Educational cartoon is an animated cartoon for delivering learning with some humour, used for teaching children alphabets, numeracy, colours, drawing, English language and its vocabularies. This study delved into parents' perspectives regarding the obstacles they encounter when engaging with their children's schools. The research was conducted among parents of students enrolled at Baraason Integrated School for the 2023-2024 academic year, from Kindergarten to Grade 10.
