Abstract: Improvement Of Reading Comprehension Skills Through Flashcard Learning Media Themes Of The Region Of My Residence Class IV SD 1 Very Study Year 2020/2021. Based on the results of observations on students of class IVA SD 1 Really reading comprehension skills are not optimal. Improving the quality of learning is done by developing flashcard media. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the use of flash card learning media can improve reading comprehension skills in fourth grade students of SD 1 Banget. The purpose of this research is to improve reading comprehension skills with flashcard media. This research is a classroom action research with the subject of class IV students of SD 1 Banget, totaling 22 students. The results showed that the use of flashcard media can improve students' reading comprehension skills. The increase in reading comprehension skills results in the first cycle of 68.10, in the second cycle of 74.10, and 86.70 in the third cycle. Keywords : reading comprehension skills; learning Media; Flashcard Abstrak: Peningkatan Keterampilan Membaca Pemahaman Melalui Media Pembelajaran flashcard Tema Daerah Tempat Tinggalku Kelas IV SD 1 Banget Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada peserta didik kelas IVA SD 1 Banget keterampilan membaca pemahaman berlum optimal. Perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran dilakukan dengan pengembangan media flashcard. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran flash card dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik kelas IV SD 1 Banget. Tujuan penelitina ini adalah umtuk meingkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman dengan media flashcard. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek peserta didik kelas IV SD 1 Banget yang berjumlah 22 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan media flashcard dapat meningkatkankan keterampilan membaca pemahaman peserta didik. Peningkatan hasil keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada siklus I sebesar 68,10, pada siklus II sebesar 74,10, dan pada siklus III 86,70. Kata kunci: Keterampilan Membaca Pemahaman, Media Pembelajaran, Flashcard.

Resumo:

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh prosesor Intel Celeron N2840 dan AMD A8-7410 dalam menangani transfer data dengan metode Direct Memory Access (DMA), sehingga dapat mengetahui prosesor yang lebih cepat dan efisien untuk digunakan dalam proses transfer data jika menggunakan DMA. Hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat menjadi indikator seberapa cepat atau lambat prosesor tersebut dalam menangani proses transfer data. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 jenis prosesor, yang pertama yaitu Intel Celeron N2840 dengan kecepatan sebesar 2.16 GHz dan memiliki clockspeed sebesar 2583 MHz, sedangkan yang kedua yaitu AMD A8-7410 dengan kecepatan sebesar 2.20 GHz dan memiliki clockspeed sebesar 2395 MHz. Metode yang digunakan adalah direct memory access untuk menghitung waktu prosesor pada saat proses transfer data, beberapa data yang digunakan dalam perhitungan yaitu kecepatan transfer, clockspeed, cyclus dan block. Hasil perhitungan untuk prosesor Intel Celeron N2840 sebesar 20,90592334% waktu prosesor yang dibutuhkan pada saat transfer data dengan DMA, sedangkan untuk prosesor AMD A8-7410 sebesar 22,96450939 % waktu prosesor yang dibutuhkan pada saat transfer data dengan DMA. Dari hasil perhitungan waktu kedua prosesor tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa prosesor Intel Celeron N2840 memiliki persentase lebih sedikit, sehingga dalam menangani transfer data, prosessor Intel Celeron N2840 lebih cepat dari pada prosessor AMD A8-7410 karena waktu yang digunakan dalam proses tersebut lebih sedikit.

AbstractRibonuclease P (RNase P) is a ubiquitous and essential enzyme that endonucleolytically cleaves all tRNA precursors to produce the mature 5'-end. We have investigated the effect of synthetic rertinoids (all-trans retinoic acid, acitretin) and arotinoids (Ro 13-7410, Ro 15-0778, Ro, 13-6298 and Ro 15-1570) on RNase P activity isolated for the first time from normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEK). All tested compounds but one (Ro 15-1570) revealed a dose-dependent inhibition of RNase P activity, indicating that they may have a direct effect on tRNA biogenesis. Detailed kinetic analysis showed that all retinoids behave as classic competitive inhibitors. On the basis of the Ki values Ro 13-7410 was found to be the strongest inhibitor among all compounds tested.

Resumo:

O presente trabalho demonstra a capacidade potencial de armazenamento de água da bacia hidrográfica do rio Pequeno, São José dos Pinhais, PR, que é uma região de crescente expansão urbana e industrial da Região Metropolitana de Curitiba. Com a análise da capacidade potencial de armazenamento de água da bacia hidrográfica, podem ser identificadas áreas com maior ou menor capacidade de recarga de aquíferos, auxiliando, dessa maneira, na implementação de políticas de desenvolvimento socioeconômicas. Para tanto, foi aplicada a metodologia de avaliação da capacidade potencial de armazenamento de água proposta por Chiaranda (2002), que consiste na análise e cruzamento, em ambiente de Sistemas de Informações Geográficas (SIG), de informações temáticas como geologia, geomorfologia, solo, cobertura vegetal original e usos dos solos nos anos de 1986, 1996 e 2007. No ano de 1986, a bacia apresentou 79,39; 49,38 e 1,68%, e em 2007 a bacia apresentou 74,10; 47,73 e 8,62% de sua área enquadrada nas classes de alta, média e baixa capacidade de armazenamento, respectivamente. Verificou-se que os usos da terra modificaram as características da capacidade potencial de armazenamento da bacia do rio Pequeno.Palavras-chave: Recursos hídricos; capacidade de armazenamento; hidrologia florestal. AbstractEvaluation of potential water storage capacity in the Rio Pequeno watershed, São José dos Pinhais, PR. This work demonstrates the potential water storage capacity of Rio Pequeno watershed, located in the municipality of São José dos Pinhais, in Paraná State, Brazil. The city is part of Curitiba Metropolitan Area and presents high urban and industrial development.The analysis of the Rio Pequeno watershed potential water storage capacity can identify areas of aquifers with higher or lower capacity to recharge, due to implementation of socioeconomic development policies. In order to that, it was applied the methodology of assessment of potential water storage capacity proposed by Chiaranda (2002). It consists in a Geographical Information System (GIS) analysis combined to different sources of information, such as geology, soil type, original plant cover and land uses. The methodology was applied to the years of 1986, 1996, and 2007. In 1986 the basin presented 79.39, 49.38, and 1.68%, in 2007 the basin presented 74.10, 47.73, and 8.62% of its framed area in classes of high, medium and low storage capacity, respectively. According to that, it was observed that land uses have changed the characteristics of potential water storage capacity of Rio Pequeno watershed. Dari hasil investigasi yang dilakukan JAAN (Jakarta Animal Aid Network) terdapat suatu perdagangan daging konsumsi yang menggunakan daging anjing. Terdapat 500 ekor anjing tiap harinya yang masuk ke Surakarta, dengan cara masuk tanpa adanya pengawasa, sertifikat, dan juga adanya proses karantina. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menganalisa sanksi pidana dan pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku penyelundupan anjing dari daerah tertular atau terduga tertular rabies ke wilayah bebas penyakit rabies serta untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus kasus tersebut. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan undang-undang dan juga kasus, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah hukum normatif, spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis, sumber hukum yang digunakan meliputi sumber hukum primer dan sumber hukum sekunder. Pendekatan penelitian data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa pertanggungjawaban pidana bagi pelaku tindak pidana memasukan hewan anjing yang tidak dilengkapi dokumen SKKH dari daerah tertular atau terduga tertular penyakit rabies ke wilayah bebas penyakit rabies di Indonesia diatur dalam UU RI No. 41 Tahun 2014 atas perubahan UU RI No. 18 Tahun 2009 tentang Peternakan.dan Kesehatan.Hewan, dimana saknsi pidananya terdapat pada Pasal 89 ayat (2) juncto pasal 46 ayat (5) UU tersebut. Dalam kasus pada Putusan Nomor 99/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Wat menurut peneliti ada hal yang mustinya dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan hakim dalam memperberat putusan terhadap terdakwa dimana dalam fakta persidangan terungkap perbuatan terdakwa dilakukan lebih dari satu kali yang menurut peneliti seharusnya dapat dijadikan pertimbangan yang memberatkan oleh hakim dalam memutus perkara tersebut mengingat peredaran/jual beli anjing tanpa adanya sertifikat veternier atau ijin pengawasan sangat membahayakan bagi masyarakat khususnya dari segi kesehatan.

Abstract: The ribonuclease LE, a plant ribonuclease from lycopersicon esculentum, has been crystallized by the hanging-drop vapour diffusion method using polyethylene glycol 1,540 as the precipitating agent. The crystals belong to an orthorhombic space group P2,2,2, with cell dimensions of a = 74.10 A, b = 78.72 A, and c = 33.00 A. There is one molecule per asymmetric unit. The crystals diffract to at least 2.0 A resolution and are suitable for X-ray structure analysis at high resolution.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan retensi karyawan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retenti karyawan di PT. Telkom Indonesia. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap retensi karyawan. Secara simultan, pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan di PT. Telkom Indonesia. Retensi karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 25,90% dan sisanya sebesar 74,10% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya diluar lingkup.

Resumo:

Se determina la posición y función primigenia del concepto de fin (Zweck) en Nuremberg (como final del silogismo y tránsito puro a la idea). Además, se reconstruyen las modificaciones sistemático-arquitectónicas que dieron paso al surgimiento, en la Lógica, de la sección Objetividad y a la consecuente modificación de la posición del fin, que se insertará dentro de ésta como una forma específica de causalidad (finalidad externa), diferenciada de los procesos mecánico-químicos. Con esta modificación, el tránsito del fin a la idea cesa de ser puro, perfilándose específicamente como un momento instrumental del concepto en su proceso de realización en lo objetivo.

Resumo:

This article discusses the implementation of a model of inclusive education in general education organizations and the construction of an educational route for students with disabilities. It is through the substantive and organizational sections of the adapted basic general education programmes that special conditions are created and observed to ensure that children with special needs and disabilities have equal access to quality education in general education organizations, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development and the recommendations of psychological, medical and pedagogical commissions. The main aim of the study is to systematize and improve the professional competencies in supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups on the development of adapted basic general education programs of educational organizations. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the following analytical methods have been employed: retrospective analysis of scientific literature, content analysis of periodical press and proceedings of scientific conferences on the subject; as well as practical methods (including own experience of working in the fields of specialized education and advanced training). In addition, BE of FVE “Chuvash Republican Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia” proposed a program of advanced training “Organizational and Substantive Aspects of Inclusive Education,” based on legal, theoretical and methodological principles. The results of the conducted study show that supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups – are gaining significant practical knowledge of developing adapted basic general education programmes. It can be concluded that the planned results of the program suggest elimination of professional deficiency concerning the organizational and substantive issues of constructing an educational route for children with disabilities in conditions of inclusive education, as well as development of adapted basic general education programs of an educational organization.

The article presents a scientific analysis of the problem of multicultural education. The dialogue approach as a methodological component of modern multicultural education, based on the position of the dialogue of cultures and cultural pluralism is characterized in the article. The concept of "dialogue" is characterized as the basis for interaction, support for the subjective position of the individual, its spiritual development in the educational process, and a way to unite different cultures. Cultural identity is highlighted as a favorable factor for introducing children to the world of culture and assimilating the values of other cultures; the relationship between cultural identity and cultural diversity is revealed, as well as the possibility of using such unity in building technologies of modern multicultural education. The methodological aspects of multicultural education of preschoolers: the process of developing values in preschoolers is creation of a multicultural educational environment. The author identifies the levels of development of value concepts in preschoolers: cognitive, evaluative, and activity. The author gives a meaningful description of pedagogical work with children at each selected level, describes the leading positions that should be used in the development of children's ideas about people of other nationalities. Methods. During the study, the authors carried out a theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem. It is concluded that in the process of implementing the principle of dialogics in multicultural education, children are prepared to understand another culture, to recognize the surrounding diversity.

Resumo:

The paper is an investigation into the approach to translating the Quran adopted by the English orientalist A.J. Arberry. This study aims to follow his soul which is felt to be squeezed into this work while living hard personal experience he referred to in the closing paragraph of his preface to the 1964 edition of the 'Koran Interpreted'.The study hypothesizes that Arberry’s approach is appropriate to a large extent since he believes that to understand the Quran, appreciate it, one has to take it as a whole, and that for its translation to be successful depends on the translator because the reader's role in comprehending the Quran is fundamental. The study has come up with the conclusion that Arberry's rendering of the glorious Quran differs from others in the spirit and motive, and demonstrates a serious attempt at reflecting a glimpse of the captivating beauty found in it.

Mekarsari Village is located in the Kintap sub-district, Tanah Laut district, South Kalimantan Province, which is an area that has a 1.83 ha mangrove ecosystem. Mangrove ecosystem is one form of forest ecosystem that is unique and distinctive, found in tidal areas of coastal areas, beaches, and several small islands. In addition to the mangrove ecosystem, there is also a coral reef ecosystem with the condition of coral reefs around the marine waters of Kintap District ranging from low to moderate based on coral reef assessment criteria according to the Indonesian Environment Ministerial Decree, No. 4/2011, (Tony. F, et al 2021). The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of biomass and the amount of blue carbon stock in the mangrove ecosystem in Mekarsari Village. Data was collected by plotting the area and taking the upper sample to determine the amount of blue carbon stock through the results of laboratory analysis. The results of the study based on data collection in the field, namely the mangrove ecosystem in Mekarsari Village has a total biomass value of 98.52 tons/ha and the total amount of blue carbon stock is 84.72 tons C/ha.

El Fr. 122 (Maelher) de Píndaro, preservado por Ateneo en El Banquete de los Eruditos (XIII), es una canción dedicada a Jenofonte de Corinto, quien, como retribución por la victoria concedida en Olimpia, lleva al santuario de Afrodita un grupo de jóvenes, referidas por el antiguo gramático como hetaíras (“hetairas”), pero no por el poeta, que utiliza otros términos. La composición de Píndaro nos permite discutir sobre la prostitución sagrada en la Antigüedad, la cual, a pesar de ser mencionada por Ateneo y otras fuentes, ha sido desestimada en la mayoría de los estudios recientes. El objetivo de nuestro artículo es presentar los principales argumentos que los estudiosos utilizan para descartar la existencia de esta institución en la Grecia antigua y analizar las principales imágenes del fragmento.

En la mejor literatura sobre la legitimidad de la secesión unilateral, por ejemplo, Buchanan (2017), se distingue entre teorías de la reparación, que exigen una justa causa para conceder un derecho a la secesión a los habitantes de un territorio que es parte de un estado, y teorías primarias, las teorías plebiscitarias y las teorías adscriptivistas o nacionalistas. Según esta literatura, solo las primeras están en condiciones de justificar un derecho unilateral para la secesión. En este artículo, se argumenta que la estrategia de la reparación no es aplicable a Cataluña, y que las teorías primarias, que sí son aplicables —la plebiscitaria ha dado lugar a lo que en Cataluña se conoce como el derecho a decidir—, no son aptas para justificar un derecho unilateral a la secesión.

Resumo:

The purpose of this paper was to point out the difficulties faced by the transgender community when using psychiatric or psychotherapeutic services and their impact at the social, psychological, and health state level. Our approach favours the increase in the information degree of the medical and psychotherapeutic community concerning the topic, by placing the transgender community in the current psychosocial context. In order to collect the necessary data, we applied two questionnaires to the transgender community and to the professional mental health community, respectively; the first comprised 20 questions and the second comprised 11 questions, and the results were interpreted statistically. From among them, it is worth highlighting the important percentage of transgender who do not live in accordance to the desired identity and the existence of discriminating situations in the interaction with the physician or the psychologist. The conclusions of this paper reflect the difficulties and gaps related to the assistance of sexual minorities. We thus propose examples of practices that may allow an increase in medical and social support for the transgender community.

Desde mediados del siglo XX se observa una proliferación de singulares prácticas arquitectónicas basadas en la incorporación de sistemas de información mediática como ingrediente fundamental. En este contexto, la investigación busca revelar el hilo de Ariadna que nos conduce desde la figura de Herbert Bayer y su influyente esquema gráfico de Fundamentals of Exhibition Design (1939), hasta la presencia de la imagen en movimiento en el diseño arquitectónico más contemporáneo, entendida ésta, como materia y material conceptual. Concretamente mediante el análisis de tres líneas principales cuya relación se pretende desarrollar: por una parte, las aportaciones de Herbert Bayer en el campo visual y del diseño expositivo; por otra, las experiencias pioneras de hibridación entre arquitectura, teatro y video proyecciones de los años 50; y finalmente, el estudio de proyectos de fin de siglo en los que lo audiovisual constituye un soporte decisivo en la definición arquitectónica. Mediante la revisión bibliográfica como método de trabajo, apoyada de un análisis intencional de ejemplos, se procura justificar el vínculo entre los anteriores enfoques. Las conclusiones apuntan al linaje de la fusión de los mundos físico y virtual en la arquitectura, a través de la imagen en movimiento insertada en su diseño.

Resumo:

Langsa Urban Forest (LUF) is a 10-ha of the isolated urban forest in Langsa, Aceh, which is maintained to preserve urban biodiversity such as the butterfly. No recent study has been done in this area on butterfly biodiversity including the diversity and plant's potential for host and food plant sources. A one-month survey in July 2021 using the standard walk method on four transects was conducted. There are 36 species recorded during this study including 5 families, with Nymphalidae as the most abundant family and Leptosia nina as the most abundant species. Shannon-Wiener diversity index was used for this recent research with the value of H’ 1.78–2.78 and the Evenness index with scale 0.66–0.94. Most of the species have broad geographical ranges, with 3 of them restricted to the Indomalayan realm. There are 117 plants were recorded which 33 species supposed as host and food plants divided into 26 as host plants, 11 as food plants, and 4 for both. No specific plants threatened the collected butterflies, but it's important since providing diversity data.
