Trophoblastic neoplasias are rare tumors, accounting for less than 1 % of malignant neoplasms of the female genital tract. Trophoblastic tumors associated with developing pregnancy are extremely rare. Por compreender várias patologias raras com manifestações inespecíficas, o diagnóstico na grande maioria dos casos só é dado após realização de esplenectomia e análise anatomopatológica do material. The article presents clinical observations of the development of precancerous conditions of the vaginal vault, and also squamous cell cancer in women after panhysterectomy. The examination included: comprehensive vaginoscopy, cytological examination of vaginal wall smears, human papillomavirus test, histological examination of bioplates. Conclusion. Introduction. Gestational trophoblastic neoplasias are rare tumors, which consist of about 1% of gynecological cancers. High rate of diagnostic and treatment mistakes leads to late diagnosis, metastatic appearance, resistance to chemotherapy, poor prognosis.
 Aim. To demonstrate possibilities of 18F-FDG PET/CT to find resistant lesions of gestational trophoblastic neoplasias.
