Resumo:
The article presents a comparative assessment of technological indicators of the quality of spring wheat grain of Siberian and foreign selection. As a result of the research, the spring wheat variety Krasnoyarskaya 12 of Siberian selection was distinguished, which was characterized by the maximum protein content (17.13%) and the amount of gluten (50.52%). The highest weight index among the studied spring wheat varieties was the foreign variety KWS Akvilon - 826 g/l.

The article presents the results of research on the influence of elements of agrotechnology on the yield and quality of grain of spring wheat of the Beiskaya variety under the conditions of Central Siberia. In the variants of the experiment, which included mineral fertilizers, the yield significantly increased in comparison with the control. The maximum yield of spring wheat was noted when azofoski was applied at a level of 3.58 t/ha (an increase of 1.03 t/ha). The use of mineral fertilizers increased the protein content, gluten, vitreousness, weight of 1000 grains and grain-unit in comparison
