Streszczenie:
This paper intends to evaluate the features, peculiarities and possibilities of virtual person. A person, who constantly uses social-economic information, creates human and other features of virtual person. Individuals and companies communicating in virtual space are conceivable as virtual person. The virtual person can be more flexible, better adapted to new external environment oriented to new facilities and can better avoid menaces. The biggest difference of virtual persons from traditional individual is possibility interactively communicate with members in the market, seller and buyer. Because virtual person has no walls and, practically, everyone can access other individuals or companies without restriction, they must pay big attention to be used inside and internationally. Personalisation of relationship is quite a new but very powerful tool of the companies and implementation of particular services for every customer has a very great future. The knowledge of imperatives of virtual person let us avoid rough mistakes and better use its possibilities.

The article gives an overview of universal basic income as one of the instruments of the asset-based policy, analyses its theoretical concept and practical examples. Latest trends in Europe, especially in Finland and Switzerland, are overviewed and possibilities to implement such an instrument in Lithuania are evaluated. Research methods of scientific literature analysis, comparative and logical analysis of statistical data, data grouping and presentation were used. Article finds out that the concept of basic income is being implemented on a small scale in the US state of Alaska and in a small autonomous territory of China – Macao. Finland and Switzerland are determined to fully implement the concept of basic income by providing monthly benefits to all their citizens. Although Lithuania is categorized as a country with high income inequality and high level of poverty risk, currently it is not possible to implement the concept of basic income in Lithuania: the state social insurance fund budget would not be able to fund sufficient benefits, and the benefits that could be provided by the budget would not comply with the objectives of the concept of basic income.

With changing threats and rapid technological progress, society is facing significant changes and challenges. Ensuring that people have the skills and capabilities to meet these challenges is key. One ‘tool’ for this could be the use of virtual reality (VR). The VR research community is becoming increasingly active in the search for solutions. In this article, we have tried to summarize the concepts related to VR education and training, followed by the challenges of using VR technology and the solutions already implemented through examples from the US, France and China. We then concluded the article by outlining possible future concepts that will need to be developed to implement VR training, with a particular focus on the issues of military training.

The tendencies of the land fund change during the last years are considered. An analysis of a number of normative documents was made to highlight the main problems in modern land use. A number of problems in the sphere of land relations during the period of land reform are listed. The systematic deforestation of protective forest stands, violation of the regime of land use within the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal protective bands is observed. In the article, an acute need to implement measures for the use and protection of lands with a view to meeting the set tasks within the territories, which are subjected to significant anthropogenic load as a result of population accumulation and high intensity of land use is highlighted. The need for comprehensive measures to develop and implement technical solutions for the rationalization of land use and land protection is argued in the article. The evaluation of the distribution of agricultural enterprises by the average area of agricultural and the share of the total area of agricultural land in Ukraine, which they occupy is presented. The dynamics of changes in the areas of agricultural land and arable land in their composition, as well as pastures, hayfields, deposits, and perennial plantations is investigated.

The subject of the article also concerns consumer needs and changes in their behaviors essential to building these relationships. A critical analysis of the literature of the subject and case study were used to implement the purpose of the article. A diagnosis of solutions implemented by retailers show that the scope and form of activities conducted in the area of building relationships with customers depends on the retail format. Relationships are mainly built on the basis of physical proximity, but also by referring to key consumer needs and trends in their behaviors (mainly “health”, “comfort”, “convenience”, and “new family model”). Retailers in the creation of the food offer refer to the needs of consumers as being related not only to selecting and buying food, but also to their future purchases.

Methods and models of optimization of solutions under many criteria are considered, which are conditioned by modern tasks to improve the operation of supply chains and logistics systems. Attention is paid to their specifics in relation to the tasks of organizing transport supply support. The anomalous phenomena of "blindness" to the indicators of individual particular criteria and the phenomena of "blocking" the choice of alternatives when optimizing such systems are analyzed. Special modifications of traditional selection criteria for optimization are presented, allowing to eliminate these phenomena in order to more effectively adapt the selected best solution to the preferences of the decision-maker. The analysis of filtering possibilities of the initially specified alternatives is given so that optimization procedures can be implemented in real time. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of institutions of higher education. Streszczenie:
The problem of international migration is that global cooperation is somewhat rare. If international cooperation is to develop, then it will depend on states; but effective cooperation would also impose real constraints on states. Moreover, as states and their borders give meaning to international migration, it follows that the development, consolidation, and transformation of the state system is a key factor determining the possibilities for the global and regional governance of migration to develop. Existing forms of regional integration and their migration provisions as well as regional consultation processes (RCPs) can serve as a mechanism for intraregional communication, the sharing of knowledge, and for the dissemination of policy ideas and practices. The EU has already been discussed as the world’s most highly developed form of regional integration. It is the only international organization with the power and capacity to make and implement laws through its own institutional system that must be implemented by member states. The EU moreover has a highly developed system of internal free movement for nationals of its own states and has developed a border-free travel area for participating states. These developments constitute the hallmark of a highly developed intra-EU migration framework linked to the creation of the “single market.”

Streszczenie:
Self-described populist leaders around the world are dismantling their nation’s constitutions. This has led to a widespread view that populism as such is inconsistent with constitutionalism. We disagree. Some forms of populism are inconsistent with constitutionalism, others aren’t. Context and detail matter. We begin with a thin definition of constitutionalism that people from the progressive left to the conservative right should be able to agree on even if they would supplement the thin definition with other more partisan ideas. We follow with a similarly thin definition of populism. Comparing the two, we argue that one facet of populism—its suspicion of institutions that are strongly entrenched against change by political majorities—is sometimes inconsistent with constitutionalism thinly understood. We then provide a series of case studies, some organized by nation, others by topic, to identify more precisely when and how populist programs are inconsistent with constitutionalism—and, importantly, when and how they are not. The book concludes with a discussion of the possibilities for a deeper and, we insist, populist democracy. After examining some recent challenges to the idea that democracy is a good form of government, we explore some possibilities for new, albeit revisable institutions that can determine and implement a majority’s views without always threatening constitutionalism.

In this chapter, the theoretical background for the theory of PDM is presented. PDM is based on the simple insight that if all possible Prosodically Defective Morpheme representations and their potential effects on the phonological structure are taken into account, instances of length-manipulating non-concatenative morphology and length-manipulating morpheme-specific phonology are predicted. The chapter presents the concrete theoretical background assumptions for the proposed theory of PDM: It is an optimality-theoretic system based on containment for phonological primitives and association lines. New theoretical assumptions are made about the linearization of morphemes that in particular implement a severe restriction on the ordering possibilities of morphemic prosodic nodes. This theory correctly predicts that MLM operations can only affect a restricted set of base positions. As an independent argument for containment theory, the issue of opacity problems in the domain of MLM and the solution containment offers are discussed.

Streszczenie:
The work Discursive memory on gender violence in the voice of women with disabilities originated from the Master of Arts in Literature research developed by Flávia Pieretti Cardoso, under the guidance of professors Maria Leda Pinto and Léia Teixeira Lacerda, at the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul. In her role as an interpreter of Brazilian Sign Language at the Casa da Mulher Brasileira and her experience with women from the Association of Women with Disabilities of Mato Grosso do Sul, Flávia was concerned about the invisibility and lack of accessible data and information in the area of gender and disability. The concern resulted in this book, which analyses the speeches of women with disabilities living in Campo Grande / MS, from the theme of gender violence in order to seek possibilities to implement actions to face this type of violence. The theoretical path is based on qualitative research and the corpus analysis grounded on French Discourse Analysis (FDA) studies, as well as on scholars from the Bakhtin Circle, on the analysis of texts of oral communication and the gender and violence area. The analyses presented will enable the reader to conclude that girls and women with disabilities are subject to double exclusion and vulnerability – for having a disability and for being women – by the sexist and capacitist speeches of “power” and “truth”. Therefore, it is a matter of urgency that the Brazilian authorities of power implement effective public programs and policies aimed at the specificities of those subjects.

Streszczenie:
World cities are a product of the globalization of economic activity that has characterized post-World War II capitalism, and exhibit characteristics previously found in primate cities but with influence extending far beyond the range of the metropolitan state. They are the culmination of postwar urbanization mechanisms coupled with the rise of transnational corporations that have served to concentrate unprecedented population and economic power/potential. The potential for both human development advantage and disadvantage is historically unprecedented in these new and highly interconnected urban amalgams. In general, human settlement systems are usually understood to include the systemic (regularized) ways in which settlements (hamlets, villages, towns, cities) are linked with one another by trade and other kinds of human interaction. Geographers, historians, and economists have developed models of urban structure and patterning incorporating population location/movement and the location of economic activity to be able to rationally explain and predict urban growth and allocate resources so as to implement equitable distributions. The resulting models served to illustrate the importance of the interactions between specific geographic location, population concentrations, and economic activity. But given the development of world cities, there is the relationship between the size of settlements and political power in intergroup relations to consider. The spatial aspect of population density is, after all, one of the most fundamental variables for understanding the constraints and possibilities of human social organization.

This book presents the results of pedagogical practices developed with children on gender relations topic. It aims to dialogue with professionals of early childhood education and early years of elementary school. It was created based on the need to produce educational resources able to encourage teachers and students on the development of this approach at school. The text is structured in 4 sessions. Section 1, “Gender relations at school”, presents the research paths, exposing theoretical and methodological reflections that may support the work of the educator. In section 2, “Childhood studies and their contributions to gender relations”, the contributions of childhood scholars to the analysis of data, its trajectory and ruptures are presented. This section also registers some needs to review teacher training – both in the initial and in the continued phase – choosing the curriculum to implement a critical and reflective pedagogical practice. Section 3, “Record of gender relations in a 2nd year of Elementary School class”, exposes the record of the children's narratives, their drawings and photos elaborated during the production of the data. To conclude, in section 4, “Pedagogical mediation project: pedagogical practices for the education of gender relations with children”, we highlight the moment when the literary text was presented and the proposed activities as possibilities for the debate on gender relations in the school space.

Historical brass instruments that are played regularly face a number of risks to their preservation in the long run. Apart from mechanical damage caused by intensive handling and normal wear and tear, one of the major threats is the interior humidity accumulated through and during playing. As far as brass instruments are concerned, no investigations have yet been undertaken to measure the amount of humidity accumulated during playing and its damage potential. With the aid of climate measurements and complementary tests, the effective corrosive impact of regular playing on the interior surfaces of brass instruments was assessed over a period of several months. Based on the insights gained there, potential preventive conservation strategies were evaluated, and maintenance measures suggested that musicians could implement in situ and with ease.

AbstractEarly childhood education aims to support children to develop cognitive, social, and motor skills, alongside values and ethics central to sustainability. From a Nordic perspective, this chapter reflects on how global citizenship education in preschool can illuminate possibilities and barriers to developing a whole school approach to sustainability. A review of Nordic policy and research identified four perspectives rooted in the global citizenship tradition that can support a whole school approach to sustainability: The greening of the whole preschool; The whole child’s learning; Wholeness in preschool teaching; and Thematic approach as a perspective on a whole preschool. We propose that efforts to implement a whole school approach to sustainability could be aligned with these perspectives. Nonetheless, Nordic preschools currently lack robust engagement with society—a perspective that requires further cultivation. To advance, empirical studies are needed to explore how a whole school approach to sustainability can be developed and implemented within preschool education.

AbstractGiven a specification as a Boolean relation between inputs and outputs, Boolean functional synthesis generates a function, called a Skolem function, for each output in terms of the inputs such that the specification is satisfied. In general, there may be many possibilities for Skolem functions satisfying the same specification, and criteria to pick one or the other may vary from specification to specification. In this paper, we develop a technique to represent the space of Skolem functions in a criteria-agnostic form that makes it possible to subsequently extract Skolem functions for different criteria. Our focus is on identifying such a form and on developing a compilation algorithm for this form. Our approach is based on a novel counter-example guided strategy for existentially quantifying a subset of variables from a specification in negation normal form. We implement this technique and compare our performance with those of other knowledge compilation approaches for Boolean functional synthesis, and show promising results.

Abstract Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive neuromodulation technique that stimulates the brain using an induced electric field generated by a stimulation coil and pulsed current. The precision of this stimulation largely determines its effectiveness. This paper proposes an intelligent waveform optimization method that utilizes intelligent algorithms combined with real brain structures to optimize stimulation waveforms, innovatively improving stimulation accuracy from the temporal scale while also guiding the construction of TMS circuits. First, a selectivity index is established based on brain structure and neuron morphology. Then, particle swarm optimization is employed to identify waveform parameters that optimize the selectivity index, followed by the construction of an experimental platform to implement the optimized waveforms. The optimized waveforms significantly improve stimulation selectivity, i.e., precision, and the use of intelligent algorithms offers new possibilities for developing personalized treatment plans. Additionally, the insights gained from the waveform effects during the optimization process lay the groundwork for further waveform and circuit optimization.

AbstractGovernance, innovation and spatial planning are recognised as dimensions of the territorial development process in the European Regional Policy. This paper explores the joint possibilities of Community-led Local Development (CLLD), as an approach that encourages the participation of local actors in sustainable urban development, and the EU Urban Agenda, as a strategic spatial planning instrument, applied in the cross-border area of the Eurocity of Guadiana. It draws on existing literature and the empirical development of the INTERREG EuroGuadiana 2020 project to define the objectives of the process and the key components of the territorial governance scheme. It shows that the urban governance formula for cross-border cities, based on the combination of European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC), CLLD and Urban Agenda, represents an opportunity both to strengthen the organisational capacities of partnerships and to implement inclusive and participatory action plans. It is concluded that the Eurocity of Guadiana must overcome limiting factors such as community resistance to change, as well as the paradox of planning across borders and the demands of cross-border governance.

The main goal of the chapter is to discuss implementation of the structural gamification in LMS. The overview of pedagogical approaches, theories, models, and systems connected to the serious games and in particular for gamification is presented. The possibilities for using the game elements and techniques in е-learning (incl. possible realization with the standard elements of a non-gamified LMS) are presented. A four-stage cyclical gamified learning model is proposed. For the four categories of learners from the Bartle's classification, the appropriate game elements are determined. Two plugins for the application of structural gamification in Moodle have been designed and developed, which integrates game elements and techniques in the process of e-learning. The first plugin changes the design of the course into a game view. The second plugin allows adding specific game elements, which do not exist in Moodle. Different experiments of structural gamification have been done and presented.

Learning theories lay at the core of every educational paradigm; especially applicable to MOOCs are the ones that originate in constructivism. Connectivism is a de facto learning theory that is framing the growing enthusiasm surrounding the design and the worldwide dissemination of MOOCs. This chapter shows how connectivism has become the digital age's natural successor to the stream of learning theories that preceded it, despite its questionable ability to fulfill the totality of pre-digital requirements drafted for learning theories. As a disruptive phenomenon, several obstacles to materializing the promise of inclusiveness and equality in access to learning that is signified by MOOCs remain, including learner autonomy, presence (cognitive, social and teacher's) and critical literacies, as well as recognition, validation and accreditation. Finally, fostering the widespread development of the set of educators' skills essential to fully implement connectivism is needed in order to fully reap the potential benefits of MOOCs.

Pesticides are traditionally used in agricultural production to protect crops against pests and diseases. However, there is growing public concern about the negative impacts of pesticides on human health and the environment. Therefore, one of the policy documents of the European Green Deal, which plays an important role in long-term agricultural development and environment-friendly management, is the Farm to Fork Strategy, which requires reducing pesticide use by 50% in the European Union (EU) by 2030. Therefore, the present research aims to examine trends in pesticide use in EU Member States (MS) to identify the potential impact of the target set by the Farm to Fork Strategy, i.e. to reduce pesticide use by 50%, on crop output value. The research applied the monographic method, statistical data analysis and scenario development methods. The research found that in 2021, according to Eurostat, the sales of pesticides in the EU totalled 356.5 thou. tonnes, with Spain, France, Italy and Germany accounting for 69% of the total. In 2016-2021, the intensity of pesticide use per ha UAA varied from 0.6 kg in Ireland and Sweden to almost 6 kg in the Netherlands. Similar differences in pesticide sales per ha arable land and crop output value were observed in EU MS. The research designed scenarios for identifying the potential impact of a 50% reduction in pesticide use on crop output value, and it was found that this would probably lead to a significant decrease in crop output value by 47-55% compared with 2021, depending on the scenario implemented, and the farmers will need to repl

Streszczenie:
In connection with the development of 3D printing and expanding the possibilities of implementing 3D printing outputs in technology and industry, there is a growing need to know the properties of printed products during their mechanical stress depending on their internal structure, temperature, static and cyclic mechanical stress. The subject of the contribution is the development and construction of precise testing equipment for 3D printing products, such as plastics as well as metallic and non-metallic samples up to the level of force acting on samples with a maximum value of 5 kN. The test device is designed as a bench-top laboratory device, consisting of a linear carriage guide for fixing the sample, a helix driven through a planetary gearbox by a hybrid stepper motor with a rotary encoder. The transmission ratio of the gearbox is 1:50, the resolution of the rotary encoder is adjustable up to a value of 50000 steps per one revolution of the motor. The carriages for fixing the sample are printed by 3D printing from a material with the addition of carbon fibers. The device includes a dynamometer with a range of ± 5 kN for accurate measurement of the forces acting on the samples. The device is primarily intended for tensile stressing of samples in a limited range, which is determined by the type and method of holding the sample. It is also possible to implement pressure stressing. Control of the test equipment is realized using a 32-bit microcontroller of the ARM Cortex class of the STM32L476 type series. Control has two basic modes: manual and program controlled. In manual mode, it is possible to control the displacement speed continuously or in steps in both directions by means of the rotary encoder, buttons and display for setting and fixing the tested sample. In the program mode, it is possible to control the test device via the USB interface from the host computer. In addition to controlling the stepper motor, the device also includes an external 24-bit ADC converter for the dynamometer, an interface for connecting 1-wire thermometers, sensing the status of safety limit switches and, in the future, also controlling the temperature chamber. Test procedures and material tests can be programmed and interactively managed using the Python language in the Jupyter-Lab environment, thus automating the implementation of test procedures. The test outputs are data in files and also in generated graphs in the Jupyter environment. Elementary basic calculations related to test procedures are also performed in the Jupyter environment, such as calculation of energy by area integration, Young's modulus, etc. The testing device enables tensile tests to be carried out according to the EN ISO 52 standard.

The current paper is aimed at investigating the possibilities of the university curriculum for student organizational learning. The authors have analysed scholarly literature for the purpose of investigating the concepts of the formal and hidden curriculum. The paper also contains deep insights into learning objectives and outcomes as well as the study process and study model for developing organizational learning skills. With reference to the formal and hidden curriculum analysis method, the article discusses Top 10 Bachelor’s degree Business and Management programmes (QS World University Rankings) offered at universities in Europe. According to the specified parameters, the possibilities of developing organizational learning skills are explored. The carried out analysis and the interpretation of the obtained data reveal that the formal curricula designed by universities still pay insufficient attention to the development of organizational learning skills that should be treated as horizontal skills required for work at contemporary organizations. The paper also notes that all examined universities have fairly good opportunities to implement the hidden curriculum of organizational learning. The opportunities should increase if the formal and hidden curriculum emphasizing the development of organizational learning should be integrated.

Currently, in Latvia, the improvement of the education process at the political and practical levels is based on the approach of the school as a learning organization, without critically analysing the advantages and disadvantages of the approach. Therefore, the aim of this theoretical study is to evaluate a different theoretical approach - the school as a learning organization and a learning culture to explore the practices taking place at school and to influence them by implementing changes in education. The analysis of the theoretical sources, documents and studies carried out in the research allows to conclude that the approach of the school as a learning organization, although it is widely used, does not sufficiently explain the processes taking place at school, ignoring the interaction of various structures and agents and the power given to them. Educational research is increasingly recognizing the pervasive influence of culture on teaching and learning. From a cultural perspective, changes in education and practices at schools is a complex and not always feasible process, as it is associated with tensions and conflicts. Using the theory of learning culture, it is possible to understand why students learn or do not engage in the learning process, why teachers change or do not change their practices, and how management can influence developments at a particular school. The study demonstrates the possibilities of the theoretical approaches of both sides to find out and improve the teaching and learning implemented at schools on the way to the knowledge society.

This aim of the paper is based on a theoretical analysis of possibilities of reducing fuel consumption, emissions and noise during aircraft take-off, taxi and turn-over procedure. In the very beginning, author defines the basic terms of airport infrastructure and defines types of taxiways based on their constructional solution and physical characteristic. Taxiways are not given to the aircrafts as efficient as possible on many airports. To point out the possibility of reducing fuel consumption and emissions production from different taxiway route, author decided to analyse taxiway and runway infrastructure of Vienna-Schwechat Airport (IATA: VIE) and made runway analysis of Airbus A320-200. Another option how to reduce mentioned attributes and increase the quality of environment is single engine taxi (SET) procedure. Author analysed advantages and disadvantages of SET and established possible communication between aircraft crew and air traffic control officer. Push-back tractors produce not negligible amount of pollutants too. The solution is to operate zero emission push-back tractors powered by electric engine or implement innovative system WheelTug into the nose landing gear. These solutions bring many advantages for surrounding environment and reduce airport noise too. Last not but least, author describes advantages and possibilities of use of Fixed Electrical Ground Power instead of APU or GPU during turn-over procedure

Streszczenie:
Abstract The benefits of geosteering for accurate wellbore placement in reservoirs are well documented, with an emphasis on comprehensive reservoir mapping capabilities and related well path adjustments. Similarly, drilling-related processes such as well re-design, proximity scanning, and downlinking are important. The integration of geosteering and drilling processes adds complexity and challenges to designing automated wellbore placement systems. Automated systems need to contain sufficiently robust technologies and algorithms to avoid unintended and frequent exceptions. Equally, the human element must be considered to design an automated system with a great user experience. To gain user acceptance, an automated system must have the characteristics of predictability, transparency, adaptability, and automation levels that are validated prior to utilization. Without this, the result will be wellbore misplacement by engineers who blindly trust immature automated systems. This paper provides an overview of processes and tasks within a comprehensive wellbore placement system, including the directional drilling and geosteering services as used by stakeholders who own well placement execution. We will provide an overview of the potential of automation and pitfalls to be avoided. The experience of many expert engineers from complementary disciplines has been used to develop a comprehensive concept as a framework to implement an automated wellbore placement system. The paper also provides an analogy to the automotive industry which has developed reliable and robust systems for navigation, lane and speed control over the last few decades. The comparison highlights a fundamental difference to the petroleum industry of having multiple stakeholders involved in the process of wellbore placement. Consequently, communication between all the stakeholders during operations, notably proposals and approvals, must be designed into the system from the beginning. Automation concepts to achieve great user experience are demonstrated on components of a wellbore placement process, including the illustration of lessons learned from recent development initiatives. Based on the demonstration, we conclude that an iterative development process is essential to ensure acceptance by the user community.

African countries are currently considering provisions in the AfCFTA and at the WTO to liberalise digital trade. As they face mounting fiscal pressures, it is imperative that they beware the implications of digital trade provisions for their ability to tax their digital economy. In this paper, we develop a comprehensive framework for analysing the impact of trade rules on tax regimes in the digital economy, with a focus on Kenya, Rwanda, and South Africa. We explore how trade rules ostensibly shape tax policies and their implications for revenue generation. By examining rules regulating trade in services and the imposition of customs duties on electronic transmissions, we identify how these rules may directly impact tax policies and limit revenue generation possibilities. Moreover, digital trade rules, such as those related to data flows, localisation, and source code sharing, have the capacity to produce both indirect and administrative effects on tax measures. These rules can alter tax structures, taxation rights, data collection, and the capacity to monitor and implement tax measures. Our findings shed light on the complex interplay between trade rules and tax measures, highlighting potential challenges and opportunities for revenue generation from the digital economy in African countries.

Swift changes in society, related to sciences technicians’ development, technologies, by the increase of general volume of information, pull out new requirements for maintenance, structure, and quality of education. It requires teachers to diversify a tool in the direction of the increase in possibilities of the use of mobile technologies and computer systems. Lately in the world, more attention spared to the use of mobile learning, which in obedience to «Recommendations of UNESCO on the questions of a policy in the area of mobile learning» foresees the use of mobile technology, both separate and together with other by informational computer technologies. [1]. Mobile learning allows using the open informational systems, global educational networks, unique digital resources which belong to different educational establishments and co-operate with each other. The use of existent educational resources and creation of own, based on the academic resources from informative space, allows to promote the interest of students to the study of physics, to take into account the individual features, and also features of region and framework of society of the country. During the last years in Ukraine competency-based approach to the organization of studies certainly one of basic. The new Education Act addresses the key competencies that every modern person needs for a successful life, including mathematical competence; competence in natural sciences, engineering, and technology; innovation; information and communication competence [2]. This further emphasizes the importance of providing students with quality physical education and the problems associated with it. Using mobile technology in professional teaching work, the teacher has the opportunity to implement the basic principles of the competence approach in teaching physics. An analysis of the data provided in the official reports of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment showed that the number of students making an external independent assessment in physics and choosing a future profession related to physics has decreased significantly. This is due to the loss of students' interest in physics and the complexity of the content of the subject, as well as the increase in the amount of information that students need to absorb. In this article, we explore the possibilities of mobile technology as a means of teaching physics students and give our own experience of using mobile technology in the process of teaching physics (for example, the optics section in primary school).

In the new socio-economic conditions in the education system, forms of organization of tourist and local history activities are developing, which are based on traditions, experience of extracurricular and extracurricular work, taking into account the changes that have occurred in the country. Life requires that the tasks facing educational institutions are resolved quickly and have not just any solution, but one that optimizes the pedagogical process. At the same time, these requirements come into conflict with the state of the education system, the limited ability of most parents to create conditions for the full development of the child. The tasks facing the education system can be implemented in tourism and local history activities. The main task is to create the necessary conditions for the comprehensive development of the child’s personality, his social adaptation in the process of participation in various types of tourist and local history activities. However, the school teacher is not ready to organize and conduct tourist and local history activities at school, as he is not professionally prepared for this activity. Questions of the organization, forms and methods of teacher training for the organization of tourist and local history activities are practically not reflected in the educational and methodological literature. There are no scientific studies that would allow us to effectively solve the pedagogical tasks of preparing the organizers of tourist and local history activities in the school.

This article demonstrates that mathematics in the system of higher education has outgrown the status of the general education subject and should become an integral part of the professional training of future bachelors, including economists, on the basis of intersubject connection with special subjects. Such aspects as the importance of improving the scientific and methodological support of mathematical training of students by means of digital technologies are revealed. It is specified that in order to implement the task of qualified training of students learning econometrics and economic and mathematical modeling, it is necessary to use digital technologies in two directions: for the organization of electronic educational space and in the process of solving applied problems at the junction of the branches of economics and mathematics. The advantages of using e-learning courses in the educational process are presented (such as providing individualization of the educational process in accordance with the needs, characteristics and capabilities of students; improving the quality and efficiency of the educational process; ensuring systematic monitoring of the educational quality). The unified structures of “Econometrics”, “Economic and mathematical modeling” based on the Moodle platform are the following ones. The article presents the results of the pedagogical experiment on the attitude of students to the use of e-learning course (ELC) in the educational process of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University and Alfred Nobel University (Dnipro city). We found that the following metrics need improvement: availability of time-appropriate mathematical materials; individual approach in training; students’ self-expression and the development of their creativity in the e-learning process. The following opportunities are brought to light the possibilities of digital technologies for the construction and research of econometric models (based on the problem of dependence of the level of the Ukrainian population employment). Various stages of building and testing of the econometric model are characterized: identification of variables, specification of the model, parameterization and verification of the statistical significance of the obtained results.
