Data dari 9 Desa/ Kelurahan yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bangko Jaya Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Desa Pematang Ibul merupakan salah satu desa dengan jumlah peserta KB aktif terbanyak yaitu 1.245 orang, tetapi dalam 3 tahun terakhir tidak satupun akseptor KB yang menggunakan IUD (0%). A 27-year-old woman of African descent presented with missing strings of a copper IUD that was inserted 2 weeks ago. Ultrasonography (USG) showed device outside the uterus.
