National Environmental Data for the energy sector) was chosen in order to apply the methodology. The method that will be used is Holt-Winters, who will be compared with the models: persistence, neuro-fuzzy (ANFIS) and statistics.

<p>Holt Cemetery is a historic potter's field in New Orleans that has been in active use for several centuries. One of the few below-ground cemeteries in New Orleans, it is one of the most culturally fascinating burial places in the city. In spite of being frequently visited by families (evidenced by the unique votive material left on grave plots) and the final resting place of several historic figures, Holt is threatened by a lack of conservation so extreme that the ground surface is littered with human remains and the cemetery is left unprotected against grave robbing. Many locals have expressed concern that occult rituals take place within Holt, promoting the theft of human bones, while others have expressed concern that the skeletal material is stolen to be sold. Attempts to map and document the cemetery were originally undertaken by archaeologists working in the area who intended to create a searchable database with an interactive GIS map. Additionally, the nonprofit group Save Our Cemeteries, which works to restore New Orleans' cemeteries and educate the public about their importance, has taken part in conservation work. As of today all the projects and preservation efforts involving the cemetery have ceased. This thesis documents and analyzes the skeletal material within the cemetery alongside the votive material and attempts to explain why Holt is allowed to exist in its current state of disrepair while still remaining a place of vivid expressive culture. </p>

Heart development is a complex process which is regulated by molecular mechanisms still largely unknown. Disruptions in these processes cause congenital heart defect, that affects over 1 out of every 100 live births and is responsible for most antenatal losses. In the last few decades, several mutations have been shown to cause isolated as well as syndromic congenital heart defects and the genetic contribution to this pathology now is being recognized as important not only for the rare familial cases but also in regard to the much more complex multifactorial varieties of the disease. The work summarized in this thesis was mainly an effort to clarify the role of mutations of a particular gene, MYH6, in congenital heart disease. Recently, this gene was identified as responsible for a Mendelian variety of atrial septal defect. The other main subject of this thesis is the mutational analysis work done in order to identify a new gene, besides TBX5 and SALL4, for Holt-Cram Syndrome, a developmental disorder characterized for the coexistence of congenital heart defects with upper limb abnormalities. Four candidate genes within the most likely chromosomal interval have been screened and excluded as responsible genes.

Предмет проучавања докторске дисертације „Примена HOLSAT модела за истраживање задовољства страних туриста у градским центрима Србије“ је туристичко задовољство као средство за одређивање дестинацијског квалитета. Београд и Нови Сад су најпосећенији градски центри Србије и представљају главне тачке развоја туризма у земљи, због чега су обухваћени овим истраживањем. Основни циљ дисертације је био да се утврди стањe квалитета, могућности и перспективе развоја туризма у Београду и Новом Саду на основу задовољства страних туриста. У те осврхе је упослен HOLSAT модел. Резултати истраживања су остварили основни циљ дисертације, а HOLSAT модел је потврђен као адекватно средство за утврђивање дестинацијског квалитета што може допринети његовој широј употреби у домаћој литератури и пракси.<br>Predmet proučavanja doktorske disertacije „Primena HOLSAT modela za istraživanje zadovoljstva stranih turista u gradskim centrima Srbije“ je turističko zadovoljstvo kao sredstvo za određivanje destinacijskog kvaliteta. Beograd i Novi Sad su najposećeniji gradski centri Srbije i predstavljaju glavne tačke razvoja turizma u zemlji, zbog čega su obuhvaćeni ovim istraživanjem. Osnovni cilj disertacije je bio da se utvrdi stanje kvaliteta, mogućnosti i perspektive razvoja turizma u Beogradu i Novom Sadu na osnovu zadovoljstva stranih turista. U te osvrhe je uposlen HOLSAT model. Rezultati istraživanja su ostvarili osnovni cilj disertacije, a HOLSAT model je potvrđen kao adekvatno sredstvo za utvrđivanje destinacijskog kvaliteta što može doprineti njegovoj široj upotrebi u domaćoj literaturi i praksi.<br>The subject of the dissertation „Application of HOLSAT model for research of foreign tourists’ satisfaction in city centers of Serbia“is tourist satisfaction as a tool for assessing quality of tourist destination. Belgrade and Novi Sad are the most visited urban centers of Serbia and they are the principal stages of the tourism development in the state, because they were included in this survey. The main goal of the dissertation was to find out the quality status, opportunities and prospects of development of tourism in Belgrade and Novi Sad based on satisfaction of the tourists. For this purpose it was employed HOLSAT model. Research results achieved the main goal of the dissertation, and HOLSAT model was confirmed as an adequate tool for assessing destination quality which may contribute to its widespread use in our literature and practice.

In today's world the amount of collected data increases every day, this is a trend which is likely to continue. At the same time the potential value of the data does also increase due to the constant development and improvement of hardware and software. However, in order to gain insights, make decisions or train accurate machine learning models we want to ensure that the data we collect is of good quality. There are many definitions of data quality, in this thesis we focus on the accuracy aspect. One method which can be used to ensure accurate data is to monitor for and alert on anomalies. In this thesis we therefore suggest a method which, based on historic values, is able to detect anomalies in time series as new values arrive. The method consists of two parts, forecasting the next value in the time series using Holt-Winters method and comparing the residual to an estimated Gaussian distribution. The suggested method is evaluated in two steps. First, we evaluate the forecast accuracy for Holt-Winters method using different input sizes. In the second step we evaluate the performance of the anomaly detector when using different methods to estimate the variance of the distribution of the residuals. The results indicate that the suggested method works well most of the time for detection of point anomalies in seasonal and trending time series data. The thesis also discusses some potential next steps which are likely to further improve the performance of this method.<br>I dagens värld ökar mängden insamlade data för varje dag som går, detta är en trend som sannolikt kommer att fortsätta. Samtidigt ökar även det potentiella värdet av denna data tack vare ständig utveckling och förbättring utav både hårdvara och mjukvara. För att utnyttja de stora mängder insamlade data till att skapa insikter, ta beslut eller träna noggranna maskininlärningsmodeller vill vi försäkra oss om att vår data är av god kvalité. Det finns många definitioner utav datakvalité, i denna rapport fokuserar vi på noggrannhetsaspekten. En metod som kan användas för att säkerställa att data är av god kvalité är att övervaka inkommande data och larma när anomalier påträffas. Vi föreslår därför i denna rapport en metod som, baserat på historiska data, kan detektera anomalier i tidsserier när nya värden anländer. Den föreslagna metoden består utav två delar, dels att förutsäga nästa värde i tidsserien genom Holt-Winters metod samt att jämföra residualen med en estimerad normalfördelning. Vi utvärderar den föreslagna metoden i två steg. Först utvärderas noggrannheten av de, utav Holt-Winters metod, förutsagda punkterna för olika storlekar på indata. I det andra steget utvärderas prestandan av anomalidetektorn när olika metoder för att estimera variansen av residualernas distribution används. Resultaten indikerar att den föreslagna metoden i de flesta fall fungerar bra för detektering utav punktanomalier i tidsserier med en trend- och säsongskomponent. I rapporten diskuteras även möjliga åtgärder vilka sannolikt skulle förbättra prestandan hos den föreslagna metoden.

The aim of this study has been to compare the accuracy of prognosis tools and how well they do with regards to seasonal variation and known deviations in order to decide which method is more suitable for companies with the goal of optimizing their staffing. The study has used Systembolaget as a case to compare two methods of prognosis. Data has been retrieved from Systembolaget and includes the company's sales. The methods that have been compared are Holt-Winters method and regression analysis. This has been done by applying the methods in order to generate a forecast and then evaluating the result through MAPE. Application of these methods was done with Excel and SPSS. The study showed that, under the present circumstances, both methods on average gave equally accurate forecasts. Holt-Winter's method however, forecasted more accurately week by week, while the regression analysis projection on average yielded almost equal percentage error. The conclusion that was generated by the study was that Holt-Winter's method is preferable for companies with this type of sale if the purpose is to generate a weekly accurate forecast. On the other hand, the conclusion may vary if methods are optimized and more data is available.<br>Målet med denna undersökning har varit att jämföra noggrannheten hos prognostiseringsverktyg och hur bra dessa tar hänsyn till säsongsvariationer och kända avvikelser för att avgöra vilket verktyg som är lämpligast för företag med som vill optimera sin bemanning. Studien har använt Systembolaget som fall för att jämföra två metoder för prognostisering. Data har hämtats från Systembolaget och omfattar företagets försäljning. Metoderna som har jämförts har varit Holt-Winters metod och Regressionsanalys. Detta har utförts genom att tillämpa metoderna för att få ut en prognos och sedan utvärdera resultatet genom MAPE. Tillämpningen av dessa metoder skedde via Excel och SPSS. Studien visade att under de befintliga omständigheterna gav båda metoder i snitt lika noggranna prognoser. Holt-Winters metod prognostiserade dock noggrannare vecka för vecka, medan regressionsanalysens prognos i snitt gav nästan lika stort procentuellt fel. Slutsatsen som genererades genom studien var att Holt-Winters metod är att föredra för företag med denna typ av försäljning om syftet är att få en så noggrann prognos för varje vecka. Däremot kan slutsatsen variera om metoderna optimeras och mer data finns tillgänglig.

Partindo do pressuposto de que o ensino da língua espanhola precisa ir além da gramática e da conversação, a pesquisa busca responder às seguintes questões: quais as representações de cultura hispânica e de que modo os professores contemplam esta cultura em suas aulas? Que políticas têm orientado o ensino de língua espanhola no Brasil? Quais suas implicações para a escola e sala de aula? A busca de dados valeu-se de questionários e entrevistas, envolvendo professoras de rede estadual de Caxias do Sul/RS, bem como algumas diretoras das respectivas escolas. Houve também informações colhidas, via meio digital, entre professores chilenos que ensinam língua estrangeira em seu país. Também no Chile foram realizadas entrevistas com dois filósofos que vêm produzindo reflexões acerca da cultura hispânica. Os dados analisados permitem afirmar que, embora atualmente o ensino de língua espanhola tenha recebido maior ênfase, especialmente a partir de políticas educacionais derivadas do Mercosul, no dia-a-dia das escolas há grandes dificuldades quanto à formação de professores e quanto a recursos didáticos. While some composers at the beginning of the twentieth century drifted away
from tonal hierarchical structures, Gustav Holst and Ralph Vaughan Williams sought
ways of integrating tonal ideas with new materials. By analyzing the music of Holst
and Vaughan Williams using a technique expressly designed for the analysis of tonal
musical structure—Schenkerian Analysis—this study looks at ways in which the
composers combined old and new techniques and what that means with regards to our
understanding of their music. To do this, the current study focuses on the sacred choral
repertory because it can form a stylistic bridge between nineteenth-century tonality and
the composers’ more experimental works. This repertory also provides an opportunity
for interpreting text-music connections that help us understand the music at a deeper
level.
In order to establish groundwork for the analytical methodology, I begin the
study with background information on the composers and previous research done on
their music, after which I summarize their most pertinent stylistic features (including
their use of diatonic modes and other pitch collections, their harmonic, melodic, and
contrapuntal techniques, and their formal structures). I then discuss how an analyst can determine prolongational structure in Holst’s and Vaughan Williams’s music by
establishing the tonic or pitch-class center, establishing the context for harmonic and
melodic stability, and following predictable formal patterns. Finally, I apply the
analytical methodology in detail to Vaughan Williams’s Benedicite and Holst’s The
Hymn of Jesus, two substantial single-movement choral works that represent both the
conservative (Benedicite) and experimental (The Hymn of Jesus) sides of the composers’
style. I also compare the analyses with the texts and show how the composers
portrayed religious ideas, even at deeper levels of the prolongational structure.
The modified Schenkerian analytical techniques used in these analyses show that
even though Holst and Vaughan Williams used a number of twentieth-century
compositional techniques, their prolongational structures still follow expected patterns
and closely resemble traditional structures.

This definition removes the local governments from the context of a simple organizational-administrative problem and places them into a political context. Hence, as experience and strategies of socialist customs in our country is investigated regarding local governments, it can be observed that a serious experience is not present excepts certain limited examples. In this study, different from municipalism understanding constrained within today&rsquo<br>s neoliberal marketism and Islamist conservatism, possibilities of socialist municipalism will be discussed. In this context, &ldquo<br>socialist municipalism&rdquo<br>claim, which is trying to be actualized in Hozat Municipality, which is the study area of this thesis, will be analyzed depending on statement and application relation of the municipal administration, with observations made in the area and interviews.

Um termo de acoplamento quadri-fermiônico emerge naturalmente após usar a relação entre torção e matéria, conforme resultados obtidos previamente por Perez e Rovelli. O coeficiente desse acoplamento possui uma relação direta com o parâmetro de Barbero-Immirzi (BI), presente na ação de Holst. Investigamos soluções cosmológicas para o modelo de Friedman-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker (FLRW). Mostramos que para ocasonãomassivo,aequaçãodeestadodescreveumfluidoperfeitocom p=wρ ,com w=1. Para o caso massivo, é possível descrever uma fase inflacionária com w =−1 ou w = 1 para um Universo jovem. Estudamos também o acoplamento entre gravitação, férmions e torção com um fluido de spin (fluido de Weyssenhoff). Mostramos uma ação equivalente em termos da interação quadri-fermiônica, um termo apenas de interação entre o tensor de spin, mais um termo de interação entre férmions e o tensor de spin, todos eles em função do parâmetro (BI). O termo de interação entre o fluido de spin e a corrente fermiônica representa um novo ponto de partida para a descrição de soluções cosmológicas.<br>In this work we present the Einstein-Cartan theory by means of Holst action with Dirac fields description minimally coupled to curvature and torsion. The coupling term four-fermion emerges after using the relationship between the torsion and source of matter, previously calculated by Perez and Rovelli. The coupling constant is related to the Barbero-Immirzi (BI) parameter, which emerges from the Holst action. We investigate cosmological solutions in the standard Friedman-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) model. Whe show in the massless case that the equation of state describes a perfect fluid with p = wρ, with w = 1. For the massive case, is possible to describe an inflationary phase with w = 1 for early universe. We study also the coupling between fermions and gravitation with torsion in the presence of spin fluid (Weyssenhofffluid),andweshowtheequivalentactionwithfour-fermioninteraction,atermof self-interaction of the spin fluid and a interaction term between fermionic field and spin fluid. In all these cases, there is the dependence on BI parameter. The interaction term between the fermioniccurrentandthespintensorcanbeconsideredasanewstartingframeworkforstuding cosmological effects.

A nivel mundial, existe una tendencia progresiva por el consumo responsable con la salud
y el medio ambiente. Esto se evidencia con el crecimiento de la industria de productos orgánicos
a nivel global del 30% entre el 2015 y el 2020 y con ventas de 110 billones de dólares en el
2019. Sin embargo, en el Perú, el segmento de consumidores de frutas y verduras orgánicos
todavía presenta inconvenientes al momento de adquirir sus productos, tales como la poca
variedad, stock limitado, distancias largas y/o tráfico para llegar al punto de venta y horarios
restringidos de compra.
Ante ello, se presenta la solución “Hola Verde”, un nuevo modelo de negocios de
comercialización digital de alimentos saludables, que entrega frutas y verduras orgánicas de la
huerta del productor hacia la mesa del consumidor. Esta propuesta está compuesta de:
• Una aplicación digital para que los clientes realicen sus pedidos de forma rápida y
asesorada tal como lo brinda un “casero” o vendedor de mercado, manejando incluso
suscripciones o uso de pedidos recurrentes.
• Vínculo con una red de proveedores orgánicos de diferentes locaciones alrededor de la
ciudad permitiendo mayor variedad y stock de productos.
• Logística para la entrega a domicilio, incluyendo horarios más flexibles.
Este modelo de negocios tiene un importante impacto social ya que permite que pequeños
agricultores, que están iniciándose en la agricultura orgánica, puedan potenciar su negocio a
través de un canal de ventas más directo y con un precio justo. Finalmente, se aprovechará la
tendencia mundial, solucionando los problemas actuales en la ciudad de Lima, con opción a
escalar a la venta de otros productos orgánicos y otras ciudades.

The Swedish Transport Agency has for a long time collected data on a monthly basis for different variables that are used to make predictions, short projections as well as longer projections. They have used SAS for producing statistical models in air transport. The model with the largest value of coefficient of determination is the method that has been used for a long time. The Swedish Transport Agency felt it was time for an evaluation of their models and methods of how projections is estimated, they would also explore the possibilities to use different, completely new models for forecasting air travel. This Bachelor thesis examines how the Holt-Winters method does compare with SARIMA, error terms such as RMSE, MAPE, R2, AIC and BIC will be compared between the methods. The results which have been produced showing that there may be a risk that the Holt-Winters models adepts a bit too well in a few variables in which Holt-Winters method has been adapted. y competencia, en base a herramientas como el Benchmark, Mapa de empatía e Identificación
de Tendencias Globales. Asimismo, se utilizaron técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas de
investigación para el análisis específico del público objetivo: encuestas y entrevistas a
profundidad, además de un pre-test del concepto creativo.
La estrategia comunicacional es responder a las necesidades de la banca joven a través de un
servicio 100% digital, como ellos. De ello nace la idea “Nacimos digitales, somos como tú”.
El concepto creativo parte de la tensión encontrada en la investigación: el público objetivo
desea realizar actividades que se vinculen con su bienestar emocional; sin embargo, a pesar de
estar familiarizado con propuestas bancarias digitales, no posee conocimiento acerca de los
procesos financieros que tendrían que llevar a cabo para obtener un producto que los respalde
o impulse a lograr sus metas.
Por último, para la ejecución de la estrategia propuesta, se realizó un plan de comunicación
que consiste en tres etapas: intriga, lanzamiento y mantenimiento, los cuales se desarrollarán a
lo largo de un periodo de 2 meses. Asimismo, cada etapa cuenta con diversas acciones online
y offline que acompañan y enriquecen nuestro concepto creativo.<br>This research aims to develop an advertising strategy in order to create a launch campaign to
introduce Hola Bank as the first 100% digital bank in Peru. Therefore, we developed an
investigation related to the current context, target, category, and direct competition, based on
marketing strategies as Benchmark, Empathy Map and Coolhunting. Additionally, we
performed surveys (quantitative tool) and interviews (qualitative tool) in order to analyze the
target deeply. As well as a pre-test to validate de creative concept.
The communication strategy seeks to respond to the needs of young banking with a 100%
digital service, like them. As a result, comes the idea "We were born digital, we are like you".
The creative concept stems from the tension found in the research: the target audience wants
to accomplish activities linked to their emotional well-being. However, despite being familiar
with digital banking proposals, they are not conscious about the financial processes they would
have to follow to achieve their goals.
Finally, for the execution of the proposed strategy, we create a communication plan based on
three stages: intrigue, launch and maintenance, which will be developed over a period of 2
months. Likewise, each stage has different online and offline actions that accompany and

prestada principalmente em regi?es urbanas densas. Neste trabalho ? realizada a
predi??o de s?ries temporais em rede WCDMA - HSPA dos par?metros Rx Power,
RSCP (Received Signal Code Power), Ec/Io (Energy per chip/Interference) e taxa de
transmiss?o (throughput) na camada f?sica. A coleta dos valores dos par?metros foi
realizada numa rede em pleno funcionamento atrav?s de um drive test na cidade de
Natal ? RN, uma capital do nordeste brasileiro. Os modelos utilizados para predi??es
das s?ries temporais foram os de Alisamento Exponencial Simples, Holt, Holt-Winters
Aditivo e Holt-Winters Multiplicativo. O objetivo das predi??es das s?ries temporais ?
verificar qual modelo ir? gerar as melhores predi??es dos par?metros da rede WCDMA
- HSPA.<br>With the growing demand of data traffic in the networks of third generation
(3G), the mobile operators have attempted to focus resources on infrastructure in places
where it identifies a greater need. The channeling investments aim to maintain the
quality of service especially in dense urban areas. WCDMA - HSPA parameters Rx
Power, RSCP (Received Signal Code Power), Ec/Io (Energy per chip/Interference) and
transmission rate (throughput) at the physical layer are analyzed. In this work the
prediction of time series on HSPA network is performed. The collection of values of the
parameters was performed on a fully operational network through a drive test in Natal -
RN, a capital city of Brazil northeastern. The models used for prediction of time series
were the Simple Exponential Smoothing, Holt, Holt Winters Additive and Holt Winters
Multiplicative. The objective of the predictions of the series is to check which model
will generate the best predictions of network parameters WCDMA - HSPA.

Previous issue date: 2011<br>Resumo: O presente estudo tem por objetivo principal a apresentação de aspectos interpretativos concernentes ao preparo, pelo regente, da First Suite in Eb op. 28 No. 1 de Gustav Holst, através de um processo que inclui: contextualização histórica da obra e do compositor, análise musical e propostas interpretativas. No primeiro capítulo é apresentada a evolução das bandas militares inglesas até o início do século XX, período da composição da peça. O segundo capítulo mostra a relação do compositor com as bandas militares e como esta composição influenciou todo o repertório de Banda Sinfônica. A análise musical é o tema do terceiro capítulo, que traz a discussão sobre o termo chaconne, além de análises temática, formal, harmônica, de texturas e rítmica. No quarto capítulo são apresentadas questões interpretativas que dizem respeito a edições da partitura, ajustes e soluções para diferentes possibilidades de numerário instrumental, bem como sugestões metronômicas, questões expressivas e disposição dos naipes da banda para a interpretação da obra estudada. O presente estudo poderá também servir de modelo sugestivo ao regente de Banda Sinfônica no preparo interpretativo de obras para esta formação<br>Abstract: This study's main objective is to present interpretive aspects concerning to the preparation, by the conductor, of the First Suite in Eb op. 28 No. 1 by Gustav Holst, through a process that includes: historical background of either work and composer, musical analysis and interpretive proposals. The first chapter presents the evolution of British military bands until early twentieth century, when the piece was composed. The second chapter shows the composer's relationship with military bands and how this composition has influenced the whole Symphonic Band repertoire. Musical analysis is the theme of the third chapter, which brings up a discussion about the term chaconne, it also presents thematic, formal, harmonic, textural and rhythmic analysis. The fourth chapter presents interpretive issues concerning score editions, adjustments and solutions for different possibilities in instrumental settings, as well as metronome suggestions, expressive issues and band seating arrangements. Pont-Aven, Concarneau ou Camaret ont etabli la réputation esthétique des côtes bretonnes. Avec plus de six cents artistes recensés sur une centaine d'années, les îles sont également des terres d'élection des peintres, venus en nombre, surtout à Belle-Ile et à Bréhat, également à Ouessant. Des pionniers, peintres ou voyageurs, font de rapides escales dans les îles avant 1860-70. Des guides et récits de voyages, des romans, des peintures, en particulier les succès de salons, déclenchent la vogue des îles de la décennie 1860 a 1914. L'unique séjour de Claude Monet a Belle-Ile en 1886 établit le succès pictural de l'île ; une véritable colonie d'artistes s'établit à Bréhat ; Charles Cottet exprime le destin tragique des gens de Sein et d'Ouessant. De 1914 à la décennie 1950, les peintres affluent, l'île est plus proche ; les liaisons avec le continent deviennent plus fréquentes et moins dangereuses. Ces terres océanes exercent un attrait particulier sur des artistes de toutes tendances, leurs choix plastiques varient de la lecture littérale d'un lieu à sa perception surnaturelle. Les paysagistes sont majoritaires, un cercle plus restreint s'intéresse aux îliens et a leur vie quotidienne ; des oeuvres moins nombreuses se distancient du réel, évoluent vers l'effacement du sujet. Des artistes plutôt conformistes se regroupent à Bréhat tandis que Belle-Ile apparaît comme un moteur de la création picturale, les artistes y sont plus sensibles à l'expérimentation : démarche sérielle de Claude Monet, passage a l'abstraction de Vasarely et de Kelly. Les images véhiculées par la littérature et la peinture ne concordent pas toujours, mais tous forgent une utopie des îles bretonnes
