Gridhrasi, described in Ayurvedic texts as a Vata-Kapha Vyadhi, manifests with symptoms resembling modern sciatica, including radiating pain, stiffness, and restricted movement. Rasnadi Guggulu and Nirgundi Ghanavati, traditional Ayurvedic formulations, have shown promising results in alleviating the symptoms of Gridhrasi.
