Pełny tekst źródłaThe urban forms are transformed further to socioeconomic and cultural processes and of technological innovation as it happens at present by the globalization of economic processes and telematic innovation which redraw the spatial and temporal statutes. The contemporary city is weaved by a system of multi-scale relations, spongy and breathing according to the rhythms of the associated life, structured by systems of public schedules and by individual regimes of meeting which distribute in a spatial articulation, governed by the individual diaries. Live in this city, characterized by temporality of usage raise the problem of social cohesion and live together. The city contemporary is defines as an urban chronotope, as is an urban place lived according to characteristic rhythms the base of which presents is defined by the morphology of the constructed spaces historically, by the installed activities and by their schedules of opening lock, by the geography and the rhythms of presence and copresence of the resident city-dwellers and welcomed populations, by the mobility. I privilege a particular urban chronotope of the urban fabric, the Station of the North Exchanges Paris. These stations of yesterday, poles of current urban exchanges, these places-movement of the city of tomorrow polarize diverse urban functions. The city of present is established in complex set temporalised objects, defined by schedules and calendars. The physics of the city is spatiotemporal it includes the city as the inhabited place of the present, and we cannot separate the historic construction, forms of manners, current physico-morphological forms, processes of social transformations there

An editor of the prestigious series "Roseau d’Or", founder of the Christian journal Temps Présent, member of the Resistance, Gaullist, broadcaster for the radio station France Culture : none of these facets led to Fumet being in the foregroud of politically committed intellectuals. More than by an absence of fame, this reality can be explained by the supporting (or "ancillary" to use his godson Pierre Manent’s term) role that Fumet played to an intellectual generation marked by Jacques Maritain. Initially this generation’s servant, Fumet gradually became one of its last representatives, taking on a "spiritual magisterium in the temporal" (Jean-Marie Lustiger)

Pełny tekst źródłaThe political life of Madagascar is marked by post-election crises and sociopolitical protests, during its 54 years of independence. From this observation, Malagasy people feel entitled to enjoy their riches and live a sustained development based on consideration of traditional values. Madagascar demands a real transformation of its political class. This change seems inevitable, but the main question is whether it will go to the expected direction... Opposition to this impulse is felt, since domestic and international political and economic issues require that Madagascar conforms to the stereotypical pattern of western development. Therefore, the words “democracy, good governance, globalization” seem so overused. By this way, sometimes, they lose the necessary precision and relevance for an understanding of system of values and political exchanges they are supposed to express and establish. Other corollaries of these superficial changes that were imposed are emerging, namely the proliferation of political stakeholders that involve a multiplication of related groups. Infact, there is currently about 150 political parties and associations that are registered at the Ministry of DomesticAffairs. However, with these political developments, no real “opposition” manifest positively. Ultimately, faced with this famous and inevitable change of its political class, Madagascar is encountering cultural, historical, institutional, economic and social problems. To uncover the real motives of this resistance to change, first, atentative definition of the concept of power in Madagascar and a descriptive overview of the Malagasy politicians during the colonial period is conducted. Afterwards, a study on the basis of the current Malagasy political class is performed. In addition to domestic social and economic difficulties, there are international geopolitical and economic interests. A particular observation is undertaken on the behavior of French investors and policymakers. This is actually a real and accurate illustration of pater familias behaviors that France adopts vis-à-vis its African partners
