This study was aimed to evaluate histopathological changes in experimental rats with induced splenomegaly and liver fibrosis by administering thioacetamid (TAA). We evaluated the clinical features, disease severity, laboratory findings and outcome of serologically confirmed cases of Dengue fever in Patients during the recent outbreak in two districts (Buner & Shangla) in 2013, Khyber Pkhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Necropsy examination was performed on an 8.5-year-old Finnish ewe euthanatized because of progressive respiratory distress, cachexia, and weakness.
