This study proposes a method for predicting the closing IHSG stock price using the Mamdani fuzzy approach. This model uses historical closing stock price data as input, and generates closing stock price predictions using the Mamdani fuzzy rule. However, experimental results show that this model may not be suitable for predicting stock prices accurately and reliably. Therefore, this study does not recommend the use of the Mamdani fuzzy method for the purpose of predicting closing stock prices.

Trasformator step down adalah sebuah perangkat elektronik yang memiliki fungsi utama untuk menurunkan tegangan listrik ke level yang lebih rendah. Data yang digunakan dalam analisis ini berasal dari hasil pengukuran di PT. PLN Tarakan yang dilakukan selama beberapa bulan pada tahun 2021, diantaranya bulan Januari, Februari, Agustus, dan September. Data pengukuran ini kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy untuk mencapai keseimbangan yang diinginkan. Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang dibuat dalam metode fuzzy mamdani.
