Takayasu’s arteritis is a disease of unknown etiology primarily affecting women aged less than 40 years. It is mainly seen in Asians and Africans. We report an unusual case of Takayasu’s arteritis with pulmonary involvement in a 47-year-old male patient with diabetic foot ulcers.
