Mo-del evaluasi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini menekankan pada evaluasi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil program tutorial sehingga model ini disebut model evaluasi P2HT. Model evaluasi P2HT dikembangkan melalui delapan tahap: (1) kajian awal, (2) pengembangan disain, (3) pengembangan model prototype, (4) uji coba terbatas, (5) revisi, (6) uji coba diperluas, (7) model akhir, dan (8) diseminasi.
