Deoxynivalenol (DON), a mycotoxin produced in cereal grains infected by Fusarium Head Blight produced by Fusarium graminearium and Deoxynivalenol-3-?-D-glucopyranoside (DON-3G), were studied during processing using LC-MS-MS and GC.
