Decision-making process is structural and inseparable part of construction project management as a series of related activities aimed at achieving the set goals.The complex nature of construction projects, the large number of involved stakeholders, conflicting goals and interests make the decision-making process in the construction field poorly structured problems that are effectively solved by applying different multicriteria decision-making methods.
