Business does not have unanimous methodologies for evaluation of new service technology suitability. There is argued necessity of new service technology suitability evaluation in the article, other conditions are talked over, 34 criteria are identified which are topical for service business, and also model based on modified COPRAS multicriteria evaluation is proposed. For reducing expenditure the offered evaluation is substantiated by two stages. There is a scheduled evaluation according to 7 essential criteria in the first stage. The technologies of new service, which do not meet at least one essential criterion, are treated like unworkable and have to be rejected. Such mode of evaluation permits to escape non-productive expenditure.

In this competitive environment, both producers and consumers must navigate a myriad of choices, making effective product promotion essential. Gosako, an emerging online motorcycle taxi service in Sampang District, has established a solid reputation among local residents due to its reliable service and competitive pricing. Despite its popularity, Gosako's promotional efforts are currently limited to WhatsApp, which presents challenges for customers seeking information about ongoing promotions and services. This limitation restricts the company's ability to reach a broader audience and fully capitalize on its market potential. To address these challenges, this research proposes the development of a dedicated website as a comprehensive promotional platform for Gosako. The website aims to enhance customer access to information about services, promotions, and pricing, thereby fostering increased engagement and awareness among potential users. Data for this study will be collected through a combination of observation, interviews with stakeholders, and analysis of existing documentation. The research aims to achieve two primary objectives: (a) to expand promotional outreach, thereby enhancing brand visibility and increasing sales turnover; and (b) to streamline the purchasing process for customers, facilitating smoother transactions when utilizing Gosako's services. By leveraging digital platforms, this initiative seeks not only to strengthen Gosako's market position but also to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the service's long-term success.

Change is omnipresent in modern society. Much of it relates to new technology and, in particular, to information, communication and management technology. To thrive, individuals and organisations must react appropriately to the challenges offered by such change. This opinion piece outlines the most recent phase of a continuing project exploring the use of information and communication technologies in the allied health professions. It focuses on the use of electronic patient records, or electronic care records as they have more recently become known. Such records form an important strand in the National Health Service's vast, ongoing National Programme for Information Technology (Granger 2003, NPfIT 2004). The piece concludes by outlining the steps that occupational therapists and occupational therapy services can take to ensure that they are well placed to participate in current and future electronic care records initiatives.

The development of the internet and technology affects many aspects of life, such as the need to listen to music. To fulfill this need, new technology presents music streaming to make it easier for people to listen to music. Music streaming provides premium services to give users advantages when streaming music. The availability of premium service is expected to increase consumers’ satisfaction. This research aimed to identify premium service's effect on consumer satisfaction. This research used a quantitative method and a descriptive approach. This research sample was 100 Gen Z people in Jakarta, and music streaming was used. The data will be analyzed by using SPSS. The findings of this research showed the effect of premium service music streaming on consumer satisfaction of the Z generation with t value ≥ t table, and the result was 3.414 ≥ 1.664.

As information technology advances, societal demands increase, and the features and sophistication of smartphones increase along with that, banks must adapt to meet current demands. For Indonesians who are used to using cash, digital banking will be a new digital transformation. There is no information regarding the variables that might influence the behavioural intentions of the Indonesian people in using digital banking services. In particular, among Millennials and Generation Z in Indonesia, this study investigates the relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust that influences the intention to use digital banks based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using smartPLS software and data been collected from a survey conducted on 170 individuals from the Millennial and Generation Z demographics. The results of this research analysis show that perceived ease of use and usefulness greatly influence trust in using digital banking services. Perceived usefulness and trust significantly affect interest in using digital banking services compared to perceived ease of use. Therefore, for customers to truly understand the benefits of using digital banking services, improving their perception of the service's usefulness in their daily lives is essential

The u-Business service is prevailed trend due to rapid development of telecommunication technology and the growth of ubiquitous computing environments. However, since the majority of u-Business service cases such as home network service, location-based service have not been focused on user requirements, and deduced business services and built systems considering only technical issues, there may be a possibility to be an obstacle for spreading advanced future u-Business services. Therefore, this study investigated user requirements to model the u-Bookstore business service as a killer service of u-Businesses and designed a system for a large bookstore. By exploiting various ways to deduce u-Service's requirements needed in the future-enabled ubiquitous computing business environments and proposing directions to implement them. This study result is anticipated to suggest validity for developing ubiquitous computing technologies, and it is expected to utilize as fundamental data for spreading u-Business.

By providing an extended operating window until 2AM, utilizing digital integration, partnerships for pick-up and delivery, and environmentally friendly laundry alternatives, Night Owl Laundry Service hopes to close this gap. This study examines the Night Owl Laundry Service's dependability and convenience, emphasizing its customer-focused strategy, market demand, and operational effectiveness. The study assesses how late-night laundry services improve accessibility and meet the changing needs of urban consumers using primary research and market analysis. Important elements including service quality, pricing transparency, environmental programs, and technology-driven logistics are also examined in the study. Findings show that long-hour laundry services provide significant advantages in terms of consumer satisfaction, time savings, and service reliability. Night Owl Laundry Service may revolutionize urban laundry solutions and become the go-to option for late-night service seekers by combining technology, strategic alliances, and environmentally friendly operations. The study comes to the conclusion that, with proper management of operational difficulties and cost reductions, such a company model may thrive in urban environments.

The emergence of a quality management system based on a set of quality system essentials represents a natural evolution of these quality initiatives. When fully implemented, a quality system provides a powerful tool with which to improve the quality of both intralaboratory and, importantly, extralaboratory processes related to transfusion medicine. In addition, a functional quality system enhances a transfusion service's ability to meet current and proposed requirements of the American Association of Blood Banks, the Food and Drug Administration, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards.

Purpose. The paper aims to understand if digital healthcare can improve young and chronic patient engagement. The interpretation follows the doctor-patient relationship, investigating whether telemedicine fosters patients' engagement and, if they are young, also of their caregivers. Methodology. The study analyses two Italian digital healthcare cases. A questionnaire and semi-structured interviews are administered to detect information on the new telemedicine service's satisfaction, utility, and usability. Context. The study shows that e-health can answer the widespread need for well-being without space and time limits, before and during the pandemic, especially in Italy. It allows the humanization of a technology-driven system, which requires strong patient and community engagement to be built simultaneously. Main findings. E-health can be a tool to improve the doctor-patient relationship and create a sense of community among patients. Moreover, patient engagement in a technology-driven healthcare environment is necessary to implement new treatments successfully. Conclusion. We tested new digital healthcare services unique in Italy to understand the point of view of young and chronicle patients and their caregivers to contribute to a bottom-up harmonization process of e-health.

ETD (Electronic Thesis and Dissertation) is one of Padangsidimpuan State Islamic University's Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Library's key services for end-user reading. The new service's user satisfaction is unclear. ETD user acceptability at Padangsidimpuan's Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Library needs analysis. Analysis is needed to test user acceptance of ETD (Electronic Thesis and Dissertation) services at the Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Library of Padangsidimpuan.The services taken in this study are ETD (Electronic Thesis and Dissertation) services and are located at the Library of Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary State Islamic University Padangsidimpuan using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) approach, therefore the author's reason for knowing and analyzing how users receive and use ETD services at the Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan State Islamic University Library. The method used in this study is quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely literature techniques, field research (research files), and distributing questionnaires. Researchers intend to use the TAM method to measure client happiness with ETD offerings. Participants are people who have used ETD services at UIN SYAHADA. The results of TAM X1-Y used to study the opinions of system users or respondents showed that on average 32.825% of respondents answered with Strongly Agree, while 55.7% answered with Agree. Multiple regression analysis shows that variables related to information system interface design (X1), user attitudes toward information systems (X3), and user behavioral attitudes toward information systems (X4) all have a significant impact on users' actual situation (Y). The simplicity of the user interface (X2) has nothing to do with this. R2 = 0.352, so it seems pretty close. So, external factors account for a total of 35.2% of the variance in users' real-world ISS conditions. The remaining 64.8%, then, were influenced by factors not included in the model.

Nur Kholiq Chicken Farm is a traditional chicken farm with a significant turnover in Blitar Regency that still relies on an inefficient conventional lighting system. Addressing this issue, this community service aims to implement an automatic lighting control system in the chicken coop using Google Home, smart lamps, and internet connection, enabling remote control via smartphone. This community service's activities included discussions with partners, procurement of equipment, system installation, user training, and evaluation. The evaluation demonstrated the successful implementation of the Google Home and smart lamp-based automatic lighting control system at Nur Kholiq Chicken Farm, as well as a significant increase in the partner's knowledge regarding the use of this technology.

Objectives: This study investigates the use of information graphics to display the outputs of health technology assessment (HTA) in the United Kingdom and proposes a more structured approach founded in an analysis of the decision-making requirements of the key stakeholders.Methods: A scoping review of HTA reports was conducted to investigate current practice in the use of information graphics in HTA literature. A classification framework using dimensions of report section, graphical type, and originating research center was devised and used for a full content analysis of the graphical figures in the fifty most recent reports produced for the UK National Health Service's HTA process.Results: Our survey shows that graphical tools are used extensively in HTA reports although less frequently than tables. Use of information graphics varies widely between different report sections and tends to follow conventional lines with little evidence of variance from established practice. The largest variance was found between the quantities of graphics used by different research centers responsible for authoring the reports.Conclusions: HTA makes extensive use of graphics; however, there is little evidence of a systematic or standardized approach, or of much innovation. Significant potential exists to explore the application of information graphics in this field, but there are many research challenges. A contextually based, structured approach to the design of effective information graphics in HTA is proposed as a basis both to investigate the application of existing graphical tools in HTA, and to explore the considerable scope for innovation.

Purposes-The Patients are considered Customers in the Healthcare sector. So, they expect high-quality services and the best employee performance. Patient’s awareness of the service's excellence in healthcare is considered one of the main factors in measuring the service's quality. Therefore, this study aims to examine the link of the knowledge management process (KMP) with the performance of the employees in the health cluster of Hail. This study also focuses on the moderating role of smart technologies between the Knowledge management process and employee performance in the case of the Hail health cluster. Design/Methodology/Approach- Data was collected from the employees of Hail health cluster, Saudi Arabia. The sample size for the data analysis is 380, and data is gathered from May to August 2023 with the help of a well-structured questionnaire. Findings are extracted with the help of Smart PLS. Findings- The results of the current study illustrate that the knowledge management process has a positive relationship with employee performance. Smart technologies help to increase the KMP and further enhance the performance of employees working in the health cluster in Hail. Research limitation/implications- This study has comprehensively examined (KMP) as an independent variable influencing employee performance. Still, upcoming examinations can use other measurements of knowledge management, such as knowledge management capabilities, knowledge management practices, etc. Furthermore, this study is limited to the service sector, so future studies can use this model for the manufacturing sector to analyse the accuracy of the model. Originality/Value - This research explains the relationship between Knowledge management processes, employee performance and smart technologies in the healthcare sector. This study attracts this sector to use smart technology because the use of technologies not only increases the knowledge management process but also enhances the work abilities of employees. Based on the findings, this study has a unique contribution in the dust of studies related to knowledge management, such as no study to date conducted using a combination of these variables. This study is the best literature for policymakers, health management and researchers.

The flood waves are characterized within the frame-work of loop (or hysteresis) of rating curves. The National Weather Service's Dam Break Flood Forecasting Model is used to generate the flood waves in the downstream valley of the Bargi dam located in Central India. The quantified hystereses, η, of non-dimensional rating curves are related with the corresponding flood wave characteristics, viz., speed of travel, wave number, phase difference, and attenuation. The analysis has led to the development of an exact relationship between η and phase difference. Using the concept of wave zoning, the better performance of the hysteresis based criteria compared with the available criteria is verified using Convex and Muskingum-Cunge routing in the wave zones. η limits are specified for the applicability of these simplified routing models. Furthermore, the envisaged applications of the based analysis are introduced.

Abstract Since its inception in early 2000, Vanderbilt University's Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) Service has experienced a high level of success as measured by high proficiency rates and increasing patient procedures each year, low complication rates during and after PICC placements, and an increasing scope of influence within the Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Children's Hospital, the surrounding community, and in the Southeastern United States. Primary drivers of the PICC Service's continuing success include consistent applications of technique and technology, a data-driven approach to assessing the program's progress, and appropriately managing customers' expectations and needs. Over the past five years, data were collected on more than 12,500 PICC placements performed in this specialized nursing program. Retrospective analyses of the data demonstrate an increasing rate of successful placements (from 87.2% to 92.4%) since the program's inception in 2000 to late 2004. Furthermore, the choice of PICC technology has had a significant impact on the odds for occlusion or infection. The Vanderbilt PICC Service provides a model by which other programs can be established, maintained, and expanded into advanced practice.

Meanwhile, the Covid 19 pandemic, which began in March 2020, has caused many village community companies to halt and fail to flourish correctly. Furthermore, Potorono Village residents' knowledge of the value of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) has not been optimal for the development of village residents' companies. Furthermore, the village community has not properly harnessed the natural potential and its supporting job sectors to boost welfare. This service's efforts are in the form of dissemination and support with the proper technology, as well as comprehending BUMDES's duty as a legal body. Furthermore, the utilization of waste processing into finished commodities that can be sold is communicated to the community in order to strengthen the village economy. This research aims to analyze the influence of GoFood services on student purchasingbehavior in supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digitalera. Using an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study evaluates therelationship between GoFood service variables, support for MSMEs, the digital era asmediating variables, and student purchasing behavior. This research employs aquantitative method with closed questionnaires distributed to 101 students in EastJakarta who actively use GoFood services. Data were analyzed using Partial LeastSquare Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4 software. Theresults show that the digital era plays an important role as a mediating variable instrengthening the relationship between GoFood services and student purchasingbehavior. Directly, GoFood services do not have a significant influence on studentpurchasing behavior, but through the digital era, its influence becomes significant.Additionally, support for MSMEs has a significant influence on student purchasingbehavior, both directly and through digital era mediation. The digital era provides greatopportunities for MSMEs to increase student engagement as active consumers byproviding ease of access, efficiency, and data-driven promotions. However, the digital eradirectly does not show a significant influence on student purchasing behavior, althoughit still plays a role in creating a digital ecosystem that supports MSMEs. This researchconcludes that the digital era is a key factor in driving students' purchasing behaviortowards MSME products through the Gojek application in the GoFood service feature.Therefore, innovative digital service development strategies are needed to enhancesupport for MSMEs. This research provides practical implications for MSME actors,service providers like GoFood, and policymakers to strengthen the digital ecosystem thatsupports the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia.

The first full-scale nutrient recovery installation in North America became operational in May 2009 at the Clean Water Service's Durham Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant in Tigard, Oregon. Recovering ammonia and phosphorus from the dewatering side stream as struvite has a positive impact on plant operations. Significantly reducing the phosphorus recycle lowers the phosphorus loading on the plant, stabilizes biological phosphorus removal, reduces the amount of chemicals needed to remove phosphorus, reduces both the dry tonnes of biosolids generated and the phosphorus content of the biosolids, and provides revenue from the sale of the struvite. To increase struvite production and to decrease struvite potential in the digestion system, the Waste Activated Sludge Stripping To Remove Internal Phosphorus (WASSTRIP™) process was implemented full-scale in summer 2011. Results indicate a potential 60% increase in struvite production is achievable.

A formative program evaluation was conducted during the first year of its implementation to document program outcomes and areas for program improvement. A variety of quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools were used. The results of this evaluation suggest positive cognitive and affective outcomes, including concept attainment and skill development in science and writing; perceived learning in math; perceived skill growth in problem solving, technology, and working and communicating with others; and positive influences on students’ motivation toward learning, attitudes toward the prairie wetlands environment, and stewardship ethic.

Abstract: Quality refers to a product or service's ability to meet customer needs and expectations. Clinicians prioritize service quality, including total test error, availability, cost, relevance, and timeliness. They may sacrifice analytical quality for faster turnaround time, leading to the rise of point-of-care testing. The objective of the study was to analyze the turnaround time of selected lab sample test conducted in a multispecialty hospital. Materials and Methods: The study adopted an observational research design, analyzing data collected from a multispecialty hospital in Vadodara. A structured and validated checklist provided by the organization was used as the data collection instrument. Out of total 480 samples, 329 samples were taken for analysis. Results: Out of total 480 samples, 329 samples (78.88%) were taken for analysis. 100 (54.65%) samples were within TAT time and 83 (45.35 %) samples were delayed. 48 (57.83%) samples had TAT between 35 minutes to 40 minutes, 22 (26.51%) samples had TAT between 40 minutes to 50 minutes, 9 (10.84%) samples had TAT between 50 minutes to 55 minutes, and 4 (4.82%) samples had TAT over 60 minutes. Average time between sample collection and lab reach was observed to be 15 min. 38 sec. Transport delay was observed. ConclusionIn conclusion, the study emphasized the importance of timely and accurate laboratory services in ensuring patient satisfaction. By analyzing and addressing the factors contributing to delays in TAT, hospitals can improve their overall service quality and attract more patients.

This community service is carried out through health education about the dangers of online game addiction and the practice of prophetic parenting through 6 stages. As many as 20 SDN Krapyak Semarang City guardians participated in this exercise. The service's outcomes revealed an improvement in parenting abilities using the prophetic parenting approach as well as increased understanding about the negative effects of online game addiction on students' mental health.

Abstract When sawing a log into lumber or other products, the saw blade removes material to separate the wood fibers between the resulting two parts, a loss of material that is commonly referred to as saw kerf. Thicker kerfs result in greater waste and less material available to produce lumber. Over the past decades, with the advancement of materials and technology, saw blade thickness has decreased. However, the reduction in material loss owing to a reduction in saw kerf may not always translate into a statistically significant increase in lumber product recovery. In this study, we explored the effect of saw kerf thickness on lumber recovery for a range of hardwood log diameters using the US Forest Service's Log Recovery Analysis Tool (LORCAT) sawmill simulation tool. Results indicate that the recovery gains realized depend upon the log diameters sawn, the lumber target thickness, and the change (reduction) in the thickness of the saw kerf.

The aim of this article is to describe an Irish mental health service's adaption to the global pandemic from the perspective of the nurse leadership involved. A case study approach was used describing the degree of adjustment and collaborative practice in ‘tackling the spread’ documented with both staff and service users in mind. The case describes how mental health nurses were central to designing and overseeing the implementation and delivery of numerous initiatives across the service. They were also required to respond quickly and sensitively to service users' needs, while remaining true to the core values of mental health nursing practice. As the backbone of our health service, nurses continue to prove their ability to adapt flexibly, operationalise change at high intensity, provide quality care to service users in a professional and compassionate manner while managing their own safety, fears, personal circumstances and mental health.

Currently, there are no clinical decision support information technologies (CDSIT) that would consider civil-legal grounds when forming a decision for clinicians. Therefore, the design, development, and implementation of CDSIT, which considers civil-legal grounds when forming decisions, are actual problems. Methodology for the development and application of knowledge-driven, rule-based, clinical decisions support information technologies with consideration of civil-legal grounds has been developed, which provides a theoretical basis for developing clinical decisions support information technology with consideration of civil-legal grounds and partial CDSITs regarding the possibility of providing medical services of a certain type. In addition to the conclusion about the possibility or impossibility of providing certain medical services, the developed methodology ensures the presence of all essential terms (from the viewpoint of civil law regulation) in the contract for the certain medical service's provision and/or the data on potential patients for the provision of such a service, as well as minimization of the influence of the human factor when making clinical decisions. It is advisable to evaluate the CDSITs with consideration of civil-legal grounds, developed according to the proposed methodology, from the viewpoint of the correctness of the decisions generated by them, as well as from the viewpoint of their usefulness for clinics. In this paper, experiments with the methodology-based CDSIT regarding the possibility of performing a surrogate motherhood procedure with consideration of civil-legal grounds were conducted. Such experiments showed the correctness of the generated decisions at the level of 97 %. Experiments also demonstrated the usefulness of such IT for clinics from the viewpoint of eliminating adverse legal consequences, as they might arise due to violation or disregard of legal, and moral and ethical norms.

Oversight for Current Good Manufacturing Practices compliance includes inspection and reporting requirements. These regulatory programs are coupled with the Public Health Service's ongoing research and epidemiological surveillance. The goals of these programs are to prevent another infectious disease epidemic from infecting the blood supply as did the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome in the early 1980s and to further improve blood safety.

This Article critically examines the division of regulatory jurisdiction over telecommunications issues between the federal government and the states. Currently, the line between federal and state jurisdiction varies depending on the service at issue. This compartmentalization might have made sense fifteen years ago, but the advent of technology convergence has largely rendered this model obsolete. Yesterday's telephone and cable companies now compete head-to-head to offer consumers the vaunted "triple play" of voice, video, and internet services. But these telecommunications companies are finding it increasingly difficult to fit new operations into arcane, rigid regulatory compartments. Moreover, services that consumers view as near-perfect substitutes-such as cable and satellite television-face different regulatory treatment largely due to historical accident. This Article proposes that Congress instead allocate jurisdiction in a platform-neutral manner based upon the relative strengths of federal and state regulators. The federal government is best positioned to regulate economic issues that, if left to the states, would generate substantial spillover effects and disrupt economies of scale. By comparison, state regulators are best qualified to make decisions that turn upon local knowledge. The Article recommends a hybrid model for consumer protection, whereby states bring local issues to the FCC's attention, and the FCC adjudicates these issues from an appropriately national scope.

Because of service sector strategic role, there's a need for developing strategies that aim to increase service's performance and sustainability. A university canteen in a private university is one of service business that runs by business unit and has to raise their performance to survive and sustain in a competitive environment. The number of customers that buy food in the canteen is only about 5% of all students, lecturers and employees in the university, means there are still many potentials. From survey and observation, easily, quickly, give comfort place and have a low price is the crucial expectation of customer that attract them to buy. This paper will provide suggestion so that the canteen can provide service that meets customer's expectation, based on procedure simplification that shortened the time, eliminate and reduce cost by increasing customer's role. The art of sculpting is a craft as a branch of the creative economy that focuses on the skill of expressing ideas, thoughts, intellectual works on wood media so as to create products with aesthetic, unique, symbolic, interesting, philosophical meaning and marketability. The lack of knowledge and skills related to the management and business of wood carving makes it interesting to carry out comprehensive empowerment in increasing the potential of carving art in Mas Village, Ubud District. The aim of this community service is to overcome partner problems by helping partners and offering solutions according to the service's field of knowledge. The method of implementing service begins with a location survey, observation, questions and answers regarding the business situation and problems faced. Furthermore, offering solutions in the form of socialization, training, implementation, mentoring, evaluation and sustainability. As a result of the dedication and implications of the program that the 10 members of the sculpture group participated in, they were able to develop knowledge, managerial skills, digital marketing and simple technology-based production. These results can be identified from the results of valid participant questionnaires.

Background: Since the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), face-to-face services were initially limited, and communication between doctors and patients during a pandemic was less effective, so health services changed. Telemedicine, which was initially only communication between hospital departments or between hospitals, has become all kinds of communication, such as patient-doctor, patient-nurse, patient-pharmacy and so on, using Telemedicine. The use of telemedicine services is one of the strategies to prevent the spread of COVID-19 because Telemedicine provides health services using electronic communication technology. Patients and medical personnel do not need to meet in person in one place but still communicate through the application. Patient satisfaction in using Telemedicine is a crucial and vital indicator that needs to be considered to improve the quality of telemedicine medical services.Objectives: To analyze the relationship between the effectiveness of services and the use of Telemedicine on patient satisfaction using Telemedicine.Methods: Quantitative with a retrospective descriptive research design. Data was collected using an online questionnaire for 350 patients at Hospital X in Semarang City. Patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken by purposive sampling. The analysis of this study included univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses. The chi-square test and logistic regression were used in this study.Results: Regarding the effectiveness of the service and use of Telemedicine, most respondents rated the service's effectiveness as good, 139 (92,1%) of respondents, and the majority of respondents considered the use of Telemedicine to support as many as 136 (90,1%) of respondents. Patient satisfaction showed that most respondents were satisfied, as many as 140 (92,7%) respondents. The relationship between service effectiveness and patient satisfaction demonstrates that the service effectiveness variable is significantly related to patient satisfaction (p-value = 0,006 ≤ Level of Significant = 0,05). The relationship between telemedicine use and patient satisfaction shows that telemedicine use has a significant relationship with patient satisfaction (p-value = 0,014 ≤ Level of Significant = 0,05).Conclusion: most of the respondents rated the effectiveness of the service as good, most of the respondents supported the use of Telemedicine, most of the respondents were satisfied, and the variable of service effectiveness was significantly related to patient satisfaction.

Abstract Context.—Autopsy rates continue to decline in the United States. Objective.—Although many of the causes of this decline are external to pathology departments, we hypothesized that intradepartmental efforts to improve the quality of the service we provide to our clinical colleagues could increase our autopsy rate. Method.—We developed a multifaceted quality improvement program for our autopsy service aimed at increasing the visibility of the service, improving the service's reporting, and increasing the amount and quality of data available from the service. Setting.—A large academic medical center that performs approximately 250 autopsies each year. Results.—After implementation of our quality improvement program, the decline in our autopsy rate has not only stopped, but rates have even begun to increase. Additionally, physician satisfaction surveys conducted before and after implementation of our quality improvement initiatives showed an across-the-board improvement in clinician perception of the service. Conclusion.—Pathologists can and should be proactive in addressing the declining autopsy rate, rather than viewing it as someone else's problem or hoping that someone else will protect this important quality assurance tool for medical care.

The purpose of the study is to explore the 'Home Visiting Korean Language Tutoring' program run by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in South Korea. Recognizing changes over time, it evaluates the service's suitability for female marriage immigrants. Conducted through a literature review and surveys with 121 immigrants, the study identifies a high demand and satisfaction for the visiting education service, given its help in settling into Korean society. Nevertheless, it highlights a need for policy and educational improvements. It recommends measures such as the hiring of more Home visiting Korean language education instructors, implementing a fee-based system, establishing control mechanisms, addressing instructors' welfare issues, and proposing long-term policy improvements. The program shows promise in aiding integration, particularly for immigrants with children.

This study explores methods and processes for digitally reconstructing archaeological landscapes, focusing on the Daegok-ri site in Suncheon, and examines potential applications of such reconstructions. Study on the restoration and digital representation of heritage sites using digital technology has been steadily progressing both domestically and internationally. Notable international examples include the Rome Reborn Project, while domestic projects such as the Hanyangdoseong Time Machine and the Gyeongju Seorabeol Millennium Time Travel exemplify this trend. These large-scale projects have primarily been conducted by IT companies or a limited number of researchers, making digital approaches in archaeology challenging for those less familiar with digital technologies. To facilitate easier digital reconstruction of archaeological landscapes by researchers, a step-by-step study was conducted. The subject of this study is the Daegok-ri site in Suncheon, which is currently submerged, rendering visual observation of the landscape difficult. Visualization was performed by incorporating archaeological data, paleoenvironmental information, and paleotopographic analysis. The site was reconstructed using GIS, 3D graphics technology, real-time rendering engines, and 3D modeling assets, enhancing its value for various applications. From an academic perspective, the visual representation of the surrounding environment and the spatial relationships between Bronze Age pit houses and dolmens aids in research comprehension. Practically, the reconstruction can be utilized as educational and exhibition material through virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). It can also contribute to cultural heritage preservation by being developed into virtual tourism resources or immersive extended reality (XR) content. To achieve this, establishing 3D modeling platforms and systematic archiving systems for data sharing is essential. For instance, if platforms similar to the Cultural Heritage Administration's National Heritage Portal's 3D Cultural Heritage section or the Korea Cultural Information Service's Metaverse Data Lab, which provide 3D modeling asset data, are developed for archiving and public sharing, study on the digital restoration and representation of archaeological sites will become more active.
