This paper is an overview of the general study and examinations guidelines of German psychology programs. Information was compiled from the guidelines of 23 universities. The German curriculum in psychology is classified as fiveyear generalist training, which entails general education followed by specialization in the final years. In addition to the general structure of studies, we provide information about the required subjects, examinations, and other requirements.
