Thermogravimetry does not give specific information on residual organic solvents in polymeric matrices unless it is hyphenated with the so-called evolved gas analysis. The purpose of this study was to apply, for the first time, derivative thermogravimetry (DTG) to characterize a residual solvent and a drug in poly-d,l-lactide-co-glycolide (PLGA) microspheres. Ethyl formate, an ICH class 3 solvent, was used to encapsulate progesterone into microspheres. DTG provided a distinct peak, displaying the onset and end temperatures at which ethyl formate started to evolve from to where it completely escaped out of the microspheres. DTG also gave the area and height of the solvent peak, as well as the temperature of the highest mass change rate of the microspheres. These derivative parameters allowed for the measurement of the amount of residual ethyl formate in the microspheres. Interestingly, progesterone affected not only the residual solvent amount but also these derivative parameters. Another intriguing finding was that there was a linear relationship between progesterone content and the peak height of ethyl formate. The residual solvent data calculated by DTG were quite comparable to those measured by gas chromatography. In summary, DTG could be an efficient and practical quality control tool to evaluate residual solvents and drugs in various polymeric matrices.

Background: Fumigants are approved in many countries and used to treat food, feed, and seed. The amount of residue that remains in fumigated materials is measured and reported. Objective: The optimization and validation of a high-sensitivity headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (HS-SPME-GCMS) method for determination of eight fumigant residues—phosphine, methyl bromide, cyanogen, sulfuryl fluoride, ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, ethyl bromide and ethyl formate—in a range of food matrices were developed. The food matrices included grain, oilseed, dried fruit, and nut. Methods: The new method was used to determine residue levels from a fumigant complex in food matrices by monitoring the change of the absorption of spiked standards and desorption of fumigant from fumigated samples. Results: Based on the observation, the process of physical sorption and chemisorption was defined. The equilibrium time of the sample analysis was chosen at 5 hours. The LODs of the fumigants were in the range of 0.03 to 1.99 ng/g. Response to a range of diluted authentic standards gave significant linear regressions (r2 > 0.9983), and the RSDs were ≤8.7% at the 3 ng/g level of aged spiking standard, except for sulfuryl fluoride, for which the LOD was 1.99 ng/g and the RSD value was 39.7% (6.64 ng/g). Conclusions: The performance of the HS-SPME-GCMS method was more sensitive than the use of a gas syringe, except for sulfuryl fluoride. Highlights: An innovative multifumigant residue detection method based on HS-SPME sampling technology with gas chromatograph-mass selective detection (GC-MSD) analysis was established, including phosphine, methyl bromide, cyanogen, sulfuryl fluoride, ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, ethyl bromide, and ethyl formate; The first report of a sorption study of the process of physical sorption and chemisorption of residual fumigant in fruit and food matrices by an HS-SPME-GCMS method; Consider the effect of time on fumigant behavior in dried fruit, grain, and nut; The LODs of the fumigants were in the range of 0.03 to 1.99 ng/g.

Según el Diccionario de la Real Academia, los protocolos notariales consisten en una “serie ordenada de escrituras matrices y otros documentos que un notario o escribano autoriza y custodia con ciertas formalidades”. Objetivo: O lanamento do game Pokemon GO gerou um frenesi nunca antes visto no Brasil em relao a um jogo de videogame e revelou ao pas a existncia de um pblico aficionado por cultura pop e tecnologia, os chamados nerds. A tomada das cidades pelos caadores de monstrinhos virtuais teve uma enorme repercusso na grande mdia e levou diferentes pblicos a se posicionarem a respeito. Assumindo o consumo como prtica identitria, o presente trabalho teve o objetivo de analisar a constituio identitria dos usurios brasileiros do Pokemon GO por meio dos discursos que se estabeleceram a partir do anncio do lanamento do jogo no pas. Mtodo: Adotamos a Anlise de Discurso Foucaultiana (ADF), que evidencia como certos discursos revelam regularidades. O corpus de pesquisa foi formado por matrias veiculadas durante vinte meses, a partir do anncio do produto. Relevncia: O pblico nerd tem ganho importncia social e econmica, tanto pela relevncia da cultura pop no mundo contemporneo, quanto pelo crescimento da indstria do entretenimento. Resultados: Identificamos duas formaes discursivas relacionadas ao consumo do Pokemon GO no Brasil: uma referente busca de legitimidade da identidade nerd e outra ao estigma a essa imputado. Contribuio metodolgica: A pesquisa apresenta uma operacionalizao sistematizada do mtodo foucaultiano. Contribuio terica: Os achados levam ao entendimento do consumo nerd como uma arena de poltica da identidade. Contribuio social: O estudo pe em evidncia uma identidade social que, a despeito de seu relevo econmico, ainda se caracteriza como minoritria.

Our new contributions are: (i) a new algorithm for the singular value decomposition (SVD) decomposition of finite-rank infinite Hankel matrices based on their representation in terms of weighted automata, (ii) a new canonical form for weighted automata arising from the SVD of its corresponding Hankelmatrix, and (iii) an algorithmto construct approximateminimizations of given weighted automata by truncating the canonical form.We give bounds on the quality of our approximation.

Summary In this paper the author constructs several properties for double series and its convergence. The notions of convergence of double sequence have already been introduced in our previous paper [18]. In section 1 we introduce double series and their convergence. Then we show the relationship between Pringsheim-type convergence and iterated convergence. In section 2 we study double series having non-negative terms. As a result, we have equality of three type sums of non-negative double sequence. In section 3 we show that if a non-negative sequence is summable, then the sequence of rearrangement of terms is summable and it has the same sums. In the last section two basic relations between double sequences and matrices are introduced.

Background and Objectives: The use of synthetic cannabinoids has increased around the world. As a result, the implementation of accurate analysis in human biological matrices is relevant and fundamental. Two different analytical technologies, ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS) and high-sensitivity gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were used for the determination of three synthetic cannabinoids JWH-122, JWH 210, UR-144 and their metabolites in urine of consumers. Materials and Methods: Sample preparation included an initial hydrolysis with β-glucuronidase and liquid-liquid extraction. The UHPLC-HRMS method included a Kinetex 2.6 u Biphenyl 100A (100 × 2.1 mm, 2.6 μm) (Phenomenex, Italy) column with a gradient mobile phase consisting of mobile phase A (ammonium formate 2mM in water, 0.1% formic acid) and mobile phase B (ammonium formate 2mM in methanol/acetonitrile 50:50 (v/v), 0.1% formic acid) and a full-scan data-dependent MS2 (ddMS2) mode was used (mass range 100–1000 m/z). The GC-MS method employed an ultra-Inert Intuvo GC column (HP-5MS UI, 30 m × 250 µm i.d, film thickness 0.25 µm; Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) and electron-impact (EI) mass spectra were recorded in total ion monitoring mode (scan range 40–550 m/z). Results: Both methods have been successfully used for screening of parent synthetic cannabinoids and their metabolites in urine samples of consumers. Conclusions: The screening method applied JWH-122, JWH-210, UR-144 and their metabolites in urine of consumers can be applied to other compounds of the JWH family.

Background/Aim. Analysis of organophosphosphorus compounds and their metabolites in a biological material includes the use of numerous methods, covering both preparation of samples for analysis and their identification that is considered to be very complex. Low concentrations monitoring requires implementation of highly sensitive analytical techniques. The aim of this study was to develop and validate an original and sensitive method for the detection and quantitation of organophosphorus pesticides (dimethoate, diazinon, malathion and malaoxon) in human biological matrices (serum, urine). Methods. This method was based on a solid-phase extraction procedure, a chromatographic separation using an ACQUITY UPLC ? HSST3 column and mass spectrometric detection in the positve ion mode. Mobile phase: was consited of Solvent A (5 mM ammonium formate pH 3.0) and Solvent B (0.1% acetic formate in methanol), in a linear gradient (constant flow-rate 0.3 mL/min). Results. The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.05-5.00 mg/L for malathion and malaoxon, 0.10-5.00 mg/L for dimethoate and 0.05-2.50 mg/L for diazinon. The correlation coefficient was r ? 0.99. Extraction recoveries were satisfactory and ranged between 90-99%. The limits of detection (LOD) was between 0.007- 0.07 mg/L and the limits of quantitation (LOQ) ranged between 0.022-0.085 mg/L. Intra- and interassay precision and accuracy were satisfactory for all of the pesticides analyzed. Conclusion. The method of liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry is simple, accurate, and useful for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in both clinical and forensic toxicology.

A method for the simultaneous determination of seven B-group vitamers including thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinamide, niacin, pyridoxine, pyridoxal, and pyridoxamine in nutritional products by using enzymatic digestion followed by LC-MS/MS quantification was studied. The LC-MS/MS conditions such as MS transitions, mobile phase programs, and ammonium formate buffer concentrations, and sample treatment procedures (e.g., concentrations of buffer solution, digestion temperature, and digestion time) were investigated. The analytical method performance was evaluated by multiple criteria such as selectivity, linearity, detection and quantification limits, repeatability, reproducibility, and recovery by using real sample matrices. The validated method was successfully applied to analyze vitamin B concentrations in different nutritional products like ultra-heat-treated milk, powdered milk, and nutritional powder. Vitamin B concentrations varied over a wide range from lower than detection limits to about 9000 µg/100 g, depending on vitamin groups, compound forms, and sample types. The measured concentrations of B-group vitamins in our samples were generally in good agreement with values of label claims.

The use of the new psychoactive substances is continuously growing and the implementation of accurate and sensible analysis in biological matrices of users is relevant and fundamental for clinical and forensic purposes. Two different analytical technologies, high-sensitivity gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS) were used for a screening analysis of classic drugs and new psychoactive substances and their metabolites in urine of formed heroin addicts under methadone maintenance therapy. Sample preparation involved a liquid-liquid extraction. The UHPLC-HRMS method included Accucore™ phenyl Hexyl (100 × 2.1 mm, 2.6 μm, Thermo, USA) column with a gradient mobile phase consisting of mobile phase A (ammonium formate 2 mM in water, 0.1% formic acid) and mobile phase B (ammonium formate 2 mM in methanol/acetonitrile 50:50 (v/v), 0.1% formic acid) and a full-scan data-dependent MS2 (ddMS2) mode for substances identification (mass range 100–1000 m/z). The GC-MS method employed an ultra-Inert Intuvo GC column (HP-5MS UI, 30 m, 250 µm i.d, film thickness 0.25 µm; Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) and electron-impact (EI) mass spectra were recorded in total ion monitoring mode (scan range 40–550 m/z). Urine samples from 296 patients with a history of opioid use disorder were examined. Around 80 different psychoactive substances and/or metabolites were identified, being methadone and metabolites the most prevalent ones. The possibility to screen for a huge number of psychotropic substances can be useful in suspected drug related fatalities or acute intoxication/exposure occurring in emergency departments and drug addiction services.

Abstract In the present work, a procedure to determine three textile azo dyes, chromium-complexes [Nylosan Dark Brown (NDB), Lanasyn Dark Brown (LDB), and Lanasyn Red (LR)], from wastewater using solid-phase extraction (SPE) followed by LC-electrospray ionization negative mode tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI(–)-MS/MS) has been developed. The extraction/concentration and recovery degree of these dyes from liquid matrices were done on Strata WAX/NH2 cartridges. The chromatographic separation was performed using a Luna C18 (2) 100Å column by isocratic elution with a methanol–acetonitrile–water (0.2% formic acid and 2 mM ammonium formate) mixture. The linearity, the LOD, and the LOQ were determined for each textile dye. The accuracy, the precision (intra- and inter-day), and the matrix effect were also performed for the validation of the developed procedure. These chromium-complex azo dyes often used in the dyeing process by a textile factory in Romania were monitored in the influent and effluent wastewater from a treatment plant situated in its area. Applying the developed SPE-LC-ESI(–)-MS/MS procedure, the following textile dyes were detected (ng/L) in the collected wastewater samples during a 24-h period: NDB 150.1, LDB 200.6, and LR 89.0–244.0 in influents and NDB 22.8, LDB 78.6, and LR 74.0 in effluents.

The main objective of the study aimed at developing and validating the advanced effective Liquid-Liquid Extraction method for evaluating Sulfamethoxazole in Human plasma, by following the FDA guidelines using UPLC-MS/MS and Sulfamethoxazole D4 as Internal Standard. The analyte was eluted using Acetonitrile: 10mM Ammonium Formate pH 4.5 (60:40 v/v) flows through the column and flow-rate of 0.400mL/min. The injected volume set was 5µl. Chromatogram obtained with isocratic elution with efficient separation. Spiking concentrations were fixed for the Calibration Curve and Quality Control samples that produced the linearity over the range of 320.635ng/ml to 22009.900ng/ml for the standard curve. The slope 0.0000535324 and corresponding intercept was plotted using the developed method. The method has been validated according to all established parameters of inter and intra precision and accuracy and showing recovery of 71.39% and 71.14% for SM and SMD4 respectively. Reinjection and Reproducibility and Auto Sampler Carry Over Test were met with the specifications. The validated method drew accuracy and meets specifications for the Big Batch, Hemolyzed and Dilution Integrity samples. This assay method was developed that proves all the stability parameters for the matrices as well as solutions used for the study and suitable for the bioequivalence study. The proposed method may also be applicable for the study of combined formulations.

En base a todo lo anterior, se ha desarrollado un programa formado por varios módulos que permiten obtener datos de gran importancia, entre los que se incluyen las matrices de valores ambientales e infraestructurales, y que permite el cálculo de determinados factores determinantes para las actuaciones de traslado y preparación del petrolero (tiempo de traslado del petrolero, tiempo de atraque y conexión a los sistemas de bombeo, tiempo de vaciado de los hidrocarburos a los depósitos de almacenamiento, trasvase a otro petrolero, etc.). Además, dicho programa permite estimar los costes de limpieza y restauración, así como las pérdidas en el sector turístico. La presente investigación consistió en identificar el nivel de predicción y relación de la personalidad, la inteligencia fluida y la situación laboral con respecto al rendimiento académico en estudiantes de una universidad privada de Asunción. El trabajo es un estudio de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no experimental el cual contó con una muestra de 155 personas seleccionadas por medio de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia de corte transversal, los instrumentos utilizados para la investigación se citan a continuación ;el Inventario de Personalidad NEO Revisado NEO PI-R de Costa y McCrae (1985), Test de Matrices Progresivas de Raven Avanzado creado por Raven (1938) y la Escala de situación laboral cuestionario auto aplicable creado, que presenta nueve ítems y evalúa la situación laboral usando los criterios planteados por Ibrahim, Freeman y Shelle (2011). Los resultados indican asociación entre los constructos: sentido del deber, responsabilidad, reflexión, impulsividad, modestia e inteligencia fluida en relación a rendimiento académico. Estos valores demuestran la existencia de asociación con efecto de tamaño mínimo entre los constructos mencionados. Finalmente, se elaboró un modelo formado por la faceta sentido del deber e inteligencia fluida, el cual explica el 15% de la varianza total del rendimiento académico.

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo describir cómo se desarrolla el pensamiento crítico en el área de ciencias naturales en una secundaria pública colombiana. Para ello se siguió un diseño cualitativo a través de la aplicación de una entrevista semiestructurada y la observación como técnicas de recolección de datos; y guías de observación y matrices de análisis como instrumentos. La muestra estuvo formada por 12 estudiantes de grado noveno a undécimo y 2 docentes de ciencias naturales, todos de una institución educativa oficial. Los resultados demostraron que tanto estudiantes, como docentes se encuentran entre los niveles retado y principiante, dado que se enfrentan con problemas en su pensamiento, siendo muchas veces incapaces de expresarlos al exterior. Se pudo demostrar que en la institución existe un compromiso con el desarrollo de los procesos de pensamiento crítico pero no se cuenta con programas educativos que respondan por el desarrollo de los mismos. Además no hay una práctica educativa generalizada y concreta entre los maestros en torno al pensamiento crítico; De esta forma se observa que los docentes no tienen claro qué es pensar críticamente o cómo pueden intervenir pedagógicamente para fomentar dicha habilidad.

Este artículo determina la presencia de dos núcleos, de características diferentes en cuanto a su estructura y relaciones interempresariales, en la industria electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid: Uno de ellos, formado por establecimientos de menor tamaño se asienta principalmente en el centro y se forma por la relación estrecha mantenida por las firmas dentro de redes de subcontratacion. El otro, integrado por establecimientos de mayores dimensiones, se localiza fundamentalmente en la periferia de la CAM. Los establecimientos que lo integran, aunque también recurran a la subcontratacion, exhiben una mayor propensión a relacionarse con sus casas matrices y Universidades, además de presentar una mayor potencialidad de encadenamiento supraregional con otras empresas que el núcleo del centro.

Polymer Matrix Composites (PMC) are often used in lightweight applications due to their excellent mechanical properties combined with a low density. The manufacturing technologies are fully developed and raw materials are cheap. The limiting factor of these reinforced polymers is the maximum service temperature. Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC) are suitable for service temperatures up to 1500 °C and more. These composites are composed of ceramic matrices combined with ceramic fibers based on alumina or silicon carbide. This class of composites is handicapped by the high cost of processing and raw materials and therefore only attractive for applications in astronautics and military aviation. Composite materials, bridging the gap between PMC and CMC, are manufactured by the use of polysiloxanes, carbon-and basalt fibers. Such competitive free formable Hybrid-composites are capable for service temperatures up to 800 °C in oxidative atmosphere. In order to make the material attractive also for series applications, manufacturing technologies like filament wet winding, Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) or pressing techniques are employed. Beside the improved thermal resistivity in comparison to reinforced polymers and light metals, a major benefit of SiOC composites is investigated in the field of friction materials. The excellent properties in wear resistance and an adjustable coefficient of friction make it an interesting alternative for CFC and CMC.

El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la gestión de la confianza de los clientes que asisten a los gimnasios en el Departamento de Sucre, Colombia. El estudio se compone de unidades de muestreo: emprendedores y clientes. La muestra de emprendedores de gimnasios está formada por 147 individuos que constituyen la población total, mientras que los clientes son 2680 con un nivel de confianza del 95%. El alcance del muestreo estuvo comprendido en el Departamento de Sucre, Colombia, considerados zonas rurales. Los cuestionarios aplicados permiten el análisis correspondiente de los indicadores vinculados con la variable confianza individual de los emprendedores de los gimnasios con respecto a sus proveedores, clientes y competidores. Para el análisis y procesamientos de datos se aplicó el análisis factorial a través del SPSS 21.0, estableciendo el criterio de dimensionalidad y analizando las matrices de correlación de Pearson y Lisrel para ecuaciones estructurales. Como principales resultados se obtuvieron que las relaciones entre clientes y emprendedores de los gimnasios requieren de confianza y está determinada por la percepción de ambos hacia el servicio.Abstract: The objective of the research was to analyze the management of trust of clients attending gyms in the District of Sucre, Colombia. The study consists of sampling units: entrepreneurs and clients. The sample of gym entrepreneurs is formed by 147 individuals, constituting the total population, while clients are 2,680 selected using a confidence level of 95%. The sampling range covered the District of Sucre, Colombia, considered as a rural area. The questionnaires applied allow to analyze indicators linked to the variable of gym entrepreneurs’ confidence towards their suppliers, customers, and competitors. Abstract Background/Objective A multi-laboratory study was completed for AOAC First Action Method 2015.14. Ten laboratories from eight countries participated. Each laboratory analyzed (in duplicate) a placebo and 14 fortified nutritionals. Product matrices analyzed included milk, soy, partially hydrolyzed milk, partially hydrolyzed soy, and elemental-based infant formula powders, milk based infant formula ready-to-feed liquids, adult low-fat powders, and adult high fat and high protein ready-to-drink nutritionals. Data was then compared to standard method performance requirements (SMPR). Method Samples were prepared by enzymatic digestion with papain, α-amylase, and phosphatase to hydrolyze protein and complex carbohydrate and to free phosphorylated vitamin forms respectively. Stable-isotope labeled internal standards were incorporated into the sample preparation to correct for variability in both the sample preparation and instrument response. Prepared samples and working standard solutions were injected onto an ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatograph, interfaced to a triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer (MS/MS). Reverse phase gradient chromatography, using mobile phases of methanol and 20 mM ammonium formate in water on a C-18 column, were used for the analysis. The MS/MS was configured to monitor precursor-fragment ion pairs for each analyte and internal standard. Vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), and B6 (pyridoxine) were quantified by least squares regression using the response ratio of the analyte to its internal standard. Results/Conclusions Total vitamins B1, B2, B3, and B6 had average repeatability of 2.3%, 3.9%, 2.7%, and 2.2% RSD, and reproducibility of 8.2%, 6.9%, 6.7%, and 5.8% RSD, respectively. Repeatability and reproducibility SMPR were met for 53/56 and 50/56 fortified-product/analyte pairs analyzed, respectively.

Background: A combination of alogliptin and pioglitazone is well tolerated. It does not increase the risk of hypoglycemia. In order to study the bioavailability of aloglipitn in the presence of pioglitazone, it is essential to have a method that can simultaneously detect both in human plasma. A protein precipitation-based method was used to determine alogliptin and pioglitazone simultaneously in human plasma. Protein precipitation causes ion suppression or enhancement in detection methods when compared to other methods. Objective: To simultaneously quantify alogliptin and pioglitazone in human plasma by LC-MS/MS based method. Methods: LC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of pioglitazone and alogliptin in human plasma using stable isotope labelled compounds internal standards. The simple and one step solid phase extraction (SPE) was employed to extract the analytes from plasma. The extracted samples were separated on a C18 column by using a 25:75 (v/v) mixture of acetonitrile and 5 mM ammonium formate as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. Results: The calibration curves obtained were linear (r2= 0.99) over the concentration range of 12.0- 2438.0 ng/mL for pioglitazone and 1.0-202.0 ng/mL for alogliptin. The results of the intra- and interday precision and accuracy studies were found to be within the acceptable limits. The analytes were stable under different stability conditions. All the validation results were found to be within the acceptable limits. The total analytical run time was 3.0 min. There was no interference from plasma matrices. Conclusion: The developed method is precise and adequately sensitive for detection and quantification of analytes. Thus, the method can be useful for bioavailability and bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies and routine therapeutic drug monitoring with the desired precision and accuracy.

One of the main contribution of this paper is to address the gaps in academic debate, and to relate national Brazilian concepts to international literature concerning territorial governance, in particular the French theoretical framework.

Senna reticulata (Willd.) H. S. Irwin & Barneby é uma planta arbórea pioneira em áreas abertas de planícies aluviais da Amazônia e frequentemente usada como planta medicinal. Devido à escassez de informações sobre a diversidade da espécie, caracterizou-se a diversidade genética de populações naturais de S. reticulata por meio de marcadores AFLP. Foram coletadas amostras em quatro populações ao longo do trecho do gasoduto Coari-Manaus: Santa Luzia do Baixio, Nossa Senhora de Nazaré, Matrinchã e Esperança II. Foram utilizados quatro primers de AFLP, resultando num total de 330 locos polimórficos variando de 76,97% a 92,42% entre as populações. O dendrograma e a análise bayesiana de agrupamento permitiram a visualização de um grupo formado pelas populações de Nossa Senhora de Nazaré e Esperança II e outro agrupamento formado por Santa Luzia do Baixio. A população de Matrinchã foi caracterizada como a composição de genes dos dois grupos. O fluxo gênico médio estimado entre as populações foi de 4,04 e o teste de Mantel indicou baixa correlação (r = 0,268) entre as matrizes de distância geográfica e distância genética. De acordo com a análise molecular de variância, a maior diferenciação genética está dentro das populações (82,29%), enquanto a variação interpopulacional foi de 17,71%.AbstractGenetic diversity and structure of Senna reticulata. S. reticulata (Willd.) H. S. Irwin & Barneby is a pioneer tree that grows in open areas of the Amazon floodplains and is often used as a medicinal plant species. Due to the lack of information on diversity for this species, this research aimed to characterize the genetic diversity of natural populations of S. reticulata by AFLP markers. The samples were collected in four populations along the natural gas pipeline pathway of Coari-Manaus: Santa Luzia do Baixio, Nossa Senhora de Nazaré, Matrinchã and Esperança II. Four AFLP primers were used, resulting in a total of 330 polymorphic loci ranged from 76.97% to 92.42% among populations. The clustering and Bayesian cluster analysis allowed to discriminate a group composed by the Nossa Senhora de Nazaré and Esperança II populations and another group composed by Santa Luzia do Baixio. Matrinchã population was characterized as a gene composition from both groups. Average gene flow among populations was 4.04 and Mantel test showed low correlation (r = 0.268) between the pairwise of geographic and genetic distance matrices. According to molecular variance analysis, the most genetic differentiation is within populations (82.29%), while the inter population variation was around 17.71%.Keywords: Population differentiation; AFLP marker; genetic variability.

Resumo: Este artigo objetiva, sobretudo, promover o debate teórico-epistemológico sobre os desafios e possibilidades do desenvolvimento de ensino-aprendizagem interdisciplinar em razão das matrizes curriculares adotadas. É fato que a discussão sobre interdisciplinaridade no trabalho docente, apesar de não ser tão nova, encontra-se em alta e mantém interfaces com outras categorias do gênero, principalmente quando se relaciona com a gestão e as práticas educativas em sala de aula. Nesse sentido, para a produção deste artigo, seguiram-se os caminhos metodológicos da pesquisa bibliográfica do tipo descritiva com base em revisão de literatura de fontes secundárias de livros, artigos, legislação e documentos oficiais. No tocante à abordagem, acolheu-se a qualitativa, visando análise mais aprofundada das categorias elencadas, a saber: interdisciplinaridade, etnociência, multidisciplinaridade, pluridisciplinaridade e transdisciplinaridade, destacadas nos respectivos tópicos deste artigo. Com relação à técnica interpretacional, recorreu-se à análise do discurso na perspectiva da relação indissociável do histórico com o social. Como conclusão sucinta, deixou-se posto que as práticas educativas de forma interdisciplinar são dinamizadoras e facilitadoras para uma compreensão mais ampla e diversa do ensino-aprendizagem. Desse modo, possibilitam a formulação de um saber crítico-reflexivo, promovendo a integração de conteúdos nas mais diversas áreas de conhecimento, incluindo, inclusive, o arcabouço cultural dos saberes populares e não formais aos formais e científicos.Palavras-chave: Interdisciplinaridade. Multidisciplinaridade.Abstract: This article aims, above all, to promote the theoretical-epistemological debate on the challenges and possibilities of the development of interdisciplinary teaching-learning due to the curricular matrices adopted. It is a fact that the discussion about interdisciplinarity in teaching work, although not so new, is up and maintains interfaces with other categories of the genre, especially when it is related to management and educational practices in the classroom. In this sense, for the production of this article, we followed the methodological paths of bibliographic research of the descriptive type based on literature review of secondary sources of books, articles, legislation and official documents. With regard to the approach, the qualitative approach was adopted, aiming at a more in-depth analysis of the categories listed, namely: interdisciplinarity, ethnoscience, multidisciplinarity, multidisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity, highlighted in the respective topics of this article. With regard to the interpretative technique, we used the analysis of discourse in the perspective of the inseparable relationship between historical and social. As a succinct conclusion, it is emphasized that interdisciplinary educational practices are dynamic and facilitating a broader and more diverse understanding of teaching and learning. In this way, its allows the formulation of a critical-reflexive knowledge, promoting the integration of contents in the most diverse areas of knowledge, including the cultural framework of popular and non-formal knowledge to formal and scientific knowledge.Keywords: Interdisciplinarity. Matriz curricular é o conjunto de componentes curriculares (disciplinas) que garante o conteúdo necessário a formação de um discente em um curso e sofrem constantes alterações em razão da velocidade com que as inovações acadêmico-tecnológicas são apresentadas. O curso superior em Química, ofertado pelo Instituto Federal do Amapá, disserta, em suas diretrizes, os objetivos perante a formação profissional do estudante na instituição. O objetivo deste trabalho foi comparar o conteúdo de química do Exame Nacional do Desempenho dos Estudantes (ENADE) com a matriz curricular do curso superior de Licenciatura em Química do Instituto Federal do Amapá (IFAP) nos anos de 2011, 2014 e 2017. A avaliação do ENADE para licenciados em química requer que o profissional formado tenha conhecimentos dos conteúdos específicos, como é esperado. Porém ela procura neles um conhecimento que abrange a dinâmica de uma sala de aula. Baseado nisto nota-se uma predileção por determinados assuntos específicos e não específicos, buscando informações sobre a formação prática dos discentes. O curso de Licenciatura em Química do IFAP parece ter carga horária mais do que suficiente para que o discente possa se preparar e ter um bom desempenho no ENADE.

Matriz curricular es el conjunto de componentes curriculares (disciplinas) que garantiza el contenido necesario para la formación de un alumno en un curso y sufrir constantes cambios debido a la rapidez con la que se presentan las innovaciones académico-tecnológicas. El curso superior de Química, ofrecido por el Instituto Federal de Amapá, se basa en sus objetivos ante la formación profesional del estudiante en la institución. El objetivo de este trabajo fue comparar el contenido químico del Examen Nacional de Desempeño Estudiantil (ENADE) con la matriz curricular de la Licenciatura en Química del Instituto Federal de Amapá (IFAP) en 2011, 2014 y 2017. La evaluación de ENADE para titulados en química requiere que el profesional formado tenga conocimiento de los contenidos específicos, como se esperaba. Pero ella busca en ellos un conocimiento que abarque la dinámica de un aula. Sobre la base de esto, observamos una predilección para ciertas materias específicas y no específicas, buscando información sobre la formación práctica de los estudiantes. El curso de Grado en Química de la IFAP parece tener una carga de trabajo más que suficiente para que el estudiante se prepare y tenga un buen desempeño en ENADE.

Abstract The electroreduction of CO2 is one of the most investigated reactions and involves testing a large number and variety of catalysts. The majority of experimental electrocatalysis studies use conventional one-sample-at-a-time methods without providing spatially resolved catalytic activity information. Herein, we present the application of scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) for simultaneous screening of different catalysts forming an array. We demonstrate the potential of this method for electrocatalytic assessment of an array consisting of three Sn/SnOx catalysts for CO2 reduction to formate (CO2RF). Simultaneous SECM scans with fast scan (1 V s−1) cyclic voltammetry detection of products (HCOO−, CO and H2) at the Pt ultramicroelectrode tip were performed. We were able to consistently distinguish the electrocatalytic activities of the three compositionally and morphologically different Sn/SnOx catalysts. Further development of this technique for larger catalyst arrays and matrices coupled with machine learning based algorithms could greatly accelerate the CO2 electroreduction catalyst discovery.

The objective of this study was to validate a simple, specific, accurate and precise Liquid - Liquid extraction high performance liquid chromatographic method with Tandem Mass Spectrometry-Thermo Scientific TSQ Quantum Ultra method for the determination of Lovastatin and Lovastatin acid in human plasma using Atorvastatin as Internal Standard (IS). The precision and accuracy data have to fulfill the requirements for quantification of the analytes in biological matrices to generate data for bioequivalence, bioavailability investigations. A Luna C18, 5µmcolumn having 4.6 x 150 mm internal diameter in isocratic elution mode with flow rate1.0 mL/min of mobile phase containing and Methanol, 5mM ammonium formate in 0.1% formic acid (80:20v/v) were used. The chromatographic separation was achieved by using elution solution consisting of Methanol and 5mM ammonium formate in 0.1% formic acid (80:20%v/v), diluent solution of methanol and water (50:50%,v/v) were monitored on a triple quadrupole massspectrometer, operating in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The method was validated for both Lovastatin and Lovastatin acid over the concentration range of 0.05- 5.00 ng/mL using 300 µL plasma samples. Limit of quantification was found 0.05 ng/mL. The retention time for Lovastatin acid and Lovastatin min 2.84 and 3.45 respectively and Internal Standard were 2.06 min and overall chromatography run time was 5.50 minutes. The mean recovery of Lovastatin (71.00%) and Lovastatin acid (81.20) and IS (79.84%) from spiked plasma samples was consistent and reproducible. The method was validated for linearity, accuracy, precision, specificity, limit of quantification and robustness. The intra- and inter-day precision and accuracy values were found to be within the assay variability limits as per the FDA guidelines1. The developed assay method was applied to a clinical pharmacokinetic study in human volunteers.

La presente investigación se centra en la propuesta y validación de un programa de formación de interventores preparados para incidir en grupos vulnerables. La formulación se realizó con fuentes bibliográficas y trabajo colaborativo con expertos en esta área en los Estados de Veracruz y Chihuahua; la validación se hizo mediante consulta a expertos en el Estado de Chihuahua, analizando la pertinencia de cada constructo del programa con la técnica Delphi. Los resultados obtenidos denotan la importancia de capacitar a los interventores para que conciban proyectos y visualicen a las poblaciones a intervenir desde sus posibilidades de desarrollo y no desde sus vulnerabilidades, las cuales deben entenderse como algo relativo y no inherente. La propuesta se basa en el trabajo colaborativo, tanto en la formación de interventores como en el diseño, aplicación y evaluación de las intervenciones a realizar, buscando la integración de la población objetivo a actividades tradicionalmente pensadas para coordinadores o interventores de los programas. Se resalta la importancia de que el interventor sea formado en el conocimiento y respeto del entorno y tradiciones de las comunidades a intervenir, para que su meta de desarrollo propuesta sea compatible con los valores y cosmogonía de dicha comunidad. Por último, se encontró la necesidad de ahondar y abogar por la necesidad del uso de indicadores, matrices FODA y presupuestos en las intervenciones sociales.
